Today in my phone i got a sms that amzn/bill someone has paid money from my card ref : s645394 on 7/6/2019 at 9.26am please refund me this amount as this is a fraud.This is a complaint as a customer as i never use my card for amazon at all and its disturbing me that such fraud has happened through your wedsite which makes me hard to support you as an online business online wed site if i dont get my money back. This is very strange how it happened. this amount taken from my account is my 4 months salary.

        Hello Sir/ma'am.
        I am Amogh Mulawekar. I had ordered sparx shoes of rs 588 from Amazon on 20 may and canceled it on 21 may bcz of some personal issue. The redund of 538 rs(50 was deducted as I got Amazon pay cashback) was processed by them on 22 may. But yet I didn't get the refund which was supposed to reflect by 29th may as I paid through amazon upi id [protected]@apl . They've given me a reference id as[protected] and told me to contact sbi care to fill charge dispute form. I didn't get any help from sbi and Amazon also. I contacted sbi for about 20 times and Amazon for about 30 times. I'm seriously tired of writing them or calling them.
        I hope you'll help me out. My account number is [protected]. I hope I had written enough information to solve the issue.I'm attaching the order details with this info.. Thank you

          Every month's 12th of the day 169/- Rs. deducted from my credit card. I have not any subscription or EMI like this amount. contact with them several times but they can't help, they requested to send a mail at [protected]@amazon.in regarding this problem but given mail id was wrong. showing an error "THE ADDRESS COULD NOT BE FOUND" now even I can't contact with them on helpline also. this is a very frustrating situation. how can I stop this? please suggest.

                    I bought holyhigh watch from amazon in the month of October. But from past one month this is working weird and now stopped working. Charging is not lasting for even 10 mins and power on off button is not working. I contacted amazon customer support. They said that this product has an year warranty.

                        This product belongs to a company and brand called omved. If you click on the website link it takes you there.
                        Omveda is an australian brand and we do not sell tongue scrapers. Kindly check the details of the company prior to the product being sold on your website. It is highly misleading.
                        We have been in business for over 21 years and have never had an issue like this. Perhaps it is a typographical error, but ultimately whoever posts on your website has either made a deliberate mistake or just careless.
                        Whilst there is not much we can do about it, it would be good to remove it given they do not have any in stock and amazon do not know when it will be.

Estimated date of delivery is shown as 22/05/2019-05/06/2019 but yet not received product. Contacting amazon they are just saying to wait for 2-3 days more and same response when contacted. Seller has no response on my call. Date of booking is 17april 2018.
                          Please help on this no product received and no proper details recieving related tracking or refund.

                            The sellers on the amazon platform are frauds. Sometimes they deliver fake products (Which is quite common for perfumes etc.) and other times they sell the item which is not even available in their stock and provide the buyers with fake delivery information. If you complain then only resolution they provide is to file a claim where you get your money back and the sellers is blocked for you. And the seller could still keep on selling fake or non-existing products and amazon will keep enabling those fraudsters. Neither amazon nor sellers have any accountability before customers. After the lengthy talk, i was told only to buy from fulfilled sellers but they want to keep having third party sellers so that they keep cheating other customers.
                            So, my advice is to prefer brick and mortar shops if available, or else buy from flipkart (Better?) or else from amazon fulfilled seller as last resort. Only buy from third party sellers with zero expectation in mind and expect them to be fraud in normal cases and normal delivery in best case scenarios.

                              I ordered a seagate hard disk and its pouch on 16th of may through amazon.in.in between i updated the address and mobile number through amazon chat services as i shifted to a new address where mobile network had weak reception.in spite o[censored]pdating all details, the delivery guy goes to old address and marks the status of product as delivered. The order was prepaid so delivery guy comfortably committed this fraud. The order number is

They said they have delivered the product on old address and i want to know inspite o[censored]pdating my address why the delivery person went to the old address? And if he was unable to find me over why did he put the status as delivered?

                                faulty treadmill and no consumer support

                                We bought a treadmill (Powermax tda 230) in amazon in may 2018, it broke down within 5 months.
                                We have been raising complaints with amazon and also seller powermax fitness.
                                Powermax did some trail and errors and blamed that our home power is not good inspite of having many devices working properly we agreed to put up a voltage regulator (Of their own company - powermax bought from amazon only) as they suggested to fix issue....

                                Amazon customer service cancelled my order [ order id:[protected] ] of book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence" on 20 may (Order was placed on 15 may). Today is 4 june. Amazon customer service has been repeating the same old story that refund will be done within 4 working days. Last time amazon called me on 31 may, and told me that i will receive my refund within 4 working hours. Order was cancelled on 20 may. Today is 4 june and refund still not received. What a shame.

                                Please let me know how many years will it take for the refund to be given back to me. For how long should i keep doing this follow-up???

