Dear Sir/Madam, I placed order on Amazon for carvan saregama mini kids special edition radio on date 22 dec 2022 with order I'd[protected]. Which I cancelled before delivery. Till date I haven't received refund for the same and every time Amazon call centre people saying please wait for 3 working days to get refund

    I had ordered a cosmic byte Keyboard through its website but when i received that item there was actually hair oil in the keyboard box, after mailing to cosmic byte they showed me cctv footage of my parcel and it didnt happen from their side, so it was frol amazon agents please giveee meee myyy refundd i have a video o[censored]nboxing images and the hair oil bottle i received has a weird seal sticker on it which obviously i cant produce mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

      Hi,
      I have ordered Slide on Jan 6, Order #:[protected]
      As its size was smaller I ordered another one and returned this one.
      Now they are not picking it up, even after requesting so many times.
      The pick up get cancelled every time without any reason.
      Tried calling customer care many times, they create a new pickup request but it gets cancelled.

        I ordered lava blaze 5g(renewed) mobile from amazon on 1st feb .on 6th feb when packet was delivered by deliveryman i looks like small size .i complaint to amazon helpline at time of delivery i hold the delivery man for providing small packet but helpline person assured me of refund and told me to free deliveryman .i have the full conversation recorded as proof. further when i opened the packet it was just tiny usb cable (video proof).now after 12 days amazon is delaying refund date after date on mails if solution dont come early i have to file case againt amazon as i have sufficient proofs

          I ordered a FEGSY Adjustable Knee Cap Support Brace on 02 Feb 2023 and money is Debit and then I cancel the order on next day and they initiate my refund but didn't recieved in my bank account till yet. I talk both to bank and Amazon customer care but it didn't work.

            Returned the above item on 02/02/2023 and haven't received the refund of Rs.7999 yet. After contacting the Amazon customer service multiple times, the are claiming that I have returned the item without serial number but I have returned the right item as is without even turning on the device.. I would like to get a full refund of the item.

                I'm totally disappointed with the service that Amazon customer support, provided .. the reason why Iam getting back to you .

                I placed order in Amazon order id[protected].
                I'm so excited for the order to get delivered, I paid additional charges for the one day delivery, as soon as the product is delivered., , I opened the Amazon box .. the box inside the product is slightly damaged . And I called Amazon that the product in accessories is missing of the lighting cable. They said me to wait till 17th Feb for the investigation.., in the meanwhile they asked me yo provide the picture with the piece of paper with mentioning Name in it .
                The same is provided to them and now, I called Amazon regarding the status of my complaint.., for the replacement of the item . They are saying . Nothing can be helped from our end .. I requested to kindly help me for the replacement if not the return ..
                please help me on this . The product of item is costly . I trust Amazon and placed the order . But now I'm disappointed with the service that they are not helping me out ..

                    Not providing replacement and refund for my missing items from the delivered package

                    Hi, my name is richa, my amazon id and my contact number is [protected]. I ordered chewers vegetable dog biscuits (Pack of 12) from amazon, the parcel was delivered to me on 13 feb. After opening the box i found out only two packets were delivered. I called amazon customer care and told them about my problem, they told me that they have registered my complaint and i need to wait till 18 feb for any resolution. On 15 feb i contacted amazon...

                      We recently came to USA and before we came my husband has bought Grey Linen Upholstered Convertible Futon Sofa Bed With Cup Holder Couch Recliner Lounger Sleeper Home Living Room Bedroom Apartment Studio Modern Space Saving Furniture Décor Multifunctional Versatile from amazon.com. Once we ( family ) came the sofa is not sufficient for us. Later we have applied for return request and we mentioned that since we came new here we can't drop the parcel in drop off location since we don't have vehicle and also we don't have the package material and even we mentioned that if the agent comes to home for pick up we are ready to give. And this conversation i had with customer associate upon their words only we said ok and later they have sent email to seller and mentioned if we haven't received any response with 2 working days we will be eligible for a-z guarantee claim. We said ok and waited. again after 3 days I contacted them and they said that seller didnt mention so you will eleigible for a-z claim and assured us that we get refund within 3-5 business days. Again after 1 week when i asked them they said it's in process. so after few days when i contacted them they mentioned that no one has filed a-z claim then i asked that why the other associates are giving false updates, then this associate created and the next day i got a mail that they need some details and when i asked the same question to associate they mentioned that no need to provide they have updated all, but that all updates are incorrect, later that claim was closed stating it has been rejected, I have requested for appeal and when i contacted the management they mentioned that it needs 5-7 days and on the last date they mentioned that it has been closed since the time frame has been completed to return the item.

