I have bought a hush puppies shoe from amazon but they sent a wrong item to me. When i contacted them they said they will not replace it or refund it as from their side the product delivered is correct. I want to lodge a complaint against them and want my money back.

    My refund of rs. 6499/-has been made by amazon on 17th of april 2019. They also told me amount should reflect in your account by 24th april, 2019. But till now i didn’t get my refund. They gave me this reference number is as below and they told me that if you don’t get your refund then contact to bank’s customer care center.

    I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them.
    I expect from bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm going take some legal action.

      Today i have received a mail and massage that my order has been delivered (Which i have placed the order on[protected], also mentioned that signed and received by me, but it is a false report i did not received any package, even i did not receive any call from any courier company.
      Please dont sent any false confirmation mail.

      If they delivered i would like to know more about it also i would like to cancel all my remaining orders and please send the reimbursement amount.

        I ordered a Motto G 6 mobile in Amazon app from my mobile [protected] I found the amount was debited twicw from my account . I used my Indian bank Debit card for payment my account no is[protected]. The amount deited was 10640 it was debited on 14/4/2019 it is yet to be credited to my account when contacted Amazon they say it is stuck in the gateway and I should file a charge memeo But Indian Bank customer care is not able to help me. the reference no. given by Amazon is [protected]. how to file a chrge memo

          Two oder - one wd ssd 240 gb (Oder id[protected]) and one cmos battery (Traking id - b[protected] was orderd from amazon on 9 april 2019 with a prime account of amazon belong to my friend as required urgent, but both orders never delivered, -[ wd shows delivered and cmos shows lost ] but they never actually are! I complained but no positive result found-
          I told them that if required i can provide call details as it was office address and delivery boy need to be call otherwise he cant delivered order, and i have whole team who can sure you none o[censored]s (I and her) leave workplace during that time as per amazon delivery time shows 5.45 for wd dated 10 april, and if required camera recording can also be arranged if they provide delivery location as only few location allowed inside building for delivery where cameras are all around, i left workplace by 6 and she after me.
          Amazon did not resolve issue just inform us as per their finding product (Wd ssd) delivered and they can't do anything.

            This is the third time i faced issue with amazon and that's why i have to complaint. I am a amazon prime trial member but its showing standard delivery in all product at my adress. Before ordering estimated date is one and after ordering estimated delivery was extended. But then amazon couldn't delivered at their extended estimated date. And in my previous amzon account i have order a pack of tempered glass i paid seller shipped and after 4 days amazon updated returning to the seller. I again place yhe order for same and i paid. Again after 4 days amazon updated that returning to the seller. Its take abot 10 days to get back my refund. Please do step against amazon for harassing their castomers. Thank you

Usko naukri se nikal dijiye, jab bi call karta he baht gande galian deta he, wow bolta he amazon pe kaam karta hnu tu kya karlega mera, crime branch tak mera haath he kuch vi kar sekta hnu, koi nehi he mujhe kuch karne walla.

                Respected sir/madam

                I have purchased walking harness from your site. It was expected to delivered near 25 april. I have paid the amount through credit card. When it wasn't delivered i checked the status and when i tracked it it showed delivered on 22 april at 11.54am and to your surprise we were not at home on that day. We r still out of station. It's really sad to tell that i have ordered something from your app from the first time but it has a bad experience. So u r requested to help us out asap.

                  I ordered an item from amazon app twice for my cousin. I am a prime member. They promised me to deliver the item within 14th april 2019 but without prior information they cancelled my order. By the way, the order was prepaid. I chatted with their executive and told the matter. He requested me to reorder the item and told me that as it was impossible for them to deliver the item within the time frame, they cancelled the order but that wont happen again. I again ordered the same item and paid the amount through card. But after 3 days they again cancelled the order. This time i was very disappointed and talked with them. They told me that was unfortunate. You should try it again with different seller. No fault was from my side happened in this case. As a fault of their company i could not be able to gift my cousin for her birthday. Moreover two times i paid the amount through card. They were unable to deliver the product. But for their fault some of my money got stucked for sometimes na? The interest amount of that much amount should be paid as a gift to me. I requested them to pay for their fault. Even i told them that i will file complaint in consumer forum. But they were arrogant. They did not pay a single penny for their fault. Moreover my reputation got damaged as i were unable to gift my cousin. They should only liableand pay for their fault.                     Dear sir

                    A refund of 4570 rupees was successfully processed on 21st april 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      I ordered product from amazon india
                      I ordered sinlge wall insualted plastic free stainless steel water bottle gift set
                      I could not check open the product immediately. When i checked i found i received different item. By the time i decide to get it replaced, return window of 10 days lapsed. Now amazon denying me to replace the product.
                      I am attaching the images of displayed and received product.
                      Please help me in this.

                        I HAD ORDERED TWO WRIST WATCHES FROM AMAZON ON 6TH APRIL 2019 TITAN NEO ANALOG BLACK DIAL MEN'S WATCH 1698 BM01 and other was Fossil Venture Analog Digital black Dial Women's watch FTW6008. After opening the package I found fossil watch was missing. I informed the customer care but they simply refused to deliver the product or initiate the refund.

                            I had purchased a microwave oven from Amazon, but because of some technical problems I returned it back on 9th of April, and got refund reference number also, but till now I have not got my refund.                                 Dear sir,
                                My name is aaryav email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 2 days. Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong . I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request .

                                    I ordered a loreal telescopic mascara from Amazon India via NY Craze seller. When I received the package inside was Men’s vitamins instead! I sent the picture in the package promptly to Amazon who agreed there was a mistake and would remedy the error. After endless follow ups Amazon finally told me that NY Craze sent me the correct product... essentially calling me a liar! Have reported Amazon India and this seller to Consumer Affairs! Don’t deal with either!

                                      I bought luvlap high chair from amazon and in one day initiated the return as the product was not as per the standards mentioned by the seller. Once i initiated the return, the company amazon send the message they will pick up the product in one working day, they never came. I waited and post 15days return of product is not applicable, they denied the return and refund which is inappropriate and unfair on such a big company's part. I am a very regular customer and i expect justice at the earliest

                                        I ordered rhythm's store epilator wax finishing electric hair remover razor from amazon the item in the app shows delivered and received by watchman but the product is missing delivery person didn't contact me while delivering it and amazon is not accepting the complaint i have already paid for the product.
