    I purchased one ray-ban eye wear frame full rim square men's spectacle frame. I order placed on - 21.04.2019. I paid rupees.7, 174.00. My order number-#[protected]. I received my order on-06.05.2019. I returned the same order on-09.05.2019 by india post as per amazon return policy. The ray-ban seller received their item on-12.05.2019 as per my tracking. I returned to my item to amazon seller, gmr airport city rgi airport so pin-500108 from arjuna behera, at-medical campus po-mohana district-gajapati pin-761015. But due to my repeated requests no body can help to me since 8month. So help me for above this matter. Because it is my 10 time complaint. Therefore i kindly request you to help me for my refund amount. Thanks.

    I ordered a book from Amazon on 29th of October. The package should have been delivered on or before 8th of November but still I couldn't see any tracking details. Also on cancellation of the package consumer will charged.

      I had ordered nando's sauces from amazon.in as it is a good item it cannot be replaced but i have received this product already damaged. One of the sauce bootle was totally damao even after the bubble wrap. Whole sauce has been spilled in the box. How can i ask them for refund or take actions in this context. I tried cally them many times but they are not responding.

        My name is arghya pratim saha. I have ordered an canola oil product from amazon india. Their product got damaged in guwahati. Then i requested for replacement. But instead they cancelled the order. And placed one replacement. The replacement was reaching today.. Then they again cancelled the replacement. Which already reached in my city agartala. Now they are telling to reordee.. But the price of the product is high now. So kindly look in my matter and arrange for a replacement.

              Hi,

              I have ordered aluminum cookwear on october 18th, 2019 for 728 rupees and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 or 4 days.

              When i have checked the status of the order few days later, i saw that the address was missing at amazon side, not sure how it was deleted from their side.
              I have called the customer care and informed the same and they told that they will rectify it and the product would be delivered in 2 days.
              I again called them after 2 days, and again they told that the product would be delivered in 2 more days.

              I have repeatedly called the customer care and informed them about this for 7 times.
              And now on nov 11, 2019, when i called them and asked about it they are telling that the product is returned to the seller and they can only do a refund. And to be noted is the product price is now 1182/-.

              I was literally shocked the way they have taken this case forward even after reminding 7 times.
              Actually it is not my duty to remind amazon about the missing address at their side, but still i have called them 7 times and informed them about this.

              I am sure amazon did this wantedly because the price of the product is increased now and they can sell the same product with higher price now.

                  I had ordered watch from amazon. It was expected to deliver on pickup point on 12th of Nov. However same was rejected saying that I canceled the order. When I raised this to Amazon customer care they said that They had tried to reach me on call nut I didn't pickup the call but I haven't received any call on same day from amazon. When I talked with senior they informed it was cancelled due to some technical issue from there end. They provided me wrong information and when I asked for refund they said it will take 3-5 working days.

                  Iam not able to understand why they are keeping my money with them when this issue occurred because of them.

                  This was 2nd time I haven't received my order on time and got cancelled without connecting to me. 1st incident happened on 24th of oct. where I was promised that my order get delivered on 25th Oct. and I paid extra for that.

                  Screenshot attached for both the cases and kindly get it validate from amazon customer service as both the time they said that they have escalated it to there higher team.

                    I have ordered WOW Imagine Tempered Glass for Samsung Galaxy M30(Pack of 3) with Installation Kit for a total of Rs.279 on Amazon india online. But what I have received is only one Tempered glass instead of a Pack of 3 that too of a different Model which is not useful for Samsung Galaxy M30.

                    The company is saying there is no Refund or replacement of this product. Please make Amazon to take necessary action and provide my money or the promised product back.

                      I have been delivered a gift product Of a combo. But it had missing accessories. I told them to return the item. But they told that it’s a replacement policy. I told the executive to get it replaced the very next day by evening. They had entire 48 hours to replace. But they said it would be possible only on Thursday by 9pm. Neither I’m getting my money nor the item delivered on time. This is not the customer mistake. If it was not a gift item it could have been accepted. This is not fair on such a big company to make petty mistakes and penalise the customer for it. I have been subjected to mental stress by them without my mistake.

                        Refund of rs. 759/- has been made by amazon on 12th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected].

                        But, the refund has not been received yet.
                        Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.

                          I had bought a carpet online through amazon, however the carpet i received was different from the carpet shown in the product description. After 10min I called to the customer to enquire and he said I called you there was no response from your end and crossed your location. Product will be delivered tomorrow. He was very rude while replying.
                              Till today product didn't deliver and there is no provision to raise complaint in customer care number.

                                    This is regarding my order with order id[protected]. The product which i had received was damaged. It had many scratches on the back side of the watch and the belt of the watch also has many scratches. Due to which i had ordered replacement for the same but when the replacement came the delivery boy refused to take my return. I asked the delivery boy to wait for a minute so that i can connect the call to customer care but the person refused. Later i had a word with senior executive from esclation team and he had promised me that the pick up will be done by 06/11/2019. But till date the pick up has been not done. When i contact the customer care they say that leadership team is going to call me within 24 hr but till now leadership team has not contacted and even the pick up has been also not completed.

                                      I’m order on 8/11/2019 it’s supposed to delivery on sunday 10/11/2019
                                      But i refused to get device
                                      Now finally nokia 6.2 black not cancelled more then 3days but rescheduled for delivery same product, now agent saying me went again 48hrs.
                                      Charged on a cancelled credit card. Please cancel the amount and do not use this card again for it was cancelled months ago. Thanks Cheryl Johnson P.S this card has not been used for month because I cancelled it back in May or June. Take care of this and contact me if you have any questions or it has been resolved. Thanks

                                        I have purchased a product but payment has not been yet.
                                        I have purchased the product from 15 th october and amozone service team is not responsing properly. I have paid threw credit card and team was saying i have also refund that amount but i don't get the money any amount from there side.
                                        My amount is 699 rs.
                                        I want refund my amont till date.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        We have not received the items so far ...

                                        On contacting the delivery agent, no proper reply from them ...
