    I have booked a solar power bank on 2 nd jun 2019 by paid rs. 1, 246/- order no[protected] supplier veena beauty priduct did not received yet. Mail to veena but not get any response.
    Also i have booked multi colour lotus seed order no[protected] supplier creative farmar paid rs. 199/- on 19 th april 19.

      I ordered one quick heal anti virus pro cd. At amazon india.in order no.[protected]
      Order date 26.07.2019. Order delivered on 29.07.2019.
      When i opened the packet, there was no cd/dvd in it.
      It was cash on delivery.
      Rs.985/- was paid to the delivery boy.

        Hi,

        I ordered one kids toy worth of 2000 around on 16th July 2019 and its about deliver on 18th - 22nd July.
        I got updated its getting delivery on 21st July only as early delivery.
        I told my son and he was very happy. We were eagerly waiting for the product delivery till late night and not delivered finally. and got updated as customer unable to contact. Then i raised complaints to Amazon customer care and they promised me as it will get delivered by next day.i.e., 22nd July.

        Same case again on 22nd July, we were waiting and got the update as customer unable to contact.
        I raised complaints 3 times before this to Amazon. No use.
        Finally i called once again and spoke to executive for around 2hrs for the issue resolve. He promised me as you will get it for sure max by 25th July, 2019. I thought its ok.

        On 25th July, 2019 simply i got message as your product return to the seller and your amount will be refunded.

        I am not understanding here what Amazon is thinking about the customer and their feelings.
        I was really unable manage my son when this product was not delivered.

        Literally, Amazon played with my and my son emotions.
        I should raise a complaint and need an immediate action.

        Please help me on this.

          Amazon india have been submitted a screenshot from the manufacturer stating that the product was bought from a unregistered supplier and the product supplied is defective and the seller should replace or refund the same in an email form. After many months of email /chats exchange amazon is now asking for a denial to serve from the manufacturer today 29/07/2019. All i am asking is the product is in warranty period and i am stuck with a defective product and have also lost my money.

            Hi team,
            First issuer:
            Amazon india is selling the malabar gold ornaments. I bought a gold pendant of 1.52 grams and seller sent only 0.82 grams gold pendant.
            Is the weight is almost half, i wanted to return it. Seller states its amazon's responsibility for a reverse pick up and amazon states its a seller responsibility, since it is a third party seller.
            Now both of them are denying for a reverse pick up and as it is a gold item. I don't want to send my self via private courier as there is a possibility of theft and mishandling of it.
            Second issue:
            I bought this pendant when there was an offer running. The original price of the product is 6313rs. But if i purchase item worth 5000rs. I was entitled to receive 10% instant discount and also 1000rs amazonpay cash balance. So after applying the discount i got this item for 5681rs.
            As seller sent only partial qty. He refunded 2531rs but i received only 1331 rs in my bank account. Now because of sellers mistake amazon deducted 1000rs which they gave an offer amount and bank deducted discount of 200rs. As partial qty is not eligible for amazonpay offer. I ended up receiving on 1331rs in my bank account.

            I want to return the product as i haven't received what was shown on the website, but no one is taking the responsibility of the return.

            Please help.

            I ordered a football jersey, and it was an adult size, I returned it and ordered a child size. I got billed for both., on my credit card in the amount of $36.91
            First charge was on 5-6-19 and second date of charge was on 5-10-19

              An order was placed on July 2019 with Order#[protected] on amazon.in website with registered email id [protected]@gmail.com.
              the product i was supposed to get had product title and description mentioned below. i had purchased the item on emi as it was costly laptop. i recieved and entirely different model of the laptop as seen in the pictures where the specs and modele number on the invoice and order history is entirely different from the one i have recieved. it is much cheaper and lower configuration which i am forced to keep now for price of 54, 990.
              I feel cheated on amazon.in
              The seller from amazon is Apprio retail pvt ltd from Lucknow. there are a lot of cases