                      The above conversation took 1 month almost and it's fault from amazon team that they have incorrect updates and false assurances. So far I have contacted around 8-9 customer associates for the same issue. If the issue is at their end how can we blame for this. I want to take serious action on this.

                        My amazon account has been hacked. Contacted multiple times Amazon care and no response. All linked Credit cards and debits are cards details are stolen.. There is a huge security flaw with amazon india . My complete Amazon pay balance money are stolen.. Still Amazon india customer care team not address the customer issue.

                          I ordered Agaro Hair dryer which i got on 3 Feb but an accessory was so i submitted the return for the product the same day then I got a notification saying i refused the product pickup which i did not as i was never contacted by amazon then i called the customer care and told them about my issue they said the issue will be solved within 72 hours i waited for 3days but nothing happened i again called the customer care told them everything they said the same thing again i waited for another 72 hours as they told me but nothing happened and when I tried to call the customer service again I'm not able to contact them properly

                            I had last ordered Yera Cups 6 pieces from Amazon on 8/02/2023 vide order id[protected]. At the time of placing order, delivery date was mentioned as 13/02/2023 but later same was changed without reason by Amazon to 14/02/2023.
                            As per tracking ID[protected], order reached to final delivery station on 11/02/2023 itself but intentionally same is not delivered by Anazon team and delivery agent is not picking calls till 6 pm and later he is switching off his mobile. Unable to understand if my order is already reached final delivery station, is it takes more than 4 working days to deliver it. 14/02/2023 was delivery date and still same is not received. Now amazon is writing if same is not delivered by 17/02/2023 then I am eligible for refund as if they are doing some kind of favour to me for not delivering the product on time. Amazon is very much known yo play with customer money and time..

                            Yesterday delivery guy switched off his mobile and had updated delay in delivery due to External factors. Unable to understand the External factor.
                            Once again stated out for delivery at 9:37 am and till time not received. This delay in delivery is purely intentionally. Simply playing with customer time and money since last 5 days. Amazon is pathetic .No value to prime members as well
                            Please find the actual facts. Product was damaged by delivery guys and they were playing showing out for delivery since last 5 days. This shows how Pathetic Amazon team are and upto what level they can go in playing and wasting customers time n money

                              I have purchased a product from Amazon on 23rd Dec 2022. It was delivered on 28th Dec. Return requested was raised on 30th Dec. Till date no executive from Amazon had contacted me to collect the refund. I have called Amazon multiple times asking them to take care of this issue. They haven't helped me with that. Last time when I had called Amazon helpline and the executive mentioned that he will fill the form so that if this time the item is not picked up then there is option to get the money back but that form was also not filled up. Today I called Amazon customer care and spoke to Praveena from Leadership team, he also mentioned that she is filling the form but when I asked her to send me details regarding the same via email, she refused. This is pathetic customer service

                                On 15 January I placed an order on amazon and its delivery date was 21 January but the order did not receive after that delivery date automatic changed by amazon to 30 January when i tried to cancel the order they did not allow me to cancel order unit delivery date not passed so i did wait on 30 January but again they changed delivery date 10 Feb and again same reply that you can not cancel order unit 10 Feb after that 10 Feb also passed and again they changed delivery date 14 Feb but today 14 Feb also passed but not allowing to me to cancel the order and they are given a new date for delivery 24 Feb and told that wait upto 24 Feb.

                                For one month my money was used by amazon.

                                  The issue is for the KYC in my account a wrong PAN card has been uploaded. My account is of Sutrishna Hazra and the PAN got updated of someone else's, i.e of Bodhisatya Das. Even though a wrong PAN card was uploaded KYC got completed successfully.
                                  I need to correct the details and need to update my correct PAN card in my account.
                                  The compliant Ticket id : V[protected] was raised but I am still not able to.
                                  Can you look into this and resolve at earliest.

                                    When i contact amazon customer support team immediately. They said "We register the complaint. We will resolve this issue 12th feb, So you can must wait feb 12th" . Im Contacting after feb 12th " They said " we dont responsible. We dont care about this issue." My money is Gone.
                                    Please. Check and help me to get my money back.
