    I had verified my documents for eligibility on Amazon prime membership and the till doing the offer is 18 to 24 year persons are eligible for 50% cashback and I am get a membership of rs 459 and the amount is 230but he doesn't give me the cashback and my age is 20 now but he shows I am not eligible due to age verification so, I want my cashback and do some steps for Amazon and give my documents and offer details given below.

      No Progression in spare part change under warranty, even calling four times to the official customer service, giving fake promises that the work will done in 2 days every time I call them, by today its been 29 days and no solution till today, 'NO PROGRESSION' . I request you to please look into my issue and kindly make a needful solution.

        Order no  #[protected] Rs. 769) placed and cancelled on Friday, September 23, 2022.
        Multiple chats send to website for follow ups for refund ( 5 to 6 times ) and all representative claimed that refund was already credited in source payment method.
        Email confirmation taken from SBI cards about not receipt of refund updated multiple times to team. Fresh Ticket no: D59986116 raised by amazon team to generate RRN number post repetitive follow ups but still RRN number not generated and still refund is pending.
        Consumer forum complaint no : 3989018 raised dated Date : 3rd Nov 22,  Mode : NCHAPP and it is under progress.
        On 24th Nov. Received email from Sunny S. Claimed that issue is ressilved but this information was incorrect.
        Today dated 1st Dec 22, Neha from Amazon accepted that that RRN number not generated with repetitive request hence refund is still pending.
        Team is proving incorrect information, falls commitment and issue is still not resolved.
        There legal team "sachin" responded me on email but not taken any further action for resolution.
        I think they have transferred this fund to wrong account and now unable to refund my money. Team is hiding some fraudulent activity for this tranfer.

            I have ordered for " APC Back-UPS Pro BR1000G-IN, 1000VA / 600W, 230V UPS System, High-Performance Premium Power Backup & Protection for Home Office, Desktop PC, Gaming Console & Home Electronics" on 3rd October 2022. I have placed a separate order for a keyboard and a mouse combo on the same day.

            Both the products were sent in the same packaging. I'm not satisfied with both the products so I placed a return for both the products. As the outer packaging was the same the delivery partner who came insisted on returning both the products and he cannot pick only one of them.

            The products were collected from my end on 13th OCtober, 2022. The delivery partner has updated the pickup of the keyboard alone and the status of the UPS is not updated in the ;portal.

            I called customer service stating the same issue and they said that they'll raise a ticket and verify this. The special mention here is that I never received a call back from the customer service after 5 days. I have been behind them for almost a month, calling every 6 days and waiting very patiently.

            The response I received in the end is that the refund cannot be processed as the product cannot be traced. The customer service is so bad that they were disconnecting the call in the middle without hearing what I'm trying to say. The worst thing is that I asked them for the warehouse details in my locality so that I can personally solve this issue someway as I'm not getting any solution from customer service

            Ultimately, I'm the one who's losing here because I'm not getting the product and my money as well.

              They make you pay small amount and lure you into get into big amount and until we finish the order they will not return the. Money if you do not have money they will not ven give settlement .
              Well I was stupid to get into the same and they say they cannot help you at least they should return the money that was given.

                My name is Sameer Ahmed and unfortunately got scammed by your support agent username Smrip , the one who is supposed to resolve the issues are the trustless thieves here
                i have been contacting them for support since last 2weeks and no one from your team is resolving the issue.
                my registered phone number with Amazon is [protected]and the email address is [protected]@gmail.comAmazon corporate gift card code - [protected], INR 1500/-
                I redeemed my card in my amazon app, while trying to pay electricity bill
                i saw there is a slight change in the email [protected]@gmail.com which was automatically showing in amazon app
                so i immediately called the customer support on 15-nov-2022 around 9:30 PM IST

                reached customer support agent ID- SMRIP, i explained to him there is an additional alphabet showing in email in my amazon account, it came from nowhere in my app.The customer agent clearly told me it's the Amazon Application issue and automatically the app has created a SHELL account /duplicate account [protected]@gmail.comof my original email.
                I verified in Gmail the same and email account was not existing there too so the SHELL email is almost similar to actual email but with an additional alphabet A is added by your application issue .so he informed me he will edit and make it back to my email address and money will be in my amazon pay [protected]@gmail.com ,
                i believed him and he disconnected the call.
                The very next fraction of second he changed the SHELL ACCOUNT details from my email to Another email address and username, password i could see the changes on my sign on screen and I captured it immediately. now my voucher 1500/- is into a random account which was created by your Application which is your mistake
                and next your agent is misusing the customer's data visibility and he did a fraud and he took over the account and made it his personal & my money is gone now because of Amazon app programming issues and a scamming support agent of your own team .

