    Website: Nykaa and Amazon Pay

    I, Debadrita Goppy, an account holder at SBI Main Branch, Coochbehar has gone through a debit of Rs. 3324 from my account no: [protected] during a UPI payment [via AmazonPay] at Nykaa on 21st December 2022. On inquiring with customer care of both AmazonPay and Nykaa; I was told that the transaction was successful at the bank's end but the receiver did not get the money. Hence, the bank retains the sum of Rs. 3324. The bank reference id is[protected]. The bank after 15 days of investigation concluded that the amount has been retained by the beneficiary bank during UPI transaction from AmazonPay. Kindly refund the amount to my bank account at the earliest. It has been already close to 1 month now.

        Just wanted to inform everyone that while taking delivery of product ordered online one has to be careful. In my case I ordered two products including Real Me earbuds thru Amazon India, the box delivered shows both the items, however, it didnot have earbuds. After raising the complaint, Amazon told me that as per their investigation product has been delivered, however, when I enquired how they have investigated this, they are not telling me anything, also they are not telling how to safeguard from the this kind of fraud in future. The other worst part with Amazon is, I cannot send my compliant in writing to any senior. This act of Amazon has totally shaken my faith in respect of online ordering. #amazon #india

          I purchased Apple ultra watch (Amazon Order#[protected] from Amazon online shopping app on 08-Jan-2023 for Rs. 85525 but amazon has delivered fake apple ultra watch. The fake apple ultra watch was delivered on 10-Jan-2023 around 7:30 pm. I tried to contact Apple care customer support and they asked to me screen share and confirmed that the apple ultra watch delivered by Amazon is Fake Product. Also Apple care customer support gave me the case id:[protected] for that incident. I purchased from Apple ultra watch from Amazon online shopping app and seller information is : Appario Retail Private Ltd. I tried to contact Amazon customer support but there is no proper response from the amazon customer support team. Please refund my money of Rs. 85525 to same source bank account for the above mentioned order id[protected], since they have delivered me fake apple ultra watch.

            Amazon delivered fake apple ultra watch, I purchase it from Amazon on 08-Jan-2023 for 85525 rupees from amazon seller: Appario Retail private limited Bhiwandi. I got the delivery on 10-Jan-2023 but when I open the package I could see fake apple ultra watch was delivered to me, I called apple care customer support to confirm about the fake apple watch and they asked me share my screen in Iphone and asked me to open the camera and the apple care customer support also confirmed that this is fake apple watch delivered by Amazon and they also gave me the case id:[protected]

              My query is with respect to the my order Livronic® Wet and Dry Cotton Pad Floor Mop delivery fraud, this product status showed as delivered but I did not receive the actual product (product details attached).

              This is first time I have witness this type of issue where status of product order shows as delivered without the actual delivery of product. I did raise the complain with customer care team on 7th Jan 2023, I received feedback today that investigation team have concluded product been delivered to customer, no more support could be provided from amazon team. This feedback from amazon customer care means I am being dishonest and deceitful. I just cant think of being dishonest for 600 Rs, my transaction with amazon is more than 50, 000 rs
              So its ridiculous for your investigation team to conclude this query simply saying product been delivered. Just as a matter of transparency, could you share the investigation report (I really doubt any investigation was done as I didn’t receive any complain number etc) with me. I am wondering how investigation team completed investigation without discussing with me.

              Its clear case of fraud either from merchant team or from delivery (logistic) team, so amazon being the responsible party should further check with the logistic team for details of delivery person who was responsible for delivering the product, I am also ready to connect with responsible delivery person provided I get his contact details!

                      I ordered 11 items from Amazon and the product was delivered to me 10-12 November 2022 but i received a different sizes and defective products I returned it to Amazon.and they told me to wait 3-4days and the amount will reflect in my bank account but even after 4 days I didn't get my money back so even after countless complaints they are not providing me Refund Reference Number and I also visited the bank branch but they said without the RRN number they are unable to do anything and even after 1.5 months they always tell me to wait no real resolution and they are saying they have already refunded the money but if that's the truth then they should provide the RRN number.

                      Note -please give language option (hindi )

                          I ordered the Kokal Baby Girls Angel Pari Dress for Rs. 698 on 31st Oct'22. I received that product on 3rd Nov'22. Due to size and quality of material, I returned that product on the same day, for which refund was initiated and issued to my old saving bank account which is inactive( UCO Bank, Branch-Gwarighat, Jabalpur), with Reference Id[protected].
                          I have called many times and register the complain regarding same, but I didn't receive my money yet.
                          When I spoke to Amazon customer care executive they said bank will give you the money we can't do anything. If I spoke to UCO Bank they said money can't be transferred to permanent closed account.
                          How can I get my money back?
                          Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              Kindly take note that I'd received an email from Amazon for Prime membership activation against subject order (a Dell laptop).

                              Despite the multiple attempts, the given link is not working stating it is not valid.

                              Although, I've talked with Amazon customer care in this regards, and I've response as follow:

                              1st - we have registered a complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hours.

                              2nd - I am transferring your chat to the concerned team who will investigate this matter and will take proper action.

                              3rd - I can arrange a call for you right now, you can have word with us through live medium for the better assistance.

                              4th - After getting a call, they was no sound after say 'Hello'.

                              5th - there is a relevant Team for this issue which would be available at 8 am morning
                              so we request you to connect with us in the morning (while on Amazon website us has mentioned that they're available 24/7). Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you further on this issue, but we'll be willing to provide any help you may need in the future .
                              As there is no additional action we can take over this matter, I am forced to release this chat. Thank you for shopping with Amazon.

                              6th - id attempted a call to Amazon CC, and I'd a call as well. While I was explaining the issues, they talked for a minute and said it should be working.
                              After 2 minute, they were sitting silently around 15 minute so I disconnected the call.

                              I kindly request you please look into this at the earliest possible.

                                    I have used this Amazon pay later account From Axio for one Purchase of Rs. 984 for which the 1 month time period with no extra cost was not over when bill was received. But the pay later account was showing Rs. 1070 as overdue which was wrong. I have ordered some other item after the above order using pay later option. But this order was cancelled. The account is showing that the extra Rs. 86 is coming from this cancelled order. Although there was no usage fee for this pay later service as per webpage. But when I contacted both Amazon customer service and Axio support for correcting the same, no help was given.
                                    Ultimately money was debited without my consent from my SBI account on 05/01/2022. Although the amount was small, these people must be cheating crores of people in similar ways. Please take necessary action to stop these frauds!

                                      Based on above chat, though consumer fake return product received and portal not working or not accepting my SAFE-T claim Amazon says that safe t policy is 15 days and cannot give. Before the above chat communication request, I put 2 more case log but the same message repeated. Wait for product to come. Though already received at my end. This seems fradulent by Amazon.

                                      I sent a hair straightener and in return received 100gm cloth in 2 packets.
                                      My order reports tab for past 365 days is empty, could not get invoice. Case was raised last dec 2022 not resolved. It seems like a plan to avoid refund.
