I purchased the DVD player going by the product information listed on amazon.in website, however the product supplied does not support or perform the function as sited in the listed information. Therefore, the item sold under misinformation and amounts to cheating. On this ground I am seeking a rectification/replacement failing both refund.

    i Have an ordered on 29th may, and further cancel this ordered on 31st may because i get better dill, and show me in my ordered details - Return request accepted, But after 12 days later a have money yet not return or product not received. I complaint many times and also mail but not any reply received

      I am purchase product through Amazon app

      On 24/05/2019 but till now not received,

      I called to Amazon customer care service but there telling to me give me 2 working days time we resolve, past 10 days same story repated to me no one response till now, and there told me we are checking we are sending mail to seller but till now no response to Amazon team & seller

      There are chitting to customer's pls check once.

        I bought a mi mobile handset on 10.03.19 from amazon.First i made payment to the delivery boy through bhim upi (which is the matter of dispute)but he said it did not credited their account so I give him cash and collected the handset.It is now 90 days I did not get back my money;amazon saying it did not credited their account, my bank is saying it credited Amazon's account.i want to get back my money sent on 10.03.19 debited from account on 11.03.19 transaction I'd of which is[protected].           A woolen men sweater was purchased but its delivery was not received, on inquiry it is stated by amazon that it was sent to wrong address hence sending refund of Rs 2287.23 which was confirmed vide mail 30 march 2109 from [protected]@amazon.in, authorization code 392794, approaching to bank official/ manger it is found that no amount of Rs 2287.23 is received in bank and resulting no reflection in my account. Accordingly this fact of non refund was again sent vide my mail dated21/05/19 to [protected]@amazon.in.

          We are sorry to say that till date neither any reply or nor the refund amount of Rs 2287.23 is received .

          Therefore again requested to look in to the matter and arrange to send the refund amount immediately.

            I had ordered two 64gb Pendrives, one is normal and the other was OTG, while I received the product I received only the OTG but not the normal one. I opened the package in front of the delivery boy but he said for this issue talk with the customer care, while I talked with the customer care they are not responding and telling Amazon is not responsible for the missing. Now, what shall do to get the money of rs 800?

              Hello,
              I had ordered a phone from Amazon on 5th June, 2019.
              The expected delivery was 7th june, 2019 in working hours. (before 6 pm)

              The package had reached the final destination by 11 AM on 7th. But, it was not out for delivery till 6:30 PM. That to afdter calling the customer service repeatedly...

              I waited till 9 PM for delivery to arrive. My office is 1 hour away from my home and it was raining profusely in Pune.
              At 9 PM, they sent a message that delivery won't be possible on that day and rescheduled to 10th June.

              The package has still not been out for delivery and on calling customer care, THEY KEEP ON REPEATING THE DETAILS and THEY DON'T HAVE THE CONTACT DETAILS OF DELIVERY PERSON...

              The customer care is now saying that the delivery is expected on 12th June... And I have to go back to my home town on 12th.

              I want the delivery of my product lately by 10th June in the afternoon.
              And, they should compensate for making me wait till 9 PM in rains and for not having any sort of contact details.

              Please help me. It is a big amount for me and I have already paid.

                I have ordered iball nirantar UPS from amazon. I have received the item in defective condition. I called up amazon to return the product and issue me a refund or provide me a replacement of the same as the item is not working. I have made several calls and conversations on chat and on emails but anyhow they are not ready to provide any kind of resolution for the defective item. They will not take it back and they will not replace it.

                also I would like to inform that first they said that they have issued refund for the same and it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to credit in my bank account. I waited for 3-4 days and asked again as I did not receive the refund. Then they said that refund will be issued within 24 hrs and apologied for inconvinience caused. Again I did not receive it. So I contacted them again. Now they said that its a non returnable product so we cant do anything about it. We will not issue refund and earlier we have promised to issue refund for that also we are sorry that we have made false promises.
                They have wasted many hours of my time and not provided with any resolution. Pls stop buying anything from amazon as they dont take responsibility for the item once its delivered. and they have started to send defective and duplicate items misusing the plateform.

                  I am being charged 12.99 per month. Please provide proof of contract or verbal agreement of same. I ordered a product about a year ago which was shipped through Amazon. There choice not mine. Ever since this charge of 12.99 has been taken out of my debit account. Please explain in full detail as to why this is being taken out of my debit card account. To my knowledge I personally have never used or purchased any products through your company. If you require dates and times I am sure you have better records than I. A prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

                    I had bought a baby car on 25.10.2018 with order no.[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.11415 which the simply a waste of money i.e not worth for the money i had paid. The product is worst and i had requested for return and refund. But nobody bothered at that time. I had kept in store room. Now atleast my baby wanted it and took out for ride, but remote is missing
                    i have been requesting the supplier (baybee galaxy incorpation) for the remote and he is least bothered. Even i have been trying to get it through amazon, they are are also least bothered by copying and pasting the same message in reply that i have to contact seller as i have contacted the seller many time through WhatsApp (see pic)

                      I ordered a book "How to Be a Brilliant Leader, revised 2nd edn (Brilliant Business)" on 15 may 2019 [ Order ID:[protected] ]. i had done the payment of Rs.1180.92 by SBI online netbanking.

