On 25 october 2018 i ordered fossil rose gold dial stainless steel women's fashion watch - bq3036 from amazon. While i was going through the payment process i had accidentally selected a different delivery address and i wanted to change it. So i cancelled the order and re-ordered. The order was made on a monthly installment basis (Emi). When i checked my credit card statement i was being charged for 2 orders instead of 1. I tried reaching amazon customer support and it was purely pathetic they were not able to do anything. The support staff does not even know how to navigate the amazon website. And i only received one watch. I also checked with my credit card provider and they told me that the payment has been done and the money is with the vendor.

So in a nutshell the money was also deducted from my credit card for the cancelled order and only one product was delivered to me. I have been trying to reach and call every support that i could but they are all useless. I just want my money back.

I purchased boat earphones of super extraa bass on 3rd sept 2019 and now one of it is not working. Only one bud is giving sound. It has 225 bass heads and it only took nearly 1 month and it's not working. And there is variation in sound quality please help me.

    Order #[protected] order a pair of shoes a fulfilled item and seller sent the entirely different shoes from what was ordered twice and then amazon instead of being ashamed of their service failure they are delaying the refund of the same this all seems deliberate malafide intention and unethical business practices without any fear of prevalent laws.

      I had ordered a bed on 13th october and the delivery date was shown as 19th october. It didn't arrive so i called the customer care and told them to cancel it and initiate a refund, as it was a pre paid order. But it's been two days, today is the third day and i haven't been contacted yet regarding the refund or anything. This is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. Please look into the matter at the earliest. The tracking id for the bed is [protected] and the supplier was supposed to be jr steel furnitures.

        I order a hair dryer before order it shows delivery in 2 days but when i do payment by online and payment process is compelete it shows delivery after 7 days and it. Has been now 10 days i don't get my product yet. I get two things regularly a morning message. Your product will deliver today in morning and one message in evening that we could not deliver your product today that's solve i got this things from 3 days.. Such a bad delivery from. Azamon and they don't think about their customer they just need money when u do your payment they don't know who are you plz don't buy any product from. Azamon

          I Haven't ordered anything the dispatch messages of products list am getting from amazon.while checking my Amazon account I found the list of recent searches of products of that unwanted ordered list though I never searched about that products.It seems like my account is hacked and using someone else from another device rather than mine.please solve it ASAP

            Its been two days now and i did not receive my order yet as it goes our for delivery everyday but never delivered by amazon partner bluedart. Bluedart gave me a lame reason that they are unable to find the address and their delivery person did not even try to call me on the number provided with the address. I have ordered several times with amazon on the same address and receive it well within time but this is my first unpleasant experience regarding this.
            This is a highly odd and unprofessional behaviour by bluedart and also by amazon.

            I have ordered on amazon using net banking and I paid 1411 for wall shelfs but due to some staff I cancelled my order then amazon has sent me an email regarding process of refund but I didn't get my refund yet.. Its about two days from cancelling and I am not getting any kind of convo or we can say emails
            I have purchased a glass from Amazon but it was damaged piece I have asked for refund but no body came for pick up of the product, and no refund has been made. Although I have asked to return very next day I received order

              I recieved two parcels in a single polybag and when i opened it, one of the package was tampered, damanged and product was missing. when i filed a complaint, amazon is responding with this wasnt done from their side. the package amounted to 1100rs which is a fraudulent case. and neither they are taking the return nor refunding for the product that i havent received.

                I ordered a remond's blanket of rs.5999.00 on 18.10.2019 (Cash on delivery). Order id[protected]. Track package was shown properly. I was present at my office address on 26.10.2019, saturday also. No message of the deivery/out for delivery is not received from amazon in.. No call/missed call of your delivery boy not received till date. On the order summary/track package a message of cancellation and remond's blanket returned is shown. How is it possible. I talk to your service care/online help with net chatting and try to make understand my necessity of the said product. But no help is provided from him. I want to know what is the reason behind this cancellation and return of the ordered product without informing the customer where the product was despatched from ludhiana for delivery. Moreover for your kind information - message of despatch, product is out for delivery etc. Are properly received at my e. Mail. Id and in the mobile phone in the past as i am an old customer of amazon. This time this is happened. Please treat it my serious complaint against amazon and inquire about the matter and appeal to take necessary action against such type of miscreant activist.

