My order no:[protected] for
Product name: 1. Khadi amla, reetha, shikakai, bhringraj premium, herbal, natural & ayurvedic shampoo sls & paraben free 210 ml;
2. Khadi omorose 100% organic hair wash powder (Dry shampoo) - 100 grams
Of amount rs. 428/- was placed on 1st may & was promised to delivered on 4th may but is wasn't.
After asking the problem they rescheduled my order to 8th may without my knowledge even then amazon fails to deliver.
From then they won't be able to refund th amount even thought they asked for 3-5 bank working days which was extended to 16th may.
Even then they are not able to refund the amount after asking that they asked me to wait till 21st may as their representative will get in contact for feedback or something.
For their kind gesture the provided me 100/- gift card but amount 428/- is not refunded.
I have all the chats and call records as a proof of the conversations.

I request you as a consume to please help me out as its been 16+ days they harassed me as i may place same order again or do something else as my amount got freezed in amazon's service.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered coffee mug in Amazon site on 30th April where it has showed that mug will be delivered on 8th may and till now it has not been delivered where as .. in my Amazon app it is showing that mug has been delivered. Kindly don't take customers for granted. Amazon has to improve customer service
Amazon sells Ganesha doormats(international site/USA site) and Om door mats. Highly offensive to Hindus. This should stop. Or else the pushback will get bigger n have economic consequences.
Bought a redmi 6a handsset from amazon under offer of getting 500 rs. As amazon pay balance but not got the benifit of this offer yet.Purchase order was made from number [protected]

    On m y credit card there is a charge that i don't know what the charge is for it's from amazon. Please check in to this for me. This charge was made on march 13 in the amount of 75.80. I don't see anything that i have ordered in that amount. Thank you for your help. I have heard nothing but good things about amazon.in fact i give my grandchildren a amazon card every christmas. If somebody has stolen my account information please let me know. Please send me a refund on this matter linda brewer

      Firstly, my heartfelt condolences to your employees in case they are blind because not once but twice it happened that the product received is not even remotely similar to what I ordered even after exchanging it. If it's unavailable, kindly mention 'out of stock'. Do not deliver something I have not ordered. Also, kindly make sure you do not repeat the same mistake in future.

      As though I registered my time as office time, Amazon delivery agent came in the early morning to my office..He did not call us in the previous day and now without our any knowledge he returned my product to seller. Now he went unto arguing with us.

        Bluetooth earpiece not present inside the box, they blame customer onto this, i am useless i don't know what to do, after all, five days of investigation amazon investigation team says that they have checked all the footage from cctv everything goes well during the transition so we can't do anything. I am totally dissatisfied with there answer please suggest me what should i do.

          I purchased one redimi 6 mobile online from amazon india. To my surprised the mobile i received was not according to standard. Hence i called them to take back, amazon. Refused saying their policy is not active to take back.
          Hence, i request to all, never buy any mobile from amazon, otherwise your money will go to waste.
          Now my money around rs. 11, 000/= gone to waste. Don't buy any mobile from amazon. India.

          Whenever I reset my Amazon I'd they ask a security question after entering the otp in which it is asking of my old SBI card expiry date which I don't know since which is no longer with me.

            I had ordered HUL Pureit Classic G2 Mineral RO+UV 6 stage 6 ltr water purifier of Rs 10863 on 08 May 2019 Order #[protected] from AMAZON site. On 13 May the product was delivered to me but when I saw it was very small packet and once opened, I found a 1 ltr glass bottle.
            I complained to them. They said we would do the investigation and today after 4 days when i contacted them they told that i got the correct packet and product is already delivered so now this complaint is closed.
            Neither they agreed to refund the amount nor to deliver my order .

              Succeeding month of dditional two month they plucked without my knowledge. I spoke with his company

              Chat line three times. They told refund with in two days but not yet refunded for the past 18 months.

                I purchased a service from makemytrip through amazon pay and it showed on the payment website that i am eligible to receive a cashback of 500 rupees however they tell me that it was an expired offer which is wrong as a customer it showed on my page that the cashback will be provided and i should be getting that i don't care if makemytrip gives or amazon but i should be getting it.

                  I ordered ultimate nutrition whey protein and i found no bar code is not available then i contact with amazon customer service and arrange a replacement on 11th may then delivery station team or delivery boy cancelled the my replacement and after this i make multiple time picups from 13th may to 20th may daily delivery station team cancelled my picups and delivery boy not come at my picups location and no phone call received.

                    I had purchased the mi band 3from amazon.in on 14th may 2019 for rs.1998 and received it on 16th may 2019. The order number for this purchase was [[protected] ]. On opening the packaging, i found that the seal of the box containing the mi band was tempered with. And after the opening item was missing. I called customer care and told me that they file investigation you have to wait for it. After some day i called again they just say our investigation said that we sent the original product. Sorry we are not giving any refund or replacement.

                        I have an account with canara bank ending 5738 have placed an order from amazon whuch was later on cancelled on 14 may 2018 and refund has not yet credited to my account till date. This is my third complaint regarding this issue and i m not gettong any response in this regard. Kindly, proceed to refund my credit as soon as possible as it has been more than 5 days till my refund is not credited.

                          I am being charged for Amazon Prime and did not sign up for it, remove it from my account! I was almost hacked by someone claiming to be a Amazon employee! My husband and I have ordered from Amazon but never signed up for Prime. How you are trying to make it hard for us to get it off our checking account is wrong and we will contact Better Business B. We have already reported this complaint to our city's police dept. I demand a response!!!

                            I placed an order in amazon, due to some problem it was not delivered, so they claim that, they have initiated refund amount to my account on 13th of may 2019. Refund reference id which they have given is[protected]. So, i kindly request you to look into the matter as soon as possible the expected refunding date was on 17th of may but, there is no message from my bank

                                Hello team,
                                I made an order from amazon.in on 4th may (Order#[protected] having harrison t-27/ bcp-0033 steel 8 levers padlock with 3 keys, a laptop bag and some plastic sheets.
                                Out of which the lock was not delivered to me but marked as delivered on 6th may. It was a plastic bag that they claimed to have send my order in. But the bag that i received had only two items (Bag and plastic sheets).

                                Amazon is now neither delivering it nor giving my money back.
                                Kindly help.

                                    I didn't get a product but it is showing delivered in my account. There should have given two items in a box but only a single product i got. After complaining about the issue they refuse to refund me back.
                                    They have given the same tracking id to two product and delivered in the same box. I only got the sinlge item. After complaining about this issue with amazon they didn't give me any prove about their investigation and also said that from their side the item gets delivered now they can't do further inquiry. I didn't even sign anywhere or given otp to them how can they marked an undelivered item to deliver.

I was seeking help about what should i do and o e customer care executive mr. Jhon britto was so rude and talking to me like i was his maid and did some mistake...
                                      If this is the way ur executive treat consumers... Then i need to think of other option of online shipping as u know there are piles of other sites which will give me satisfaction and importance both like myntra... And quality as well... U need to teach these foreign # how to talk to ladies specifically in india..

                                        I purchased a product on amazon on 24th of april using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking.
