    I have cancelled my order - Makeup Revolution Illuminating Fixing Spray, Order id - #[protected]. I have cancelled it on 10th May. I have called there customer care, they said that the refund will be credit in 2-3 working days. After 2 days I haven't got any refund. I again called them. They were making some excuses and they called me to wait for extra 3-5 days. After 10 days today (23rd May), they are again making excuses and they are telling me to wait and they have no exact date for the refund.
    This is a very cheap behaviour from Amazon. I want my refund as soon as possible.
    Please help me out there regarding this...

          I am dhanalakshmi. I ordered headset from amazon on 12th may 2019. Product was not good, so i returned it back on 13th may 2019. But i didnt get my refund back

          If i call customer care (Amazon),

          Our refund of rs.499 has been processed successfully on 5/14/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 5/20/2019.

          The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 932889.

          In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

          Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

          I even enquired canara bank, but they are saying, still refund is not initiated.

          So i need to make a complaint on both amazon and canara bank.

          Take a required action to refund my money 499/- on both sides.

                I have ordered combo set of bedsheet with order id[protected] then i cancelled it. I have irdered it in first week of february. I cancelled it in the second week. Amazon approved foe refund after they received thr cancelled order back. After getting the order back amazon has approved for the refund in february 20 but i did'nt get my amazon refund amount of rs.1127 with refence no.[protected]. Yesterday i wrongly typed rs.1027. So please refund my money as soon as earlier.. It is so urgent.

                  I had bought a furniture product in april. When i received it, it was not the same colour and quality. The co. Refused to pick it up and expected me to ship the 17 kg furniture through india post! I refused to carry the heavy furniture to post it. Amazon suggested to courier the product back, they gave me a list of courier service providers and confirmed that if the seller does not refund the courier charges amazon will refund it for me!
                  Till date they are dodging from refunding my courier charges of rs 2250/- hararrsing and wasting my time and energy. Even though the seller received the product and u git my refund for the product... Amazon has failed miserably in keeping up with their commitment!

                        I noticed two charges of $13.93 each on my credit card, one dated April 8, 2019 and one dated May 7, 2019. Please explain and reimburse.
                        Incredibly hurt to see bathmats, doormats, bathroom accessories, even toilet cover designed with images of Hindu God's like Ganesha, Shiva etc. Take them down immediately.

                        I want refund of this amount. This amount was deducted without authorization.

                              Product name: 1. Khadi amla, reetha, shikakai, bhringraj premium, herbal, natural & ayurvedic shampoo sls & paraben free 210 ml;
                              2. Khadi omorose 100% organic hair wash powder (Dry shampoo) - 100 grams
                              Of amount rs. 428/- was placed on 1st may & was promised to delivered on 4th may but is wasn't.
                              After asking the problem they rescheduled my order to 8th may without my knowledge even then amazon fails to deliver.
                              From then they won't be able to refund th amount even thought they asked for 3-5 bank working days which was extended to 16th may.
                              Even then they are not able to refund the amount after asking that they asked me to wait till 21st may as their representative will get in contact for feedback or something.
                              For their kind gesture the provided me 100/- gift card but amount 428/- is not refunded.
                              I have all the chats and call records as a proof of the conversations.

                              I request you as a consume to please help me out as its been 16+ days they harassed me as i may place same order again or do something else as my amount got freezed in amazon's service.

                              I have ordered coffee mug in Amazon site on 30th April where it has showed that mug will be delivered on 8th may and till now it has not been delivered where as .. in my Amazon app it is showing that mug has been delivered. Kindly don't take customers for granted. Amazon has to improve customer service
                              Amazon sells Ganesha doormats(international site/USA site) and Om door mats. Highly offensive to Hindus. This should stop. Or else the pushback will get bigger n have economic consequences.
                              Bought a redmi 6a handsset from amazon under offer of getting 500 rs. As amazon pay balance but not got the benifit of this offer yet.Purchase order was made from number [protected]

                                On m y credit card there is a charge that i don't know what the charge is for it's from amazon. Please check in to this for me. This charge was made on march 13 in the amount of 75.80. I don't see anything that i have ordered in that amount. Thank you for your help. I have heard nothing but good things about amazon.in fact i give my grandchildren a amazon card every christmas. If somebody has stolen my account information please let me know.                                   Firstly, my heartfelt condolences to your employees in case they are blind because not once but twice it happened that the product received is not even remotely similar to what I ordered even after exchanging it. If it's unavailable, kindly mention 'out of stock'. Do not deliver something I have not ordered. Also, kindly make sure you do not repeat the same mistake in future.

                                  06-May-2019 and supposed to be brought to me on 09-May-2019. One month has passed and i neither got my product nor refund. Please do the necessary asap.
                                  As though I registered my time as office time, Amazon delivery agent came in the early morning to my office..He did not call us in the previous day and now without our any knowledge he returned my product to seller. Now he went unto arguing with us.

                                    Bluetooth earpiece not present inside the box, they blame customer onto this, i am useless i don't know what to do, after all, five days of investigation amazon investigation team says that they have checked all the footage from cctv everything goes well during the transition so we can't do anything.                                       I purchased one redimi 6 mobile online from amazon india. To my surprised the mobile i received was not according to standard. Hence i called them to take back, amazon. Refused saying their policy is not active to take back.
                                      Hence, i request to all, never buy any mobile from amazon, otherwise your money will go to waste.

                                        I had ordered HUL Pureit Classic G2 Mineral RO+UV 6 stage 6 ltr water purifier of Rs 10863 on 08 May 2019 Order #[protected] from AMAZON site. On 13 May the product was delivered to me but when I saw it was very small packet and once opened, I found a 1 ltr glass bottle.
                                        I complained to them. They said we would do the investigation and today after 4 days when i contacted them they told that i got the correct packet and product is already delivered so now this complaint is closed.
                                        Neither they agreed to refund the amount nor to deliver my order .
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
