I had ordered a sling bag worth rs 200 on 22 may 2019 at 7.00 pm by choosing pink color as the color option. The product was delivered on 28 may 2019 and i was very sad to see that the color of the product was different from one
Which i had ordered. The bag which delivered was dark blue in color. One which was not even in the color option. Amazon had cheated me.. Also i had submitted my review of the product but they didnt appear in the review box...

    I am k. Ammaji. I spent 456 /- on amazon chris and kate school bag. I returned it. But my amount hasn't credited to my account. I've called so many times to amazon. But there is no use. Please anybody help me. Because i am not rich. I ordered this bag for my son. It too short for him. That's why i returned it. I didn't think like this that happened to me.       Sir my name is Bharath Kumar M.V I ordered a phone in Amazon i pay the money with debit card but certain resons i cancelled my order but the amount is not refunded to my account. The refund referral number is[protected]. This is the referral number please I beg you sir please refund my money

        The delivery of the product that which i ordered for the last two times was attempted at late night between 10 and 11'o' clock which is highly uncomfortable for ladies like me. I couldn't lift the call at that time as my two small kids were sleeping and my phone was kept in silent mode.. So, kindly see to that the customer would receive the order any time before 9 'o' clock at night. Thank you.

          A strict action needs to be taken against the amazon seller performance team who really do not read seller's emails properly. We had launched our seller account somewhere in the last week of april and just after the couple of days they have blocked our account with reason "inauthentic product". They had assumed 3 of our products as inauthentic and were asking for invoice copies and brand authorization letter. Invoice copy was ready but reg brand auth certificate when we had checked with the distributor they told us that until unless we meet the certain sales target they cannot issue brand auth certificate and hence we had given scanned invoice copies. However they had come back asking us to proof if our distributor is authorized to sell the mentioned brand. It was a tough time when we had to go to distributor place asking them to proo[censored]s if they are authorized to sell the mentioned brand or not. First they were not ready to share such internal details as we have just started our relationship with them and for them we are very new to this industry but still some how we were managed to click few photographs of awards and recognization and the agreement details between the brand and distributor and all such details were shared to amazon with clear pics. However, as soon as they are shared with seller performance team we got a reply in couple of hours asking for the same information again (Invoice copy, brand auth letter), basically the same copy paste email. We shared the info again with invoice copy. Again they came back asking us to proof if our distributor is authorized or not, again we had provided all the pics and information action as much as we had and meanwhile we had asked our distributor to arrange for some other strong document which can proof they are authorized to sell brand. We exchanged 6-7 emails with seller performance and suddenly they have stopped replying to our emails. We had also escalated the case to amit and jeff's level but still no luck. Meanwhile we had received another document from our distributor which was issued by the company to show that distributor is authorized to sell that particular brand. We then received an email on 18/05 stating "hello world time/sterling time,

          I'm a member of the amazon.com team, amit received your email and requested that i research this issue and respond on his behalf.

          You have provided invoices from supplier, please provide proof that your supplier is authorize to sell the brand, as well as invoices again, and authorization letter.

          We will review all the documents, and get back to you." we had provided all the information including brand auth certificate which we had recently received from distributor on 19/05 itself and since then we are chasing up with them everyday twice but till today (30/05), there is no single reply. They didn't even bother to call us once. Their requirement is never clear on emails. After all frustration i thought of putting this issue here hoping for a proper judgement.

            The product of ordered number #[protected]Body fit dumbbells) was been canceled by myself because of late delivery. But still i did not got my refund from the seller... The seller name was body fit gym. It was the total order of rs 1610. But still i did not got my refund. I am in urgent need of it. Order was canceled before a month...                 I bought LG G7 smartphone on 4th may from amazon(appario retails pvt ltd) worth Rs 25000, which was delivered on 7th may and had a scratch on the screen and i returned it and the phone was replaced with the other one. but this time the seller 'Appario retail pvt ltd sent me a refurbished phone and when i first booted up the device it started erasing some data and after that in the file manager the folders were created on may-2017 and also there was a folder LG backup which was created on 1st jan 2019 and the box says that the phone is manufactured in march-2019. In the phone doctor app which is LG's own app for optimizing the performance of the phone it says you have not back up your phone for more than 3 months. If we consider the phone is manufactured on 1 march 2019 even then it comes out to be 85 days because the phone was shipped on 24th may 2019, one more thing is that the phone previously sent with a scratch on the screen was way faster than this one and also there was an alarm which was set on 1jan 2019. amazon is poor at quality checks and they don't even care about inspecting their sellers.

