Hi this is surya
I purchased a watch on Amazon. I received different itam call to customer support and tell the issue about the wrong itam received and share the images also after the confirmation he pick up the item. Now he not issued the refund

    Hi,

    I want to raise a complaint that Amazon order[protected] which was Not Delivered to me, instead it reached to someone else, I have cross verified with tracking details by contacting Xpressbees as per the given tracking ID - [protected] in Amazon order tracking as per Xpressbees customer care it was delivered to some other person whos name is Saket, also the pin code and address which I have given related to my Amazon order is not matched with their details.

    This is a very disheartening situation for me because I am unable to raise a refund request or and seller is not active or replying anywhere, hence request immediate help to initiate the refund amount.

    My money is now stuck because Amazon is not allowing to request refund option, please refer to attached screenshot

      On 13th feb 2023 i purchased a phone and got the delivery on 16th feb 2023 but the phone back panel was damaged. So in contacted Amazon customer support and they created a return pickup for me but from 18th feb 2023 to 3rd march 2023 return pickup was cancelled 8 times. And now amazon is ignoring my issue no one is helping me.

        I ve purchased two big bazaar gift card value rs 500 each with a validity of 1 year each on 7th of march 2022 but big bazaar was permanently closed on 28 feb 2022..

        I was unaware of it and purchased it on 7th of march 2022... First of all when it's permanently closed it shouldn't be available on amazon site... After 1 month when i contacted amazon they told me mam it will redeem on smart bazaar whenever it will open in your city (Guwahati assam) after 5 to 6 months smart bazaar was opened in my city i. E guwahati thn i visited there they deny that big bazaar is completely different platform n smart bazaar is completely a different platform big bazaar gift cards are not redeemable here... Then again i contacted amazon customer care they provide me a big bazaar mail n phone number... Phone no [protected] (It's showing service not available n doesn't exit)

        Again i inform about mail not found n number doesn't exist... I contacted many times every time they told they ll contact me after 2 to 3 days.. But didnt contacted.. Last week again i contacted.. They promise me to resolve my issues n give the refund amount on my original payment method n it will credit on 24th feb2023.. But i didn't received any refund amount.. Today again i contacted same thing i ve to explain it they deny that i ve to contact with big bazaar brand only giving.

My issue were pending from almost 1 year n now it's going to expired on 7th of march 2023 n now it's near about expiring date they denied... Didn't expect atleast this from amazon. I request consumer site to look into the matter asap... Please find the attachment below.

          I HAVE RETURNED THE WRONG MATERIAL RECEIVED on 05 Feb 2023 In- place of VK SARVOTTAM SAMARADDHA KISAN HDPE LAPETA PIPE (WHITE, A+B = 90 Meter) - 3 inch. But, one month has already been completed till to-date no replacement material or any response received.

              Last week i was added 2 amazon gift cards worth 20000 inr and multiple gift cards amounts of 250 650 etc and try to buy a hp laptop and accesories like mouse, mouse pad, laptop carry bag first add the laptop and payment was gift card order was placed and after one min returned and canceled im try many time to solve this issue with amazon they said we seen suspecious activity on your account the i sen an email to the ofm amazon they send me an apology letter by email and says that cancelation of your order was an error you can now place your order after reciving this email i try to place my orders and finally orders was placed and after an hour they block my account and asks for payment reciept i send them the order id and detail of added gift cards but they still holds my account. Please help me to solve my issue.

                  Hi,

                  I’ve placed an order for a Clark’s shoe in Amazon with the order ID[protected], due to size issue I’ve exchanged the product with the order ID[protected]. As the quality of the product wasn’t meeting the expectation I’ve initiated the return request, the Amazon pick up agent picked up my own good in stead, and they never returned it back I’ve contacted Amazon Customer service regarding, they’re unresponsive as usual, therefore I’ve decided to contact their twitter handle, they initiated the return for actual product, now they’ve picked up my own goods and their product but they’re not initiating the refund. Pls help.

                          My wife has purchase a laptop charger 1 month ago and as soon as we received the charger it was the wrong charger as the port is not matching. Soon we processed a refund but the process is so slow that till now it has not been processed and don't know whether we will get our refund or if amazon will take back the charger or not.

