      Courier service (Amazon transportation service) in greater noida west (Pincode: 201301) is very bad. Delivery agents don't deliver packages on time. They do not work properly. Even if customer is prime member of amazon.

      I (Hany kumar, mobile no.: [protected]) ordered an item on 31 may, 2019 through amazon prime which had to be delivered guaranteed on 1 june, 2019.
      Today is 2 june, 2019. I have not received the item till now (Time=22:30). Even i was not contacted for late delivery. At night, i get a call from delivery agent. He says to come and collect the item on other location far away from given address. Else you will get it tomorrow. I kept waiting whole day for this delivery on 1 june and 2 june, 2019. Don't i have any other work to do but to kept waiting. (Amazon agent no.: [protected])
      I think courier service agents has to be punished for this behavior. So that me and other customer like me would not face this kind for problem in future.

        The above order was placed by me on 06.04.19 by using my axis bank credit card no.[protected] and i had opted for emi payment in 6 monthly installments but was subsequently cancelled the order and you have confirmed that it was cancelled and the item sanyo split ac and two other items like stand and stabilizer were not delivered to me

        I am now surprised to note from my axis bank credit card statement that an amount of rs.4941.25ps (Rs.28636.90 being total order amount) was debited from my account on 10.05.19 towards recovery of 1st installment and balance 5 installments were scheduled to be recovered on 10th of every month up to 10.10.19

        Please verify your records and instruct the bank to not to recover the balance installments apart from refunding the first installment amount recovered in the month of may since the order was cancelled by me

        Kindly act fast and do the needful. I have been your regular customer for the last 5 years and this kind of thing never happened till date

            Dear sir,

            I ordered my samsung galaxy m30 (Gradation blue, 4+64gb) on may 21, 2019 via flash sale (At 12:00 pm) from amazon.in website. It was sold by "stpl exclusive online" via amazon.in. My order number was[protected] and my shipping id was awb[protected]. The payment of ₹14989 was already through online portal via sbi debit card.

            My order got delivered on 22nd may (Around 09:30 am) in the morning. But, instead of samsung galaxy m30 mobile phone, i received a "half cut 100gm fena soap bar and a samsung adaptor".

            I also made an unboxing video* while i was opening the delivered parcel. I immediately contacted the delivery boy (Contact: +91 [protected]) and forwarded that video to him too. Then, i contacted amazon customer care and shared the details of the following incident along with the proofs. I requested them to either replace the product or provide me refund as payment was already made.

            They told me that they will carry out an investigation and in 3 to 5 working date and by may 30, 2019, my problem will get resolved. But, on may 29, 2019 they denied such allegations without any logical explanation. They refused to pay me any kind of refund, even-though i have shared all the valid proofs and details with them. Along with this, i also shared with them, details of delivery boy who too was aware of the wrong delivery made to me. Still they are not accepting my request and paying me the refund.

            I also asked them to share with me the proof of the investigation which they carried out, which they denied. They are just saying that the product delivered to me was a genuine mobile phone and there wasn't any kind of discrepancy associated with it without any satisfactory explanation. They also added that no further investigation will be carried out on the following matter and the decision made is final.

            They are not giving me any kind of refund and also refused to discuss this matter any further.

                I ordered a laptop (Hp 15q-bu024tu serial no.:cndb21571l) on 29/05/2019 on emi through my father's sbi credit card.
                I got my package after one or two days. Delivery was fine.
                But when i use that delivered laptop two times window was corrupted.
                Laptop is hanging so much, disply quality is very poor, battery backup is also for 3 hrs only. Sound quality is very very poor & low. If i increase or decrease brightness of laptop nothing happened on its brightness. Youtube app is also not working then i play youtube on google but when i play a video on full screen then displays gives so much problem.
                Then i call on amazon, the costumer care executive ask me that what you want return or refund then i said please refund my money back and they said we will sent experts for confirmation then we will refund your money. Next day experts arrived they also found problems then next day i call on amazon and they said we don't refund your money it's not in our policy, we can't refund it.
                But it happens with me 3 to 4 times on amazon. I dont want to replace it.

