I had order a headphone which i had intialized for replacement later i cancelled the replacement and opted for refund i returned the product but haven't received the refund since 4 months i think they have took the parcel under replacement and not under refund and i complaint a lot of times to the customer care and everything but no body is responding maybe the dilvery person misplaced the product because i have the confirmation for pick up

    Hello i have bought a pair of shoe of puma company for my mothrr from amazon via order no.[protected] amounting rs. 2999/- on 14.05.2019 using my amazon account naming navit kumar, but after using them just for 3 4 days, they are causing excessive pain in sole, ankle, toes of my mother. His toes have been swollen also due to this uncomfortable item. The price of this is too much still the quality is extremely poor therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter or either return my money or replace it with another comfortable shoe.

      I deepshika dutta ordered a quick heal total security software (Antivirus) on 23 may 2019, order number is[protected] and it was delivered on 26th may 2019. When i received and opened the package in front of your delivery agent mr. Sayyed (Mob no. - [protected]), i found that the box was empty, there was no cd/dvd. The cost of the software is ₹2200 which was paid by debit card via online. Kindly do the needful at your end and the amount be refund on my account as soon as possible. My registered mobile number is [protected] and registered email id is '[protected]@gmail.com'.
      Regarding this already spoken to mr. Prateek of amazon customer service and assured me to solve by 29th may 2019. Kindly take an action before 2nd june 2019 as i am going out of station.

        This is regarding order no.[protected].
        I ordered a wall clock on 3rd may. The glass was completely broken. Then i requested for exchange. That too came broken. And the delivery guy was aware of it. And i rejected the parcel.
        The first clock wasn't taken back. And i wasn't refunded of the defective product.
        Its been more than 3 weeks since i rejected the exchange piece (As it was broken too).
        Please take back the initial wall clock. And refund.

        You can sale the product which conduct the God image in toilet floor, India respected people image show in foot, and other object. Please stop this activity other wise we ban your products. Or purchase in other websites like flipkart, snapdeal.

          I'm writing this review after using 10 month of the product. There is no doubt that overall product is good you can buy it. But the problem is my order place on date 16/07/2018 & as per warranty status shows start date 01/06/2018 of this product. Why it is happening only amazone knows. The main things is there is no sl no mention on invoice. I'm continuing rises issue about that from august 2018 but no one can solved it (Amazon customer service) till today. I have never seen this kind of irresponsibility from amazon as before.

          Is there any hope to solve it?

            I have ordered redmi 6 pro (Red, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) from amazon.in,
            Sold by: appario retail private ltd, worth 9999 rupees. The item was ordered on 19th may 2019. The item was delivered on 22 may 2019, as shown on web page. But, i did not receive the ordered item though it is showing delivered.
            Number of delivery boy was also not given to customer to track back.
            I contacted customer care several times to resolve the issues, but could not get right response.
            I need my placed order or money back.

              Hai.. I ordered mamy poko pants and stayfree pad for 504 rs.. I pay through my credit card and my amazon pay balance of 50 rs. Unfortunately i cancelled my order because of incorrect size of diaper.. Amazon initiated refund amount. 50 rs of amazon pay balance amount is credited but remaining amount of 454 rs not credited to my bank. I asked so many times they said simply it takes 4 business days to refund.. 5 days gone still now no refund.. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 932710 given by amazon. Kindly sort it out. Worst experience with amazon. Her after i wont do online transaction in amazon.

                I purchased a product on amazon on 14th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received by amazon and i asked then for refund of rupees 389. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 16 th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the transaction id as.867290. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                      I made this order on 4th may 2019 and was eagerly waiting for the same and made the payment through amazon pa. It said the order got delivered on 5th may but i didnt recieve it niether the delivery guy contact me and they usually do. I have been chasing with customer care but no assistance has been provided just simply saying we cant help. Atleast i need to know who recieved the order, i had paid my money for it. Neither for 1000 rs i would make a wrong story

                          I want to report a website that keeps deducting money from my viabuy prepaid master card and the name or the link to the website is (Amzn.com/bill wa) this particular website keeps deducting the sum of $12.99 dollars from my credit card every week. What pains me the most is that they keep using the pretense of amazon prime as their merchant and i don't have any monthly subscription with amazon please help me out i want this website (Amzn.com/bill wa) to stop stealing money from my viabuy master prepaid card

                              I would like to suggest all customer that please do not buy anything from amazon india, specially during offer period.
                              I never gone through this kind of very bad experienced with amazon india, in last 10 years of my online shopping experience.
                              As per amazon india customer executive that all risk is belong to customer only if customer buy any product from amazon india specially during offer period.

