We have purchased saregama carvan premium portable digital music player on 19th april 2019.in just 1 month, we started facing problems with the product. It's been 2 months, we are calling customer care daily but no response from your side. Such type of irresponsible behavior is not expected from a renowned company. As it is in warranty period, please replace the product as soon as possible or else we need to take some other means to do that.

    A few years ago, i bought a chinese smart watch off of amazon.in. This watch did not come with any warnings, and at the time of purchase it was not specified whether the product was safe for use or not. It did ot have any safet specificatiojs nor any certification from isi nor the beareau of indian standards. I successfully used this watch for 2 years, over a period of which, i would charge this watch overnight. A week ago however, after i took the watch off the charging port, and was wearing it, the watch burst on my wrist. It errupted into flames, and my hand recieved a third degree burn. Under my right to safety, under my consumer rights, i would like to file a suggestion for the ministry of consumer affairs to make it compulsary for products sold onine to come with some sort of certification from the concerned institute of standardisation, and that all such threatful products, which may hae a certain life or expiry, come with certain warnings or safety instructions.

      I had a conversation with your amazon pay cs agent on 5th july 2019, he
      Asked me to wait for 3 days. After three days your agent told me to wait
      For 7 days, after 7 days he/she told me to wait for another 3 daya. And now
      Today she told me to wait for another 3 days.
      If airtel is not replying to you why customer have to suffer.
      Airtel have contacted me and told me they can't give my money back because
      They didn't got it from amazon.

      Now today 19-july-2019 i called them again and they are telling me that they have initiated the refund of lesser amount then the transaction amount and it will take another 5 days. And directed me to read terms and conditions.

      Terms and conditions:
      Q. Is this cashback & refund policy applicable even if the merchant cancels the transaction?
      A. Cashback policy will be applicable for all order refunds (Where you have received a cashback) including order cancellations done by the merchant.

      What is the fault of customer if merchant is canceling the order?

      You don't take more than 60 seconds to take money from our account.
      Then you make your customers suffer for 20 days or maybe more god knows. Even after this much you won't give the complete amount.

      Is using amazon is a mistake?

        I placed order on 21.04.2019. Order number - #[protected]. I paid rupees. 11, 495.00 for two items. One is ray-ban eye wear frame and other is nike t shirt. Both items are received and returned within 3 days due to not fit for my body. I returned both items by india post as per amazon policy on -09.05.2019 to amazon seller gmr airport city, pin-500108 r. G. I airport so from arjuna behera at-medical campus po-mohana district-gajapati state-odisha, pin-761015. But the seller have cheating me since three months. So kindly help me for my refund money. My items india post tracking number is - eo[protected]in and eo[protected]in/ 09.05.2019.

          On10/7 i have canceled order of rs.7524. On the same day amazon have initiated refund. But it is not shown in my bank account till today. Amazon gave me reference number i. E.[protected]. I have visited bank branch but they said that they can’t help me in this issue. I have also talk with customer care but they are unable to help me so what to do now. Amazon said that the issue is with bank not from their side. Plz help me to solve my query and give my money back as soon as possible.

                I ordered a phone in exchange after getting imei verified to him i ask him to format my phn he refused kick me back and said u eaten my whole day bls bla and start abusing
                The amazom also mark my product declined my customer.
                How can you mark my product declined by me when it was not declined by me just on the words of delivery boy?
                Thn mark it declined by delivery boy.
                The deal i got i will never get back. Amazon my relationship is with you not with courier companies order i'd[protected]

                  I had applied for Virtual Customer Service Associate Lucknow UP India my job Id is[protected] and attended the interview process today dated 18/07/19 at AMAZON DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, halwasiya court regus 4th floor, lucknow .
                  Would like the recruitment process to be re-evaluated as I think it is a scam where the recruitment was for name sake and only preselected female candidates were announced/selected and they were made to take the online test separately while we were asked to disable alerts and keep same password on the job portal while applying.
                  I am unhappy to be played fooled by a brand like Amazon.

