On 12th Nov’21, Order was placed thru Order No[protected] for V-Guard RO thru Amazon India App. The Product was delivered to me on 16th Nov’21. I waited for One Week(Sent 2 Emails & Call to V-Guard Customer Service) for Installation of the Product but Technician didn’t come for Installation.

On 21st Nov’21, I called Amazon Customer Service & requested for the Return, Initially the Amazon Customer Service Rep tried to Convince me & told that he can’t Approve the Return, After lot of Arguments & Threatening to Lodge a Complaint with the Consumer Forum, the CS Rep Agreed & Authorized the Return with Pick Up No[protected], Pick Up Time was[protected] on 22nd Nov’21.

On 22nd Afternoon Rep from Amazon Wardha warehouse came but didn’t Pick the Package since the Package was Big & he had difficulty in carrying in his Two Wheeler.
In the Evening same on the same day (22nd Nov’21), he came in a Small Pick Up Van(Matador) & took the Packet after Checking the Product.

It is now more than 2 & ½ months, since then I have spoken to the Amazon Customer Service Reps (5 Times over phone & had 3 Times, had Chat with them) for Refund of Rs. 10, 999 in My Account.
Every time I got just promises.
But nothing happened till date, 07th Feb’21 even after I told them that I would go to Police for filing a Cheating case & filing a Complaint with the Consumer Court.

Meanwhile, I went to their Amazon’s Wardha warehouse in Dec’21 & told them about the Issue.
After checking their Records & speaking with their Rep, who had collected the Package from my Residence, Mr Harshal(Warehouse Manager), told me that the Rep had wrongly Closed the Return Pick Up against another Online Return of 1 Year Extended Warranty Plan for Water Purifier(Delivered to Me via Email). Pick Up Id No[protected] issued was the same as was for the Product (Refund of Rs 279 Received).

Lastly, on 27th Jan’22 I had a chat with their Warehouse Manager, Mr Harshal, who told me to go ahead & file a case against Amazon India. And informed me that he has Resigned & No More with Amazon’s Operations Team.

In Spite of writing to Amazon India many times & sending them Legal Notice, they have Not Responded.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Have purchased a 55" TV on Amazon online and it's performance is very poor. When I contacted customer care, their response was pathetic and not ready to resolve the issue.

        Amazon Delived Damed Prodcut and i Requested for replacement .

        They have accepted for replacement and they try to deliver new prodcut .

        But at the time of delivery new prodcut in the delivey boy application has asking some steps to confrim of damed prodcut .

        The serial number which has mentiond on box and in their app are different, for that reason he didn;t deliverd new prodct and not picked up damaged prodcut.

        what ever the deliver boy trying to deliver new product and old prodct serial number starts with 88060.

        I Reached amazon customer care and explained issue and they requested return of damaged prodcut and said will giveyou refund .

        Now they are saying, refund and replacement will not happen.we will dispose what ever i return the prodct.

          I bought this macro lens with a description mentioning item made of Schott glass but the received was made of plastic. I need a refund of my order. I contacted the customer service executives within the time frame but not worth my time.

            Complaint details
            This product was not delivered right and then a replacement was asked but that too was not done by the delivery rogues as they have tampered with my product and i have not received the product or the refund

            If the product is not returned to the seller while I dont have the product with me so who is to be blamed for this

            So i should take the loss of the mistake of the delivery rogue and amazon is washing its hand off the issue as they got their money i am the victim here under loss of money and product

              1) It does not contain any brand name as claimed by you .
              2) It has no manufacturer name as well as service centre
              3) It fails start ie manufacturing defects.
              4) It fails to deliver hot water as claimed by you.
              5) if it fails to display the power as claimed in your afore said platform in display
              from above it appears that the above claim were false, misleading and with the intention of deceiving the prospecting buyer.

                I had purchased one product from Amazon which i had paid online using canara bank account. For which I have not received refund yet. Amazon is saying they had already processed the refund from their side successfully which is not reflecting on my account. They had send the mail of details which is required alone with the transaction I'd. Hoping for a helpful respond.

                  On 3rd of January, I tried making electricity bill payment of 1, 844 through amazon (Operator KSEB, Customer Number:[protected] Initially I received a message from amazon saying that the transaction has failed, just because I received a confirmation from amazon saying that the transaction has failed and also no amount was debited from my amazon pay balance, I had to make the payment again and I received a message saying that the transaction was successful.
                  But after couple of days as I was checking my pay balance statement, I noticed that 1, 844 was debited from my account 2 times and the failed transaction was showing successful, so I contacted the amazon customer care team on 8th of January and had conversation with executive name Seethal she said she is taking up a complaint and since the operator reference number is the same you will gat a refund once the backend team confirm the same within 2 says.
                  Since I did not get any update on 21st I have contacted the customer care team again and the other executive said that the backend team is working on that and she will follow up on that and will give a confirmation on Monday. Again, since I did not get any update on 24th I contacted customer care again they are saying that no complaint has been taken and nothing can be done from their side.
                  From side I am left with same operator reference number and 2times 1, 844 had been debited from my account, here in this case amazon have debited amount from my Amazon pay balance without my consent, Amazon executive mis leaded me saying that complaint have been raised (Since auto call recording is active in phone, I have the conversation that I had with executive & I also have screenshots saying that the transaction has failed)

                    Amazon charging incorrect referral fees

                    Dear sir,

                    I am a seller on amazon.in selling silver jewelry, the commission amazon charges for this category is 10.5 %, but from me amazon is charging 24.5% which is for fashion jewelry.

