Hi,
I bought a fire stick from amazon the remote is not working also the warranty is over, for which they guided me to 3rd party vendor and now they are not responding at all.
1st call to amazon - oct 19, 2019, around 7 pm
Vendor name - regenersis india private limited (A ctdi company),
Tried to contact them, no response.
Tried on 19th, sunday they don't work, so on 21st oct.
21st again, i called amazon - informed me to raise a service request for pick up from the site, which i did.

No one came for pick up.
Oct 22nd - again i called the amazon team, i was surprised by the response.
"response from them" - "warranty is over and its third-party vendor, so we do not have control, please visit the center we can do anything." (Just passing the balls.)
Oct 23rd - pick up done
Oct 26th - contacted the vendor, but they do not have any information regarding the pick up if any product & informed that they will call me. But no calls till now.
Oct 30 - tried to reach vendor but no response and then i contacted amazon india, but the same response from them, we are escalating they are the third party we can do anything.
My issue - when a product is in warranty, the amazon team is treating the customers like a king, but once the warranty is over, they just don't care and just pass the ball, stating the vendor will have to take care. When i am asking for a supervisor, they are also not available. When i am asking for a grievance email id, that is also not available.
Now i am stuck with no product and no support from amazon.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
