I have been charged 14.22 for a subscription that i know nothing about. I would like this canceled immediately! There were unauthorized debit amounting to inr 393/- from my amazon pay account. On 2nd apr'19 at around 1.15pm, i received two consecutive messages that inr 250/- and inr 143/- has been paid from amazon pay balance on komparify.

Please note that these transactions are not authorized from my end. I never made any purchases on amazon today....

I placed an order of Rs 980 for 4 different items on amazon india
payment of Rs 980 was deducted from my account via debit card but order was not placed
i was asked to revise payment for the same
i have since cancelled my order
i was told that my money would be refunded in 2-4 business days

I placed an order on Amazon India Android App for Mic enabled with speaker. I made payment via my Amazon's Pay Balance but still showing unpaid and asking about update Payment even after deducting my Amazon Pay Balance. My Money already deducted from my account and from my card too but still prepaid payment is outstanding.
