I have been following up from amazon for more than 15 days now, i have received samsung not working phone in one plus 7 pro. I did everything they asked from, provide photos and everything. My 53 thousand are at stake here now there are saying that they can't do anything.

I can't bear that big amount of money, after 7 days of investigation they are saying that there is nothing wrong at their end. Are they doing their business by scamming their customers.

Kindly help in this case.

    Refund not returned to my account

    I made a transaction on 18072019 with atm card in amazon.in website. Transaction failure amount debited from my account. I contacted the amazon customer service. They intiated the refund with reference [protected] but amount not refunded to the account. Amoazon telling we intiate from our side. Bank only do the refund. I cantacted the bank customer care. Bank customer care also not responding on this isssue and they are askin utr number. Utr number only generated only upi neft transactions for not refunds. This was told by amazon serivce. Iam trying to file a charge dispute on bank through customer care. Even theye are not listening to my words. So please resolve the issue and refund the amount of rs.1760

      I have ordered a laptop on 15th july 2019 and money was deducted and i have the order no[protected] but on 17th july 2019 i have received a message said order cancelled and money will be refunded. But still now there is no messages regarding the payment pls update me with refund status.
      Amazon Customer care people is not good for talking to people, they can't help with user. It my amazon account but i don't know the some question when customer care asked me.but there is my account.

      this is ridiculous customer care of amazon.

        I am copying full complaint that i have written to amazon india on there facebook page

        Amazon india or should i call you thugs of india i ordered a washing machine on 17th of july brand name - amazon basics

        Ordered with a thinking amazon brand but my order changed into a disaster when i receive that product from first day of working it was turbulating like crazy i ask your team to see what is the issue they told me you don’t have purchase rand with this that’s why it is happening than i ask for stand and installed it but same issue arises again this time i call your customer care team they arranged technician visit for today he care at 10 in the morning and check all the issue after full inspection he told me that product is defective please ask customer care team for refund

        Now real drama started i called customer care team and they told me that technician has submitted a report where they have shown query is resolved now they are not accepting that i have report where they have shown product is defective nor she is ready to share that sheet

        But as i have proof i am showing you that report here

        Can you refund my money or should i go legal on this

        Beacuse of this my wife got a current also while using washing machine this can lead to serious health issue i want my money back with full compensation of 10 lacs as it has cause a harm to my wife

            I ordered 3*lion seeded dates from amazon india pvt ltd, i received product on 27th july, i checked the dates package, it shows that it should be washed before eating, it's natural dates, they didn't share this information on the description page, after this i asked amazon prime that why they didn't share this information for customers, they are deceiving customers, they should refund my money as there is no information about product...

              Dear sir,
              My name is shiju k john, i am a regular customer of amazon india. I have been using their service from 2015. Some times i have faced delivery problems and they have solved that. July 8th i have ordered 1 kg of cashew nut for my wife who has working in mumbai, and they have shipped that next day from vishakapattanam. And 11th july the item has arrived at bhivandi, maharashtra. This place is very near to the destination. But until now i did not recieved the product. I have complained them many times at last they said they have lost lost the item from courier so they will refund the money. I have waited for refund almost 1 week again i have complained for initiating refund. The third guy from their customer service said to me that i will get refund regarding email shortly. I have received that email but i did not get my money.
              Kindly help me sir to get my money as soon as possible

                I had prepaid order send for my grandma but it wasn’t delivered to her and i haven’t received a single call regarding the delivery nor my grandma git any call for delivery and they just showed it delivered to the adress now unwilling to cooperate the order id was[protected]
                When i talked to the company they were like we have delivered to the given adresss and now we cant do anything the delivery guy never even called me regarding the delivery and i # trusted amazon to make that order prepaid

                  I have purchased apple adapter for my i-pad dated on 1st july by your website but product have quality issue within three days i have tried for refund but it could been sucessful after multiple attempt in your website no option are showing for refund or alternate.

                  I am regular user of amazon within this year i have purchased more then 70000 rs product but such kind of fradulent activity which is happening in your website so user are not getting access right option for return. Its really worst and loose the confidence in amazon like prime market leader.

                  I am attaching the invoice copy of my bill and request you to provide refund since i have purchased new adapter due to emergency.

                    I bought watch on 2 Junefrom Amazon then I returned back to Amazon on 5 june. Picker came from company to pick watch after ppicking watch I couldn't get refund money ...it's been 2 month daily I contact to customer Care of Amazon they making excuses..                       I ordered 3 items from amazon during the prime day sale. I recieved a message saying that 1 package with 3 items were delivered to your address. When i checked the package, there was only 1 item in the package and the other two were missing. So i called amazon, filed a complaint about the missing items and waited a few days for the investigation to complete, just like i was told to do by the representative i spoke to. After about 3 weeks, i called amazon for an update and they informed me that they can't do anything about it as their system shows that all the items were delivered to me. I have not received the 2 items in question and i want to know how can i complaint about this unfair treatment and the brand that refuses to help me out with it?

