I bought a smartphone two days ago but it is shows it is not dispatched yet then I call customer support team then she ask me to send a mail to unhold your account
Delivery boy mishave on phone and he also demand of extra money

    Through atm card for₹649 i return this product back but the amount is not reflecting in my account i called to coustmer care they told me to file a dispute. Refference no is 819314 given by amazon. Kindly do the needful and reimburse the amount m as soon as possible.

      I’ve bought redmi 7 mobile phone from amazon of rs.7, 999/- pay through partially amazon pay and partially through net banking sbi, phone was faulty, even after replacement phone was faulty, and there is only option left was refund. When i contact the amazon customer care on sunday, 30th june 2019 regarding the refund process and for pick up, they said phone pick-up was scheduled on next day, monday, 1st july 2019 and they have released my refund and will get it after 24 hrs of pickup. At that time they didn’t give me at all any such information that until unless it reaches the seller, i didn’t get the refund and the seller is in bangalore. So it may take time, even a whole week, they hide me such important information. As per scheduled, phone was picked up on monday, 1st july 2019 from my destination. When i check my account on 3rdjuiy 2019 i didn’t get my refund, then i contact to customer care through chat, then they say in 2-4 days refund has been credited, talking to their senior said 3-5 days refund will be credited. On 4th july 2019, when refund didn’t credited, again contacted amazon, when asked strictly, they say until the product reach the seller, i can’t get refund, and the seller is in bangalore, karnataka, and cache is product (Mobile) is still in jaipur on3rd july 2019, and reach bangalore on 5th july 2019. On checking account 6th july 2019, even product has reached bangalore, still didn’t get refund. Just tell me, until unless the product didn’t reach the seller, i didn’t get refund, and the seller is in bangalore, if first 3 days product was in jaipur and took 2 days more to reach bangalore, then how it was possible to get refund after 24 hrs of pick-up, 2-4 days, 3-5 days, means they all lying, fooling me, deceiving me all the time. When again contacting amazon customer care, and confronting regarding previous chat they just say one word “sorry” and back off and then saying according to their policy it will take 7-10 days to refund, and advice to wait till 16th july 2019, when i asked where it is written show me the webpage they show me the page, where there is nothing at all mentioned that according to amazon policy it will take, 7-10 days, just written once receive the return, 2-4 days for refund. When i confronted regarding this they are saying, you have to understand it will take 7-10 days, ‘have to understand’ mean it was not mentioned in amazon policy of refund and obviously definitely not according to amazon policy of refund, that it will take 7-10 days and in no case 16th july2019, 16 days after pickup. Whole week has been over didn’t get any refund yet. The all customer care executive lying all the time, fooling me, deceiving me, misleading me for whole week, that after 24 hrs get refund, in 2-4days will get refund, 3-5 days get refund, now they extended 7-10 days, and then extended the time limit and ask to wait till 16thjuly 2019, every time i talk they keep extending the time limit. Just for good rating they always mislead, give wrong info. If they tell me and informed me earlier about such procedure, and it may take a whole week, i can buy a very reasonable phone, and wouldn’t be deprived of phone for more than a week and my whole week never been wasted. Due to their deceptive and misleading behaviour, i incurred a loss of rs.20, 000 and also have had complaint against panasonic in national consumer helpline, and due to i’m deprived of mobile phone, my no. Is unreachable and due this my complaint has been closed, i’ve a strong case against panasonic. Now not only i want my refund but also demand compensation of rs.20, 000 due to their lying, deceptive, fooling me all the time by customer care of amazon. I can give complaint no. Also. First of all they have not mentioned such extent of time frame 7-10 days for refund in amazon policy, and asking to wait until 16th july mean 16 days from is not in any case, second my whole week has been wasted and i incurred a loss of rs.20, 000/-, because of such loss incurred i got literally panic attack and in depression, now i want that compensation from amazon, because of their hidden policy where there is not mention such policy of such extent time frame for refund and in name of that policy, fooling me all the time, misleading me and giving wrong information all the time, just for good rating and last not the ever least mental harassment and depression i’ve gone through. They definitely need a lesson, so that next time they can’t say anything, mislead, deceive, give wrong information, fooling around to customer for just sake of good rating and escape by just saying “sorry” and feedback taken, does their apology and feedback taken, solve my problem and compensate the loss i incurred. I want refund rs. 7999 + compensation of rs.20, 000 from amazon. Have me justice.

        I purchased this item in 10th april during the offer period is running cashback on citi bank credit card.

