On 23rd june i ordered carrera sunglasses from amazon and on 28th june i recieved the package but when my mom opened the package she was shocked to see that there were no sunglasses in the package only a hard case in which sunglasses are stored she immediately informed me and i took photos of the package and contacted the amazon, seller and delivery guy too immediately. Amazon told me that they are launching an investigation in this matter and today i got reply back from amazon that no refund or replacement will be processed to me and hung up my call. This is very frustrating to me as this is what amazon likes to treat with their customer as i have shopped from the amazon so so many times in last many years.

So yesterday i contacted the seller of the product and he told me that he is blocked from selling anything on Amazon.And Amazon is telling me that in their investigation they found everything is fine from their end then why would they ban the seller and keep the information from me i got the information from seller himself and not Amazon that seller is banned to sell anything on seller why lie to me Amazon.

    I purchased one smartwatch named samsung galaxy gear s3 which cost 19999 inr on 22nd may from amazon.in. But the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount but according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 27 may 2019 in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 2 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me, bank told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref arn#:[protected] and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, i also send some mails to amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time.
    I'm totally frustrated now because i am bearing expense for product which i never used
    Please try to sort my problem out because it's now 2 months from the time my refund was initiated

      Continuously Receiving Wrong/Mismatched Products, Even though i have Contacted Customer Care and They have not giving my Money Back...Even if i Wanted to Purchase something from that Amount and thought to take Amount form my Friends...I Didn't Received Wright Products...Please find the Below Photos...and Iam Completely have on Consumer Complaints that i got Justice..

I have call from phone number [protected]... They said to pay uniform fees 1700 in some account... These are present in screenshot... Take action about these # bleedies...

          Hey my name is vinod singh! I ordered a product online on amazon which was noni juice. I received that product within the speculated time and safe and sound i dont have any complaint about the product whatsoever as i have been ordering the same for quite a while now. After receiving the product i got a call from this number [protected] stating that he works for amazon and this call was regarding asking me if my product was safely delivered to me or not. He asked me if i was satisfied with the product or not and then told me that there is a offer which would make me win 200rp in my wallet and all i had to do was to tell him the otp which was going to be appearing in my phone screen soon. I told him the otp as i thought what harm can n offer otp do to me. After awhile i get an mail stating that my amazon account"s password has been changed. I couldn't log in in my account and as i checked what was up i figured out that the guy had a chat with the amazon customer service and told them that i received an empty box as the product and need an refund back, his refund has been initiated into his bank account, i spoke with the amazon customer service and they asked me to write a complain over here. I would like to repeat my word that i received my product safe and sound and my account has been hacked and it was not me who had an chat with the customer service. I would further request the service team to please check deep within all the merchant people as well as the delivery boy and ask the customer a proof as well before refunding the money back to their account. According to me it has to be the delivery guy as who else would get my number and know my product was delivered or not. My account has been hacked but if you find an account having this as the email id"vinod. [protected]@gmail.com" please stop the refunding process. I am an honest man and i wound'nt like any of you guys to suffer any loss as well.

            I purchased one ray-ban eye frame with one nike t shirt which order number #[protected]. Order placed-21.04.2019. I paid total rupees. 11, 495, 00 for both items. I received my item on - 06.05.2019 and returned both items on-09.05.2019 to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 r. G. I airport so as per amazon return policy. From - arjuna behera, at-medical campus po-mohana district-gajapati state-odisha pin-761015. I returned through india post on-09.05.2019. My tracking number showings the seller received the items on-12.05.2019. I submitted my both india post tracking number - eo[protected]in and eo[protected]in. My return reason is both items are not fit for my body. So kindly help for refund my amount. Thanks

              I ordered this product yesterday at 10349. Today that price is 8890. Also the pack which i recvd is damaged. On calling customer care mr vishwajit was very very rudely saying it cant be replaced. And they cant help Also they do not want to help and they say to read company policies? How can a customer read company policy.

                with out any information. They have even not given me a single call to enquire about the complaint and they themselves have closed the matter without having proper investigation.

                How Amazon can close the case without resolving the case while I am having proper record to show we have received only one packet in which two mobiles were available?

                I want proper resolution of my complaint.

                  I bought this # from amazon for my fathers birthday present. And this thing didn't work at all. Such garbage. I contacted the service center they took my carvan and till date i have not received it back. They don't give a damn about this. Please dont buy this. They messaged me that you will get the replacement within 5-7 working days but now its been two months i haven't received it yet. Disgraceful. If you will call the service center they will put your call on hold for almost 20-30 mins and then will apologies thats it. They never ever have any answers for your query.