              Product Title - ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DD 15.6" FHD 120Hz Laptop GTX 1050 3GB Graphics (Ryzen 5-3550H/8GB RAM/1TB HDD + 256GB PCIe SSD/Windows 10/Stealth Black/2.20 kg), FX505DD-AL184T

              Recieved model FX505DY, with no 120Hz screen, NO 256GB PCIe SSD which alone is worth 10, 000. No GTX 1050 3GB Graphics what i received instead is readon 560x (much cheaper and older version) No Ram with 2666 mhz frequency, Only sticker of new model was stuck on top of old one. they denied returns or refunds with reason that "we have investigated the case and found to have shipped correct product, so we are closing the case and wont be able to provide any return or refund on this transaction that too after a day or two of receiving the product. All the investigation they claimed has been closed without any intimation to me via phone or email. they didn't even ask my consent or look at the images i have sent them too. i have included the actual pics of model number and specs of laptop in pictures and video of how a fake printed sticker is placed on top of original older version laptop model sticker. no ssd, no 120 hz, cheap laptop handed over for huge price tag by showing fake pictures and fake description. they wont take action against it either.

              as on day i am writing this complain is 29 jul 2019. after i am all done wasting time on long phone calls and emails to all across amazon india just to with customer service. they do not even want to give us even replacement for the wrong item they have sent with fake sticker on top of low specs laptop. there is more than 20000 worth of products missing in this laptop which i have paid 54990 for

                I placed two orders from Amazon.in on 25th and 27th July but none of the products got delivered however status was showing it's on the way but delivery attempt wasn't made and both the products were sent back to the seller. I called the customer support team to raise the issue and re-deliver the products since I didn't any item or order. The representative took time and said there was some technical error in price hence order has been rejected and now they cannot deliver the item despite it is in stock right now and available on the website for sale.

                My concern is simple that I order both the products at the price which was quoted on the website so need them at the same price or compensate for the entire product value so tat I can place fresh order since now it's showing relatively high price . How can Amazon cancel the order on it's own without even making the delivery attempt ?

                  I have been following up from amazon for more than 15 days now, i have received samsung not working phone in one plus 7 pro. I did everything they asked from, provide photos and everything. My 53 thousand are at stake here now there are saying that they can't do anything.

                  I can't bear that big amount of money, after 7 days of investigation they are saying that there is nothing wrong at their end. Are they doing their business by scamming their customers.

                  Kindly help in this case.

                    I made a transaction on 18072019 with atm card in amazon.in website. Transaction failure amount debited from my account. I contacted the amazon customer service. They intiated the refund with reference [protected] but amount not refunded to the account. Amoazon telling we intiate from our side. Bank only do the refund. I cantacted the bank customer care. Bank customer care also not responding on this isssue and they are askin utr number. Utr number only generated only upi neft transactions for not refunds. This was told by amazon serivce. Iam trying to file a charge dispute on bank through customer care. Even theye are not listening to my words. So please resolve the issue and refund the amount of rs.1760

                      I have ordered a laptop on 15th july 2019 and money was deducted and i have the order no[protected] but on 17th july 2019 i have received a message said order cancelled and money will be refunded. But still now there is no messages regarding the payment pls update me with refund status.
                      Amazon Customer care people is not good for talking to people, they can't help with user. It my amazon account but i don't know the some question when customer care asked me.but there is my account.

                      this is ridiculous customer care of amazon.

