I ordered HP laptop, received faulty product. Requested for replacement on 11 October 2022. But the replacement process stated on 13 October continued updated replacement order arriving by 9pm until 16 October 2022 Amazon updates if not arrived today evening next day it shall be refunded. on 17th October requested for refund process, till today i.e 21 October no agent has come to pick up the laptop. Basically, Amazon is trying their best...

I have returned the reebok tights after a regular follow up for many days with their escalation department they raised an investigation for which they have asked to call me after 3 days after 3 days when i have called they said i haven’t returned the original product they’ve sent how would i know on what basis they’ve conducted this investigation and if they’re so particular there shouldn’t be any option like received wrong item...

I bought a boat watch for 3000 rupees and it’s price was reduced by 1000 rupees the next day ordered.
