I received an order from Amazon on 24th July, 2019. It was a pet playhouse with an exercise wheel and bowls. The exercise wheel was not complete. It was missing parts, therefore lacking functionality, when I requested a replacement, i was told to send the order myself. I fail to understand why? They can deliver the order but not replace it themselves? Furthermore, their employees are not helpful at all. Please help me out. Also, the order was covered by prime delivery.

    We have purchase sofa cum bed on[protected] in amazon, but unfortunately product are not proper, seller is adorn india ltd, we can contact the seller but seller not solve my complaint & last we can talk with amazon but not satisfy answer & seller denied the complaint.     I have ordered an AC adaptor through amazon order no.408.[protected] dt.20.6.2019. The MRP of the product is only rs. 153/- but they charged an amount of Rs. 599/-.

        My product was returned by your designated courier without contacting me although i had paid for it. Please order them to deliver the item to me early. They are defaming the repute of amazon and enhancing your expenses and my worries. The latest date of delivery was 29.7.2019. It is unfair to return it back to the seller before four days of the latest date. Moreover, a customer, who has already paid for an item is unlikely to refuse acceptance of the same. Kindly act promptly.

          I got this product on 6 july and i refund this on 9 july but till now didn't receive any kind of confirmation mail regrading this product and refund is still pending its almost 15 days up. The representative said refund is initiated but i didn't receive it.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I had ordered 5 numbers of shampoo amounting rs. 590 on amazon (Order#[protected] on 5 july 2019 and received it on 8 july 2019 evening. I had ordered 5 numbers of shampoo in order to save the delivery charges, otherwise i would have to pay rs. 40 as delivery charges.
            When i opened the shampoo packet, i found two problems with the delivery. First, the packet had only 4 numbers of shampoo in it. Second, all of them were different from what the amazon website had mentioned. I had ordered biotique bio walnut bark fresh lift ‘body building shampoo’ for fine & thinning hair, 190ml’. However, i received biotique ‘volumizing shampoo’. So, just then, i complained about this issue to amazon customer care. I also sent them product images on amazon’s email support as directed by them. They asked to wait for 9 days and contact on or after 17 july 2019.
            When on 17 july 2019, i phoned amazon customer care, they told that they have done investigation and based on the investigation, they will not process any return or refund on the same product. Also, they will not hear anything on this complaint from now onwards. This was an autocratic decision and i am very much frustrated with their this kind of response. This is not the first time when amazon has given this kind of response.in the past also, they have given these kinds of decisions and those times, my products value was more than rs. 10, 000. I am a senior research scholar at iit kanpur, one of the best research institutions of india and my schedule is generally very busy. I had to waste a lot of time and energy and had undergone a lot of mental frustration due to amazon’s this kind of behavior. So, i accepted their decision during those times.
            However, now i observe that these kinds of decisions have become habit of amazon and this way amazon is cheating its customers. So, this time, i am raising the issue on consumer court (Though the amount is not so much big). Through this forum, i request the concerned authorities to take a suitable action in this case and help in getting either my product returned/replaced or money refunded.

            I am attaching the invoice for the purchased product for the kind information to the concerned authorities.

              Few hours ago, i made a txn on amazon thru sbi credit card worth rs 18k, usually their gift cards arrive within 5 min,

              I noticed after 2 hours from the payment, i realised that amazon took my 18 k without delivering gift cards which i requested for.

              That's so frustrating to me, to get my own money back..

              Also i would not like to continue my prime membership after this incident.

              Where they only understand the language of money, not the importance of customer.

              Inform them to refund my money, i don't want this order now as amazon don't trust me..

                They are saying that refund had been initiated on 26th june and is successful but still not reflecting in my account. When i called customer care, they are telling me to contact my bank but when i called the bank (Citi bank) they are asking for 23 digit arn number but amazon is giving me a different refund reference number.
                No one is giving my money back

                  I, tinu Thomas purchased a wheel chair from chaitanya care through amazon coasted RS. 9750 for my father who is bedridden at my home in Kerala in 2018. within one year it is broken and and cannot be used at all now.
                  I have mailed this issue to amazon and seller 4 or 5 times but nobody responded yet.
                  i have attached photos of pay bill and broken wheelchair to this mail
                  so I request you to give solution to this issue such as refund the money or exchange the item

                    I ordered a headphone from amazon.
                    I received unboxed headphone (Company packing was opened and repacked) so, i request to return the product. They hold my return request for 6 days. I have to follow up for 4 time and last they rejected it without any reason.

                    Requesting for return the product and refund the amount.
                    Also, pay loyalty for the time (Avg 15 min for each call) i wasted with amazon support.

                      I had ordered a dress for my wife having order #[protected] but the item has not yet delivered despite getting call from delivery boy yesterday i.e. on 23.07.19 that the same shall be delivered at night around 9.00 pm. After tracking the same with id[protected] it is seen the item cannot be delivered since the delivery boy failed to contact customer. This is absolute nonsense and wrong information provided by the delivery boy. The item has not yet been delivered and the way such a reputed company like Amazon has unprofessionally doing business through some equally unprofessional and poor logistic company is very disheartening for customers.

