I placed an order in amazon, due to some problem it was not delivered, so they claim that, they have initiated refund amount to my account on 13th of may 2019. Refund reference id which they have given is[protected]. So, i kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible the expected refunding date was on 17th of may but, there is no message from my bank

    The order was for two items worth INR 1920/- but only one item was received.
    Request supply the remaining item or refund the excess amount.

      Hello team,
      I made an order from amazon.in on 4th may (Order#[protected] having harrison t-27/ bcp-0033 steel 8 levers padlock with 3 keys, a laptop bag and some plastic sheets.
      Out of which the lock was not delivered to me but marked as delivered on 6th may. It was a plastic bag that they claimed to have send my order in. But the bag that i received had only two items (Bag and plastic sheets).

      Amazon is now neither delivering it nor giving my money back.
      Kindly help.

        Hello i’m hafis hakkim. Recently i have purchased a book from amazon india then i paid cash through my debit card on 9th may 2019. Then after i have cancelled the order due to some personal reason. I will give the product details below

        I have paid rs636 for the product. I have been contacting you so may times. And i have called amazon customer care support. And they told me that the issue will be solved by 17th may. But issue haven’t solved. And they given me a reference number for further enquiries for bank. And after contacting you i’m not getting any follow back by canara bank. So please solve my issue.

          I didn't get a product but it is showing delivered in my account. There should have given two items in a box but only a single product i got. After complaining about the issue they refuse to refund me back.
          They have given the same tracking id to two product and delivered in the same box. I only got the sinlge item. After complaining about this issue with amazon they didn't give me any prove about their investigation and also said that from their side the item gets delivered now they can't do further inquiry. I didn't even sign anywhere or given otp to them how can they marked an undelivered item to deliver.

            I was enquiring about ons of refunds which i have not recieved from amazon yet for some reason may be. I was seeking help about what should i do and o e customer care executive mr. Jhon britto was so rude and talking to me like i was his maid and did some mistake...
            If this is the way ur executive treat consumers... Then i need to think of other option of online shipping as u know there are piles of other sites which will give me satisfaction and importance both like myntra... And quality as well... U need to teach these foreign # how to talk to ladies specifically in india..

              I purchased a product on amazon on 24th of april using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 75503729131029440827441. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking.

                I ordered two of the toilet roll holder. They delivered only one. I sent a message to the vendor and there was no reply. I left a review and they called me immediately and made me withdraw the review promising a delivery of the second product with in few days. But it’s been a week and they haven’t even dispatched the product yet. I requested for a return and replacement for the order. No response from amazon and couldn’t get hold of customer service.
                Now i ended up with paying the cost of two toilet roll holder for one. When i wanted to leave a review they didn't want to post.
                Untrustworthy and pathetic customer service.

                    I have issue from amazon india regarding return because i purchased some product from amazon and on 14 april 2019 i raised a request regarding returning and waited some time but no one came to take then i called in amazon customer care for the same and from amazon customer someone told me to wait 48 hours, i waited but same thing happened then i raised a complaint to jeff to get resolution and from jeff team, shiva is handling my issue and he told me that allow some time to resolve this issue. Again i waited buy on 16 may 2019 he has denial to help me because he says that i am raising request to pick up cancellation and i refused to return the item but still i have been waiting to return. On 16 may 2019 shiva told me that without return, my refund can not be possible, i agree with that and he also told me that either he can arrange new pick up to return or i can return this from my end, i wrote a mail for the same and i told him that if pick up is possible then arrange, otherwise provide me self return option but 2 days has completed, he is not responding to me. This is no way to handle to customer to resolve their concern. I am using amazon since 2016 and there is a number of order which i took and i have not returned any single product before these. I am losing my experience and i need resolution because the amount value for all product is rs.4875 and i can leave this for this cheap products. Kindly help me and take necessary action against the amazon and shiva

                      I ordered a beetel f2n (Dual sim) (Fixed phone) from my amazon account by paying rs. 2167.00 through net banking on 1st may 2019. On 4th may 2019, i got an email from amazon that the product has been delivered, which actually i have not received till date. Since 4th may 2019, i contacted amazon customer care several times regarding this issue. Every time they assured that the investigation is going on and told you can call after 16th may 2019. Today, on 17th may 2019, when i contacted to the amazon customer care, they refused to take any action. They replied that i have received the product according to their investigation team, which i have not received till today. Also, they refused to give any evidence of receive of the product.
                      Is there any system by amazon which assures the product is delivered to the right person or not? They should have a strict system by which the product should be delivered to right person.
                      I, hereby, complain that i have not received the product till today and claim the amount should be refunded immediately or the product should be re booked to me.

