Updated by SaHeer SAd I have contacted them a number of times and I only reply that your account has been closed . There is no response from them., I have money on my Amazon pay balance that I can't use. If I can't change it, I should be able to tell you the option.

I bought on NuRepulic HeadSet (Starboy- x Model) on Ordered on 14 October 2018 and order no:Order#[protected].
Problem: Not charging.can you please refund/can you please give new headset/has been rectified headset.
I have attached the invoice details.
