Patroma antimicrobial blended women aline nighty night dress with robe in red color p no[protected]. The product was delivered by amazon courier person. But i was not at home so he was asked to place it behind the tulsi plant. He placed it there. However another packet frtom amazon was deliverd at 17:27 hrs by another courier person with code no 3374. He delivered flip flop puma shoes but also also took the patrorna antimicrobial blended women aline nighty night dress with robe in red color p no[protected] packet along with him. His code is 3374.

He has infact stolen the packet. This be recovered from him and returned back to me

    Dear Sir,
    I ordered the above product twice but Amazon failed to deliver by showing reason that the area is not located. But in reality it is a central area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and also note that in recent past Amazon have delivered product to the above address.

    My questions are :
    1. If Amazon is unable to deliver the product then why accept order and payment?
    2. Why Amazon do not contact the customer and find out better solution to deliver his product before returning it to the seller?
    3. Is it a major issue or a rocket science to deliver a product in a city like Ahmedabad?

    I want only the product and do not want refund of my amount.

    Hope you will help me in resolving my above issue.

      Left hand burner is not working and when we try to light it, it comes up with very high flame and it blackens the vessels. It always show up with yellow color instead of blue.

      Need burner replacement.

      Please do the needful and send someone for replacing burner.

            Hi,
            I ordered a product (Protein) from your end and at the time if purchase this it was returnable and i got the product and smell it and not found eatable so i raised a return request and got confirmation for the return but later the pickup boy denied to picked this product without coming to my place and checking the product, as i already escalated it and have all the documents and proof how many times you guys arranged the picked and not a singal time pickup boy come and chexk the product. If i consume this product and any bad thing happed with my health who will be the responsible person whom to blame later? As of now i am attaching the screenshot of your own policy as this product was returnable and also having all the documents and recordings of your false committment. Now with this document help im going to file a case against you now im want compansation.
            I also have jaff who is your ceo mail that your pickup will be arranged i am also attaching that i think this is more than enough to file case against this case

            @jeff are you ceo of this company? I am shocked if you gave written confirmation that pickup has been arranged fir my product and now denying and your team they do not even bother to talk properly. I already attached the confirmation mail from your end for the pickup. Now your team is denying to do anything or may be they are not interested for customer loss.
            I don’t know anyone i want my refund from your end mr. Jeff no futhure discussion with any if the customer support resolve this asap.

              I'm getting this monthly charge from amazon prime amzn.com/bill wa. How do i stop this charge on my credit card? I don't remember ordering anything with a monthly charge. I need this matter to get taken care of in a timely manner. I'd appreciate an refund for april, may and june of this year. Each month was a charge of $14.03. I never received anything in the mail stating that there would be a monthly charge for me making an order on amazon.

                I Ordered Oneplus 7 phone (Mirror Grey/128gb/6gb Ram) on 6th of June 2019, worth rupee 33000/- but they sent the empty other box on 9th of June, 2019. Outside package has the correct address details on which I had booked the phone but when I opened the package, inside the rubber piece & stone with the invoice of the one plus 7phone with address of some guy from warehouse. I raised the issue but its not solved yet and Amazon customer cum investigation team said they are still looking into the case. It seems they are not in mood to refund/replace the oneplus 7 phone. His company or channel partner fraud to me worth 33000 rupees.

                  The delivering agent m/s ax ecom ex called me yesterday from
                  [protected] at 10.41 am and 10.42 am and told me that the captioned item was delivering yesterday. I cancelled all my programmes and waited till 6.03 pm yesterday.in the meantime i called back him 6 times from 10.42 am to 6.03 pm. He replied me that he is at nediyavila, bharanicav etc and will come to me yesterday itself. At my last call ate 6.03 pm i got the reply that their computer is closed. The funny thing is that i got an sms at 6 pm yesterday that awb [protected] was undelivered i was not available. What is this sir, i waited from 10.42 am to 6.03 pm. I have paid the price of the item along with the shipping charges. Again at 10.41 am this
                  Morning i contacted at[protected] and got the irritating reply that they will deliver the item as per their convenience. I am afraid of them and i had no need to contact them further. My business and contract is with ms amazon. India. So i request your goodselves be kind enough to take steps that the captioned item is delivered to me at the earliest. Now it is 3.49 p m and i have no hope that the item be delivered today.