                              Actually, i have purchased a "puma one8 sneaker white men by virat kohli" white shoes on 07-may-2019 (Order #:[protected] during summer sale (4th to 7th may, 2019).
                              And amazon has create 7 major mistakes/issue which are as follows, regarding my order and finally not replaced with original ordered product :
                              1. I have received totally wrong product from amazon india/puma sports india i. E. Black color and different model's puma shoe with different size.
                              2. Ir-responsible behavior of amazon: i immediatly raised a complain to customer care and sent the picture of received product with all details through an email suggested by amazon india customer executive. But they asked for 10 days to investigate about this seller irresponsibilities behaviour, for just only 1-2 hour task. As per my understanding, maximum 1-2 days could be sufficient to resolve this issue but they demand 10 days. Ok, then i have called amazon customer care after 8 days of raise the complain, they asked to wait 2 more days. So, i waited for 2 more days, but there was no response or any communication received from amazon so i called amazon customer care at 12th day (22-may-2019) since launch the complain. Then i came to know about there illogical resolution.
                              3. Amazon india customer executive said me when i was called to amazon that he was not able to see replacement option against my order #:[protected]. He asked me for refund, but i refused from refund. Because i have ordered that product on offer price after a long wait and wasted so many hours to find and order this product and conversation with amazon customer care. I clearly request for only replacement. I received wrong product is this customer's fault or seller?
                              4. After so many argument i have asked him to connect me with his senior executive. I talked with his senior executive and he has arranged a replacement for order #:[protected]. But suddenly on 23-may-2019, three different amazon delivery executive came to my home for pickup the same old wrong product against refund/return of the order #:[protected], that was totally surprising for me. I have not given the wrong delivered product to two initial amazon delivery executive. Even they told me that first i need to return wrong product then they can deliver original ordered product. And the last final third amazon delivery executive said the same thing to me to return the product first then they can deliver original one. I thought all the 3 person is saying the same thing so then it is true so i have given the delivered wrong product to him and taken the picture of amazon return slip.
                              5. Today on 24-may-2019, again one diferent amazon delivery executive came to my home for replacement of the product and asked for old wrong delivered product. I told him that i already given it to their amazon delivery executive, yesterday. Then he was start talking with very rubbish and abusive language to me and said me that to call amazon customer care and find the solution then i could call him then he will come in 30 next minutes.
                              6. Immediatly, i called amazon customer care and explained everyting to him and given awb number:[protected]. Finally he said that the old wrong product has received at their amazon warehouse so i would not get replacement of wrong dilivered product. I asked why? He said that 3 different return/refund request has raised from their end by their customer care executive's mistake and by it's my bad luck that i handed over the old wrong product among those 3 return/refund request. So, i can only get refund, so he said that it's my bad luck that i can only get refund of my all wasted time, money, patience.
                              7. I am sure and it is likely to be impossible that how any system can generate 4 different requests for same product or order #[protected] (3 return request and one replacement request). Functionally, it is major/serious bug in amazon's system/process and policies.
                              8. Even now, on amazon's my order page i seen that they are displaying wrong status and status message that customer has refused to take the replacement of original ordered product against order #:[protected] and replacement order #[protected] of same product i. E. "puma one8 sneaker white men by virat kohli". Whereas i never refused for delivery of this orinal product. I wanted it but everyting did wrong without my any mistake. The ordering from amazon india is our fault?

                              My final question was why customer will suffer for amazon's mistake and blunder?
                              One-two mistakes can considerable but all 7 times misatkes for same order, who will pay for it? Why always customer suffer and pay-off?

                              Even, amazon india customer executives are not aware with the difference between policies and functional/technical business logic?

                              Therefore, if any customer do not want to take risk from shopping on amazon india then please avoid shopping on amazon india website/app.

                                  (A) i ordered a book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence" on 15-may [order id:[protected]]. The amazon customer care cancelled the order on my request on 20-may, and told me that i will receive the refund by 24-may. However, i have not received the refund for the same by 24 may. Kindly assist regarding this issue.

                                  (B) i ordered the following 3 books on 23-may, and then cancelled the order of these 3 books by mistake:
                                  1. Start now get perfect later
                                  2. 13 steps to bloody good parenting
                                  3. Thinking smart

                                  I then re-ordered these books on 24-may. I want to cancel the order placed on 23-may, and not the re-order placed on 24-may. Please help me get confirmation that i will be refunded for the cancelled order of the 3 books ordered on 23-may [order#[protected]], letting me know the maximum time the refund will take.

                                  One mature and responsible Amazon customer care representative (Jaya Lakshmi) at once initiated my refund and gave me confidence that i will receive my refund by 20 June. Finally i got back my refund on 10 June. We need more of such active members in the customer care department. Otherwise the other customer care representatives were just hopeless and couldn't solve my issue for almost a month. My advice to everyone is this: The only solution to get back your money/refunds is to KEEP DOING FOLLOW-UPS AND KEEP RUNNING AFTER THE CONFUSED CUSTOMER CARE TILL YOUR LAST BREATH. If the problem is still not resolved, then file a police complaint.

                                  (A) Today i received the book "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence". However, the Order ID is not mentioned on the packaging or anywhere else. I had ordered this book twice:

                                  i. first order ordered on 15 May [ with Order ID:[protected] ], which i later cancelled on 20-May
                                  ii. second order ordered on 23 May [ with Order#[protected] ], which i don't want to cancel.

                                  i have done the payment for both the orders using online SBI. However, i have not yet received the refund of Rs.354.75 for my cancelled order [ Order ID:[protected] ].

                                  Please ensure me that i don't receive this book for the second time, and that i receive my refund of the cancelled order in my SBI account [ account number:[protected] ], at the earliest.

                                  (B) Similarly. i have not received the refund of Rs.815 for my order with order Id[protected]. Please avail me the refund in the same SBI account [ account number:[protected] ], at the earliest.

                                  i don't know why am i not getting any response. The service is very slow and poor quality. Why are the above mentioned issues taking so much time to get resolved????

                                    I am a very old customer of amazon india. I am shifted recently in hyderabad. Whenever i order anything there is always create an issue for delivery the packages. I have written in address it is mty office address i need the packaging after 9 and before 5. But the delivery boy always call me after 6.30 and ask me for delivery the package. I have complained about this in amazon customer care they never take this thing seriously it is not happening for first this is fourth time it is happening the delivery will in another time or the delivery boy will not pick up the phone.

                                      I ordered a samsung a50 6gb/64gb phone from amazon india being sold by appario retails on 19/05/2019 fro 22990. The price of phone dropped to 21490 on 24/5/19 and i got delivery of phone after price slashing. I called helpline that price was reduced before i got the delivery of phone. So excess money charged be redeemed to me. But helpline executive gave vague explanations.