                      I received a mail from [protected]@ marketplace.amazon.in telling me that the seller of the book from "Sunrise Book Store" is unable to process my order and hence the seller is requesting me to cancel my order so that the money can be refunded back to me. However, there is no cancellation option displaying on my Amazon account.

                      i have been trying calling Amazon customer care since a few days but its always showing "all lines are busy plz try after sometime".

                      Please help me cancel the order and give me back my refund of Rs.1180.92 via the same payment mode at the earliest.

It was a not fit for my body. so I returned both item within 3 days by India Post on-09.05.2019 as per amazon return policy To Amazon seller GMR Airport city, pin-500108 R.G.I airport S O from Arjuna Behera, at-medical campus, po- mohana, Dist-Gajapati, State- Odisha, pin- 761015. I total paid Rupees. 11, 459, 00. Our India Post Tracking no-EO[protected]IN and EO[protected]IN/09.05.2019.But I have not received my refund till today.So kindly help me for my return.

                            I had ordered Carvaan 5000 MP3 player (Marathi) for my mother. As soon as I received the product, I found issue with audio quality. Also the song collection was very bad, all famous Hindi songs were missing and very old unknown songs were played. Next, on selection of Happy Mood songs - Old Sad songs were played, on selecting Kishore Kumar - Asha Bhosle songs were played.

                            I contacted Amazon customer service, within 1 hour of receipt of product and asked them to replace, but the customer service outwardly denied to exchange or return the product citing they are seller platform and give no assurance over manufacture related issues, you can take it up with SareGama.

                            The local electronics store are better atleast provide replacement for defective items but here Amazon India simply raises hand after delivery, while the return window of 7 days is still open.

                              Its really disappointing to know that product offered by Amazon is really bad. I ordered Sa re Ga Ma Carvaan SKU-R20008 on[protected]. I used the product, however within one month it was not functioning. This product was a replacement product and even the replaced product did not function well. Also, there was an invoice mismatch. as per the invoice name mentioned online, seller is SnapZone India but Invoice is in the name of Ishrat Designs. I complained regarding this but yet not response.

                                Hi today I got my package of laptop cover via your delivery boy
                                He called me once which I cut unmindfully
                                Though he waited for 5 mins which I apologised for ... But his behaviour was so rude that he kept on nagging for cutting the call
                                I don't know for what reasons he was in rush as he also didn't let me sign properly
                                Please keep a check on your deliver boys who don't even know how to be humble
                                #unsatisfied

                                  I have ordered an MI 4C pro led TV on Amazon but they deliver MI 4A which has lower cost and features.
                                  I have a return request on 31 may 2019. But I is not picked up till today.08/06/2019.
                                  I have tried many times to Amazon but they don't solve my problem.
                                  Today also I have tried to contact Amazon but they are saying that it is large appliance and it will take more time.already they have wasted 09 days to pickup .

                                    Never ever buy any non-returnable Electronics products from Amazon whether it is written Amazon full-field or not. Amazon will not give you any replacement or refund. and ask you to contact the seller. Seller will say contact to manufacturers. and the manufacturer will say you to contact Amazon. in these circumstances, you will lose all your money time and patience. Better to buy offline such those non-returnable products at very low price mainly Arduino IOT products.

                                        Hi Sir,
                                        I have ordered Sacred Blessings Handcrafted Polyresin Baby Buddha Statue/Showpiece on Wooden Platform (17.5 cm x 10 x 21 cm) from Amazon on 5th June 2019 and have selected guaranteed delivery of my product in 2 days option i.e It should be delivered by 7th June 2019 as per their policies. I wanted to actually gift this product to my friend on his house warming ceremony on 8th June 2019. I was waiting for my product till 8:30pm IST, but the product was not delivered and even there was no intimation from amazon that your product will not be delivered till 8:30pm. Then at 8:30pm i suddenly saw opened the app and they changed the status that we can't deliver your product today. So i am not sure in the first place if they can't deliver the product on time, why did they give the guaranteed 2 day delivery option. In 2 day delivery option if they can't fulfill it, at least they should intimate to the customer by afternoon that they can't deliver the product. They intimated me when i called to their customer care at the end of the day. So i am helpless and i completely lost trust on amazon and i am not sure what to gift to my friend. I won't trust amazon again for guaranteed delivery. I request to take action regarding the issue as soon as possible. At least please don't provide false promises to customer.

                                        Now I received a message product is delivered. Infact product is not delivered to me. Request you to take severe action against it and penalise them as they have wasted my time and trust. Two day guaranteed delivery should be completely removed from their website if they don't know the meaning of it. Please don't fool the customers.
