    I was ordered long handle cleaning brush of vertily (Brand name). After twenty days, they delivered 20 steel clips for cloth. Entirely different item. They delivered thru' paytm. Now i can't return that product to the seller. The seller was changed to komal international. I can't understand what is happening in online business. Kindly confirm the integrity of the sellers, otherwise customers time and money will be wasted. Advice them...

      Hello sir myname is raushan kumar my product name is smart fitness band. I return this product 3 june, 2019 but i do not get refund money.[protected] is a refundable number given by amazon. The refund money is rs 1399. Sir i do not get this refund money along one month. I have more disapointed that i do not got this refund money sir plese help me sir ihave highly obliged to you for this

                I have ordered panasonic eluga ray 550 mobile in amazon india through amazon pay balance and mastercard and my account got locked and my all order (Rs.2000 are on hold which i really need to deliver fast) due to some address verification issue. Then i got email from amazon india then send us fax with bank statement. I tried to fax it several times their fax services not working fax no :[protected]. I tried to send email but [protected]@amazon.in is even not working and getting failure notice then i sent card statement to [protected]@amazon.in but still no positive response from them. Can you please look in to it. My blocked account's email address is [protected]@hotmail.com. Please please help me!

Through amazon on line market, as per given rate by amazon. Have booked and make emi against this purchasing on date ……… but amazon did cheat me. They have deliver approx 20 watt speaker instead 2000watt so kindly take action against cheating. And deliver me actual item as per shown by amazon

                      A refund has been made by amazon on 26th july regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                        I bought muzili tws v5 bluetooth v4.2 true wireless in-ear headphones on 18th jun 2019. As i was traveling couldn't check the product. When i open the box and checked the product on 3 july and found defect and issues in the item. The left earphone was not working and it was getting disconnected every time.

                        When i requested for return the product, amazon said the return date was expired on 28th jun (4days ago). Now i was not able to contact manufacture nor seller..

                        This is totally unacceptable.

                          I have ordered for a fast delivery paying extra 49 as delivery charge because those items were quite urgently needed for me being a woman. But Amazon didn't deliver and the Straus shows as delivered.. I called customer care and second agent was rude in her behaviour.. name is Ailin..

                          I want Amazon to take strict actions against this ..if Amazon informed me that they can't deliver I would have gone to shop and purchased it.. now it 10.30 PM in the night .. I was completely frustrated

                            This complaint is regarding my order number[protected] and[protected]inalsa steam master-1600 watt-garment steamer) on amazon india by smart innovations. I had ordered two inalsa steam master but both wrong products were delivered, they were of some other company and in a dilapidated condition. The company is neither initiating refund/return nor exchanging the product and giving the actual product which had been ordered. Attaching the photos for the same.

                                I had ordered a book on 2nd july through credit card from amazon but i received email that my payment was declined but the amount was deducted from my allahabad bank account. The amount of ₹438 was debited from my account. But it has not yet been credited to my account. I thought it will be credited to my account within 24 hours but it has not been done so. Therefore i kindly request you to refund the amount debited from my account.

                                  All of sudden without intimation on mail or sms Amazon India has stopped accepting order specifically seller cloudtail.

                                  I have paid prime membership fees and I am buying particular order from amazon.in every month.

                                  called customer care and they suggested we don't know when amazon india will resume service in Mumbai.

                                  My only concern why we should pay for amazon prime service till the time we don't get services.

                                      My name is dinesh kumar chautapalli. I’m the victim of online fraud through amazon pay emi and i would like to explain and give a complaint on it.
                                      On 29th june 2019 saturday i got a call from capital float team states that you have a loan emi pending with amazon pay emi. At that moment i was shocked and explained to them that i haven’t purchased anything on amazon.in

                                      Further capital float team states that on may 11th, 2019, an amount of rs 55471 /- shopping has been done through my amazon account on the name of deepak parmar. And i realized that something went wrong with my amazon account. They informed me to raise a complaint with amazon team and as well as to file a complaint.

                                      I made a call to amazon support team on 29th june 2019 and explained the whole thing that has happened, and i came to know that my amazon account has been hacked.

                                      Myself without knowing all this thing had happened, when i casually tried to login into my amazon account in the month of may 2019 it showed me an error states that incorrect email or password. And then i tried to reset my password again there was an error states that you don’t have an amazon account with this email id ([protected]@gmail.com). I thought it might be any technical error and i left it for a couple of days.

                                      Later on, may 28th, 2019 i tried to login into my amazon account and the same previous error repeated. And then i decided to signup with my same credentials using [protected]@gmail.com as my email id and +91 96xxxxxx96 as my phone number and the account has been created on may 28th, 2019. But i was unable to access my past orders, addresses, and payment methods. And at that moment i don’t know regarding my account hack and i logged out of my account by thinking there might be an error again.

                                      I request to consumer complaints team, to get me out from this online fraud and do a needful justice on this issue. And i would like to provide all the information and required documents for speedy justice.

                                        Not sign up for this unless in error please cancel was charged to my seats MasterCard. I want this AMAZON PRIME canceled immediately two charges refunded. I have my have my own Amazon credit card and order from you regularly but I do not want Amazon prime.
