My name is Abraham and I am a prime customer.

Samsung 324 L 3 Star Frost Free Double Door Refrigerator(RT34M5538S8/HL, Elegant Inox, Convertible, Inverter Compressor)

Product link mentioned above I received is a damage product, I have exchanged my old fridge to a new fridge. I get a product which is damaged and I asking for replacement and its summer time, I don't have a fridge and I can't store food. I get no proper response from Customer care.

My wife and I were talking to Customer care rep name Syed and his colleague Nirlepta to resolve this matter. They don't really understand our concern, we need this to replaced immediately.

If you guys can't resolve this issue on time, please return our old fridge and refund our money.

    I ordered a trimmer on amazon on 4may, 2019 and pay advance for it. It was out for delivery on 6may, 2019. Delivery boy never contacted me on phone but he forwarded a message to amazon that customer's phone number is switch off but my phone number is 24×7 available for call and if in any case my number is switch off then when i turned it on i always receive a message that someone trying to call me when my phone is off but i never receive such message which proved that delivery boy was lying. Amazon send me a message that delivery boy trying to contact me but my number was switched off with contact number of that delivery boy in that message. When i contact delivery boy he talk very rudely with me and said that he will not deliver that product.
    I submit this complaint 2 times on amazon but amazon could not took any action against that delivery boy.

      I have purchased bag from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 2113 through indian bank creditcard. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

        I have placed an online order for ifb 23 l convection type microwave oven worth rupees 10985.00 on 22 apr 2019. The order number was[protected] and paid the value through my debit card of sbi. Later on the same date i have cancelled the order. But till date refund has not been credited in my account. On approaching amozon they intimated that they have already refund the money and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for this transaction is 567028. I had also approach to my home ranch of sbi but they said that only with this refund reference number they could do nothing. Many a times i had approached to sbi customer car and amozon but till date no fruitful result has come.

          Hi sir / madam, i have ordered (Whitewhale men's cotton solid harem pant (Brown, free size) sold by: whitewhale). I order this product on april 5 in amazon. The product is delivered very late after 25 days from the ordered date. The product is not good as expected and size is very smaller.             Sir, I had booked a phone. Deliver Boy checked the exchange phone, took delivery, and later refused to take the phone. Took the phone and went by fighting. My phone was okay, then went fighting and went away. And so far the delivery is showing. But I have not found the phone yet. Amazon did bad to me Delivery boy took the deck well and showed the delivery, after which he fought with me and took the phone and went to the mobile. I need my phone.Delivery boy behaved very badly with me. My mobile with the exchange delivered my mobile phone only after checking it and later, took the phone to the delivery boy. I did not even eat food today, that delivery boy fought with me for 30 minutes. I'm very upset. Please give back my phone.

              That's clothes material is not good.
              Please be advised that on 4/8/2019 I was charged 14.06 where I placed an order through Amazon, and I was NOT given an alternate shipping method. I did not sign up for Amazon Prime and wish to have this charge reimbursed/refunded. The reference number is 8235. The only description for the purchase was as follows: Amazon Prime - Amzn.com/billWA.
              The refund has been credited buy Amazone on 19april 2019 but the refund is not reflected in the account .

                I bought this product named "sabar health care sauna slimming cellulite fat melting" from (Amazon india) dated on 6th feb 2019.

                1) this product is not at all useful and it caused burns on my stomach n lower abdominal part in spite of wearing a towel. As it is not serving the purpose and on top of it i underwent hospitalization due to burns i mailed them raising a complaint writing to amazon. Since then back n forth mails and number of calls to amazon customer care but there is no proper response from them. I need a proper resolution for this and want to state you that this device has left me with burns. Below attached are the mails and pics related to this.
                2) main concern is it reflects on the app that "this product is eligible for 10 days return policy" but when i approached them with utmost patience even though i got affected, they don't refund my money and immediately the image shows that its not eligible for return policy...

                I request you people to look into the above mentioned 2 issues and quick solve this.

                This is in regard to my order #[protected], Lioncrown 55 cm duffel bag for Rs 1043. I returned the item on 9-4-2019 but even after so many reminders the issue has not been resolved. Pl help.