                I have a charge of 127.03 on my card for 10/21/19. I have no idea what it is. Please provide a refund for the amount of $127.03. I have looked and saw nothing on My Amazon orders for this amount. I have also checked with the household. No one has authorized a payment of this amount.

                    What a Pathetic and disgusting Customer Service # AMAZON

                    I ordered Shoes ( Fortune from Liberty Mens FL1414 Brown Learher Shoes Order ID:[protected] dated 13th October, 2019. The same was delivered in 19th October, 2019 but when i opened the packet it has Invoice of Liberty shoes but contain Liberty Slippers. I raised a complaint and informed Amazon on same day.i.e 19th October and they assured me that wrong products will be picked up on 23rd October. Since than i chasing amazon and called atleast 30 times. The pickup request cancelled 5th times and Amazon customer care team have no response for the same. Amazon team gave excuse that transportation team is.not pickingthe products.
                    I think they have no intention to resolve the issue and refund the amount.
                    Amazon request you to please look your service and resolve the issue and i am sure that will not order any thing from Amazon in future and suggest others also.

                      I have ordered laptop bag of amount 899 rs from amazon but I have been cancelled the order, They refunded it, but yet refund has not come on my account.
                      Looks like this is a scam when I researched it on-line. How do I stop this fraudulent billing??!! There is no phone number when I look @ the details on my bank statement. The charge was on 10/21/19. It says:

I called to amazon customer care and talked to them. They said process was intiated but the problem is in your bank. So please refund my amount as soon as possible.                           Hi,

                          I bought a fire stick from amazon the remote is not working also the warranty is over, for which they guided me to 3rd party vendor and now they are not responding at all.

                          1st call to amazon - oct 19, 2019, around 7 pm
                          Vendor name - regenersis india private limited (A ctdi company),
                          Tried to contact them, no response.
                          Tried on 19th, sunday they don't work, so on 21st oct.
                          21st again, i called amazon - informed me to raise a service request for pick up from the site, which i did.
                          - your service request number - amzsr005650
                          -preferred pickup date time - 22 oct 2019 00:00:00
                          No one came for pick up.
                          Oct 22nd - again i called the amazon team, i was surprised by the response.
                          "response from them" - "warranty is over and its third-party vendor, so we do not have control, please visit the center we can do anything." (Just passing the balls.)
                          Oct 23rd - pick up done
                          Oct 26th - contacted the vendor, but they do not have any information regarding the pick up if any product & informed that they will call me. But no calls till now.
                          Oct 30 - tried to reach vendor but no response and then i contacted amazon india, but the same response from them, we are escalating they are the third party we can do anything.

                          My issue - when a product is in warranty, the amazon team is treating the customers like a king, but once the warranty is over, they just don't care and just pass the ball, stating the vendor will have to take care. When i am asking for a supervisor, they are also not available. When i am asking for a grievance email id, that is also not available.

                          Now i am stuck with no product and no support from amazon.

                                I ordered i ordered d-link dwr921 on oct 14th 2019 and my order #[protected]

                                After receiving the item, i found that the router was disconnecting every 2 minutes so i called amazon customer care on oct 18th and complained to them about the problem and requested for return. The agent wasn't ready to understand my problem and refused to accept the return. She said she will send replacement item. I told her that it is a software issue that has got something to do with d-link firmware and even if she sends me a replacement, the same problem can occur again. So after nearly 2 hours of explanation, she agreed to return the item. 19th and 20th were weekend so she asked me to wait for 3 business days for the item to be picked up from my location.

                                I told her that courier guys have always created problem for me while delivering the items and that is why i chose the nearest amazon pick up center to get any item delivered. I even asked her to give me address of the courier service so that i can give the item to them in person. But she refused to give me the address of the courier service. She said the only option is for the courier guy to come and pick up the item from my location.

                                I had no choice but to agree with her. Monday, tuesday & wednesday - 3 business days finished and courier guy never came to pick up the item. I contacted amazon customer care through phone and email. Every time i called those agents told me that unless the item was received at their fulfillment center they wont give me my refund. I told them that that if the courier guy is not picking up the item from my location then how is it my fault? And how can they punish me like this? They kept repeating their stupid policy many times.

