I purchased a 7kg Samsung washing machine on 23 Oct 2022 order I'd is[protected]. I got dent product on 31 Oct 2022. I raised a complaint and returned the order after that I got new product on 9 nov 2022 but that product was also damage so Amazon raised the refund for that product on 9 nov 2022 after that they picked up the product on 19 nov and they said you will get your refund on 24 nov and I got 5000 Amazon gift card which I paid but I didn't get the credit card paid refund after that I again called to customer care she said wait 2 to 3 business days but I didn't get then I talked to customer care lots of time and he said talk to Bank. Bank has blocked your account then I talked to bank he said I didn't block anything here is not showing any payment from Amazon and Bank raised a complaint of dispute transaction on 8 Dec 2022 and he said talk to Amazon then I talked to Amazon customer care and asked for reference no so they said wait 2 to 3 business day then I called lots of time but they are saying the same I'm waiting since 9th nov but I didn't get my refund. I said to customer care please provide me the reference no for my refund they said we can't give you now please wait 2 to 3 business days but After 3 days I called to amazon they said I am registering your complaint please wait 2 to 3 business days but they didn't give me the refund reference no till now since I am waiting. And Kotak Mahindra Bank rejected the complaint of dispute transaction due to my successful transaction and said talk to merchant because merchant deny to give back. Daily I'm talking to Amazon customer care and bank customer. Bank customer care is saying talk to Amazon and Amazon is saying talk to Bank. Now I'm mentally disturbed that what to do or not, I am not satisfy to amazon customer service. Please help me to get my refund. Thankyou.

    My Amazon Account got hacked by someone and my Amazon Pay balance of around Rs.4500/- was redeemed by someone else, and I reported it to amazon customer care. But I didn't get a proper response or sufficient answer for this issue. And after 1 week of this issue, my account wasn't able to sign in. when I try to login, it shows "account not found". I lost my money by adding to this amazon pay and I'm currently not even able to login to my account.

      1. Due to some circumstances we forgot Apple Id, Password, Passcode, Recovery Emails for alternative mails.
      2. After this We requested many times[8 to 9 times] to Apple Store to support in unlocking the Phone, we got the reply as 'DENIED' due to insufficient documents as they said.
      3. We do have INVOICE, Warranty Bill, Credit CARD Details.
      4. Now Apple Support is asking for INVOICE with IMEI number, which is not specified in Amazon INVOICE.
      5. And Amazon is saying they will not provide this information unless APPLE people request for this IMEI number to specify in INVOICE.

      This is the biggest critical situation we are facing now .
      From past 3 months we are struggling to deal with this.
      We are literally unhappy with the Amazon people

        I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue I have been facing with my LG AC order on Amazon (Order ID:[protected] that was placed on 25th February 2023. Despite getting an Instant Cashback of 2500 and an Exchange value of 4630, I received the wrong product from Amazon, which was eligible only for a refund and not a replacement. Consequently, I had to place a new order for the correct product worth 37999, which Amazon had assured me that the difference would be refunded in full after the deduction of the original amount or refund which included the amount of exchange of old AC.
        Initially, I was informed by both the Customer Care Manager and the ECR team that the entire refund amount of 30860 + 4630 would be credited to my credit card as that was the original payment mode. However, recently, when I followed up on the refund, I was told by the ECR team member, Mr. Shashank, that the exchange product refund could only be credited to my Amazon Pay account, even though I had requested multiple times for it to be credited to my bank account that time they mention it can only be credited to the original payment mode that is Credit Card the ECR team member never revoke on this thing that exchange of old item amount will not be credited to my Credit Card.
        The ECR team, they have been uncooperative and unresponsive, with Mr. Shashank stating that they are the highest authority and would not be able to help me any further. This is a gross violation of my consumer rights and has caused significant inconvenience and mental agony.
        I would like to request your immediate intervention in this matter to ensure that I receive justice and that the exchange refund amount that is Rs. 4630 should be credited to my credit card account as originally promised. My complaint ID with the Consumer Forum is 4349782, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

          On 31st Jan i purchased a mobile One plus nord ce 2 Lite 5G (Blue Tide, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) on Amazon for Rs 18999 and paid through my Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card. But I didn't get my 5% cashback on my linked Amazon pay balance account.

          I have added details of the order.

            AXIO Amazon pay later

            Hi, I have used AMAZON pay later to buy some product as there was offer to safe 50 INR, so i opted for it.

            the amount was 850 INR, later the AXIO keep on added late fee charges and not communicating to customer or asking them to pay the dues if not late added. after 150 day, there started communicating to pay 1400 INR with 700 INR late fee and talking to customer very rude .

            just thinking about the fraud these...