                        Amazon india or should i call you thugs of india i ordered a washing machine on 17th of july brand name - amazon basics

                        Ordered with a thinking amazon brand but my order changed into a disaster when i receive that product from first day of working it was turbulating like crazy i ask your team to see what is the issue they told me you don’t have purchase rand with this that’s why it is happening than i ask for stand and installed it but same issue arises again this time i call your customer care team they arranged technician visit for today he care at 10 in the morning and check all the issue after full inspection he told me that product is defective please ask customer care team for refund

                        Now real drama started i called customer care team and they told me that technician has submitted a report where they have shown query is resolved now they are not accepting that i have report where they have shown product is defective nor she is ready to share that sheet

                        But as i have proof i am showing you that report here

                        Can you refund my money or should i go legal on this

                        Beacuse of this my wife got a current also while using washing machine this can lead to serious health issue i want my money back with full compensation of 10 lacs as it has cause a harm to my wife

                            I ordered 3*lion seeded dates from amazon india pvt ltd, i received product on 27th july, i checked the dates package, it shows that it should be washed before eating, it's natural dates, they didn't share this information on the description page, after this i asked amazon prime that why they didn't share this information for customers, they are deceiving customers, they should refund my money as there is no information about product...

                              My name is shiju k john, i am a regular customer of amazon india. I have been using their service from 2015. Some times i have faced delivery problems and they have solved that. July 8th i have ordered 1 kg of cashew nut for my wife who has working in mumbai, and they have shipped that next day from vishakapattanam. And 11th july the item has arrived at bhivandi, maharashtra. This place is very near to the destination. But until now i did not recieved the product. I have complained them many times at last they said they have lost lost the item from courier so they will refund the money. I have waited for refund almost 1 week again i have complained for initiating refund. The third guy from their customer service said to me that i will get refund regarding email shortly. I have received that email but i did not get my money.
                              Kindly help me sir to get my money as soon as possible

                                I had prepaid order send for my grandma but it wasn’t delivered to her and i haven’t received a single call regarding the delivery nor my grandma git any call for delivery and they just showed it delivered to the adress now unwilling to cooperate the order id was[protected]
                                When i talked to the company they were like we have delivered to the given adresss and now we cant do anything the delivery guy never even called me regarding the delivery and i # trusted amazon to make that order prepaid

                                  I have purchased apple adapter for my i-pad dated on 1st july by your website but product have quality issue within three days i have tried for refund but it could been sucessful after multiple attempt in your website no option are showing for refund or alternate.

                                  I am regular user of amazon within this year i have purchased more then 70000 rs product but such kind of fradulent activity which is happening in your website so user are not getting access right option for return. Its really worst and loose the confidence in amazon like prime market leader.

                                  I am attaching the invoice copy of my bill and request you to provide refund since i have purchased new adapter due to emergency.

                                    I bought watch on 2 Junefrom Amazon then I returned back to Amazon on 5 june. Picker came from company to pick watch after ppicking watch I couldn't get refund money ...it's been 2 month daily I contact to customer Care of Amazon they making excuses..                                       I ordered 3 items from amazon during the prime day sale. I recieved a message saying that 1 package with 3 items were delivered to your address. When i checked the package, there was only 1 item in the package and the other two were missing. So i called amazon, filed a complaint about the missing items and waited a few days for the investigation to complete, just like i was told to do by the representative i spoke to. After about 3 weeks, i called amazon for an update and they informed me that they can't do anything about it as their system shows that all the items were delivered to me. I have not received the 2 items in question and i want to know how can i complaint about this unfair treatment and the brand that refuses to help me out with it?

                                        I have placed the order on 16th of july, 2019 of realme 3 (Dynamic black, 3gb ram, 32gb storage) which got delivered on 18th of july 2019 post which after opening the package i found that the box was empty and there was no mobile phone. After that, i contacted the amazon customer support where they said they have raised the complaint and it will be resolved till 24th of july. On contacting on 24 they said to wait till 26th on contacting on 26th they told to wait till 31st of july 2019 to get the resolution.

                                        I have spent 10000 rs on this product and this is my money and asking for a refund they are telling that they will refund on 24th, 26th, 31st.

                                        I have saved the amount from my parents to buy the phone for my mom and now the amazon is fooling like this. I have gone through many mental pains and stress still they keep telling on calls that we will not do anything wait, wait and wait.

                                        I want my refund back and the amount of strain and mental pain i have gone through.

                                        Cheaters... Amazon fraud...