                      Actually i ordered treseme shampoo 1000ml on 20 july 2019 and your agent (Amz agent) promised us to deliver our parcel on 24 but unfortunately i haven't got my item.
                      This is for very first time that this misfortunate has happened from your side because i have ordered many times from your site.
                      Your agent is also misleading us by calling about the delivery details.

                        I cancelled an ordered a laptop from amazon.com for a laptop ref no[protected]. It has been a 8 days since i made this transaction but the refund money has not been deposited in my account. I have called the company several times but they are not willing to do anything. I have also contacted my bank i. E central bank but they cannot see any transaction initiated by amazon. Nor they can trace any order via the reference no given by amazon

                          I ordered electric rice cooker on 13jun, product delivered with missing items, so returned my item and called cc dept to inform the same thay told will get right one on replacement order, again they sent me with damaged product and missing 2 pan, soon i return and apply for refund, item was picked on the 17jun, but refund not done till today, when i called cc dept, they told it will credit in 2-3 biz days, it's been almost 8days refund is not yet processed, every time i call them, they are saying the same story that its take upto 2-3 days every time,

                            I ordered thru Order #[protected] Maggi noodles and 4 bottles of mustard oil.
                            What a joke, Amazon packed 8 no's of approx.420gm + 1 no's of 800gm Maggi noodles in one polybag topped by 4 bottles of 1 litre each mustard oil and they think the delicate noodles won't get damaged, they require proof.
                            To compensate, Amazon today attempted a delivery which we refused...one packet of Maggi spcl. Masala noodles, all nicely packed in a carton! When government has banned polythene, you deliver in that?
                            I had immediately placed a complaint, and emailed them 2 pics in HD, but surprises, Amazon representatives need more proof...I have asked them to send there representatives to check, but no response.

                            I had ordered an oxygen and blood circulation machine worth 4700 but received a mini massager of Rs 100 and when asked Amazon to replace or return it, they refused saying that they have delivered the correct product and will not replace it.

                                I received my bank of america credit card bill on june 24th and there is a charge of $13.77. Transaction date is of 5/28 and posting date is of 5/29. Reference number of 7216. I did not buy anything from them. Purchase was amazon amzn.com/billwa. Last four numbers of the account 4494. I do not know of any purchase on this date on my bank of america charge card.

                                  Hi,
                                  I payed the amount for order on 28th of April, 2019 and Amazon received the amount on 29th April, 2019 . This information i got from my credit card company .Here is the scenario
                                  The delivery guy came to my address and he ask for payment as it is COD . But I canceled the order in front of him due to his machine not accepting my credit card . My app was showing the product is canceled. But delivery guy system was showing it is not canceled .So he ask me to pay the amount through pay link . I have payed the amount using pay link which was generated before cancel . Now my card successfully payed the amount to Amazon and the delivery handed over the product . Then after 30 min delivery boy came back to my address and ask for the product because his system was showing the product is canceled and he took the product by saying i will get my refund after 7 working day . Today is 24th June, 2019 till now i didn't receive my money .
                                  I have called customer support but they are always saying that i will receive my money with 4 to 5 working day . I have all call records and mail chains where they are rejecting that they didn't receive any amount for the particular order . But i have a proof of my credit card statement which is clearly stating that i have payed to Amazon Bangalore .

My amazon account is locked from 8 month reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                    After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                                        I have ordered a samsung galaxy m20 mobile on 16-may-2019 from amazon.com
                                        Order no[protected], ₹-11990. Parcel arrived at time. The parcel was light in weight so i decided to make video of opening it. I opened it and found that the seal of the box is broken already. When i open the box mobile is not available in it. I have complained it at that time on amazon customer care thay ask me to wait one week. I contacted customer care after one week thay denied to deliver me my product.
                                        I want my product for which i have paid ₹ 11990. Video is not uploading as big as 415 mb.
