I had ordered a go pro 3 way mount from amazon app on 22 jun 19 (Order no[protected]. I was delivered a duplicate and a very cheap quality product from amazon. On receiving the product i immediately filed for a return and refund. They asked me to return the product to china from where it was shipped. I asked them to provide me an indian address which again was wrong which icame to know later. The product was sent through india speed post but it came back because the address was wrong. The phone number provided is always out of reach. I have written them at least 10 e mails but they are not able to resolve the problem and the refund is stuck.

    Dear sir,
    Iam raju. I ordered 2 times. And my order out for delivery is 29 th july. On that day delivery boy comes in my address nearly to road (Not coming in my address) at 9:15 pm and he is telling that"come to road and collect the delivery and iam not supposed to come to your address". And i said that come to my delivery address and give it to me but he is refused. And he is rashly giving answer to me is what you can do you will do. And the next day 30 the july also he behaves same. At night 9:30 pm i received a message "your item is delivered" but iam received my order. The delivery boy behavior is really bad. I never faced this type of experience with amazon. And today also iam not received my order. Please give me reply and do the needful

      I ordered a speaker from amazon on sale and it got shipped from the seller. But later i got a message that my order got cancelled because of technical glitch in pricing. I am not the one who is putting up the price so why should i suffer. This is the second time consecutively now so i am complaining. They are now telling me to reorder now but the price now has increased. Why would a customer suffer such a way from amazon.

        I ordered asus tuf fx505dy on 22 july 2019 and when it arrived at my home on 23 july, i was shocked that it had a cheaper hp laptop 14q-cs0014tu. I filed a complaint just after receiving, they told that they will investigate and inform on 29 july. On 29 july, they told me that they had delivered the right product and it was my fault and they won't return it. Help me as soon as possible as it is a big amount. Please.

          I have ordered oppo k3 from amazon india against order no.[protected] put the complaint same day after seeing in box that there is no charger. I really got shocked and disappointed that such a reputed website amazon is cheating customers by taking out the charger, amazon becomes greedy, fraud and untrustworthy site these days.
          Seems amazon is only trying to get customers hard earned money by wrong ways and by making fool.
          I request the stricken action should be taken against amazon india.
          Ill also get aware other buyers to get aware from this fraud website amazon from whom customer satisfaction is nothing. Why a customer put a complaint for such a small thing like charger, it's not a big amount but my main motive is to teach a lesson to amazon so that they know the importance of customer
          Now god will do justice and teach a lesson to amazon this is prayer.
          Soon amazon will run from india for sure if they continue cheating with customer

            My Amazon order: Order #[protected] was never delivered to the intended address. The website still shows delivered in July 25th. When I contacted the customer service, they said they will get it delivered by Tuesday July 30th. Again the package never arrived.
            1. Marking an undelivered package as delivered is a fraud
            2. Not fulfilling the commitment of a delivery by customer care is condemnable.

            Please ask to deliver maximum in one day or refund the money.

              Actually 27th July I visit in Amazon and see an offer on Amazon website. The offer is- purchase Zakk H04 Blaze Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Mic (Black) and apply coupon code and get 39% off so then I completely purchase the product and finally my order is placed and today it was supposed to be delivered but sometimes ago my order is automatically cancelled. But my point is- why released this type of offer? that creates confusion in people's minds...

              At first, I contact Amazon customer care but she doesn't help me properly then I contact consumer complaints

              I don't want a refund I want my product because I purchase this product in 39% off (coupon code applied) After applying the coupon code the product price is very low that reason I don't want a refund

                I was overcharged for 3 consecutive months to the amount of almost 50k

                When i raised this to aws team - they said yes its a mistake and though they wont refund, they can adjust it if we buy 1 more new server from them

                Yes - this is aws. Ridiculous!

                With no other choice, i was agreeing to buy 1 more server however i had few queries before doing the same.

                They refused bluntly, i said transfer the case to a senior since its about 50k. They delegated but no senior called!

                Reminded 5 times or more, no one responded.in this entire process, even the juniors disappeared.

                Now comes the audacity of aws to suspend the account without intimation. Now when i send them a stinker email post suspension of account, they immediately call and threaten to make the payment!

                In all of this communication, rudeness, harshness from aws was at its best. Inspite of their own mistake of overbilling, we are made to bear the consequences.

                Still - no resolution at all. And they are threatening me again and again!

                My sister suffered from electrical assault due to the wire of straightner. you delivered such a poor product. and right now she is admitted in the hospital.

                  They sent me wrong product and now denying of any replacement or refund. They have told me to wait until 29th july on the day i complained 22nd july. But now they are saying that they have sent the proper item and will not replace it. I have contact amazon many time but they said wait until 29th, when i contact on 29th july they told me to wait one more day but on next day they said they can not help me and i received order on which name was mine but product inside was wrong and it is helmet which has bill also of someone else.

                      I ordered two items and both the items were returned together but only one item has been updated and initiated for refund but the other one has still been showing that we will initiate the refund once we receive the product. Please sort my problem or else it might be a problem for the company. Thank you

                      This with regards with order #[protected] which was to be delivered on 120/2019 but due to delivery boys rude behaviour & negligence the package is being returned today i.e.on 21/7/2019 I didn't even cancel the package You better warn the Amazon office which is in Bijapur to keep good & trust worthy delivery who speak properly
                      I did not authorize changing my account to prime did I screw up.See charge on my credit card invoice or entry 3394.