                                One mature and responsible Amazon customer care representative (Jaya Lakshmi) at once initiated my refund and gave me confidence that i will receive my refund by 20 June. Finally i got back my refund on 10 June. We need more of such active members in the customer care department. Otherwise the other customer care representatives were just hopeless and couldn't solve my issue for almost a month. My advice to everyone is this: The only solution to get back your money/refunds is to KEEP DOING FOLLOW-UPS AND KEEP RUNNING AFTER THE CONFUSED CUSTOMER CARE TILL YOUR LAST BREATH. If the problem is still not resolved, then file a police complaint.

                                  I have ordered Godrej inverter AC from Amazon and they delivered normal split AC. Amazon or it's partners are trying to do such illegal activity by delivering low cost products as there are so many models(with different numbers) available for each home appliance product especially Air conditioners. The product I ordered is bit costly compared to the product they delivered. If am an illiterate or a non techy guy I would have used it and cheated by Amazon.

                                  I recognized it and immediately reached out to support team they transferred calls to multiple departments and asked me to send photos of the order product and delivered product. I sent photos [protected]@amazon.com
                                  I got a response from them saying it is a same product you ordered and we delivered(some one who is really blind or does not know alphabets)
                                  The product I ordered is: GIC 18ATC3-WSA, white -Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC
                                  The product delivered is: GSC 18ATC3-WSA, white -Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star split AC

                                  The person who verified it must have product knowledge at least they could identify product model numbers & codes.

                                  Now they are asking me to submit job sheet from AC installation vendor(Amazon provides these vendors), after multiple requests and phone calls a person thoroughly checked product and said there is a difference in model and it is not an inverter AC. asked them a proof that installation team confirmed it is a wrong product delivery. But they ignored and said I should reach out to customer care and request for return. I requested them so many times but they ignored.
                                  Now again I reached out to customer care department -home appliances team a called Manish is the person assigned from large appliances customer care team. I explained him whole scenario and what happened with till now, today installation vendor team ignored to provide job sheet. I requested him to coordinate with vendor to provide job sheet for the wrong delivery but Manish said it is not his duty and providing job sheet is their duty and asking me why they are ignoring? he said he can only resolve if I can provide job sheet. Installation vendor should know all these things what to do if wrong product delivered, they does not have basic knowledge about product and models. they are ignoring my request, customer care team asking me the sheet which they are ignoring to provide. How this can be resolved?
                                  I have ordered this product on May 27th, amazon promised me it will get delivered in 48 hours and installation in 24 hours but it 8th day and not at all happy with customer care team. they are not able to understand customer's concerns.
                                  I would have ordered from flipkart, also I can get Rs.4000 cash back but deliver time is 5 days so I boked it from Amazon.
                                  Worst experience with Amazon.

                                    I was sent a used item - unsealed box and scratches on the screen.
                                    So i initiated a replacement.
                                    Worst - they sent me another used item with accessories missing.
                                    Since then i have been trying to return the item. As of today i have contacted amazon 14 times and they still haven't picked up the item yet.
                                    First the courier guy refused to pick because accessories were missing and there were scratches on the screen. Irony - that was the reason i initiated a return in the first place.
                                    I initiated a return 5-6 more times, and every time i just receive a message that return was cancelled at the time of pick up, got transferred from one escalation department to another whenever i contacted them. I was told i need to book an inspection service by their technician. Did that, technician gave his report to them. I contacted again, and initiated a return again. Same story. Every single time, somebody gave me the assurance that, that will be the last time i will have to contact them, that they will follow up... Liars. After the 10th time, somebody came and refused to pick again because accessories were missing and also said i should have two tablets! Hello, i got the replacement when the original was returned! Apparently there is no coordination between amazon and the courier company.
                                    I have asked them multiple times to just give me the return address and instruction so that i can courier it back to them myself... But they still continue to assure me that they will come and pick it up.
                                    As of today, i'm still contacting them frustratingly for the 14th time...
                                    Never thought this could actually happen, specially some company like amazon...

                                      I have ordered a phone redmi 6a 16 gb gold from amazon india worth rs. 6000/- on 28th may 2019 and i got delivery on 30th may 2019 but while delivering the behavior of delivery boy looks strange to me. I keep on waiting full day for confirmation call for delivery but at 6.24 pm field exceutive call and said that he is standing outside, come and took the delivery i said the field boy to come inside but he said he have so much luggage so i he unable to come inside. When i go to take the delivery he didn't have luggage with him nor he took sign from me for delivery. He give me the parcel and went away. I feel some fishy so i thought to make a video of opening of parcel and when i open that box i got rin soap instead of mobile. I immediate lodge a written or verbal complaint in amazon and informed him about that incident and also shared the video through mail. But now on 4th june 2019 i again called to amazon to know about the status of my complaint but executive iram said your complaint was rejected. We didn't return the money to you. It was completely cheating with customer. Now no one ready listen in amazon for return.
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