                          I ordered 2 buddha paintings however o received only 1 packet and that too it was empty. I complained about this however till date there is. No resolution provided. Neither i received refund nor the paintings. I am highly disappointed and i am going to take this consumer forum now because i don't see anything being done on this case. Pls see all the calls recordings and the way this has been handled.

                            Nokia 6.1 (Blue-gold, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) ordered on 8th may'19.
                            As per schedule they promised on 15th, not given on 15th.
                            Courier guy called at 6pm on 15th and said the mobile will deliver on 16th.
                            But i received the mail saying that as per my request delivery rescheduled to 17th.

                            However i received the parcel on 16th, while verifying the mobile, touch screen not working. For checking i need to call the call centre and for pick up and replacement it may take another few days. I badly need mobile, i can't wait for all these procedures. Please try to provide the replacement asap or cancell this order and refund back asap.

                              I was shifted to this new place very recently so i requested the delivery boy to talk to my husband regarding the address details... He spoke me to very rudely and gave me all sorts of replies...
                              Finally i requested him to talk to my husband by taking some time and he reached home on my husbands instructions... He could not press the calling bell and in return he asked me if the calling bell is working (Sarcastically) and spoke to me as if he was giving me order for free..
                              He gave me cheap look as if i am someone dependent on him for a living..
                              This is not my first order in amazon...
                              I have ordered many items previously in different places and never faced this problem..

                                In the morning of may 17, 2019, the delivery agent came to my place to deliver the vivo v15 pro that i have ordered with order tracking id:[protected] and have also paid in full for the same. He asked for otp and other information which i also provided him. But to my surprise he was in a poor shape and don't have knowledge of what he was doing. He informed that he couldn't get the barcode scanner and he need some help from the team so he ll be back in half an hour by 9:00 a. M. To which i agreed. To my surprise after half an hour, when i tried contacting the delivery person through the number provided to me by amazon, the person who picked up the call claimed that he is on leave and that someone else is delivering the product.

                                Not only this but when i visited the app i got to know that the person who came to deliver my product cancelled it claiming that i rejected the product. I have already made a verbal complaint to the customer service.

                                Kindly address the issue at the earnest. This experience has really let me down and has raised a question on my affirmation with amazon.

                                  I got this cod package on 27-apr-2019, ordered several things from amazon & received this yoga mat (3 feet packaging, & a pen drive (2 inch packet), in a common box, box was of very bad quality & cracked from several places, my wife received the package & paid cod amount without checking it's outer condition, yoga mat was in there but pen drive missing & an invoice for both pend drive & mat was there too, complained about the same on same day, today i got a revert in this matter that they can not refund my money as their investigation was against me, i don't have any proof that favors me, lost my 450 bucks, just wanted to let everybody know about it, so others can be cautious about these things..

                                  I suggest to all, plz don't receive a box until it seems all well & brand new, make a video before delivery person of package opening, so u have enough proof to show to amazon

                                    I have ordered hul pureit classic g2 mineral ro+uv 6 stage 6l water purifier of rs 10863 on 08 may 2019. On 13 may the product is delivered to me but when i saw it was very small packet and once opened, i found a 1 ltr glass bottle.
                                    I complained to them. They said we would do the investigation and today when i contacted them they told that i got the correct packet and product is already delivered so now this complaint is closed.
                                    Neither they agreed to refund the amount nor to deliver my order. I am attaching the photo of the packet which i received. Amazon is not ready to help me out.
                                    Please advise.

                                      Extremely horrible product received. When opened the packed the carton was damaged, shoes was dirty and shoe sole broken. Also after complaining to amazon team for pickup no response till date. Regular communication with amazon customer care are only resulting in delaying and not giving the valid reason for pickup of this damage product. It is waste of time and money. Suggest you all not to buy any product from amazon.

                                        I ordered a women bag (Order no.[protected]) from amazon and recieved an emoty box i raised this issue on the dame day and your teasm said they will arrange a callback or you can call us on 16 may, i contacted your team today and they said they cannot provide any refund or anything as their team refused to provide any refund, am an existing customer of amazon and ordered so many products but this time i got cheated by your company i just want my money back i want to contact with the supervisor as soon as possible you cannot cheat your customers kike thias customer satisfaction must be your priority