                  I placed four orders for a folding bed with mattress supplied by cambay beds. Three were prepaid while one was cod. They beds apparantly came until nasik but the last-mile delivery could not be made and so they were sent back to the supplier. This does not make sense since amazon had to bear the costs since obviously we were not going to bear them.

                  Wonder why the orders are accepted for a location/pincode which is not catered to.

                    The delivery boy who came to deliver this item, was very rude and he yelled at me using bad words. Iam a women and i need to have an answer about this issue...                       I have not yet received the refund from amazon in my amazon pay wallet even after the package has been picked 12 hours back from my house.
                      The policy of amazon refund states that the refund will be credited in 2-4 hours after the delivery is picked from your location so i checked that but it has been a long time since the refund has been processed. Hoping for refund being processed soon.

                        I bought a laptop from amazon. It was defective. So i asked for replacement from amazon. Amazon told that there was no other laptops left in their stock so they initiated the return. And told me that they will refund the amount in my account. It is visible on amazon's refund status that refund was initiated on 22 may 2019 but bank account is credited with no refund amount yet. The name of the bank is "almora zila sarkaari cooperative bank" colaborated with "yes bank".

                            I had ordered a sling bag worth rs 200 on 22 may 2019 at 7.00 pm by choosing pink color as the color option. The product was delivered on 28 may 2019 and i was very sad to see that the color of the product was different from one
                            Which i had ordered. The bag which delivered was dark blue in color. One which was not even in the color option. Amazon had cheated me.. Also i had submitted my review of the product but they didnt appear in the review box...

                                  The delivery of the product that which i ordered for the last two times was attempted at late night between 10 and 11'o' clock which is highly uncomfortable for ladies like me. I couldn't lift the call at that time as my two small kids were sleeping and my phone was kept in silent mode.. So, kindly see to that the customer would receive the order any time before 9 'o' clock at night. Thank you.

                                    A strict action needs to be taken against the amazon seller performance team who really do not read seller's emails properly. We had launched our seller account somewhere in the last week of april and just after the couple of days they have blocked our account with reason "inauthentic product". They had assumed 3 of our products as inauthentic and were asking for invoice copies and brand authorization letter. Invoice copy was ready but reg brand auth certificate when we had checked with the distributor they told us that until unless we meet the certain sales target they cannot issue brand auth certificate and hence we had given scanned invoice copies. However they had come back asking us to proof if our distributor is authorized to sell the mentioned brand. It was a tough time when we had to go to distributor place asking them to proo[censored]s if they are authorized to sell the mentioned brand or not. First they were not ready to share such internal details as we have just started our relationship with them and for them we are very new to this industry but still some how we were managed to click few photographs of awards and recognization and the agreement details between the brand and distributor and all such details were shared to amazon with clear pics. However, as soon as they are shared with seller performance team we got a reply in couple of hours asking for the same information again (Invoice copy, brand auth letter), basically the same copy paste email. We shared the info again with invoice copy. Again they came back asking us to proof if our distributor is authorized or not, again we had provided all the pics and information action as much as we had and meanwhile we had asked our distributor to arrange for some other strong document which can proof they are authorized to sell brand. We exchanged 6-7 emails with seller performance and suddenly they have stopped replying to our emails. We had also escalated the case to amit and jeff's level but still no luck. Meanwhile we had received another document from our distributor which was issued by the company to show that distributor is authorized to sell that particular brand. We then received an email on 18/05 stating "hello world time/sterling time,

                                    I'm a member of the amazon.com team, amit received your email and requested that i research this issue and respond on his behalf.

                                    You have provided invoices from supplier, please provide proof that your supplier is authorize to sell the brand, as well as invoices again, and authorization letter.

                                    We will review all the documents, and get back to you." we had provided all the information including brand auth certificate which we had recently received from distributor on 19/05 itself and since then we are chasing up with them everyday twice but till today (30/05), there is no single reply. They didn't even bother to call us once. Their requirement is never clear on emails. After all frustration i thought of putting this issue here hoping for a proper judgement.
