I ordered "vivo v15 (Aqua blue, 6gb ram, 64gb storage) with no cost emi/additional exchange offers" from amazon.in with mobile application on 15th july 09:09 pm and my order id is[protected] paid total amount 13310.90 by my hdfc credit card *-9847 after all discount and in exchange of my iphone 5s. But i received vivo y12 on 17th of july which cost only approx 12000 inr. I register my complaint to amazon customer care they said send me all photos and videos and wait 4-5 days i send all the product photos and unboxing videos too but after 5 days when i call them they said they deliver right product they cant help me out. Please help me out in this case and resolve the issue as i become a victim of giant amazon fraudulent.

Amazon is selling red label tea with MRP 35 where the actual MRP is 30

      Date of order: 8th july

      Issue: product is damaged device is completely bent hence request for return. It's being 7 days no one has responded for return. I will be moving to consumer court and file case with my attorney if return is not happening as soon as possible.

      When i checked my return history it shows, pick attempted but no one has called me for the return and i did not received any message. I'm not happy with false information.

      I'm attaching the defective item screen shots. I will also be placing the item in social platform and request not to purchase any amazon brand.

      I call you every day for pickup, and everyone assuring me pick up will be initiated within 48 hours but no one has contacted me for return.

      I did not received call for return as promised.

      I was waiting for the whole day but no one has called me late night after 9 pm i received a message that our executive was unable to pick your which is a fake message

        Hello,

        I returned a book 2 months ago and have been waiting for my refund. I paid the shipping as well and the refund never came.

        Now after calling them multiple times, my account has been put on hold by amazon and even after multiple calls it hasn't been resolved. Every time they tell me that the account team will email me but i never receive an email.

        Now without being able to login, i can't see the refund status.

          I have ordered a led tv on amazon, which was delivered on time. Installation service was booked and scheduled on 21st july, when the technician opened the box for accessories which was with tv was not compatible, as tv is bigger size and the wall mount board is very small size.in between the service provider called and insisted me to buy accessories from the technician.
          I ha6 informed the same to amazon, they asked me get service reports from the technician, however the service provider manager called and confirmed that there is no service card provided by amazon to them nor they make any reports.
          All information were step by step updated to amazon. They asked me to share the pic6of tv board and the wall mount board. I sent to them. They s scheduled a visit by the technician to verify the issue to resolve, on 23rd 10 am to 12 pm, however i have found the technician mobile number was not working and out of service.
          I have not recieved any call nor attended by the technician.
          During the period had multiple mails and calls happened, but no single calls received from amazon for any update.
          I have attached the mail, request number technician details here with.
          Now i have called ama6 and raised again a request for resolution.
          Till now i have not even able to check the tv whether is working or not, but unfortunately due to non installation i am unable to do.
          Now i am really wondering if by any chance tv is not working, then amazon may easily say that my return period got over by 29th july which is date.

          Whenever i am calling customer care of amazon is saying that service is from vendor, so i have to connect with vendor.

          If that case how then amazon is running the market if the responsibility is with customers to reach the vendor? What is amazon role? Only to sale the product? Who's ownership to ensure end to end service delivery??

          Today I have received a call from one land line number from a lady, she informed she is calling from Amazon, and technician is trying to reach me, however there was no intimation from Amazon about my home visit nor any technician assigned to me.
          When I checked my call logged I found 4 missed call as from one of blocked number, as I realized the number I blocked because during ac installation the person behaved very badly. And technician was using the same number who work for same Service provider.
          Vecare service provider is unprofessional which proves in their services all the time.
          The technician attended the work and finally done and fixed the TV with the same wall mount, so that proves the service provider mislead customers to sale their own products to get extra money. Because service provider manager who called me through technician mobile was insisting me to buy the wall mount at 750 from them.
          I am sure Amazon must be knowing the same that their seller service provider performance.
          Every time Amazon customer care will say that its seller issue they will inform them.
          Here things are clear that Amazon is only doing a aggregator job, not a retail market platform.

          Which need very tight check in compliance view.