                      To me Amazon is the worst online agency till date in India. Need to improve their service seriously.

                        I have purchased a laptop which was scheduled to be delivered on 22 nd july, but due to some personal reasons i rescheduled the delivery to a later date on 25th july, but suddenly amazon had cancelled my order with no prior intimation. Also, i had booked the laptop during the offer period with exchange offer.
                        This kind of experience is not acceptable from amazon who is known for its customer centric approach.
                        Please look into the situation as soon as possible and ensure that the product is delivered on time.

                          Promised date was 15/07/2019. As per tracking package reached Hyderabad on 12/07/2019.
                          My problem is they have not delivered and no information from your side.
                          I called customer service number of times and they say the same thing which i see in the tracking. I talked to your escalation team 4 times and was promised a call back. All this info is when i call your customer care.
                          Finally yesterday Your Escalation team says we cannot deliver and only option is refund. I argued that when this mess was created from your side why i should be suffering and what penality are you guys from Amazon paying. I was promised a call back and till now nothing has happened.
                          What am i supposed to do now.

                                I ordered "vivo v15 (Aqua blue, 6gb ram, 64gb storage) with no cost emi/additional exchange offers" from amazon.in with mobile application on 15th july 09:09 pm and my order id is[protected] paid total amount 13310.90 by my hdfc credit card *-9847 after all discount and in exchange of my iphone 5s. But i received vivo y12 on 17th of july which cost only approx 12000 inr. I register my complaint to amazon customer care they said send me all photos and videos and wait 4-5 days i send all the product photos and unboxing videos too but after 5 days when i call them they said they deliver right product they cant help me out. Please help me out in this case and resolve the issue as i become a victim of giant amazon fraudulent.

                                Worst after sale service
                                Amazon is selling red label tea with MRP 35 where the actual MRP is 30
                                Hence please look into this

                                    Issue: product is damaged device is completely bent hence request for return. It's being 7 days no one has responded for return. I will be moving to consumer court and file case with my attorney if return is not happening as soon as possible.

                                    When i checked my return history it shows, pick attempted but no one has called me for the return and i did not received any message. I'm not happy with false information.

                                    I'm attaching the defective item screen shots. I will also be placing the item in social platform and request not to purchase any amazon brand.

                                    I call you every day for pickup, and everyone assuring me pick up will be initiated within 48 hours but no one has contacted me for return.

                                    I did not received call for return as promised.

                                    I was waiting for the whole day but no one has called me late night after 9 pm i received a message that our executive was unable to pick your which is a fake message

                                      I returned a book 2 months ago and have been waiting for my refund. I paid the shipping as well and the refund never came.

                                      Now after calling them multiple times, my account has been put on hold by amazon and even after multiple calls it hasn't been resolved. Every time they tell me that the account team will email me but i never receive an email.

                                      Now without being able to login, i can't see the refund status.

                                        I have ordered a led tv on amazon, which was delivered on time. Installation service was booked and scheduled on 21st july, when the technician opened the box for accessories which was with tv was not compatible, as tv is bigger size and the wall mount board is very small size.in between the service provider called and insisted me to buy accessories from the technician.
                                        I ha6 informed the same to amazon, they asked me get service reports from the technician, however the service provider manager called and confirmed that there is no service card provided by amazon to them nor they make any reports.
                                        All information were step by step updated to amazon. They asked me to share the pic6of tv board and the wall mount board. I sent to them. They s scheduled a visit by the technician to verify the issue to resolve, on 23rd 10 am to 12 pm, however i have found the technician mobile number was not working and out of service.
                                        I have not recieved any call nor attended by the technician.
                                        During the period had multiple mails and calls happened, but no single calls received from amazon for any update.
                                        I have attached the mail, request number technician details here with.
                                        Now i have called ama6 and raised again a request for resolution.
                                        Till now i have not even able to check the tv whether is working or not, but unfortunately due to non installation i am unable to do.
                                        Now i am really wondering if by any chance tv is not working, then amazon may easily say that my return period got over by 29th july which is date.

                                        Whenever i am calling customer care of amazon is saying that service is from vendor, so i have to connect with vendor.

                                        If that case how then amazon is running the market if the responsibility is with customers to reach the vendor? What is amazon role? Only to sale the product? Who's ownership to ensure end to end service delivery??

                                        Today I have received a call from one land line number from a lady, she informed she is calling from Amazon, and technician is trying to reach me, however there was no intimation from Amazon about my home visit nor any technician assigned to me.
                                        When I checked my call logged I found 4 missed call as from one of blocked number, as I realized the number I blocked because during ac installation the person behaved very badly. And technician was using the same number who work for same Service provider.
                                        Vecare service provider is unprofessional which proves in their services all the time.
                                        The technician attended the work and finally done and fixed the TV with the same wall mount, so that proves the service provider mislead customers to sale their own products to get extra money. Because service provider manager who called me through technician mobile was insisting me to buy the wall mount at 750 from them.
                                        I am sure Amazon must be knowing the same that their seller service provider performance.
                                        Every time Amazon customer care will say that its seller issue they will inform them.
                                        Here things are clear that Amazon is only doing a aggregator job, not a retail market platform.

                                        Which need very tight check in compliance view.
