I had order a tripod from amazon and due to some reason i cancel my order and asked for a refund. But from last 10 days I was unable to get my refund they said they initiated the refund but I was unable to see it in my account. Please help me in getting my refund back

    I had ordered a book on 2nd july through credit card from amazon but i received email that my payment was declined but the amount was deducted from my allahabad bank account. The amount of ₹438 was debited from my account. But it has not yet been credited to my account. I thought it will be credited to my account within 24 hours but it has not been done so. Therefore i kindly request you to refund the amount debited from my account.

      All of sudden without intimation on mail or sms Amazon India has stopped accepting order specifically seller cloudtail.

      I have paid prime membership fees and I am buying particular order from amazon.in every month.

      called customer care and they suggested we don't know when amazon india will resume service in Mumbai.

      My only concern why we should pay for amazon prime service till the time we don't get services.

        Please control your workers, for using abusive and vulgar language and when i told him to complaint about this act he without afraiding said that to complaint iam not afraid of anyone, after this order i will not buy any product from it, and this prefer to other people amazon is like biggest industry in india but act like that it affect the reputation of amazon company

          My name is dinesh kumar chautapalli. I’m the victim of online fraud through amazon pay emi and i would like to explain and give a complaint on it.
          On 29th june 2019 saturday i got a call from capital float team states that you have a loan emi pending with amazon pay emi. At that moment i was shocked and explained to them that i haven’t purchased anything on amazon.in

          Further capital float team states that on may 11th, 2019, an amount of rs 55471 /- shopping has been done through my amazon account on the name of deepak parmar. And i realized that something went wrong with my amazon account. They informed me to raise a complaint with amazon team and as well as to file a complaint.

          I made a call to amazon support team on 29th june 2019 and explained the whole thing that has happened, and i came to know that my amazon account has been hacked.

          Myself without knowing all this thing had happened, when i casually tried to login into my amazon account in the month of may 2019 it showed me an error states that incorrect email or password. And then i tried to reset my password again there was an error states that you don’t have an amazon account with this email id ([protected]@gmail.com). I thought it might be any technical error and i left it for a couple of days.

          Later on, may 28th, 2019 i tried to login into my amazon account and the same previous error repeated. And then i decided to signup with my same credentials using [protected]@gmail.com as my email id and +91 96xxxxxx96 as my phone number and the account has been created on may 28th, 2019. But i was unable to access my past orders, addresses, and payment methods. And at that moment i don’t know regarding my account hack and i logged out of my account by thinking there might be an error again.

          I request to consumer complaints team, to get me out from this online fraud and do a needful justice on this issue. And i would like to provide all the information and required documents for speedy justice.

But the delivery guy didn't even contact me. Also in tracking it is written address is incorrect whereas i have ordered items in same address before and got them delivered.                   I, one of the valued customers on amazon india since 2014 with amazon id [protected]@gmail.com, had purchased samsung galaxy m30 (Serial no. Rz8m32bj7fr) mobile from amazon.in on 09 apr 19 vide order number:[protected] and invoice details : mh-bom[protected]Copy of invoice is herewith attached).

                  2. On 28 jun 19, my m30 screen got hung with only displaying the samsung welcome screen till the battery drained out and further did not switched on. I visited the samsung authorised service center at naupada, thane to get the mobile repaired as the device was still under warranty.

                  3. To my surprise the service engineer informed me that there is an issue with the mother board and repair charges would be rs 8, 500/-. He also said that the device has been tampered and warranty cannot be claimed for the said repair (Defect report from service center is also herewith attached). This was heart breaking and hurt me a lot as well. Because i have never taken my mobile m30 to any outside agency for repair or any consultation other than the above mentioned service center.

                  4. At the service center i was shown the seal of the mother board of mobile broken and informed me that the seal cannot be removed even if the mobile is dropped on ground unless it is heated and removed. It is clearly evident that i have been supplied with a tampered mobile by amazon and has broken my trust and belief.

                  5. Hence, i request you to resolve the warranty repair issue of my m30 mobile and replace the mobile with a new one at the earliest.

                  I have ordered an dress from Amazon India. The order cancelled automatically itself. It has been 1 month I haven't got my refund. I have called Amazon India costumer care many times but it did not work. I have also called my bank costumer care but it also disappointed me.

                        I had paid amazon.in for purchasing "generic manual shoe making sewing machine shoes leather repair seeing machine" on their amazon.in website vide order no[protected] dated 9 march 2019 and made payment online through idbi bank portal for an amount of rs 22369/- and the product was to be delivered by saniya enterprises but neither the product delivered nor the amount returned, thus causing great inconvenience, hardship, financial loss and mental tension for which compensation to the tune of one lakh rupees may also be paid to me.

                          On 23rd june i ordered carrera sunglasses from amazon and on 28th june i recieved the package but when my mom opened the package she was shocked to see that there were no sunglasses in the package only a hard case in which sunglasses are stored she immediately informed me and i took photos of the package and contacted the amazon, seller and delivery guy too immediately. Amazon told me that they are launching an investigation in this matter and today i got reply back from amazon that no refund or replacement will be processed to me and hung up my call. This is very frustrating to me as this is what amazon likes to treat with their customer as i have shopped from the amazon so so many times in last many years.

                          So yesterday i contacted the seller of the product and he told me that he is blocked from selling anything on Amazon.And Amazon is telling me that in their investigation they found everything is fine from their end then why would they ban the seller and keep the information from me i got the information from seller himself and not Amazon that seller is banned to sell anything on seller why lie to me Amazon.

                            I purchased one smartwatch named samsung galaxy gear s3 which cost 19999 inr on 22nd may from amazon.in. But the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount but according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 27 may 2019 in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 2 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me, bank told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref arn#:[protected] and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, i also send some mails to amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time.
                            I'm totally frustrated now because i am bearing expense for product which i never used
                            Please try to sort my problem out because it's now 2 months from the time my refund was initiated

                                  Hey my name is vinod singh! I ordered a product online on amazon which was noni juice. I received that product within the speculated time and safe and sound i dont have any complaint about the product whatsoever as i have been ordering the same for quite a while now. After receiving the product i got a call from this number [protected] stating that he works for amazon and this call was regarding asking me if my product was safely delivered to me or not. He asked me if i was satisfied with the product or not and then told me that there is a offer which would make me win 200rp in my wallet and all i had to do was to tell him the otp which was going to be appearing in my phone screen soon. I told him the otp as i thought what harm can n offer otp do to me. After awhile i get an mail stating that my amazon account"s password has been changed. I couldn't log in in my account and as i checked what was up i figured out that the guy had a chat with the amazon customer service and told them that i received an empty box as the product and need an refund back, his refund has been initiated into his bank account, i spoke with the amazon customer service and they asked me to write a complain over here. I would like to repeat my word that i received my product safe and sound and my account has been hacked and it was not me who had an chat with the customer service. I would further request the service team to please check deep within all the merchant people as well as the delivery boy and ask the customer a proof as well before refunding the money back to their account. According to me it has to be the delivery guy as who else would get my number and know my product was delivered or not. My account has been hacked but if you find an account having this as the email id"vinod. [protected]@gmail.com" please stop the refunding process. I am an honest man and i wound'nt like any of you guys to suffer any loss as well.

I received my item on - 06.05.2019 and returned both items on-09.05.2019 to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 r. G. I airport so as per amazon return policy. My tracking number showings the seller received the items on-12.05.2019. I submitted my both india post tracking number - eo[protected]in and eo[protected]in. My return reason is both items are not fit for my body. So kindly help for refund my amount. Thanks