            Hi i have ordered two bags from amazon india. It is showing it has been delivered on my office address around 11:46 am while my shift starts at 01:30 on 8th of july 2019. I have called up courier guy he was not answering my calls that's why i logged a complaint in customer care. Now they said investigation team has investigated from their end and the product is delivered to me on 11:46 am. Which is simply not possible as i challenged them to investigate properly even they could check buildings cctv so that they get to know about the time i entered into the building. The product is not deleiverd yet but the customer care is failed to resolve the problem and even customer can not contact investigation team from their end.
            Please help me with this. As customer care executive clearly told me to forget about the money or products.

              My amazon account registered number [protected]. E-mail [protected]@gmail.com name sathishkumar i ordered few items from my amazon account with amazon pay balance (Rs.23000/-) and rest of the amount paid by my amazon gift card.

              But my order was cancelled each time i order. Regarding same i contacted customer care past 30 days and they assured me that after verification from accounts team my account will we unblock and i can operate my account as before. Daily told same but no response my mail

              Now i have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my payment card statement with my billing address to[protected].

              I was asked to send payment card statement with billing address, registered mail id, registered mobile no. I sent all these details to account verification mail id. Iam not able to fax because our banker told no fax machine our bank. Then only i am sending trough mail. The details already informed accounts team. Our banker also ready to send a mail but account specialist team is not response for mail

              Again my account is on hold due to address verification has received. On reply of my mail. Amazon asked sent me mail "our attempts to verify the billing address and card details for your order have been unsuccessful. Please arrange for the issuing bank of this card to send this information to our secure fax line:

              - the billing name and address associated with the card
              - the last 2 digits of the payment card"
              These details with card statement was already sent to their fax.

              So now i am left with no means to use my own rs. 23000/- in my amazon account, since my account is locked and no way to contact the amazon team which blocked my account.

              Kindly unblock my account or refund my son amazon pay balance to gift card or my account

                i have ordered 3 bottles of Aimil BGR-34 (containing 100 tablets each bottle)on www.amazon.in

                I have ordered online on www.amazon.in 3 bottles of this product on 18/07/2019 but amazon delivered one bottle on 23/07/2019 at 1:44 p.m. and took full amount of rs.1182/-. I have received only one bottle instead of 3 bottles.In invoice Qty mentioned 3 but when i open the box only one bottle is there. further it is also inform to your good self that the box i received it self is too small and it's capacity is of containing only one bottle. there is no more space for rest of other two bottles. photo of box as well as invoice and print screen of my order is attached herewith company has cheated me and now it's customer care service is not responding at all.I am helpless and my money is gone.
                it is my humble request to you that please refund my account or else delivered my remaining products.

                  I have ordered Samsonite bag on[protected] and paid the amount in advance through my bank. delivery date was 25 june to 1st july.
                  But till 6th july no intimation was there regarding my bag so I send a message to amazon to inquire about my product
                  on 7th july I recd. a mail and demanding KYC a proof of identification for custom clearance. there was a promise of fast delivery also, after giving this personal information but neither bag nor any other information related to it recd.
                  on 10th of july again I sent a message to enquire and recd. reply on 11th july where amazon told that KYC is being recd. and product will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days
                  on 19th july I called amazon about the product they told by Monday (22nd July) you will receive the product.
                  on 23rd July Tuesday again I call to enquire about the product as no intimation or delivery details updated on the app.
                  In this conversation they told as product is delayed and they don't have any information where the product is, so we are refunding your amount.
                  In this whole dealing with amazon I loose my trust for amazon there was only mental trauma for me for more then 1 month, but no support from amazon was there.
                  I order to amazon I don't know the seller for me amazon cheated me by making false promises to me.
                  I have a proof of their false promises again and again

                  They Demanded KYC on 7th July saying the product is at Bombay custom clearance whereas the tracking id no.[protected] showed that the product was delivered from NewYork on 19th July then how should I trust amazon

                      My bank statement shows two (2) charges of $13.93 from amazon prime -
                      Amzn.com/bill wa s[protected] card 3416, that i did not authorize. I'm contacting my bank to undergo fraud complaint, i'am hoping to get this resolved. I am not happy that your company would take advantage in this manner. If i can not get a resolution to this issue, i will not speak favorably about amazon and would not want to patronize your company ever again.

