incident: Amazon admin representative asked to share details of credit card as per attached screenshot from mobile to activate the account. And, ultimately denied access to Amazon platform.
Necessary action to be taken against Amazon India for demanding details related to credit cards/ banks which are strictly prohibited as per RBI Policy.

    It’s was very worst experience with amazon with this product i ordered 90cm elica chimney paid around 15000 to amazon but i received 60cm chimney same day elica server guy installed i looses around 3000 after raises investigate complaint and chasing amazon more than 10 day i end up with loose bcz of poor response from amazon. It’s very clear how this ppl are cheating us doing smart play offer to us. Showing offer one product and give low price product
    My suggestion is always not to buy experience product in amazon

        I have ordered a veldt grape plant on the basis of cash on delivery.
        I didnt received the package yet but i got this message from amazon that the product is delivered.
        Something has done between the source and the destination and the company is responsible for this. Please find it an imnediatr solution for this problem and i dont want this lately delivered package!!

        I didn't got my refund amount of 433 rupees from the bank.i called to the customer service number also they didn't refund me so kindly please refund my amount as soon as possible

          I have recharge the payment for my dth cable however the order got cancelled.
          As per the amazon
          I have received the mail from the amazon team stating
          "our billing team has confirmed that we’ve issued a refund to your original payment method / bank account for rs. 304 on 2 july 2019. The amount should reflect in your bank account statement or credit c"ard statement after refund date + 5 business days the reference number for the refund is reference number provided: 75503729184030996937036, "

          However as per the bank statement i haven't received the due balance from your bank of rupees 304.

          I request your team to look into it asap.

          I got call from hr named rohit misra and given a confirmation letter as I got supervisor post job. Taken 2760 bur now he is not responding now. Now what i have to do I lost my money so much stress. His name is rohit mishra. Saying I am hr and given job to me
          I am being billed 12.99 per month on my credit card and have no idea where it came from. Please eliminate the charge on Amazon Prime. I do not wish to be a member of this, however it happened. I have billed for at least 2 months without my knowledge. thanks. Judy Lloyd

            Recently, I have purchased an order for Rs.2000 from Amazon and used few coupons (found them on twitter) to get a cashback of Rs.1600 on that order. The order was shipped and I got the cashback as well. All of a sudden, Amazon cancelled my order stating there was some technical glitch. I was okay and the situation was fine till here.

            Now, when I asked for refund, they have refunded just Rs.400 to my account instead of entire 2000. When I asked their customer care service, they are saying they can't reverse the entire amount to my bank account. The cashback which was added to my account cannot be transferred to my account is what they are saying.

            First of all, they are the one who cancelled the order. Now, they are rejecting to refund my money to my account. This entire scenario looks like a big fraud just to make us add amazon pay balance.

            I need someone to take action on this. They have wasted almost 2 hours of my time over the call. This should be taken seriously and they should compensate even for the time we have wasted on placing the order and speaking with their customer service.

              I ordered a zoop kids watch from Amazon app.which was of rs.975/- but when the product delivered to me the watch was of zoop but seems old and very different from the website description so I returned as it is and pickup was done easily by all check on 29 June 2019 now they are not refunding my amount of Rs 975/- and saying that they received a different item where as I returned the same what I received .now they have both the things with them watch and money and blaming that the product they received is different, it was different that is why I returned.i request you to please help me to get back my refund amount of Rs

              I request you to please resolve my issue as they are accepting in the below attachment that they have received the item but they are not refunding my amount.they are having both the things watch as well as money.and this is not fair one thing they have to return fairly.usually they sent different item which describe differently on the website that is why customer returns, otherwise nobody will return. Amazon cheated with me .I request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible

              I have a charge on my debit card for $6.57 for 7/5/19. I do not recall using Amazon Prime.

But my add money option is temporary blocked now. I have called them so many times regarding this and mailed. They do not nothing regarding this. But still it is temprary blocked. Kindly do action regarding this. Kindly get unblock add money option in my amazon account.

                      I purchased samsung galaxyM30 mobile phone Rs 14990 from amazon on 2/07/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 4/07/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank account so contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me Transaction id# 75503729187031083572352 and refund reference no. 712302
                      But customer service saying they can file nothing like refund reference number and can only check if money come to your account or not.. And bank customer saying there is no credit refund in your account. What to do..

