I, one of the valued customers on amazon india since 2014 with amazon id [protected]@gmail.com, had purchased samsung galaxy m30 (Serial no. Rz8m32bj7fr) mobile from amazon.in on 09 apr 19 vide order number:[protected] and invoice details : mh-bom[protected]Copy of invoice is herewith attached).
2. On 28 jun 19, my m30 screen got hung with only displaying the samsung welcome screen till the battery drained out and further did not switched on. I visited the samsung authorised service center at naupada, thane to get the mobile repaired as the device was still under warranty.
3. To my surprise the service engineer informed me that there is an issue with the mother board and repair charges would be rs 8, 500/-. He also said that the device has been tampered and warranty cannot be claimed for the said repair (Defect report from service center is also herewith attached). This was heart breaking and hurt me a lot as well. Because i have never taken my mobile m30 to any outside agency for repair or any consultation other than the above mentioned service center.
4. At the service center i was shown the seal of the mother board of mobile broken and informed me that the seal cannot be removed even if the mobile is dropped on ground unless it is heated and removed. It is clearly evident that i have been supplied with a tampered mobile by amazon and has broken my trust and belief.
5. Hence, i request you to resolve the warranty repair issue of my m30 mobile and replace the mobile with a new one at the earliest.