        I read all term and conditions regarding the order carefully any then i purchased the product.

        Cashback is received effectively on 1st july 2019, but still i don't have any cashback.

        If i don't eligible for the offer then please send me reason of ineligibility.

        I totally disappointed from amazon customer service.

          Cancel my amazon prime account. I do not use the account. I continue to get charged $14.09 a month.

          This is my second request to cancel the account. I didn't receive any communication following the first request.

          Please respond to this request with instructions on how to cancel my amazon prime account. Amzn mktp purchase amzn.com/bill wa is what shows up on my bank statement. It is an automatic deduction from my account and has been going on since nov 2018.

          I can not send this yet because it is too short. This is the info that is needed to resolve the issue. But since i have to write more, let me add that this is a very complicated method to fix one simple thing. I had to reset my password but i didn't receive the password info after three tries.

            I had ordered the phone on 1st july 2019 and delivery was showing in 2 days i. E 3rd july.

            After getting the order done, the delivery date was showing 7th july i. E after 7 days of order.

            Is the service amazon is providing to the customers and most important thing is that the product is still not delivered.

            Who will compensate this. I need this product to delivered today before 2pm else need compensation for showing the wrong status...

              sir/madam i m old coustmor of amazon nd amazon reply me that u take many refunds.. i take refund for those items which r defected i buy minimum 50 item in a year in those 3 4 item was defected nd grocery item was smelled nd i talk about this to amazon cc nd in this amazon reply me that we r giving to refund for those items.. they r making fool to coustmor nd using their money... before yesterday i m getting order from non prime account but yesterday as i buy prime for delivery charge discount.. nd as i order as they cancel order nd close my account.. yesterday i buy prime in 499 nd now this is not usefull for me

                I have buy oppo f11 pro from amazon and it has delivered on 14 june after 15 days my mobile has stopped working when i called customer care then they said it will not exchange because refund policy has ended.. This is total fraud they provided me mashinary damaged set so kindly make it exchange otherwise i will submit complaint against amazon on consumer court and e commerce minstry..                   I am an amazon prime member. I have noticed, that despite your website stating that you continuously work towards optimising packaging, it is not sustainable at all, in reality. For instance, i received a bag of chips in a huge carton (In addition to an unnecessary amount of plastic wrap around it). While i understand that the item needs to reach in shape, i am really dissatisfied with your unsustainable packing methods. Please let me know if you can work towards more sustainable, environment friendly packaging. Some suggestions could be reusing cartons by asking customers to return it, using old newspapers instead of plastic, appropriately sized cartons etc.)

                    I have ordered mamy poko with 5% cashback after Delivery but cashback not received yet also i have received an e mail that you will get cashback within 7 working days, i am talking to customer care from 2 months but they always says that it will take time. amazon cheated with me. Customer care is not skilled about all services of amazon, have to tell always about the schemes. Consumer court is the only option now so be ready.

                        I placed an order and got assured to receive parcel on it's promised date... But even after 1 week also i'm listening i'm sorry you have to wait till tomorrow.
                        And as it was related to some family function i really felt sorry for that due to me others also faced problem.
                        Not only that they make me wait till 7 o clock for telling sorry at the end of the day. I missed my office cab and even missed my train for my function.
                        I need explanation for this.

                          Paid for a set of 3 diaries and 3 pens for rupees 289/-
                          Got only a diary and a pen.

                          When looked into the order details,
                          The site has mentioned the total items to be 6 but also by using shrewd ways mentioned items considered as just one diary and one pen.
                          Even the other details don't go with the product delivered as the item ordered was to be ruled but the product delivered is not ruled.

                          The colour of the pen is also not written clearly for the consumers. It is mentioned as pink but i got black.

                          I have faced this crafty and manipulative dishonesty by the amazon co. Many a times and would oblige the consumer forum to look into the matter and take required actions.

                            Amazon india has put my account on hold since past 2 days. I am not able to login to my account. The problem is that they have not sent any prior mail or notification informing me about the reason for why my account is on hold. On calling customer care they told me to send a mail to [protected]@amazon.in as only they can resolve this issue. I have sent multiple mails to this email address but have received no reply from them till date. How can they put my account on hold without informing me about any reason?

                                I was ordered long handle cleaning brush of vertily (Brand name). After twenty days, they delivered 20 steel clips for cloth. Entirely different item. They delivered thru' paytm. Now i can't return that product to the seller. The seller was changed to komal international. I can't understand what is happening in online business.