                    Please refer to my order number[protected] /18.06.10 for a pair of hawai chappal. I got a usual message from amazon regarding expected delivery on 21.06.19. As i was waiting at home to receive the item, suddenly got the message that the item has been delivered at 05.21 pm. I was really surprised for the delivery comments by amazon since actually the item actually never delivered to my address. Further taken up the matter to trace the item but very sorry to mention that without proper verification, amazon still stands the view of their transporter. Although it happened for the first time, i have asked for a proof of delivery or arrangement of free replacement/ full refund, but amazon is totally silent on this matter till date.

Book reached on 1st july 2019 but b'day message which i included in gift option is nowhere on book and no b'day card given along with it.                         After taking the high conversion price they still deduct the hidden charges from the account without showing it on any page or without asking the otp in bank transactions.

                        I would like to take this matter seriously and wanted to know for what they charge the amount without giving prior information to customer.

                        The product has stopped working from 20th June itself. The display is completely black. The gadget does not get charged also. It is supposed to be feather touch. But the touch button was not working properly from the beginning.

                          I order gift for my girlfriend's birthday
                          Her birthday date is 30 june
                          I specially order this product according to delivery date
                          First i order 1 gift for her. Expected delivery of that was 3 july so i order one more order of delivery of 30 june
                          I call customer care 3 time
                          I talk with them from 8 pm to 10 pm continuously.
                          I requested them a lot
                          But they didn't send order and didn't solve problem
                          Birthday just come once a year
                          Amazon, you just spoiled my day and her birthday
                          I am never gonna forget this day.
                          You don't value customer situation
                          You just spoiled the best day
                          Still there is time
                          Please deliver product today

                              I ordered samsung galaxy a 20 mobile phone for my father who is aged above 70years to native address. Just ordered as a gift for the father's day. When he received the product he charged for 8hrs and then he just used camera app. Mobile got heated like anything he was scared that it would burst. So he was scared scolded me for ordering online. I went to the app to place the return or replacement request. There is no direct option to place the replacement or return request for the mobile phone in the amazon app. I only had to place the call back option from amazon technical team. They suggested me to download this app or that app. I said see the mobile phone is with a 70yr old person he don't know anything to download apps from play store. They just said sorry we can't do anything. I requested them atleast you send a technician to guide him. They replied no technician available in this location. I asked them see i have this complaint about your delivered product how could you help to fix it. They said no we can't do anything.

                              Such an arrogant and irresponsible voice from amazon technical team that really iritatating. Such a lethargic irresponsible answer for a mobile phone worth of 1000rs.

                              If no technician available for you in a particular area then why would you deliver the product to that area. And smart phone are used by elders as well. How can you expect them to follow your instructions to download the apps suggested by you. They are not aware. How can you simply say we can't help.

                              And i thought to register this reviews about their poor support team but i couldnt, they have just disabled the option for me to type reviews for that particular product in amazon app. Such a cheating app is cheating customers like this. Regretting for getting a product from this cheating application who cheats customers, giving a poor support for the product delivered by them, disabling the user to enter reviews so that this world will be beware of this cheaters

                                I bought an amazfit smartwatch on aug 14 2018 for 8999inr order no[protected] and on 26th of june 2019 its display gone blank without any external damage. At the time of buying it showed like 1 year warranty policy so i contacted the customer service team thrice every time they gave me reply like the seller team will e-digital store india will contact you in 2 days and till now they haven’t. Last time e-digital store india replied like check the back side of local package for address.
                                Third time when i contacted amazon your customer agent apologised me for not providing any information and he also told me amazon can’t do anything about the product (Repairing or replacing) so i am feeling like getting cheated by amazon. If you can do anything please let me know. I’m attaching the proofs of the replies from both amazon and e-digital store india.

                                  I have purchased the above subject mobile from amazon vide order no[protected] which delivered today.

                                  I placed the order for blue colour but not able to understand how it converts in black which has been delivered on 30.06.2019. My other concern is that performance of camera quality is not upto the level of adequacy.

                                  Although, i contacted amazon customer care representative who rudely replied me that you have to approach manufacture for quality purpose which is not expected to get response from amazon.

                                  Secondly customer care representative bluntely denied to hear about my other grievance of colour prefered. I clearly told her that i ordered for blue set but how it converts black is beyond my comprehendion. So far i used to hear on the social site that different colour has been provided by the customer service provider which also happened to me.

                                  It is therefore requested to return the above mobile and arrange to offer me another mobile set of different model.

                                        On 27th june 2019 my order was showinh as delivered but i did not get my product.

                                        Amazon delivery person called me and said he is getting my order but he did not come.

                                        In status it is delivered but dint get any ordered product. I tried to call tat amazon delivery person using 4 digit pin but it was switched off.

                                        Below is the details of the same in screen shot.

                                        Please do the needfull... As it is very badddd experience in amazon.