                    I have all the documents, I have selling approval for silver jewelry but still they are charging incorrect referral fees from me since 2020, they have charged me almost more than 2 lakh difference amount.

                    Pls regard this complaint very seriously, and escalate to Amazon India.

                    I am facing serious, repeated Non-delivery problems by Amazon delivery agent concerning essential, important items over here, my area (Zip code:- 643001) serviced by the Udhagamandalam branch. Not sure of their exact delivery center location, but my guess is, it is their Ooty branch which is 3-4 kms from where I live. This is not too far, nor too difficult to reach.

                    Pls Note:- Delivery of Amazon Fresh (Grocery) once in 6 months-1 year which I order, is fine. I am facing what appears to be a calculated, planned, non-delivery of my orders by the delivery agent, often involving important, essential items-- of items which are small in size, and can be delivered by Motorbike. They also have a Car and Van available for delivery, but not able to deliver properly.

                    The agent often makes some excuses, refuses to deliver, and just shipping it back without my consent, and WITHOUT attempting Delivery even once, and/ or, I suspect, neither delivering to me, nor sending it back. Clearly, this is a serious issue.

                    Full details of the current issue as follows:- My ORDER #[protected] and ORDER #[protected], to be delivered together on January 23rd, 2023. These include Food Wrapping paper and Recyclable Enviro-friendly Garbage bags, not available anywhere here, I need to order these once a year for maintaining hygiene and for food preservation (in rainy, hilly regions this is essential).

                    On the final delivery date, I got the usual call from the Amazon Delivery person (from[protected], I went out to take the items thinking he has arrived, but could not find him, so I called back, and was connected to him.

                    He claimed he is calling me from their Office, and asked if I can come to their office to take these items!! This place does not have any Pickup locations, so this request was unauthorized, and anyway I could not suddenly go there on short notice. Then he said never mind, he will definitely deliver tomorrow, he cannot deliver today, because there is no Transport available at their office today!!

                    I said ok, and assured him, all he has to do is turn up at my Apartment complex- Security Gate, and call me, and I will come down, and take the delivery, and he promised to deliver the next day, i.e. today.

                    Today, 24th Jan, 2023, I saw both orders have been shipped right back!! So basically, he has NOT attempted Delivery, even once, and shipped it back without my consent. Luckily, these orders were COD, so I have not paid, but this is causing me terrible inconvenience.

                    Not able to reach any live Amazon Customer Service, at any point.

                    Last year, similar incident:- 7th June, 2022, ORDER #[protected], I had actually pre-paid, but he never delivered. I never got any refund either, and as usual, Customer Service was not available. This item may not even have been sent back.

                    Pls focus on the current issue. Amazon needs to positively resolve this. I need essential items once in 3-4 months, which should not be too difficult, if they cannot deliver even this, I suggest they shut down their office here.

                          Greetings,
                          I have ordered Usha Aquerra DG 15 Litre 5 Star Digital Storage Water Heater with Remote (White) and instead of this I have received Usha Aquerra AX 15 Litre 5 Start Analog Water Heater.
                          In the attached pic you can clearly see that I have received a different model of the product (A Knob based Analog Model instead of Touch panel + Remote based Digital Model).

                          I request you to please look into the matter and get this product replaced as soon as possible.

                                I ordered a Samsung Galaxy note 10 lite from Amazon on 3 Jan 2023 with 1 year warranty and received the phone on 9th Jan 2023. The phone is now dead and when I took it to Samsung service center they informed me that the warranty is fake.

                                The phone costs 38, 000 rupees who was my 3 months salary. Please help me to claim the warranty or to get a new phone.

                                  I ordered a galaxy note 10 lite from Amazon on 3rd January 2023 with one year warranty, now the product is dead. When I went to Samsung service center they let me know that the warranty is not valid in India.
                                  Amazon has screwed me up.
                                  The phones cost was 38, 000 rupees, that was my 3 months salary.

                                  Please help me get my warranty or a replacement

                                    We had ordered one Laserjet Printer worth of Rs. 34, 444/- via order #[protected] from Amazon on November 15 2022 using our login ID accounts.[protected]@lascenteur.com. After 8 days of the order Amazon cancelled the order from their side and emailed us saying amount has been credited back to our account. We checked for 7 days and no amount had been credited to our account in Canara Bank which was initially used to make the payment to Amazon during the order. We called atleast 10-15 times so far and Amazon still not able to trace the problem and credit our amount back to us.
                                    Initially they told us that the amount has been credited to our account on November 23 and provided us the transaction no. The transaction no. when we checked was same which was provided to us by the bank when we had made the payment to Amazon on 15 November during the order. Also our Bank has clearly mentioned that no credit has happened from Amazon to our account. When we forwarded the mail to Amazon, now they tell there is some internal issue and will credit the amount soon. The same thing they repeat each time when we call now and no action has been taken from Amazon side. We can provide any proofs to you in case you require them to solve the said problem. We have attached our bank email for your kind perusal.
                                    We humbly request you to please consider our problem and help us in getting our money Rs, 34, 444/- back from Amazon.

                                      I return my product with order id[protected] on 11th dec2022 . It’s 20th Jan and still no refund .
                                      I was issued a cheque on 14th dec with incomplete name so I requested for cancellation everytime I call up I have been asked to wait for 4-5 days and the moment the timeline is over they again ask me to wait 4-5 days . It’s 40days just doing that . I have messages from their executives assuring me that the refund will b done within certain day and the next executive tells sorry again u have to wait 4-5days .
                                      This problem seems to hv to end .
                                      I had been an Amazon fan for years now but I think will be forced to purse this issue legally in consumer court .
