I have paid rs 539 and rs 14 on 27.04.19 by debit card to amazon for payment to airtel mobile no. [protected]. The bank's journal no. Is[protected] and[protected] respectively. My bank account no. Is [protected] with ifsc sbin 0004445 but till date, the payment has n6 been made to airtel company nor refunded the money to my account. Kindly rectify the entry quickly.

    Refund of rs. 899/- has been made by amazon on 16th of may 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
    "the reference number of the refund is[protected]
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      After making the payment online for a toy, it's already 1 month. I have neither received the good nor the refund. I don't find any customer care no. I have made multiple complain through mail but no solution till date. The only thing they do is to keep on increasing the delivery date. They, if can't deliver, why don't refund my amount if there intention is not wrong??Order #[protected]

        Your delivery man spoke very rudely, probably he was drunk and never wanted to come to door step to deliver the packet.
        He asked for money prehand without giving the packet that too standing at house no.11 whereas our house no. Is 13 at 20:30 hrs.
        Such kind o[censored]nprofessionalism never expected from amazon at least.
        The delivery man took the packet back...

          Hello i orderd some items of more than 5000/- as mentioned in cashback offer for that i was eligible for cashback of 1000. And after these items i added few more items in same cart. After order i called amazon coustomer care their executive said that you will receive cashback within 3 days. And now after 3 days they are saying you are not eligible for cashback. Due to some terms which are not written in terms and condition.

            I had purchased saregama carvaan on 15th dec 2018. Now i am experiencing issue with the charging cable and adapter. Both of them are not working.

              Respected sir, we are purchase 1 led 40 inches kodak tv on 1.06.2019 8th jun 2019 install tv the above product not working he told product is failure another technician attend 18.06.2019 he installed but sames problem not working the technicians are not given any job report i ask report the gentleman told i send through kodak company the company peoples are send mail on 19.06.2019 "please be informed that replacement of product is not possible untill product is in repairable condition. Hence you are requested to take service" i asking how to you told repairable because we are not showing the tv in working condition / programs he told repairable kodak company cheating to customers include amazon because we are purchase through amazon not kodak thats way third party (Amazon) take action and justify to customer so kindly contact kodak company / sellers discuss and replace item are return amount.                 Dear sir,
                My name is manu kumar email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my no. Is [protected]which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                  I deposited 5900 rs in amazon pay by mistake on 31may 2019 .
                  Same day I contacted to Amazon customer service and they reply me to refund my amount in 7 working days. After 7 day I contacted again then they told me for the some ishue in translation. We ishue new ticket to refund your money it will be refunded to your ac till 18 Jun 19, but money can't receive in my account. I was contact again then they told don't worry money will refund in 2-3 day's.

                  Today 21 Jun 19 I contacted again then they told me today new ticket ishue and your money refunded till 28 Jun 19 .
                  My 5900 stil stuck in amazon .

                    Order Id[protected]. On My product Delivery Date, In front of courier boy, I paid the amount Rs.1576 through PayLink SMS received from amazon. Transaction was successful but payment not received by amazon, and courier boy did not deliver the package on that day. On next working day, I paid through Cash and received the order from courier boy. Here I paid total Rs.1576 + Rs.1576 (Paylink and Pay on Delivery). I have complaint amazon about this issue and requested them to refund the excess amount (Rs.1576) which was paid by cash during delivery. They told me that refund initiated. But I still not received the refund in my bank account.

                      i Bought phone from Amazon on 26 march 2019 with order id #[protected] with amount Rs 9999 and wile coming this product it miss placed i didnt get it and again it was replaced by new one with order id #[protected] and it is deliver on 23rd of april 2019 but i didnt get i just got message from ecom it is delivered and i had complain on it also to the amazon and also to the ecom but i didn`t get any respond on it till now.

                        I order rayban sunglasses from amazon cost 4913 INR. Then i cancelled the order and amazon person sent money in my account. But in my account money didnt came. I want it back in my account..They have told us that the money has been sent in our bank . We want it back as its such a long time we havent got our money ...plz plz i want my money back ...

                        My name is Garv Anand and I had ordered Ray Ban sunglasses of rupees 4913 in Amazon on 13th June.And on 14th June I cancelled my order due to some personal reason. And on 16th June Amazon initiated the amount to make card but I still can't get the money Amazon sent me this reference number 221562 and told me to fill charge dispute Form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy .So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent...

                          Hi, I have purchased an NCERT SCIENCE (PCM) Complete Books Set For Class 11th from Amazon on 1 June 2019. I was notified that the order will be delivered on or before 12th October. It is well past the 12th (today is 21st Oct) and I have neither received my order nor have I been intimated of the reason for the delay or a revised date of delivery. When I checked the Amazon website, I found out that the consignment has not fixed date for a week I have no idea why it is still shown as being "in transit", for over 20 days now. Upon calling the Amazon Customer Service dept., I was told that my complaint has been escalated and that I would receive a call shortly. Sir, I am now losing my hope please help me as soon as possible.

                                I bought SIMPEX 522 flash for my photo studio but later i thought another model of simpex flash os better than this so i cancelled this order, I also called amazon customer care for getting refund in amazon pay balance but they said that it can't be refunded in amazon pay, i called them because i know it take less time than bank to get my refund.still i dont got my refund plz AMAZON help me .plz give me my money back

                                    This is the second instance, I ordered first time on 8th June 19' and delivery was scheduled on 9th June 19' but it did not happen. Whereas update given was delivery attempted. After complaining many times also there was no delivery and finally refund was initiated. But as it was an EMI purchase so without getting the mobile I had to pay the EMI.
                                    Then again I ordered on 18th June 19' and today was the delivery date. Same thing the item is out for delivery but the agent number is not reachable. Same thing happend last time also it was out for delivery but agent number not reachable. How can same thing happen 2times...
                                    Amazon is not at all bothered why the delivery is not happening. All the time all idiotic answers are given...it's my money which is going and no one is bothered. I m really pissed of at Amazon's attitude and courier parter they are using. It's just a piece of [censored]..
                                    I want a proper resolution and I want my full money back and also proper resolution for the mental harrassment that I faced.

                                      I am doing a grocery order in 2ND June 2019. order was delivered on 4TH June 2019. after open the packet all product are different from my ordered items. after complaints this issue with amazone.in they told me we are doing investigation. after five to eight days i am calling to amazone.in to knowing the status . they told me all products are delivered correct. and cut the phone. i am talk many times regarding this but they are not give me solution. i wank my ordered items or my ordered amount mony. i am also complaint in National consumer forum. complaint no of national consumer forum is 1389305.
                                      please clear this issue ASAP.

                                      i am duing mail to amazone customer care with all product images delivered to me as proof. i am also attached all proof with this.My ordered products and receved products please check. Amazone is worst delivery services. customer service is very very worst, fake, third class. please don't purchase (never purchase) with amazone. I am not expect these type of services by amazone.in. this i very bed .
