I’ve bought redmi 7 mobile phone from amazon of rs.7, 999/- pay through partially amazon pay and partially through net banking sbi, phone was faulty, even after replacement phone was faulty, and there is only option left was refund. When i contact the amazon customer care on sunday, 30th june 2019 regarding the refund process and for pick up, they said phone pick-up was scheduled on next day, monday, 1st july 2019 and they have released my refund and will get it after 24 hrs of pickup. At that time they didn’t give me at all any such information that until unless it reaches the seller, i didn’t get the refund and the seller is in bangalore. So it may take time, even a whole week, they hide me such important information. As per scheduled, phone was picked up on monday, 1st july 2019 from my destination. When i check my account on 3rdjuiy 2019 i didn’t get my refund, then i contact to customer care through chat, then they say in 2-4 days refund has been credited, talking to their senior said 3-5 days refund will be credited. On 4th july 2019, when refund didn’t credited, again contacted amazon, when asked strictly, they say until the product reach the seller, i can’t get refund, and the seller is in bangalore, karnataka, and cache is product (Mobile) is still in jaipur on3rd july 2019, and reach bangalore on 5th july 2019. On checking account 6th july 2019, even product has reached bangalore, still didn’t get refund. Just tell me, until unless the product didn’t reach the seller, i didn’t get refund, and the seller is in bangalore, if first 3 days product was in jaipur and took 2 days more to reach bangalore, then how it was possible to get refund after 24 hrs of pick-up, 2-4 days, 3-5 days, means they all lying, fooling me, deceiving me all the time. When again contacting amazon customer care, and confronting regarding previous chat they just say one word “sorry” and back off and then saying according to their policy it will take 7-10 days to refund, and advice to wait till 16th july 2019, when i asked where it is written show me the webpage they show me the page, where there is nothing at all mentioned that according to amazon policy it will take, 7-10 days, just written once receive the return, 2-4 days for refund. When i confronted regarding this they are saying, you have to understand it will take 7-10 days, ‘have to understand’ mean it was not mentioned in amazon policy of refund and obviously definitely not according to amazon policy of refund, that it will take 7-10 days and in no case 16th july2019, 16 days after pickup. Whole week has been over didn’t get any refund yet. The all customer care executive lying all the time, fooling me, deceiving me, misleading me for whole week, that after 24 hrs get refund, in 2-4days will get refund, 3-5 days get refund, now they extended 7-10 days, and then extended the time limit and ask to wait till 16thjuly 2019, every time i talk they keep extending the time limit. Just for good rating they always mislead, give wrong info. If they tell me and informed me earlier about such procedure, and it may take a whole week, i can buy a very reasonable phone, and wouldn’t be deprived of phone for more than a week and my whole week never been wasted. Due to their deceptive and misleading behaviour, i incurred a loss of rs.20, 000 and also have had complaint against panasonic in national consumer helpline, and due to i’m deprived of mobile phone, my no. Is unreachable and due this my complaint has been closed, i’ve a strong case against panasonic. Now not only i want my refund but also demand compensation of rs.20, 000 due to their lying, deceptive, fooling me all the time by customer care of amazon. I can give complaint no. Also. First of all they have not mentioned such extent of time frame 7-10 days for refund in amazon policy, and asking to wait until 16th july mean 16 days from is not in any case, second my whole week has been wasted and i incurred a loss of rs.20, 000/-, because of such loss incurred i got literally panic attack and in depression, now i want that compensation from amazon, because of their hidden policy where there is not mention such policy of such extent time frame for refund and in name of that policy, fooling me all the time, misleading me and giving wrong information all the time, just for good rating and last not the ever least mental harassment and depression i’ve gone through. They definitely need a lesson, so that next time they can’t say anything, mislead, deceive, give wrong information, fooling around to customer for just sake of good rating and escape by just saying “sorry” and feedback taken, does their apology and feedback taken, solve my problem and compensate the loss i incurred. I want refund rs. 7999 + compensation of rs.20, 000 from amazon. Have me justice.