                  Iam amazon prime customer and want to raise a complaint about the amazon pantry order that are not being delivered to me with order number: amazon order #[protected]

                  Amazon taking a very long time for this issue, customer support team is not making hard efforts to resolve the problems. My order for amazon pantry items has not been delivered. I have feedback from my last conversation with customer below.

                  I have raised complaint to amazon customer service after i received the message of amazon delivered items., 3 (Three) working days i waited and no resolution has taken place by amazon customer executives or the specialist team and the specialist team (Lady executive or supervisor) she is behaving rudely with me in phone with her harassed words, i hurted with her words (Indirectly she is speaking that iam a thief without any investigation done by amazon or amazon third parties, thrice she is stressing that words)
                  Iam clearly declaring and mentioning that i have not signed and not received the items that i ordered.

                  The amazon executives and the specialist team have not raised any reference number and for the issue since three working days
                  I didn't understand the situation why amazon executives and specialist team not raising the reference number for this fraud or system error to find out the problem and when i asked to escalate the issue with reference number for faster action for amazon pantry items (Daily needs), no reply from amazon and amazon executives and they are telling complaint registered is in our systems. What is the reason or problem sending a copy to my mail id?

                  For amazon pantry items (Daily needs) amazon need 10 days of time to resolve the issue, particularly the person spoken to me from the amazon specialist team needs more behavioral training in to help customers before she jumps to resolve the issue in a generic way. Then only the customer understands the specialist team people will resolve my issue.

                  The amazon executives spoken with me on 5th may 2019 and 6th may and 7th may executives was understanding and good listeners. I appreciate amazon i will be more happy if such kind of representatives in the frontline and in the specialist team also.

                  Finally the specialist team has spoken wrong way and not raised any complaint in this issue, specialist team told to me whatever you want you do like that specialist team told and disconnected the phone conversation.

                  Amazon does not have control on local logistic company and they are irresponsible. The delivery guy has not called to me or neither received any message for out for delivery saying that he is at my location.

                  Recently iam facing may issues with other delivery guys or delivering companies, i thought that amazon was exceptional but they are more ahead by other courier companies, it is showing in my present issue with fraud status delivered showing and harsh behavior with amazon specialist team.
                  I'm very much unhappy the type of service amazon providing at delivery stage and harsh behavior of specialist team when asking to raise complaint. I want to convey this message or complaint to nodal officer and consumer forum.

                  I've added a screenshot with this email where it shows the product was delivered. Although i didn't get my hands on this product while it shows delivered in my account! I would definitely like to take a legal advice on this and come after you if my case is not resolved with a good will.

                  Not satisfied with the resolution time till 14th of may 2019,
                  I know that the amazon mistake will come out on 14th may 2019 and need to wait for Amazon mistake and harsh behavior with me, that time they try to escape or genuinely gives apologies
                  or what amazon want to do they will do
                  what resolution will give for amazon specialist team executive ( LADY) harsh behavior, that she is speaking indirectly iam a thief.
                  i have proofs.
                  Delivery policy is not good
                  Totelly fraud and bad aap I'm purchase a new hand set ( matrola ) mobile phone but this mobile is second hand and service center is not mek this mobile and service center is cityfide this mobile is second hand so this aap fraud

                    This is with reference to order #[protected] for product indulekha bhringa hair oil, 100ml which i have placed on[protected]. On monday the product was out for delivery but at the end of the day i received an sms stating that "product is not delivered as we couldn't contact you on the phone" which is totally a false allegation as i didn't receive any cal from amazon deliver. I also personally tried calling amazon delivery but i got an response stating that "the number is temporarily out of service" today again i receive a same message stating "product is not delivered as we couldn't contact you on the phone". But today when i called customer care i came to know that product was lost by the delivery agent. So request you to take strict action against amazon for making false allegations on customer by hiding their own fault.

                      Delivery boy never contact me and he forward a message to amazon company that customer's phone number is not reachable. I have a facility in my phone that if someone contact me when my phone is switched off or not reachable then i received a message that someone trying to contact me with his details. Then how can this #ing delivery boy said that my phone number is switch off.
                      My phone number is 24ã—7 available and it never be switched off or not reachable.

                        I sandeep have ordered a whirlpool refrigerator 190 l 4 star from amazon app on 03.05.2019 as a marriage gift to my friend in bangalore. The product has got delivered on 04.05.2019. On 05.05.2019 representative from amazon has visited place for demo and he told that product is defective and damaged at the bottom so place for replacement of the product. And he further informed that he has submitted the report regarding this to company.