                        Sir i ordered a headphone it costs 749 on[protected] but they cancelled my order and then they said your refund will be credit in your account with in 5 days. 5 days are over now they said that you can't get your refund. They cheated me kindly please help me sir
                        There are anker products selling from Amazon India and I have purchased a Bluetooth earphones which stopped working after 2months now even my product is under warranty can't claim warranty as the anker products are have their sales and service in limited countries but in Amazon I can see they mentioned 18months warranty

                          We have been charged $12.99 on our chase united card by (Amazon prime amzn.com/bill wa) for three months (Apr 9, may 9 and jun 9). We have not ordered or received anything from amazon; therefore, we are requesting that you remove the charges and send a refund. We are also notifying our credit card company of the discrepancy and requesting they also remove the charge. A prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

                                I placed an order with Amazon worth Rs.1549 on 9/07/2019 and payment done via SBI debit card.

                                For some reason, they are unable to deliver the product and it was returned to the seller on 11/07/2019.

                                They initiated the refund on 11/07/2019 and said it will be credited in 3–5 business days. It is 22/07/2019 and I don’t see any refund in my bank account.

                                After a Google Search, I found numerous complaints regarding refund getting delayed.

                                I contacted sbi bank and they say “We didn’t get any information from Amazon”. I contacted Amazon and asked for transaction id of the refund. They said that I will get an e-mail with Transaction id of the refund.

                                An international e-commerce firm can’t even refund the money in 5 days to the bank account. Very cheap and disgusting behavior from Amazon.

E., on 22/07/2019 the product has been delivered to somebody else in panipat of haryana & now amazon says that the product is delivered to the customer, i need amazon take up this complaint & provide me a replacement as soon as possible as a token of appology for the inconvinience caused to me.

                                    Amazonindia blocked my account for over one month without any reason. Been following up since 9th june 2019 with no resolution. Everytime i call, i'm asked to give all my account details and assured of a revert within 24, hours. Nobody bothers to respond back. Every next time i call, i'm told that the back office team is looking into it. Neither are they able to delete my account, nor am i able to log in. Neither am i able to delete the account myself nor am i able to create a new one. After addressing this on their facebook page, the team is simply giving repetitive suggestions to contact account specialist team and reset password and everything else that is not working. It's close to two months and even when i call the helpline i do not receive any response except that they cannot help me and i will be receiving an email from the team. That also has not happened

                                      My self jakirhusen from bharuch gujarat india.

                                      I have ordered blue star water dispenser model: bwd3fmrea on 03/07/19 on amazon website. But unfortunately i have received wrong item with different model : bwd3fmrga.

                                      When i complaint this issue to amazon customer care service the have asked me for pictures of item i ordered and item i received. Which i have sent them on email immediately.

                                      They have told me they have forwarded my issue to their investigation team and they will investigate my problem and will deliver the item which one i ordered.

                                      After one week nobody come to my place to investigate my issue. Than again i have called to amazon customer care. And asked update about my issue. But disgustingly one of their customer executive spoke to me very rudely. And i have been informed that amazon cant help in this issue and after 9 days of order they have told me to return my item. And they told me to order that item again.

                                      I have did same and order same item again and today on 22/07/2019 i have again received same wrong item which i have received in past. And about 500 rupees price different between items i order. So today i asked amazon to give me difference of price and i have asked for compensation for harassment.

                                      After all this things happened amazon again saying me today that return this item and order again until you receive your proper item.

                                      Please take action against amazon and give me justice.

                                      I ordered a washing machine ORDER #[protected] and received the order today.
                                      To my surprise, MRP mentioned on the package is Rs.13100 whereas on website its shown as Rs.13590.This is a clear situation where MRP is shown high to indicate big amount of discount on the selling price.
