I purchased a product on amazon on 14th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received by amazon and i asked then for refund of rupees 389. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 16 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the transaction id as.867290. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

      I have done recharge of rs. 29 against recharge your prepaid mobile & get 100 % cashback up to 20!

      But after done recharge no cashback received!

      I have sent email to costumer service as well but no cashback credited!

        I made this order on 4th may 2019 and was eagerly waiting for the same and made the payment through amazon pa. It said the order got delivered on 5th may but i didnt recieve it niether the delivery guy contact me and they usually do. I have been chasing with customer care but no assistance has been provided just simply saying we cant help. Atleast i need to know who recieved the order, i had paid my money for it. Neither for 1000 rs i would make a wrong story

          Ordered not received but status showing delivered even though i contacted to the courier person he cheated me

          I have call the courier person 3 times but he only reply i am coming and in the evening he told me he will come in the morning but not come. Customer care person telling me o ask your wife about this i am at home and continues call the courier person than how my wife received it. I want they show my wife signature

            I want to report a website that keeps deducting money from my viabuy prepaid master card and the name or the link to the website is (Amzn.com/bill wa) this particular website keeps deducting the sum of $12.99 dollars from my credit card every week. What pains me the most is that they keep using the pretense of amazon prime as their merchant and i don't have any monthly subscription with amazon please help me out i want this website (Amzn.com/bill wa) to stop stealing money from my viabuy master prepaid card

                  (A) i ordered a book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence" on 15-may [order id:[protected]]. The amazon customer care cancelled the order on my request on 20-may, and told me that i will receive the refund by 24-may. However, i have not received the refund for the same by 24 may. Kindly assist regarding this issue.

                  (B) i ordered the following 3 books on 23-may, and then cancelled the order of these 3 books by mistake:
                  1. Start now get perfect later
                  2. 13 steps to bloody good parenting
                  3. Thinking smart

                  I then re-ordered these books on 24-may. I want to cancel the order placed on 23-may, and not the re-order placed on 24-may. Please help me get confirmation that i will be refunded for the cancelled order of the 3 books ordered on 23-may [order#[protected]], letting me know the maximum time the refund will take.

                  One mature and responsible Amazon customer care representative (Jaya Lakshmi) at once initiated my refund and gave me confidence that i will receive my refund by 20 June. Finally i got back my refund on 10 June. We need more of such active members in the customer care department. Otherwise the other customer care representatives were just hopeless and couldn't solve my issue for almost a month. My advice to everyone is this: The only solution to get back your money/refunds is to KEEP DOING FOLLOW-UPS AND KEEP RUNNING AFTER THE CONFUSED CUSTOMER CARE TILL YOUR LAST BREATH. If the problem is still not resolved, then file a police complaint.

                  (A) Today i received the book "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence". However, the Order ID is not mentioned on the packaging or anywhere else. I had ordered this book twice:

                  i. first order ordered on 15 May [ with Order ID:[protected] ], which i later cancelled on 20-May
                  ii. second order ordered on 23 May [ with Order#[protected] ], which i don't want to cancel.

                  i have done the payment for both the orders using online SBI. However, i have not yet received the refund of Rs.354.75 for my cancelled order [ Order ID:[protected] ].

                  Please ensure me that i don't receive this book for the second time, and that i receive my refund of the cancelled order in my SBI account [ account number:[protected] ], at the earliest.

                  (B) Similarly. i have not received the refund of Rs.815 for my order with order Id[protected]. Please avail me the refund in the same SBI account [ account number:[protected] ], at the earliest.

                  i don't know why am i not getting any response. The service is very slow and poor quality. Why are the above mentioned issues taking so much time to get resolved????

                    I am a very old customer of amazon india. I am shifted recently in hyderabad. Whenever i order anything there is always create an issue for delivery the packages. I have written in address it is mty office address i need the packaging after 9 and before 5. But the delivery boy always call me after 6.30 and ask me for delivery the package. I have complained about this in amazon customer care they never take this thing seriously it is not happening for first this is fourth time it is happening the delivery will in another time or the delivery boy will not pick up the phone.

                      I ordered a samsung a50 6gb/64gb phone from amazon india being sold by appario retails on 19/05/2019 fro 22990. The price of phone dropped to 21490 on 24/5/19 and i got delivery of phone after price slashing. I called helpline that price was reduced before i got the delivery of phone. So excess money charged be redeemed to me. But helpline executive gave vague explanations.

                          I had order subject toy in amazon with delivery charges for delivery in the morning by 1100 hrs, in the morning the amazon delivery boy called up in and told the shipping will be late as they have received it late and he will deliver it by 1230. At 1230 the status they updated is they could not contact me and they would deliver the toy and it will be delivered by tomorrow

                          My kid is eagerly waiting for the toy. I am disappointed at the way amazon has caused mental agony to me and my 7 years old daughter.

                            The earphone stopped charging. The light doesn't come up but the earphone gets heat.

                            I had bought this earphone on 13-mar-2019. Order#[protected]. It already has the warranty. Please replace the product at the earliest and send it to same address.

                              I have to receive 2749/- from amazon as refund to a product which they are claiming that the amount has been refunded on 15/5/2019 but i have not received any such refund in my bank account till 24/5/2019. I even contacted sbi customer care they are asking for utr no which neither amazon.in is giving nor able to generate it from sbi online. Please help in this issue

                                I have ordered number of books from amazon. But when i received my order one product harry potter 7 volume paperback collections was missing. During receiving the package i said delivery boy that harry potter collections is missing he said to me that sir i only received these packages which i m deliverying may be some other delivery boy will delivered it by today. Then i inform the same to amazon customer service they assured me that by some means of errors your order is showing delivered it will be delivered to you by next 5days. But even after 5 days i didn't received my order then i again call amazon customer service now they said we are raising the investigation as the amount of product is high and after 5days i again called them to know the status of my complaint. Now they are saying there investigation is complete and there is no product missing from their side.
                                Please suggest what can i do now?

                                  I have placed an order for
                                  Nr mart handy chopper kitchen manual vegetable onion cutter in 500 ml with 4 blades on 7th may and received the item on 12th may which was paid by pod, but the product was not working so i have placed a replacement order on the same day with order id[protected], amazon return id: drwxqnpqrrma and tracking id[protected], product pick up was done but i have cancelled the product as i got a better product. Now i haven't received the amount that i paid. Neither there is an option for tracking the refund status which is not even helpful. Customer care was not responding properly. I except my refund to be done asap.

                                      I have cancelled my order - Makeup Revolution Illuminating Fixing Spray, Order id - #[protected]. I have cancelled it on 10th May. I have called there customer care, they said that the refund will be credit in 2-3 working days. After 2 days I haven't got any refund. I again called them. They were making some excuses and they called me to wait for extra 3-5 days. After 10 days today (23rd May), they are again making excuses and they are telling me to wait and they have no exact date for the refund.
                                      This is a very cheap behaviour from Amazon. I want my refund as soon as possible.
                                      Please help me out there regarding this...
