My amazon account is on hold from since last 12days and costomer service is not solving my problem, they told me that please main the amazon team for unholding but i have already mailed 5 times but now also my problem is not solved, customer service are fooling me and not solving my problem and my transection also in pending my purchase amount is not refunded...

I will cancelled the order on 30th september. Amazon reply me the refund will automatically credited to my account in 2-4 days. But refund not credited to my account then i will contact to amazon customer executive they said that refund will issued...

Agent from amazon called abdulrahman said that he will give refund for no reason and now he has cancelled the order and now those # are blaming me that i have cancelled.

I have it cancelled or received the call from no one and i waiting for it for weeks and month.

And not only this there are lot of agents who lying and cheat customers and i'm long term customer and these people all they need is money! Just remember...

I have ordered shoes from amazon and it marked delivered by amazon though it not received by me, i have raised costumer complaint but they keep saying, it got delivered successfully and not sharing any details or authenticity of delivery.
Moreover i have shared details of delivery person who visited main gate but not came to house.

Please help...

I have ordered one book stating mrp rs 260 on the site with rs 32 discount at rs 228. When i received the book the mrp written on the book is rs 240 and 260. I want full justification from amazon that why this happened and i want refund also. I had ordered dresses from amazon in sept 2019 and i returned few of them. A total of rs. 1402/- was refunded by amazon on 1st oct 2019 but there is no credit in my bank a/c till today i. E. 11th oct 2019.
I contacted amazon's customer care, they said that the amount has been refunded from their side on 1st oct only and told me to contact my bank.
I, then, contacted my bank and as usual they also replied that there is no refund...
