I am an amazon prime member. I have noticed, that despite your website stating that you continuously work towards optimising packaging, it is not sustainable at all, in reality. For instance, i received a bag of chips in a huge carton (In addition to an unnecessary amount of plastic wrap around it). While i understand that the item needs to reach in shape, i am really dissatisfied with your unsustainable packing methods. Please let me know if you can work towards more sustainable, environment friendly packaging. Some suggestions could be reusing cartons by asking customers to return it, using old newspapers instead of plastic, appropriately sized cartons etc.)

    I have ordered mamy poko with 5% cashback after Delivery but cashback not received yet also i have received an e mail that you will get cashback within 7 working days, i am talking to customer care from 2 months but they always says that it will take time. amazon cheated with me. Customer care is not skilled about all services of amazon, have to tell always about the schemes. Consumer court is the only option now so be ready.

        I placed an order and got assured to receive parcel on it's promised date... But even after 1 week also i'm listening i'm sorry you have to wait till tomorrow.
        And as it was related to some family function i really felt sorry for that due to me others also faced problem.
        Not only that they make me wait till 7 o clock for telling sorry at the end of the day. I missed my office cab and even missed my train for my function.
        I need explanation for this.

          Paid for a set of 3 diaries and 3 pens for rupees 289/-
          Got only a diary and a pen.

          When looked into the order details,
          The site has mentioned the total items to be 6 but also by using shrewd ways mentioned items considered as just one diary and one pen.
          Even the other details don't go with the product delivered as the item ordered was to be ruled but the product delivered is not ruled.

          The colour of the pen is also not written clearly for the consumers. It is mentioned as pink but i got black.

          I have faced this crafty and manipulative dishonesty by the amazon co. Many a times and would oblige the consumer forum to look into the matter and take required actions.

            Hello

            Amazon india has put my account on hold since past 2 days. I am not able to login to my account. The problem is that they have not sent any prior mail or notification informing me about the reason for why my account is on hold. On calling customer care they told me to send a mail to [protected]@amazon.in as only they can resolve this issue. I have sent multiple mails to this email address but have received no reply from them till date. How can they put my account on hold without informing me about any reason?

                I was ordered long handle cleaning brush of vertily (Brand name). After twenty days, they delivered 20 steel clips for cloth. Entirely different item. They delivered thru' paytm. Now i can't return that product to the seller. The seller was changed to komal international. I can't understand what is happening in online business. Kindly confirm the integrity of the sellers, otherwise customers time and money will be wasted. Advice them...

I return this product 3 june, 2019 but i do not get refund money.[protected] is a refundable number given by amazon. The refund money is rs 1399. Sir i do not get this refund money along one month.                             I have ordered panasonic eluga ray 550 mobile in amazon india through amazon pay balance and mastercard and my account got locked and my all order (Rs.2000 are on hold which i really need to deliver fast) due to some address verification issue. Then i got email from amazon india then send us fax with bank statement. I tried to fax it several times their fax services not working fax no :[protected]. I tried to send email but [protected]@amazon.in is even not working and getting failure notice then i sent card statement to [protected]@amazon.in but still no positive response from them.                                   A refund has been made by amazon on 26th july regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                    I bought muzili tws v5 bluetooth v4.2 true wireless in-ear headphones on 18th jun 2019. As i was traveling couldn't check the product. When i open the box and checked the product on 3 july and found defect and issues in the item. The left earphone was not working and it was getting disconnected every time.

                                    When i requested for return the product, amazon said the return date was expired on 28th jun (4days ago). Now i was not able to contact manufacture nor seller..

                                    This is totally unacceptable.

                                      I have ordered for a fast delivery paying extra 49 as delivery charge because those items were quite urgently needed for me being a woman. But Amazon didn't deliver and the Straus shows as delivered.. I called customer care and second agent was rude in her behaviour.. name is Ailin..

                                      I want Amazon to take strict actions against this ..if Amazon informed me that they can't deliver I would have gone to shop and purchased it.. now it 10.30 PM in the night .. I was completely frustrated

                                        This complaint is regarding my order number[protected] and[protected]inalsa steam master-1600 watt-garment steamer) on amazon india by smart innovations. I had ordered two inalsa steam master but both wrong products were delivered, they were of some other company and in a dilapidated condition. The company is neither initiating refund/return nor exchanging the product and giving the actual product which had been ordered. Attaching the photos for the same.
