Dear amazon,
I ordered electric rice cooker on 13jun, product delivered with missing items, so returned my item and called cc dept to inform the same thay told will get right one on replacement order, again they sent me with damaged product and missing 2 pan, soon i return and apply for refund, item was picked on the 17jun, but refund not done till today, when i called cc dept, they told it will credit in 2-3 biz days, it's been almost 8days refund is not yet processed, every time i call them, they are saying the same story that its take upto 2-3 days every time,
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