                              When i opened the packet, there was no cd/dvd in it.

                                Hi,

                                I ordered one kids toy worth of 2000 around on 16th July 2019 and its about deliver on 18th - 22nd July.
                                I got updated its getting delivery on 21st July only as early delivery.
                                I told my son and he was very happy. We were eagerly waiting for the product delivery till late night and not delivered finally. and got updated as customer unable to contact. Then i raised complaints to Amazon customer care and they promised me as it will get delivered by next day.i.e., 22nd July.

                                Same case again on 22nd July, we were waiting and got the update as customer unable to contact.
                                I raised complaints 3 times before this to Amazon. No use.
                                Finally i called once again and spoke to executive for around 2hrs for the issue resolve. He promised me as you will get it for sure max by 25th July, 2019. I thought its ok.

                                On 25th July, 2019 simply i got message as your product return to the seller and your amount will be refunded.

                                I am not understanding here what Amazon is thinking about the customer and their feelings.
                                I was really unable manage my son when this product was not delivered.

                                Literally, Amazon played with my and my son emotions.
                                I should raise a complaint and need an immediate action.

                                Please help me on this.

                                  Amazon india have been submitted a screenshot from the manufacturer stating that the product was bought from a unregistered supplier and the product supplied is defective and the seller should replace or refund the same in an email form. After many months of email /chats exchange amazon is now asking for a denial to serve from the manufacturer today 29/07/2019. All i am asking is the product is in warranty period and i am stuck with a defective product and have also lost my money.

                                    First issuer:
                                    Amazon india is selling the malabar gold ornaments. I bought a gold pendant of 1.52 grams and seller sent only 0.82 grams gold pendant.
                                    Is the weight is almost half, i wanted to return it. Seller states its amazon's responsibility for a reverse pick up and amazon states its a seller responsibility, since it is a third party seller.
                                    Now both of them are denying for a reverse pick up and as it is a gold item. I don't want to send my self via private courier as there is a possibility of theft and mishandling of it.
                                    Second issue:
                                    I bought this pendant when there was an offer running. The original price of the product is 6313rs. But if i purchase item worth 5000rs. I was entitled to receive 10% instant discount and also 1000rs amazonpay cash balance. So after applying the discount i got this item for 5681rs.
                                    As seller sent only partial qty. He refunded 2531rs but i received only 1331 rs in my bank account. Now because of sellers mistake amazon deducted 1000rs which they gave an offer amount and bank deducted discount of 200rs. As partial qty is not eligible for amazonpay offer. I ended up receiving on 1331rs in my bank account.

                                    I want to return the product as i haven't received what was shown on the website, but no one is taking the responsibility of the return.

                                    Please help.

                                      An order was placed on July 2019 with Order#[protected] on amazon.in website with registered email id [protected]@gmail.com.
                                      the product i was supposed to get had product title and description mentioned below. i had purchased the item on emi as it was costly laptop. i recieved and entirely different model of the laptop as seen in the pictures where the specs and modele number on the invoice and order history is entirely different from the one i have recieved. it is much cheaper and lower configuration which i am forced to keep now for price of 54, 990.
                                      I feel cheated on amazon.in
                                      The seller from amazon is Apprio retail pvt ltd from Lucknow. there are a lot of cases

                                      Product Title - ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DD 15.6" FHD 120Hz Laptop GTX 1050 3GB Graphics (Ryzen 5-3550H/8GB RAM/1TB HDD + 256GB PCIe SSD/Windows 10/Stealth Black/2.20 kg), FX505DD-AL184T

                                      Recieved model FX505DY, with no 120Hz screen, NO 256GB PCIe SSD which alone is worth 10, 000. No GTX 1050 3GB Graphics what i received instead is readon 560x (much cheaper and older version) No Ram with 2666 mhz frequency, Only sticker of new model was stuck on top of old one. they denied returns or refunds with reason that "we have investigated the case and found to have shipped correct product, so we are closing the case and wont be able to provide any return or refund on this transaction that too after a day or two of receiving the product. All the investigation they claimed has been closed without any intimation to me via phone or email. they didn't even ask my consent or look at the images i have sent them too. i have included the actual pics of model number and specs of laptop in pictures and video of how a fake printed sticker is placed on top of original older version laptop model sticker. no ssd, no 120 hz, cheap laptop handed over for huge price tag by showing fake pictures and fake description. they wont take action against it either.

                                      as on day i am writing this complain is 29 jul 2019. after i am all done wasting time on long phone calls and emails to all across amazon india just to with customer service. they do not even want to give us even replacement for the wrong item they have sent with fake sticker on top of low specs laptop. there is more than 20000 worth of products missing in this laptop which i have paid 54990 for

                                        I placed two orders from Amazon.in on 25th and 27th July but none of the products got delivered however status was showing it's on the way but delivery attempt wasn't made and both the products were sent back to the seller. I called the customer support team to raise the issue and re-deliver the products since I didn't any item or order. The representative took time and said there was some technical error in price hence order has been rejected and now they cannot deliver the item despite it is in stock right now and available on the website for sale.

                                        My concern is simple that I order both the products at the price which was quoted on the website so need them at the same price or compensate for the entire product value so tat I can place fresh order since now it's showing relatively high price . How can Amazon cancel the order on it's own without even making the delivery attempt ?