            I purchased a mobile phone from Amazon through exchange offer. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. The delivery agent called me yesterday in the morning and said that he would deliver the order at that time. I asked him to deliver the same during 3-4 pm because I was outside due to some urgent work but he denied by saying that he works till 12 noon only and made several excuses. After some time, it is showing cancelled in the order page. As per my knowledge, the delivery boy should deliver the order till 9pm and it is mentioned in Amazon also but he cancelled my order by mentioning that my mobile is not in running condition. I didn't meet him yet how did he made pre assumption that my mobile is not working.I have CCTV footage also to proof that I haven't met him. He made false accusation to cover up his fault.Now the money is refunded back into my bank account. But when I am going to order it again, I am not getting that offer again. It is showing a hike of 2K in the price. Who will pay extra for the fault of delivery person.Really disappointed from this horrible service from Amazon. I

              I haven't received my refund in my bank account reom last 10 days my order id is Order #[protected] my transaction amount is 3990.00 they give me refund reference no for inquiry in my bank branch no is 74766513060308267330269 but my bank id sbi not response with my complain please help me for this

                I have cancelled the order on 18th February 2023 and I still haven't received the refund amount yet. It was shown the refund amount was initiated on 20th February but I haven't received any amount in my account.

                    This is regarding an item I ordered from Amazon, I ordered a fire stick worth 3899/- they have not delivered it and are claiming they have. Now they say we have raised an investigation and are not helping in any way, I had prepaid for this order, they were 3 items which ordered, 2 have been delivered, not the fire stick, the delivery boy also said the same day that he hasn’t got any fire stick which had to be delivered. Please help!!

                          Amazon India Amazon.sa I purchased boat extend watch from amazon order ID[protected].And it was not working after 3 attempts they picked up for return and now not ready to refund the money saying I have sent incorrect product. I am calling customer service they said this matter stands cancelled not able to tell even what incorrect product I have sent back. I have given back the same watch I got even it is recorded in my cctv also. But amazon customer servie is not bothered to look into the hassle customer is facing. Very sad to know that amazon is such a big company is doing this. Delivery boy has taken photos also when he came for return why don't u check those photos.

                          [email protected] I got a mail from this I'd saying I have given junk in box but I have given correct product. Delivery box checked the box and then only took it for return. I have recording in my office CCTV also.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                              I placed an order from @Amazon Indian on 24.02.2023 which was delivered on 03.03.2023 but due to the issue in size on 04.03.2023 i placed a return which was aprooved on the same day and the pick-up was scheduled for the next day i.e. 05.03.2023 but the product was not picked up from my home, yesterday when i tracked the return status it was showing me that the Pick-up was cancelled now it is also not shpwing me the option to place another return, the return time period will end on 13.03.2023 after this date amazon would not return my order and refund will not be processed. I have also sent a mail to amazon 2-3 time but they are not replyong amd only givigng and automate reply that we will rvert you back within 6 Hrs but no such action is placed.
                              So, it's my humble request to please look after this matter because after 13.03.2023 tthe return policy will be eneded.

                                I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon. I purchased a Pebble Watch on 10th March with Order ID Order#[protected], but the product I received was not as advertised. The product was of poor quality, and I feel cheated after buying it.

                                I immediately contacted Amazon's customer service department to return the product, but I was informed by Muhammad, a member of Amazon's leadership team, that the product could only be replaced and not returned. This denial of my request for a return is a violation of my consumer rights, as I have the right to choose between a return or replacement in case of a faulty product.

                                I would like to assert my consumer rights and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that Amazon arrange for a return of the product and provide me with a full refund for the purchase price. I have attached a copy of my original order and shipping details for your reference.

                                  I purchased "Black Soya Bean" from amazon ( packet of 1 Kg) for Rs.299. However, when I open the order, ( after a week of receiving the order) I received a totally different item. Instead of the Black Soya Bean, it was Finger Millets.
                                  It was not only a totally different item but also a different brand.
                                  But my requirement is Black soya Bean, so I raise it for a return and gave the photographic proof of the product I received along with the package cover.

                                  But Amazon denied stating it non-returnable item. They were not ready to contact the seller nor i could contact the seller for the same. Above all the seller has taken down the listing of the particular product and which makes it very difficult to see any more details.

                                  My concern is if Amazon is not taking responsibility for such a misleading seller then who is? It was a total waste of time for a customer to go through all this hassle and Amazon should refund my amount and backlist, such a seller.
                                  I have attached 3 pictures of the product I ordered and 1 picture of what I recieved.

                                    i am unable to login my amazon account from dated 6th mar 2023. When try to login my amazon account then shown error (we cannot find an account with that mobile number). But last transaction by me which is sucessful on dated 5th march 2023 on time 04:17 pm.
                                    When try to contact with customer care regarding error shown & login my account as reply given by customer care of amazon we are unable to help you due to unauthenticate your account as provided wrong email id . But email id of my amazon account never changed by me. My current balance of account is rs. 52, 899/- only.
                                    This same issue faced on 2 mar 2023. Then i provide all information and unhold my account on 3 march 2023 on 01:03am.
                                    But know faced same issue again.
                                    I also sent email on your email address [protected]@amazon.Com, [protected]@amazonpay.In, [protected]@amazon.In, [protected]@amazon.In on dated 6th march 2023. But i cant get any reply from your side.
                                    So please solve my problem immidately. If my amazon account not activate or refund my money in original payment method .