                  Request to re evaluate the recruitment process or take another round of test for selected candidates under monitored unbiased invidulation.

                    I applied the amazon recruitment send my resume after i get the confirmation letter selected the supervisor job. Asked money deposited rs1650 for uniform charges and id card deposit the money and send the receipt. After amazon hr calling me deposit the money 5000 for salary account i deposit the money then he call and send the amount 3500. It is real or fake please help me

                      I have placed a order on 15th and the delivery was expected to get delivered on 16th but till now i didn't receive my product.. Delivery agent is saying i can only deliver the product on his convenient timing when he visits our area. When i called amazon customer care and requested a delivery between 8.30-9 pm they agreed and promised me product will get delivered on the time i requested. But the delivery person has been coming around 11 am in the morning and calling me standing in front of my house.. When i called customer care today they are coming out with different statement saying "sorry for the false commitment we will not be able to deliver at your convenient time, if you want you can request our delivery executive to deliver at your convenient time, when i called him he says i can only come at my work time you call customercare and check... I have been begging between customer care and delivery executive for last 2 days for the product which i have paid my money. I have never expected this kind of worst service and behaviour from amazon

                      It is so sad to listen from customer care saying they don't have any connection between amazon and delivery person.. One last solution they gave me was i can"cancel my order through app "

                        I received a job offer from amazaon.
                        They contacted me via mail [protected]@ gmail.com
                        They selected me as supervisor in my locality within 15 km and aked me to pay rs.1650 for my uniforms and shoes.
                        I paid that amount via google pay..
                        After 2 days they contacted me and said to open hdfc bank account, they send me the account opening form through their mail.
                        Then they said to pay rs.5000 for account opening.
                        But i refused to pay that amount, because sallary account can be open in 0 balance..
                        So i called them and asked to refund my first payment..
                        But there is no replay..

                          I placed few orders in amazon prime. I subscribed to prime to buy products on prime day which was there for 2 days.15th and 16th july 2019. I placed few orders with online payment and few with cod.
                          Delivery boy came around 10am, didn't even wait until i check the products that i have ordered and for which product i need to pay the amount in cash. He immediately took the product and left saying that he has many deliveries today. I asked him to wait to check the order that i received and will give the money after checking.
                          He immediately left and cancelled the order saying that i cancelled and denied to accept the product.
                          Who is responsible if the delivery boy cancels the delivery as he wishes?

                          I called to the customer service and they confirmed that product will be delivered today at any cost. But then in the evening at 4:27 pm i recieved a mail that i cancelled the product and denied to take the product. Which was cancelled by delivery boy and not me.
                          Don't you give time to check the order and pay accordingly. Customer has to give the money without even prior check. I bought products with offer. And now i'm at loss. I called customer service again in the evening after the order is cancelled by delivery boy. Spoke for about one hour with kranthi customer service and finally managed to talk to the delivery boy in conference and delivery boy said that he reached home at 5:30 pm and gave some mobile number saying that his supervisor will deliver the product. Customer service - kranthi even requested him to deliver the products at any cost that same day. He said the he would do. When i called back on the mobile number that they have given they didn't pick the call. I called customer service for the third time and they confirmed that they definitely deliver the product by 9pm but i didn't receive the product even after number of attempts.
                          The status is shown as products are shipped back to the seller.

                          Worst service ever. Delivery boys are worst.
                          What is the use for me to subscribe amazon prime and buy the products on prime day with quick delivery and offer price.

                          I don't understand why you record the calls and don't take any action upon it.

                          Now, customer service is asking me to buy the products again. Why should i buy for more price now? What is the purpose for me to subscribe to prime and buy the products on prime day for less price.? Which was cancelled by a delivery boy as he wishes. Provide an option to change atleast for the customer service after they receive feedback from customer to deliver the product. Not sure when my money will be refunded.

