    I have cancelled one of my order on[protected]. And i got an message from amazon your refund was success. But when i checked my account i didn't get my money in my account. I have contacted with amazon personal through customer support but they gave me some random number ask me to solve the issue. They behave like they are not at all responsible for refund. Please go through the issue and solve the issue as soon as possible

      Please check my below trailing mail and take action accordingly with your mailing team member (Chitralekha, sunita), they did not properly in my mail ✉ simply sending copy paste messages, what the hell man???

      I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

      I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other amazon product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to amazon management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about amazon anymore.

        I have place an order on amazon on 15.07.2019 and payment done at the time of order. And i have a update from amazon in site on 20.07.2019 the product was delivered. I have conformed with my family membered they told item not received then i called to amazon executive gien complaint about this issue then he told me please wait up to 22.07.2019 item will be delivered with in time but item not received and status also not changed about the product and again i called to amazon team on 22.07.2019 evening 9 pm they told me please wait upto 25.07.2019 i have accepted that also after that on 25.07.19 i have enquired at the local courier office they did not get any mail or information from amazon and the delivery supervisor enquired the delivery boy he told me i have given parcel in wrong address and told to the that boy go and collect the product and deliver to my home and the delivery boy called me to come to their courier office and i went their checked the product product was opened. I called to amazon team again told them to replace the item they told me wait upto 26.07.2019 8 pm replacement will be accepted. I have waited upto 27.08.2019 morning 9 am but item repacement not accepted and again i called to amazon team they again told me sorry sir request not updated please wait up to 28.07.2019 and my replacement will expires on 01.08.2019 bcoz they not updated my delivery time also i have suffered alot with amazon service and false commitments so i donot have trust on amazon comapany i need justice above issue please help me on this my order is is order #[protected]

          I ordered a fridge from amazon india on 16th july 2019. I still haven’t received it. I have called the company 10 times and emailed them 10 times. Yet no resolution. Every time i connect with them they will assure me resolution within 24hours. Nothing happens. They delivery boy called twice with scruples messages. I informed amazon about it. Yet it continues. I am being mislead and haven’t received my product or even an honest answer from amazon. I’m completely stressed and harassed over this since 19th july.

              Today received a parcel on cod. Its price was 489. But delivery boy told that its 497. My mother told him its 489 but he argued again for rs 497. Then he took 500 rs and told he have no change is it legal? It is not matter of rs.11. Its matter of service you provide to your customer & rude and wrong behaviour with my mom... She is a senior citizen also facing problem of low vision.

                Worst service by amazon & amazon fulfilled festival (Name) seller both cheat me this time they not delivered my product (Whirlpool 8 kg fully-automatic top loading washing machine (Stainwash ultra (N) 8.0 10 ymw, graphite, inbuilt heater) they automatic return my product to seller. I ordered a product on 15 july. Seller shipped product from gati courier services. Gati courier services not available at my pin code location. I call customer care amazon 25 july she told me don't worry. Product will delivered at 29 july.
                Next day i track my product and i saw they return my product to seller. I again call customer care now he told me amazon don't resolve my problem he also told me we refund your amount and you placed again order. I asked him where is discount amount for new order he asked me amazon are not responsible for discount i am a prime customer of amazon since 2013. Now i never again purchase any product from amazon.in in future. I feel cheat form amazon. Never expected worst services from amazon. Amazon don't respect customer. They create false propaganda to invite to join prime membership for discount they play with emotionally. I also report this complaint on

                          Amazon takes my order on prime day sale. Ships the products when the products are in stock. Later i receive a message on the delivery date at around 6:50pm saying that delivery will be attempted today. No one attempts delivery and i do not even receive a call from the courier. The next day i receive a message : refund initiated and product returned. I contact amazon via chat, they say no one was there to receive the product. I ask them why i wasn't called by the delivery team, they ignore saying that it is returned and cannot be delivered and ask me to place a new order.
                          I loose a discount of about 1400 plus the prices of the products i ordered increase. The amount i paid was around 8000 and now i need to pay 10500. Means i face a total loss of 2500.
                          Later i contact amazon again via call... And to my surprise this time they say it couldnt be delivered because the product was damaged during transit (Double talks)... I ask them why not a replacement and why return the products. They say it must not be in stock with the seller. I tell them then how is it still listed by the same seller. They then reply saying that there are other priorities then replacement. Means replacement isn't an important aspect for them. I argue for compensation speaking to even seniors but still they refuse.
                          All they offer is 1 months extension of prime membership... Now why would i want that?? It doesn't even amount to 10% of the discount that i had received. Ridiculous.
                          I ask them you call this compensation???
                          From a customer's point of view would u consider it a compensation? He apologises saying that that is all they can offer.
                          Very very disappointing service from amazon. Never expected this from amazon. What was the point of prime sale if the prime customer didn't benefit from the prime day sale???

