Updated by Rubs333 Today I have received a call from one land line number from a lady, she informed she is calling from Amazon, and technician is trying to reach me, however there was no intimation from Amazon about my home visit nor any technician assigned to me.
When I checked my call logged I found 4 missed call as from one of blocked number, as I realized the number I blocked because during ac installation the person behaved very badly. And technician was using the same number who work for same Service provider.
Vecare service provider is unprofessional which proves in their services all the time.
The technician attended the work and finally done and fixed the TV with the same wall mount, so that proves the service provider mislead customers to sale their own products to get extra money. Because service provider manager who called me through technician mobile was insisting me to buy the wall mount at 750 from them.
I am sure Amazon must be knowing the same that their seller service provider performance.
Every time Amazon customer care will say that its seller issue they will inform them.
Here things are clear that Amazon is only doing a aggregator job, not a retail market platform.
Which need very tight check in compliance view.