                      A refund has been made by amazon on 17th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                          I have ordered shoe from amazon, its a paid delivery and i was told it will be delivered by 30th may at last. When i track my order on 30th may it was showing deliver and directly handled to customer and at my home. First how it can be delivered when i am in office.
                          Second, when i contacted them they told wait till night they will deliver and refund the amount. But when i did contact on 31st they told they will not refund and they will look into the issue.

                            Refund of rs. 499/- has been made by amazon on 29th of may 2019 regarding a product (Order number is[protected]
                            Reference no of this order is 065835.
                            But, the refund has not been received yet.
                            Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                            I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible..

                              Delivery boy called me with contact no ([protected]) with product, i told him for delivered it to same address, he denied straight forward and said that he wont be delivery packet and said cancelled the call from your site and said i will delivery same packet by tomorrow or later.. If you want...

                              This is ridiculous and irresponsible behavior from your (Amazon) side. He has no manner about how talk to with consumer.

                              I purchase online bluetooth earphone from amazon. But they they send wrong item. I call many time to customer care they not responding no one come to pickup that item. Always saying cancel replace and again replace item. But no response now care is not responding. Once one call come from amazon mobile is in my hand as i receive at a second they cut the call and send message that im unable to receive the call.
                              So plz help me

                                  I have still not received my refund of rs.354.75 for my cancelled order [ order id:[protected] ] of book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence", despite repeated follow-ups. Please let me know for how long do i have to continue doing these follow-ups???

                                  The amazon customer service told me on 20-may that i will receive my refund by 24-may. Today is 29-may. How long will it take for the refund to be given to me???

                                  One mature and responsible Amazon customer care representative (Jaya Lakshmi) at once initiated my refund and gave me confidence that i will receive my refund by 20 June. Finally i got back my refund on 10 June. We need more of such active members in the customer care department. Otherwise the other customer care representatives were just hopeless and couldn't solve my issue for almost a month. My advice to everyone is this: The only solution to get back your money/refunds is to KEEP DOING FOLLOW-UPS AND KEEP RUNNING AFTER THE CONFUSED CUSTOMER CARE TILL YOUR LAST BREATH. If the problem is still not resolved, then file a police complaint.

                                  Amazon customer service cancelled my order [ order id:[protected] ] of book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence" on 20 May (order was placed on 15 May). Today is 4 June. Amazon customer service has been repeating the same old story that refund will be done within 4 working days. Last time Amazon called me on 31 May, and told me that i will receive my refund within 4 working hours. Order was cancelled on 20 May. Today is 4 June and refund still not received. What a shame.

                                  Please let me know how many years will it take for the refund to be given back to me. For how long should i keep doing this follow-up????????

                                  I am tired of again and again reminding the Amazon customer service to give me back my refund. Yesterday i received a mail from Rahul Tripathi
                                  (from refundcomplaintsonline mail) requesting me to give him my contact number. Today one person called me and was asking my Debit Card details. i told him that the SBI customer care told me not to share any Debit Card or account details with anyone. But he (the person from refundcomplaintsonline) arrogantly started arguing and asking irrelevant questions and shamelessly cut the phone. I then called him back. There was a pathetic aggression in his voice tone. He told me that he will call back. But he didn't call back. What a shame.

                                  My question is this: Why is such an ignorant person given such a job? He doesn't even know that he is not suppose to ask for someone's debit card details.

                                  I want my refund of Rs.354.75 for my cancelled order [ order id:[protected] ] of book entitled "leadership material: how personal experience shapes executive presence" (order was placed on 15 May, on Amazon. Payment done through SBI online netbanking). Order was cancelled on 20 May. Today is 5 June. Refund not yet received.

                                    I had ordered beldaenova women trimmer from amazon, , and found not working, so i replaced the order, when i received the order that was also not working properly.
                                    So i decided to return the order.Even after 9 days of return period i am not getting the refund, atleast return my refund in amazon pay balance..

                                      It has been more than seven days of the date of the refund (4th May 2019) and refund of Rs.1298 has not refunded yet. Amazon is denying to help us. According to them, the refund has been initiated but no refund has been reflected. Amazon customer care consistently neglecting the issue and redirecting me to SBI. while contacting SBI customer care they conveyed that Amazon is a third party application and diverted me to AMAZON again.