                            I received an order from Amazon on 24th July, 2019. It was a pet playhouse with an exercise wheel and bowls. The exercise wheel was not complete. It was missing parts, therefore lacking functionality, when I requested a replacement, i was told to send the order myself. I fail to understand why? They can deliver the order but not replace it themselves? Furthermore, their employees are not helpful at all. Please help me out. Also, the order was covered by prime delivery.

                              We have purchase sofa cum bed on[protected] in amazon, but unfortunately product are not proper, seller is adorn india ltd, we can contact the seller but seller not solve my complaint & last we can talk with amazon but not satisfy answer & seller denied the complaint.                               I have ordered an AC adaptor through amazon order no.408.[protected] dt.20.6.2019. The MRP of the product is only rs. 153/- but they charged an amount of Rs. 599/-.

                                  My product was returned by your designated courier without contacting me although i had paid for it. Please order them to deliver the item to me early. They are defaming the repute of amazon and enhancing your expenses and my worries. The latest date of delivery was 29.7.2019. It is unfair to return it back to the seller before four days of the latest date. Moreover, a customer, who has already paid for an item is unlikely to refuse acceptance of the same. Kindly act promptly.

                                    I got this product on 6 july and i refund this on 9 july but till now didn't receive any kind of confirmation mail regrading this product and refund is still pending its almost 15 days up. The representative said refund is initiated but i didn't receive it.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I had ordered 5 numbers of shampoo amounting rs. 590 on amazon (Order#[protected] on 5 july 2019 and received it on 8 july 2019 evening. I had ordered 5 numbers of shampoo in order to save the delivery charges, otherwise i would have to pay rs. 40 as delivery charges.
                                      When i opened the shampoo packet, i found two problems with the delivery. First, the packet had only 4 numbers of shampoo in it. Second, all of them were different from what the amazon website had mentioned. I had ordered biotique bio walnut bark fresh lift ‘body building shampoo’ for fine & thinning hair, 190ml’. However, i received biotique ‘volumizing shampoo’. So, just then, i complained about this issue to amazon customer care. I also sent them product images on amazon’s email support as directed by them. They asked to wait for 9 days and contact on or after 17 july 2019.
                                      When on 17 july 2019, i phoned amazon customer care, they told that they have done investigation and based on the investigation, they will not process any return or refund on the same product. Also, they will not hear anything on this complaint from now onwards. This was an autocratic decision and i am very much frustrated with their this kind of response. This is not the first time when amazon has given this kind of response.in the past also, they have given these kinds of decisions and those times, my products value was more than rs. 10, 000. I am a senior research scholar at iit kanpur, one of the best research institutions of india and my schedule is generally very busy. I had to waste a lot of time and energy and had undergone a lot of mental frustration due to amazon’s this kind of behavior. So, i accepted their decision during those times.
                                      However, now i observe that these kinds of decisions have become habit of amazon and this way amazon is cheating its customers. So, this time, i am raising the issue on consumer court (Though the amount is not so much big). Through this forum, i request the concerned authorities to take a suitable action in this case and help in getting either my product returned/replaced or money refunded.

                                      I am attaching the invoice for the purchased product for the kind information to the concerned authorities.

                                        Few hours ago, i made a txn on amazon thru sbi credit card worth rs 18k, usually their gift cards arrive within 5 min,

                                        I noticed after 2 hours from the payment, i realised that amazon took my 18 k without delivering gift cards which i requested for.

                                        That's so frustrating to me, to get my own money back..

                                        Also i would not like to continue my prime membership after this incident.

                                        Where they only understand the language of money, not the importance of customer.

                                        Inform them to refund my money, i don't want this order now as amazon don't trust me..