                            I order POCO X3 (Cobalt Blue, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) from amazon.in and i paid COD amount =15690 and received item, When I open the box in front of courier boy where shows products name =Poco m3 pro 5g mobile.its totally different phone, I told courier boy please return parcel and refund my cash, Courier boy told me i can't return back your cash and told me call to customer care and they provide me customer care number[protected], call the amazon team immediately and then they forward the call to the investigation team.. Then they said sent me a product photo with a signature with a mention date. Immediately we share all required details and told me please wait[protected], i am waiting but still showing my amazon account is hold, we are unable to login, please return back my parcel honestly and sent me correct mobile.i am mentally harassing from amazon.in

                              I do a transaction on amount 23507 buy products on amazon so some products are cancelled by amazon amount 11215 so amazon initiated the refund on 21/01/2023 but that refund not reflected in my account and i complaint everywhere.

                                    My order no is #[protected] dated 11.02.2023.

                                    I was informed of delivery on 16.02.2023. But I received it only on 19.02.2023.

                                    In between, there were many fraudulent attempts by delivery persons.

                                    I got my first OTP on 13.02.2023. Then I got more OTPs on 16th, 17th & 18th.
                                    But suddenly, I get an email on 18.02.2023 at 18.29hrs as an attempt failed. They did not attempt and falsely put it as an attempt failed. It's false. I attended the call from them and the number is [protected]. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com. In fact, I called almost every day nearly 20 times and how can a number be engaged for all the attempts?

                                    The most shocking one is I got an email from Amazon market on the 18th at 10.08 pm asking me to share my experience with Amazon when the item was not at all delivered. It's ridiculous on the part of marketing to send such an email without even knowing what is happening in the ground.

                                    Then I got yet another OTP on the 19th.

                                    The package was delivered at 03.26 pm.

                                    The worst part was that I planned plumbing work on the 17th and 18th of Feb. The plumbers came and went back because the material was not delivered as per your schedule.

                                    For the agony & stress, I went thru, because of your poor logistic management, I suffered set back in my health.

                                    Hence I need a financial compensation of Rs. 50000/= ( Rupees fifty thousand). Please expedite at your earliest.

                                      14 feb 23 - I bought Oneplus 11 phone from amazon to gift my mother with exchange of her old iPhone.
                                      15 feb 23 - the product was delivered after full inspection of my old device. As soon an I opened the phone box, I plugged in charge to fully charge the batter. i kept it for 15mins and the phone was super hot and when I tried to power on the device I found that the volume buttons were also not working ( not physically pressing ).
                                      16 feb 23 - I called amazon and conveyed 3 issues with that product.
                                      1) the box was slightly tampered ( not a much problem for me since I was interest in product not box)
                                      2) the battery was getting hot and not giving enough backup.
                                      3) volume up and down buttons were not working.
                                      In response to above problems amazon executive told me that:- A technician from OnePlus will visit my door step and verify that the device is defective. after that he will submit a report to amazon and then a replacement of the device will be provided.
                                      17 feb 2023 - OnePlus executive called me and made me install some app and run test via the app. he then made me do some changes and settings and told me to restart and reset device and told me that he will call me tomorrow.
                                      18 feb 23 - I waited for his call but he didn't call.
                                      19 feb 23 - he called in evening and asked me if problem was fixed. i told him no. then he told me that for the verification of the same he has 2 options:-
                                      1) Oneplus will arrange a pickup from doorstep in 7 days and the will verify the product and return back after 7days of pickup.
                                      2) (He recommended this one) I will personally have to visit the service center in Ghandhi Nagar, Jammu & they will verify the defect in product.
                                      he than told me that he will call me on 21 feb EOD.
                                      20 feb 23 - I went to the service center. i told them my problem and my reference and conversation that I had with oneplus team on 19 feb. the person in charge there told me:-
                                      we don't have any procedure like that. i can only make a job sheet if you want to clam a warranty ( he said it will take not less than 30 days for your device to come back.). he again referred me saying that i should talk to amazon for the replacement.

                                      i then called Oneplus and asked them about the report. they also told me that there is no such process & that you should talk to amazon for a replacement.

                                      i again called amazon and the lady told me that :- i didn't have to visit any service center and i shouldn't give my phone to anyone for 7 days. and that the technician visit should be made at my doorstep and device should be verified in front of my eyes. she also told me to wait till 23 Feb 23 and assured me that by 23 feb she will generate a replacement request and by 26 feb 23, the replacement will be done. but she faild to give anything over the mail.

                                      i am working as a fresher in a company and I spent my 3 months salary to buy my mother a new mobile phone.
                                      but amazon & oneplus are referring me to each other like a football. i am mentally harassed by both amazon and oneplus. i have done every thing they have asked so far just to cooperate with them. but now I feel like i am in dark don't know what to do. i have developed anxiety issues over the last 5 days.
