Recently I have ordered through amezon which is already delivered to delivery station as per online m information but when I checked at delivery station I.e. Samani Auto part indira nagar sion east it has not yet reached in actual sense ...and delivery location people are helpless to find out my misplaced parcel
No help been given till now...it's too disappointing as it happened to me second time...I will more this unpleasant experience and let other people and media to know through consumer forums
It was clearly cheating from Amazon

    This is regarding my Order#[protected] Canon Pixma G2012 All-in-One Ink Tank Colour Printer (Black). I have purchased on EMI basis the EMI mentioned on 1405.50, but bank going to charge 1640.32 went to the bank and enquired regarding the difference, they have explained that they are going to collect GST on it. As per your billing, 1405.50 and haven't mentioned or given any information regarding this while buying a product. In the invoice amount is different, in Amazon purchase page amount is different, in bank EMI deduction amount is different, Also check the product page which I have attached. I am asking about the hidden details they are discussing other details like bank interest, so please take action against it.

      I am shailendra nagar my register no. Is [protected] and my register mail:- [protected]@yahoo.co.in. My order no. Is :[protected] according to amazon it will be deliver today.in morning i recive a sms from amazon side and get a no. I call on that no. And enter my pin. No. I talk with one delivery boy. He talk with me so rudely and said that i don't have time to talk with you and disconnect the call. And again he call me with no.:- [protected]. And said me if you want your parcel you came our sapna sangeeta indore office. And talk very rudely and again disconnect the call.
      I humbly request you to do strong action against him. Because he is destroying the name of amazon. And trust also. And after this accident i want my product with open delivery. Because this guys can harm my ordered item.

        I am order pantry items 1july 19 but they delivered some items are missing and I am say to customer care items are missing they say call me 12 july them I am call the today they say all item are delivered but this not first items are missing I march I am order item are missing they give me refund but in this time they not give me any refund

          I have received defective smart phone, I have complained about it to Amazon their executive cheated and lied to me saying that it is the manufacturing way of smartphones, I visited Samsung store to confirm that it is a defect.
          Still they are not giving me return or replacement, and their customer executives disconnected my call 2 times, the technician also lied that their is no defect, when the gap in fingerprint sensor can be easily seen with naked eye.

            I ordered mobile phone but i received diffrenet and its fraud and i dont know whats you sent me item
            Its customers cheating what a joke... I complain to consumer form

            I also raised a complaint and then the customer service is saying that we have done our investigation and your refund cannot be processed. Please take this wrong product and refund my amount or i will raise a consumer complaint in consumer court.

            A Point of Sale for 1.68 is pending on my account as of 07/05/2019.
            I have not authorized Amazon Prime for this charge.
            Please explain yourselves, and please do not post this transaction to my account. I expect a timely response and resolution to this matter.

              I have pleased one order on 1st july. My delivery date is 10th july to 11th july. I have wait for call till 6.30pm but they didn't call me. Then i called to coustmar care they said that it went to another center they will deliver on with in next 2 days. I already planned my journey at 11th july. I have journey at 9.00pm. What can i do. First they told me that my order delivery at 11th july that's the way i booked my ticket

                  Amazon close my account nd i m not able to use my money i m able to login but my all order doing cancel. 999rs. Amazon's policy is against coustmor' right. My balance expire date is the month of october nd from last october my account closed they want to use coustmors money so they r closed thousands account of coustmors

                  I have a charge to my account of 13.97 from AMZN.com/bill WA 98109 that I did not make. It posted to my account on 07/05/2019. I have made no purchases on Amazon in a while and don't have any recurring payments to anything in Amazon. I rarely ever use Amazon to start with.

                    My name is Jogesh Sahumy bank is state bank of india Attabira . I purchased a supplement medicine rs 424from amazon india. date bt SBI debit card. but sone reason i cancel this supplement. on 25.06.2019amazon issue a refund Rs.424But till date i not recvd refund my bank accounts. against amazon Oder is #[protected]. then i call amazon customer care No is.[protected]. pls help us. but He provide Reference number:484362 and said to contact sbi nd said if they can't refund state the transaction as charge dispute.I did the same even contacted sbi customer care but they said amazon is third party nd we don't work on this issue.This is unfortunate nd I want my money back..its pathetic bcoz I hv waited so long.[protected] is the transaction number.