                        I have placed the order on 16th of july, 2019 of realme 3 (Dynamic black, 3gb ram, 32gb storage) which got delivered on 18th of july 2019 post which after opening the package i found that the box was empty and there was no mobile phone. After that, i contacted the amazon customer support where they said they have raised the complaint and it will be resolved till 24th of july. On contacting on 24 they said to wait till 26th on contacting on 26th they told to wait till 31st of july 2019 to get the resolution.

                        I have spent 10000 rs on this product and this is my money and asking for a refund they are telling that they will refund on 24th, 26th, 31st.

                        I have saved the amount from my parents to buy the phone for my mom and now the amazon is fooling like this. I have gone through many mental pains and stress still they keep telling on calls that we will not do anything wait, wait and wait.

                        I want my refund back and the amount of strain and mental pain i have gone through.

                        Cheaters... Amazon fraud...

But when i checked my account i didn't get my money in my account. I have contacted with amazon personal through customer support but they gave me some random number ask me to solve the issue.                               Please check my below trailing mail and take action accordingly with your mailing team member (Chitralekha, sunita), they did not properly in my mail ✉ simply sending copy paste messages, what the hell man???

                              I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

                              I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other amazon product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to amazon management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer.                                 I have place an order on amazon on 15.07.2019 and payment done at the time of order. And i have a update from amazon in site on 20.07.2019 the product was delivered. I have conformed with my family membered they told item not received then i called to amazon executive gien complaint about this issue then he told me please wait up to 22.07.2019 item will be delivered with in time but item not received and status also not changed about the product and again i called to amazon team on 22.07.2019 evening 9 pm they told me please wait upto 25.07.2019 i have accepted that also after that on 25.07.19 i have enquired at the local courier office they did not get any mail or information from amazon and the delivery supervisor enquired the delivery boy he told me i have given parcel in wrong address and told to the that boy go and collect the product and deliver to my home and the delivery boy called me to come to their courier office and i went their checked the product product was opened. I called to amazon team again told them to replace the item they told me wait upto 26.07.2019 8 pm replacement will be accepted. I have waited upto 27.08.2019 morning 9 am but item repacement not accepted and again i called to amazon team they again told me sorry sir request not updated please wait up to 28.07.2019 and my replacement will expires on 01.08.2019 bcoz they not updated my delivery time also i have suffered alot with amazon service and false commitments so i donot have trust on amazon comapany i need justice above issue please help me on this my order is is order #[protected]

                                  I ordered a fridge from amazon india on 16th july 2019. I still haven’t received it. I have called the company 10 times and emailed them 10 times. Yet no resolution. Every time i connect with them they will assure me resolution within 24hours. Nothing happens. They delivery boy called twice with scruples messages. I informed amazon about it. Yet it continues. I am being mislead and haven’t received my product or even an honest answer from amazon. I’m completely stressed and harassed over this since 19th july.

                                    My name is dushyant dhavle and i had ordered zebronics zeb-axon bluetooth speaker of rs. 1350 in amazon on 08 july 2019 and after 15 july 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 19 july 2019.
                                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                                       Today received a parcel on cod. Its price was 489. But delivery boy told that its 497. My mother told him its 489 but he argued again for rs 497. Then he took 500 rs and told he have no change is it legal? It is not matter of rs.11. Its matter of service you provide to your customer & rude and wrong behaviour with my mom... She is a senior citizen also facing problem of low vision.

                                        Worst service by amazon & amazon fulfilled festival (Name) seller both cheat me this time they not delivered my product (Whirlpool 8 kg fully-automatic top loading washing machine (Stainwash ultra (N) 8.0 10 ymw, graphite, inbuilt heater) they automatic return my product to seller. I ordered a product on 15 july. Seller shipped product from gati courier services. Gati courier services not available at my pin code location. I call customer care amazon 25 july she told me don't worry. Product will delivered at 29 july.
                                        Next day i track my product and i saw they return my product to seller. I again call customer care now he told me amazon don't resolve my problem he also told me we refund your amount and you placed again order. I asked him where is discount amount for new order he asked me amazon are not responsible for discount i am a prime customer of amazon since 2013. Now i never again purchase any product from amazon.in in future. I feel cheat form amazon. Never expected worst services from amazon. Amazon don't respect customer. They create false propaganda to invite to join prime membership for discount they play with emotionally. I also report this complaint on
