Sir my name chandan. I have order asian shoes for amazon. But my mistake size select. I cancel the order. And talk to customer care. He told me your payment has intied on 23 oct. And your payment transfer to 25 oct bank account. Then i next day call again customer care then he was told me your payment transfer to account on 29 oct. But i call today customer care then he told me you could call bank customer care no your payment intieted here....

Through these lines i wish to articulate my bitter and tormenting experience i had with amazon india. I had ordered a portable sewing machine on 14th july 2018, order no.[protected], costing rupees 1599/. The same was delivered to me intact. The sewing machine started malfunctioning after 3 months and ever since i have been trying to contact amazon customer care service on the toll free number[protected], but to my anguish and dismay, the response from their end, where they have to take heed to the complaints of the customers is very frustrating and negative. I have not been able to rectify the defect of the sewing machine and it is now a piece of junk at home. As a widow and senior citizen i am at my wits end seeking justice. Through this forum i am trying to get redressal of my grievance and hope amazon take note of this and contact me.

    I was placing an order on amazon india and opted to pay through upi mode, on 25th of october 2019. After 2 minutes of placing order due to wrong delivery address i choose to cancel the order. At 25th of september i got an email and message from amazon india that your money is return successfully. But yet i did not get any money sbi told me that your money not recived yet... My refund refrence no. #[protected] which is given by amazon is in[protected] please resolve my compliant refund money urger for me

        I have ordered elica chimney on 2 oct 2019, but still amazon not deliver me, when i checked amazon app than i knew that amazon has return my pakage to seller, three day they sms me it package arriving today i didn't go office but they didnt deliver. My three day salary deducted because i absent. I asking them why, this cheating by amazon, i tweet my complain but no reply, i mail them 2 time, now they reply this is courier company fault.

          Mi band 4 was on flash sale so i had told a friend of mine to grab one for me during the short time.

          And orders of 2 mi band 4 were created

          I received one of them of course and as the two were on cod i didn't receive the other one.
          There was no cancel option so i pressed the return button on my friend's amazon account as i was to receive only one.

          Again my delivered product was not connecting via bluetooth therefore i created return for my received mi band 4 also as there was no replacement option available.

          The courier guy from bluedart came for pickup for my mi band 4 and updated the product to be picked up successfully in the account in which i never received it. This all confusion happened because amazon sends guys to pickup products which was never delivered.
          On the same day both pickups were to be done. And the guy thought as the place was same the money would come back to me either way. So he cancelled the pickup for my original delivered account and took the pickup for the account in which product was never delivered and was on cod (Nothing to be refunded)
          Why would amazon create pickups for never delivered cod item?

          And updated pickup successful with my tracking id for my product
          My product was never delivered
          It was on cod
          As there was no cancel option i had pressed the return button
          So that it never gets delivered
          Who knew he'd take return o[censored]ndelievered product

          I have given screenshot of tracking id in mail to csreply amazon.in
          He has picked up the same product

            My order date was 4th oct. Tracking showing as delivered on 11th oct. Actual product not yet received till 29th october. I called amazon 10 times and contacted sellers for more than 15 times. Not a single response from either amazon or buyer. Beware about while buying in festival season. There will be no use if they give me money now. I wanted this sofa set on diwali occasion. Worst seller and worst service by amazon...

              I have not ordered any package/product in amazon through my account. But I got a phone call today(29/10/2019) morning around 12 pm from delivery person (name - Banu). She told me to come and collect the package in block 9. When I reached there to collect the package, she told it was missed unfortunately. And she told she will get back me once she find the packaged by end of the day (29/10/2019). I got the tracking id from her for my reference.
              When I tracked the order now (29/10/2019 09:09 pm) in online, it showing that i has been delivered.

              I am not sure whether it is ordered from any of my friends as gift or any unknown members.

              I want to know the order details what it has been ordered and why it showing as delivered without delivered to me.

                It’s been 10 days of pick up and still np refund issued even product reaches back to seller and you guys are just not initiating the refund, may i know the reason for that -

                  I Mr P Kiran Kumar ordered 03 items on 21-Oct19 and delivered on 25-Oct19.
                  Out of 03 items, one order of shoe is wrongly delivered.

                  I requested customer care for replacement.
                  They did it immediately.

                  On 29-Oct19, again delivered wrongly.
                  I am unable to understand what is happening.

                  Please find the attachment what i have ordered and what was delivered.
                  With this you will get the clear picture what is happened.

                    I have ordered a product worth Rs.799 on festival sales days with a prime account. But even after 3 days, it was not delivered and it gets returned without my notice. I tried to complain about this on their customer care but they told me to reorder. but the issue is the product is now available for Rs.934, its almost Rs. 130 higher than before. I need it to order for the same price

                      I made an order from amazon india in september and the package that was delivered contained only cloth and not the product. I called customer care and they said they will investigate and its been a month and now they denying any refund or replacement.

                      I have reached out to them on every level and everywhere but my problem hasn't been solved.

The investigation results in no further action required and it is delivered to customer. Thanks for the service. I have closed all my links with amazon. The business will windup from india soon for this kind of service.

                            I ordered one item from amazon on 3rd october'19 & it was a headphone but i didn't receive the product & it got returned back to seller. Now when it came to my refund as i did an online payment for that, amazon is saying that they have initiated the refund on 9th october'19 & they said that the amount will be credited within 4-5 business days. But till now i am facing the problem for my own money as the amount which was "rs.999" has been not reflected in my account.
                            I contacted amazon customer support several times so they said that they had initiated the refund on 9th october & it will be credited within 4-5 days.
                            When i complained regarding that so they gave me 'refund reference number - 911818' regarding my refund & asked me to contact my bank.
                            I contacted my bank customer support also several times & they said that they can't provide any information regarding that. I told them that amazon has given me refund reference number but again they said that amazon is a third party app so they can't help me.
                            Now the final way to get back my money after such incidents, amazon told me to file a charge dispute form against my bank as till now my money is not credited in my bank account.
                            I was going to fill the same form but before that u thought to file a complain here first.
                            I'm so frustrated now. Really!
                            Please help me.

                              Amazon is not ready to replace my product even it is in replacement timeline.

                              Initially i bought this product in amazon sale (The sale is worst amazon is selling all fault/ refurbished products on sale which customers spend their hard earned money)
                              The product i received was good i installed it with given instructions but the product doesn't start working toomuch lag in it so i thought to replace but every time im gatting false comments the product which i bought for diwali as many relatives are coming the would have enjoy the online streaming but its night dream for me

                                I was placing an order on Amazon India and opted to pay through sbi debit card emi mode, on 26th of september 2019. after 2 minutes of placing order due to wrong delivery address i choose to cancel the order. at 28th of september i got an email and message from Amazon india that your money is return successfully. but yet i did not get any money SBI told me that your money not recived yet so they unable to close my loan account and they start deducting emi from my sbi savings account... My refund refrence no. which i given by amazon is IN[protected] .

                                  We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Tanmoy Roy ("Complainant") and find that he ordered for POLESTAR"Noble Blue 32 Ltrs Casual bagpack/School Bag/Laptop Backpack ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., POLESTAR-BAGS ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                                  It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for accepting return, for refund on the Product.
                                  The Complainant may contact the manufacture or the Seller directly for in/out of warranty services on the Product. It is further stated that Amazon does not provide any after sales services, warranty, guarantee in relation to any product listed on the Website.
                                  Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                                  In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