                      I had placed 3 orders (Order no[protected]) on 21st june 19 from amazon india which is suppose to get delivered on 28th june19 and payment of the same well made in advance and on 29th when product not delivered i checked the status calling customer care and she said product is lost in transit and advised me to place a replacement for the same, so it did but after 2 days when i checked the status on app it shows
                      "will email you expected date of delivery" and on 3rd of july when i rechecked the status ti still showing the same hence i called amazon executive to understand the issue and got a revert that "i suggest to cancel this order and refund will get back credited in credit card (Partial - the portion i paid from credit card) and amazon pay balance (Partial - the portion i paid from amazon pay), so i did but after 2 days when i checked status of refund i was shocked to see that app is still showing the order is pending and after long debate with your executive, i got a confirmation mail from"balachander j"assuring me that trouble ticket raised and it will get resolved and i will get my refund back in original payment way (In credit card and amazon pay) with in 3 working day i. E.10th july 19. Whereas when i rechecked the status of refund on 9th july 19 i was very much shocked and got impatient because app still showing the order is pending and i called to amazon pay to understand that probelm than mr. Keshav was the new person came on line and i explained entire story again and after that he confirmed/assured me that my refund is already initiated and stuck in bank gateway will wait till end of 10th july to get credit in my account whereas when i asked if the refund is initiated already and stuck at gateway than what about amazaon pay refund which ideally take 24 hrs to get credit back in my account why that's not happen, he replied"i request you to wait till 10th july end of day it will get resolved".
                      As mr. Keshav assured me i waited till 10th july and i called in 11th morning to amazon executive, mr harish cam on line and he told me the same story what mr. Keshav has said earlier on 9th july and took long time to hold and checked internally what is the issue but in vain he is unable to understand the problem where the refund is stuck and he said he tried calling seniors but not able to get connected and you will receive a call after sometime with an update but he clearly understood what i said that if refund initiated and it stuck at gatewy than also my amazon pay balance got updated but still he had limited resources hence after 15 minutes i receive a call from his side and he asked me to wait 2 more days to figure out the point of error, having no choice i said ok but i feel like cheated from amazon because my hard earned money has gone and no one bothering to refund back that money
                      Please help me to get back my money with compensation or time cost for following up all these.

                      now the further improvement to this is i got mail from amazon on 12th July 10 pm Indian time stating that your order is dispatched and will get delivered on 24th June (screenshot of mail attached) when i track that shipment, shocking thing is " it says amazon is waiting that packet ( which dispatched on 22nd June and lost in transit) to return back to settler". it looks once they get back this packet than only they will initiate my refund which is highly unprofessional way because customer is unnecessarily getting harrassed because of mistake of amazon peoples
                      i sincerely request to look into this and some should help to get back my hard earned money immediately

                        I purchased one mobile named oneplus 6t which cost 32999 inr on 8th may 2019 from amazon.in, i received the product on 15th may but the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount, they picked up the product from my office and according to them refund was issued on 13 june 2019 in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 2 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me, bank told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref #in[protected] and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, they said they already issued on 13 june and repeating same things again and again, now i am fed up with amazon response, plz check the attachment and help me as soon as possible plz its a request from my side.

                          I purchased a hangbag in Amazon but i got different colour so I returned that bag but my amount did not refunded.i have called customer care
                          They told me they have initiated the amount the problem is at the bank so consult the bank or fill the charge form so that your problem will solve so I did this so please kindly do the needful.

                            Surya stove was supplied to me with broken parts on 18th July 2019 with a promise of 10 day return. The defective stove was rejected by me and Amazon scheduled 7 pickup dates with the assurance that refund will be made after completing pickup process. The pickup was never done and hence refund also not given. Request Refund.

                              I ordered several items worth about ₹ 6000 on second of July 2019 (order no[protected].Later on, when I checked, five items were missing.when I complained to amazon, first they asked for time to investigate and now they are saying that nothing is wrong from their side making a liar of me just for a few rupees. I feel cheated.it is to note that I have been ordering from amazon for the past several years and this is the first time that such a situation has arisen.Earlier they used to ship in boxes and now they have started shipping in polythene bags.Out of several bags, one or two bags can easily be removed. Some unscrupulous persons are tarnishing the name of amazon.For now, I will not be ordering from amazon and will certainly share this bad experience with others who are customers of this company which calls itself as customer centric.

                                Order date, 30.06.2019, order number #[protected], your refund of rs.1169.10 has been processed successfully on 7/1/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 7/8/2019.

                                The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 745110.

                                In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                                Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  It has been more than a week since i renewed my membership for prime.. Money has been debited but membership has not been renewed. The same issue has been addressed multiple times via chat options with customer care executive who was least helpful. Call backs were requested twice but we're not available. The money has not been credited back to the account as well.

                                      Why amazon isn't delivering any order by COD (Cash On Delivery) method???? This needs to get fixed... I used to order my gadgets and phones from amazon before but after they ditched the cod, i didn't order a single thing... Even the small e-commerce companies deliver products by cash-on-delivery...i wonder why a gaint company like Amazon ditched the cod... Please fix this... From Srinagar, J&K...

                                        I received an old phone which was packed properly like new and i bought it from amazon on 15th of june 2019. Due to some problems in it i went to service centre to get the problem fix but they denied to do the service of it and said that they need the original bill because as per their records that phone was in use from november 2018 while i bought the product on 15th june 2019 and it was delivered to me on 19th june 2019. And now when i am asking the amazon to fix it they are asking me a service denial letter and the service center is denying to give it.
