I was sent a used item - unsealed box and scratches on the screen.
So i initiated a replacement.
Worst - they sent me another used item with accessories missing.
Since then i have been trying to return the item. As of today i have contacted amazon 14 times and they still haven't picked up the item yet.
First the courier guy refused to pick because accessories were missing and there were scratches on the screen. Irony - that was the reason i initiated a return in the first place.
I initiated a return 5-6 more times, and every time i just receive a message that return was cancelled at the time of pick up, got transferred from one escalation department to another whenever i contacted them. I was told i need to book an inspection service by their technician. Did that, technician gave his report to them. I contacted again, and initiated a return again. Same story. Every single time, somebody gave me the assurance that, that will be the last time i will have to contact them, that they will follow up... Liars. After the 10th time, somebody came and refused to pick again because accessories were missing and also said i should have two tablets! Hello, i got the replacement when the original was returned! Apparently there is no coordination between amazon and the courier company.
I have asked them multiple times to just give me the return address and instruction so that i can courier it back to them myself... But they still continue to assure me that they will come and pick it up.
As of today, i'm still contacting them frustratingly for the 14th time...
Never thought this could actually happen, specially some company like amazon...
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
