the product i was supposed to get had product title and description mentioned below. i had purchased the item on emi as it was costly laptop. i recieved and entirely different model of the laptop as seen in the pictures where the specs and modele number on the invoice and order history is entirely different from the one i have recieved. it is much cheaper and lower configuration which i am forced to keep now for price of 54, 990.
I feel cheated on amazon.in

Recieved model FX505DY, with no 120Hz screen, NO 256GB PCIe SSD which alone is worth 10, 000. No GTX 1050 3GB Graphics what i received instead is readon 560x (much cheaper and older version) No Ram with 2666 mhz frequency, Only sticker of new model was stuck on top of old one. they denied returns or refunds with reason that "we have investigated the case and found to have shipped correct product, so we are closing the case and wont be able to provide any return or refund on this transaction that too after a day or two of receiving the product. All the investigation they claimed has been closed without any intimation to me via phone or email. they didn't even ask my consent or look at the images i have sent them too. i have included the actual pics of model number and specs of laptop in pictures and video of how a fake printed sticker is placed on top of original older version laptop model sticker. no ssd, no 120 hz, cheap laptop handed over for huge price tag by showing fake pictures and fake description. they wont take action against it either.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

as on day i am writing this complain is 29 jul 2019. after i am all done wasting time on long phone calls and emails to all across amazon india just to with customer service. they do not even want to give us even replacement for the wrong item they have sent with fake sticker on top of low specs laptop. there is more than 20000 worth of products missing in this laptop which i have paid 54990 for