                              I ordered pampers monthly pack on 15th July 2019, on 17th July the delivery guy entered my society but without delivering he left, i got the message on my mobile, when i called him he said it is delivered, i said no. Then called customer service the lady called payal denied to lodge a complaint.my concern is without giving the product how can you mark it as delivered!! If it's a mistake I don't buy it.please do something on delivery service.

                                जो की मैंने उपरोक्त रिचार्ज अमेज़न से करवाया।
                                यह कि अब मैं रिचार्ज का रिफंड चाहता हूं।
                                यह कि मैंने जब अमेज़न केअर से बात की तो उनका जवाब था कि वह इस बारे में कुछ नही कर सकते और आप अपने ओपरेटर से बात कीजिये और मेरे सिम ऑपरेटर जिओ केअर से बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि वे इस बारे में कुछ नहीं कर सकते और मुझे अपशब्द कहे।
                                जो कि कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं था।
                                अतः जनाब से अनुरोध है कि मेरी दरखास्त दफ्तर दाखिल की जावे और दोषिगंन पर सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जावे।

                                  I got message or email today (17th july 2019) at 11:52 a. M that the product has been delivered but that's a lie. I have called the delivery person he confirm my address. The delivery person trying to make fool. He asking sir ghar kha hai apka, kaise pauchna hai, number apka nhi lag rha tha maine 10 se jyada baar call kia bla bla bla...
                                  I got message also package was handed directly to the customer. Amazon is totally fraud.

So i contact the seller pawan kumar tulsian, tulsian's kharidiye private limited, r18-19, basementpul, prahladpur, new delhi-110044 pan no: abqpt4993g gst registration no: 07abqpt4993g1zu and the seller replied through amazon message as follows : from: kharidiye dot com 12:49 11/12 order id :[protected] ohh sorry to hear that we can replace the defective part, kindly send it back to our address for replacement then i again contact the amazon customer care through amazon chat and the representative of amazon.in told me to send the product to the seller through any courier and amazon will pay you the courier fee when seller will receive the product. Also they told me that i'll get either full refund or product replacement. Thus, immediately the product was sent by me through speed post with tracking id ew[protected]in dated 14.11.18 on 15.30 with fee rs. 94.40. It is very regretted to inform you that as soon as i received the message from indian speed post that the seller received the product i contact the seller through amazon message section and the seller acknowledged that they have received the product but when i told them to replace or full refund my money they never replied. I contact many times to the seller but they never replied. After this each and every time from the past 4 months whenever i contact the amazon customer care they only replied that i'll get either full refund or full replacement for the product please wait for 5 more days.in this way i was not only harassed many many times till now but also www.amazon.in cheated me. Therefore, i was cheated by www.amazon.in as i have not yet received my full money back instead of returning the product to the seller of amazon. Please take necessary action against amazon.in so that i can receive my full money back for the defective product at the earliest.

                                      The delivery boy named balu's behaviour was very very rude when he came to deliver conditioner at d 305 sobha oman topaz, sarjapur main road, bangalore 560102. He used rude words like "to help with you". This is just for the simple reason that i did not have change with me. He has not having any change to give which is not acceptable.
                                      Please take strict action against him so that other customers do not face similar problems.

                                        I have ordered my mobile (Order #[protected] from amazon prime day on 15th july 2019 and being a prime member delivery was guaranteed on the 16th july 2019. Still it is not delivered.

                                        Due to mobile exchange offer i have formatted my mobile on 15th july 2019 to handover the delivery boy, due to which i have lost all my contacts and apps required for my day to day activities. Still the mobile phone has not being delivered to my address as requested.

                                        Very poor exhibition of customer support.. Need to improve the service and provide me reimbursement for getting mental harassment faced due to the same.

                                        Today, when I tried to order an item, amazon.in is refusing to accept with the reason that my email id & mobile numbers are invalid. I am using this mobile for the last so many years, how it can become invalid?

                                        Kindly note that item against the above order has not yet delivered to me.It may be delivered on 8th July 2019 to wrong person.Money has already been paid, deliver the item soon.