                                Since these customer care agents were not doing anything to resolve my issue, i spoke to their supervisors. Those supervisors kept repeating the policy and kept telling me to wait 24-48 hrs. They said the issue has been escalated to concerned teams. Everyday they kept telling me the same thing. So i contacted @amazonin @amazonhelp on twitter. They asked me to fill up the form with all the order details and my contact information few days back and i did. They said social media team will get back and when they did through email, they kept repeating the same stupid policy too.

                                It has been 12 days. Today is october 30th. The escalation team didn't update anything on my complaint. They haven't done anything about the courier guy picking up the item. He never came for last 12 days. And because of that reason, they are refusing to refund my money. I was harassed by your people
                                If you do not refund my money, i am going to file a case and consumer complaint for damages of rs.10 lacs,

                                I have paid 4499.10/- for this item and to me that is a lot of money. I paid for this product on amazon trusting them but after this horrendous experience i am completely shaken. They have broken my trust in them completely. I have been purchasing plenty of items from amazon for last decade but i never expected them to be so pathetic. I thought amazon.in was a good company where i don't have to worry about my money. But i have been proven wrong by their lackadaisical and arrogant employees.

                                I cannot believe how disgusting their service has become. All those employees follow a written script & absolutely ridiculous policies that only tortures customers like me. What they don't understand is how much inconvenience they are causing to me. They have put me through so much torture that i am forced to think about extreme steps to get my money back.

                                In a case like mine, they are punishing me for the fault of courier service. Not a single customer care agent, supervisor & escalation team member is doing their job. They think asking me to keep waiting for courier guy is some kind of magic resolution but what they don't want to understand is that it is not my fault. I have kept the package ready for 12 days. How is it my fault if courier is not picking up the item? After 12 days of torture, they don't even the decency, respect and courtesy to refund my money and sort out the courier issues later.

                                They know very well that they can come and collect the item from my location any time they want. But neither they will do anything to collect the item nor they are issuing my refund. None of their agents, supervisors and escalation team members showing any urgency to resolve this matter quickly. They are behaving like a terrorist organization holding my money hostage until their courier guy comes and picks up. They don't even have a backup plan for this kind of situation.

                                My matter can be solved in 2 minutes. After torturing me for 12 days what they should be doing is giving me full refund and then ask their courier guy to come and pick up the item anytime they want. They don't have to punish me and drag this matter endlessly, but they are doing only that. Every day they keep asking me to wait endlessly. I am exhausted, fed up with their pathetic service. I want my full refund back and that is the only thing i am concerned about.

                                Amazon if you are reading this, stop asking me to wait. I have already waited for past 12 days. And that 12 days is plenty of time to get your courier guy to my location to pick up the item. But if you keep repeating the same mistakes then don't expect a different result from your courier service because you won't. You have failed miserably to resolve my issue. It is your responsibility to see that courier guy comes and picks up the item from my location. If you cannot do that then give me back my full refund and sort out courier related issues later.

                                You cannot hold my money hostage like this and drag this issue for weeks. If you people have any shame, decency, integrity left then give me back my full refund back immediately.

                                I propose o poceed through consumer form for the harassment caused by your representatives/officials. I also wish to file damages of rs.10 lacsfor the inconvenience, harassment, hardship caused to me. M y two weeks valuable time is wasted. So i am going to file consumer complaint and also proceed legally against you.

He told me your payment has intied on 23 oct. And your payment transfer to 25 oct bank account.                                   Through these lines i wish to articulate my bitter and tormenting experience i had with amazon india. I had ordered a portable sewing machine on 14th july 2018, order no.[protected], costing rupees 1599/. The same was delivered to me intact. The sewing machine started malfunctioning after 3 months and ever since i have been trying to contact amazon customer care service on the toll free number[protected], but to my anguish and dismay, the response from their end, where they have to take heed to the complaints of the customers is very frustrating and negative. I have not been able to rectify the defect of the sewing machine and it is now a piece of junk at home. As a widow and senior citizen i am at my wits end seeking justice. Through this forum i am trying to get redressal of my grievance and hope amazon take note of this and contact me.

                                    I was placing an order on amazon india and opted to pay through upi mode, on 25th of october 2019. After 2 minutes of placing order due to wrong delivery address i choose to cancel the order. At 25th of september i got an email and message from amazon india that your money is return successfully. But yet i did not get any money sbi told me that your money not recived yet... My refund refrence no. #[protected] which is given by amazon is in[protected] please resolve my compliant refund money urger for me