                        As per advise of the representative i have contacted the amazon on 05.05.2019 for replacement of the order.

                        Amazon call center boy and he asked me to send the pictures of the refrigerator and i have emailed them as per his request and he again asked to highlight the damaged portion of the refrigerator and send. Again i sent the pictures as per his requirement. Now he is saying that send the front back top and bottom pictures of the product, i asked them what is the purpose behind this, he replied for replacement we have to validate the pictures. After putting me on call for more than one hour and said that he is unable to replace the product as the pictures are not getting validated.

                        My question is that, if the company representative himself asked us to place an order for replacement of the product and he also submitted the report to the company, why the amazon is harassing the customers like this??

                        I want the resolution immediately..

                          Product delivered without doing basic quality check missing remote, tv stand and manual.

                          Upon registering the complain to amazon team they initiated the pickup for return but at wrong address, everyday is important for me as lot of money has been stuck at amazon due to their poor quality of services.

                          Its a very poor quality of services continuously calling to amazon team but its really wasting a time.

                          Please help me

                            I have placed an order with amazon for water purifier brand name: aqua libra, as this brand was new to me but this product was showing amazon verified so i placed an order on april 29, 2019, in the order status the product was showing expected delivery date for may 03, 2019, but it haven't received..

                            So, i contact amazon customer service on may 04, 2019 asking for the shipment status as i recently moved to bangalore and it is very essential for me to get this product deliver asap as i need to have healthy water.

                            Amazon team promised me that they have escalated the issue and ensure me that the product is already reached to their bangalore hub on may 02 2019 and ensured me that the product will be deliver to me by may 04, 2019 itself, again i havent received the product.

                            I call the team on may 05, 2019 again they ask to me wait until may 06, 2019 and ensured me that they are escalating the issue and product will deliver to me. I called the customer service again today may 06, 2019 to check the status of my shipment but again they were not sure about the delivery date. So, i have told them to cancel the item and processed my refund.

                            Please help me to get this resolve as my money is blocked and i am in urgent need of money.

                                I have purchased xiaomi red mi note7pro in amazon online. Amazon cheating the people with higher price than mrp. The mrp of the product is 17999/- with gst.

                                The amazon is selling the product for rs.22789/- which is more than 30% higher than mrp. We have contact amazon to provide the refund of difference amount but they are not agreed to provide the same as per their policy.

                                Please find the enclosed attachments of invoices and snapshots. Amazon are cheating the society and make us to not believe digital india.

                                  The delivery guy who called me to deliver my parcel told me come to the national highway to receive it but actually my address no where near it... I had to walk about 500 metres away from home in order to get the parcel... I went to the highway. He told me that he'll be there in about 5 mins. But i waited for around 55 minutes. I was so busy... And because of this i was not able to do the work that i was supposed to do at that time. That jerk really didn't had any idea what i was been going through. He messed my schedule. These jerks don't value our time...

                                    Basically it is just a formality that this page has been set up by amazon india showing that they are so much concern about their customer. The actual is the company is not even bothered about the services to be provided to the customer. What i can see on this page is the address of the hyderabad office of amazon. Unfortunately the same hyderabad office deals with customer care related service. Somehow within the last two days i had multiple conversation with the hyderabad office and in one word one of the worst customer care department i have ever experienced in my whole life. I had ordered a phone suppose to be delivered by 5th may'19 which is not yet delivered by amazon. When asked about the non delivery of the product i was being literally harassed on the call by one of amazon care department supervisor informing that amazon does have all rights to delay any delivery as per their company policy. Also when the same issue is highlighted by an email to the high level escalation and complaint team of amazon then there is no response back from amazon. Very bad and unprofessional service. Just take the payment from the customer. Don't bother to provide any timely delivery. If the customer contact the amazon for any grievance then don't even bother to provide any service.

                                      On 3rd may 2019, i tried recharging my idea number [protected] with an amount of rs 150, which was charged to me twice but mobile recharge was cancelled both times and no refund reflects in my banking account nor amazon wallet.

                                      Please refund back the amount to the bank account.

I want to replace this product due to defected product, earphones bluetooth connectivity is not working. May i know the process for the same.