                        I bought Kent water purifier delivered on 5th July, 2019. Companies ' installation person came and refused to install that machine reason being genuine that TDS is very high and this machine will not be compatible for the requirement. Instead we need to get RO water purifier.
                        Now I'm asking the same to Amazon either refund my money or exchange it with RO
                        But they are simply refusing saying since no problem in product we cannot take it back
                        This is ridiculous
                        When companies representative are asking to get it changed how can Amazon say No. They are to facilitate the sale not create problems for customers.
                        Please let me know how this forum can help me solve the problem.

                          I purchased a food product, from amazon India and the seller sent me a product which has got a expiry date on Nov 19. When I inquired Amazon in regards to expiry, they told as per Amazon internal policy the food product should be above 60 days.But there is no mention of the expiry date in the product page neither it is mentioned anything in their return POLICY. I contacted the support and Amazon support inform me that the expiry date should be above 60 days, BUT it is only mentioned in their internal policy and cannot share a link. Meaning they hide their policy and ran away with it.
                          If Amazon wants to be transparent just provide a link where it is mentioned, amazon send food product till 60 days to expiry. Tomorrow the figure may come down to 30 days and 7 days. It is not clear at all and they sell out this expiry products in the name of FLASH sale

                          This is unscrupulous act and the company is turning out to be subterfuge. They hide their policy and ran away in terms of internal policy, its time to stop purchasing from Amazon.

                          Moreover whenever the seller sell using your platform then AMAZON is equally responsible for the product.

                            Recently I have ordered through amezon which is already delivered to delivery station as per online m information but when I checked at delivery station I.e. Samani Auto part indira nagar sion east it has not yet reached in actual sense ...and delivery location people are helpless to find out my misplaced parcel
                            No help been given till now...it's too disappointing as it happened to me second time...I will more this unpleasant experience and let other people and media to know through consumer forums

                              This is regarding my Order#[protected] Canon Pixma G2012 All-in-One Ink Tank Colour Printer (Black). I have purchased on EMI basis the EMI mentioned on 1405.50, but bank going to charge 1640.32 went to the bank and enquired regarding the difference, they have explained that they are going to collect GST on it. As per your billing, 1405.50 and haven't mentioned or given any information regarding this while buying a product. In the invoice amount is different, in Amazon purchase page amount is different, in bank EMI deduction amount is different, Also check the product page which I have attached. I am asking about the hidden details they are discussing other details like bank interest, so please take action against it.

He talk with me so rudely and said that i don't have time to talk with you and disconnect the call. And again he call me with no.:- [protected]. And said me if you want your parcel you came our sapna sangeeta indore office. And talk very rudely and again disconnect the call.
                                I humbly request you to do strong action against him. Because he is destroying the name of amazon. And trust also. And after this accident i want my product with open delivery. Because this guys can harm my ordered item.

                                    I have received defective smart phone, I have complained about it to Amazon their executive cheated and lied to me saying that it is the manufacturing way of smartphones, I visited Samsung store to confirm that it is a defect.
                                    Still they are not giving me return or replacement, and their customer executives disconnected my call 2 times, the technician also lied that their is no defect, when the gap in fingerprint sensor can be easily seen with naked eye.

                                      I ordered mobile phone but i received diffrenet and its fraud and i dont know whats you sent me item
                                      Its customers cheating what a joke... I complain to consumer form

                                      I also raised a complaint and then the customer service is saying that we have done our investigation and your refund cannot be processed. Please take this wrong product and refund my amount or i will raise a consumer complaint in consumer court.

                                      A Point of Sale for 1.68 is pending on my account as of 07/05/2019.
                                      I have not authorized Amazon Prime for this charge.

                                        I have pleased one order on 1st july. My delivery date is 10th july to 11th july. I have wait for call till 6.30pm but they didn't call me. Then i called to coustmar care they said that it went to another center they will deliver on with in next 2 days. I already planned my journey at 11th july. I have journey at 9.00pm. What can i do. First they told me that my order delivery at 11th july that's the way i booked my ticket