                i see he has changed the SHELL account [protected]@gmail.com to username - Shivangi, and email address [protected]@gmail.com

                i am contacting amazon support everyday multiple times since last 11days, no one helping is me out, i have spoken to 20+ agents and the sheer disappointment half of them don't even log the records of customer contacting history or the issue, i have been tagging on twitter as well for support the social media team is more hopeless and worst they share a link which is valid for one hour and it has very few options where my issue isn't listed and a survey link which is totally fooling me around .
                i'm tired of talking to your untrusty support agents where i have to repeat myself on every call same issue and it ends in listening the same lines we have escalated which is sheer lie nobody cares no one has resolved no one has reached back, i have not got a call from amazon escalation team at allthere is a reference ticket as well **4706**
                Total disappointment is what I have been facing for the last 2 weeks everyday, i need my money and i didn't expect Amazon to be this pathetic in service and security you've dumbest support agents who don't resolve issue & can't even understand issue in one time' customer has to repeat and repeat 100 times and also you've fraud agents inside your own office who are taking advantage of customer's data visibility!! stealing money* and few agents don't even log customer call records and history
                adding to this the worst weak programming team ever i have seen in ecommerce apps who can't even fix bugs and their script creates shell accounts of original user accounts which is terrifying and giving hard time to customers.

                these are few names of agents i already spoken they're unhelpful, they didn't fix my issue

                    On November 29, 2022 I was scrolling on Google for part time jobs and I came across "ecommerce101.com" website, a girl named "JEZZ MARGARETTE" contacted me on "WhatsApp (+[protected]" claiming to be a part of "Amazon" where the owners increase their sell and we have to buy it on certain levels and get commission amount. Initially they asked me to register on their platform and it had Amazon logo as well which made it legit, the website was "ecommerce101.com" and they loaded my account with Rs.50 initially so that I can trust them and their process. It started smoothly with small transactions like Rs.300, Rs. 600 and I made a profit of Rs.450 too. However, on level 3 they freeze my amount after every purchase and told me to complete all the tasks in the level then only i'll be able to withdraw the amount.
                    Till now I have provided them Rs.60, 000 and everything is freezed, I also told them to not give me the commission and just stop the process and refund the amount, but they are refusing to do it.
                    She had her office timing till 09:30p.m. According to her, she will connect with me tomorrow i.e., November 30, 2022 @ 11:30a.m., for depositing another Rs.60, 000 in order to withdraw the complete amount.
                    This is entirely fake, I am a working professional who got trapped and really need help as I needed the extra money for my family and now my savings are lost in this. Please somebody help me in this and stop these people as i have seen a trail on this SCAM and a lot of people have suffered the same under the name of "AMAZON MERCHANT"

                    I am attaching the whatsapp chat and photos I have shared, which have the UPI transactions as well, please go through them and if anyone has faced this issue please leave a comment so we can make the authorities look into it strictly.

                    This was hard earned money for everyone and just like me every other individual wanted the extra money as an extra help for any problem he/she was going through. These people posing as "AMAZON MERCHANT '' are using the vulnerability of people like us.

                    I have already lost 60k and was about to lose 60k more but thankfully UPI stopped working and that girl's shift ended so I wasn't able to make the transaction. Else, this could have been my life savings gone in a wind.

                    I really beg the officials to get to the bottom of this and help us because this not only gives financial trouble but also mental. Please somebody have a look at this and help me.

                    I have this girl Amazon batch ID, if it's original and all the transaction photos, do let me know if something else is needed.

                    I have logged a police complaint, consumer complaint and UPI complaint against the same.
                    Please have a look, somebody is using your name and brand to SCAM people of their hard earned money.
                    I have lost 60k which was my savings. Please help me.

                              Had ordered a Bosch 6kg washing machine on amazon for 27, 999. (Order ID[protected]. Order date - 17th Nov.)

                              The product has a dent on both sides at the bottom which was not visible during the delivery verification because it is at the bottom and was covered entirely with plastic wrap. The product was received by my mother and she didn't go to the extent of removing the plastic and inspecting it (the ideal o[censored]s Indians to leave the plastic on for a few days on a new product) as everything looked fine and as even the delivery agent was in a hurry to head back. When the plastic was removed the next day during installation; we noticed the dents. Now amazon because of its new policy of open-box verification is not even considering a replacement or return for the product even though, clearly, it is a damaged product and still within the replacement window. The customer service agents say that there is nothing that they can do. How is this acceptable? They are just trying to sell and do away with a damaged product by taking advantage of our innocence. We understand the mistake from our end, but should a policy be so shrewd that they gamble with the hard-earned money and emotions of the customers?

                                I had brought a ₹3000+ monitor but it turned out to be defective on turning it on the the very first try. Then I issued a return request. When the delivery boy came, he showed me a checklist with items to be returned which were not part of the original order at all! All mismatched items. Those items aren't there on the item page on amazon either.
                                I tried returning it 6 times, but many times the checklist even changed containing absurd sub items, not part of the original item! At this point this is nothing more than customer harassment.
                                I have contacted customer contact multiple times and each time they have said that they will totally remove the checklist but that never happens but instead new checklists with items not part of the original item are included.
                                This problem is occurring in the shibpur/howrah region of Amazon.

                                  I got part time job advertisement with contact no. in instagram. I pinged them in watsapp they sent a link, which takes me to fkmall amazon market website. In which we have to invest money and get profit, I invested 3lac Rs got profit of 2lac Rs total 5lac Rs, but they didn't allow us withdraw that money, not even our money also. They frozen all amount. Again they asking 1lac of tax to return that money. We can't believe them blindly, they simply tell complete your task and withdraw your money. They will not allow us to withdraw our money. We have file a complaint on these type of people. They looted lot of money from many others.
                                  Can some one look into it and take action. One action will protect somebody from cheating in the future.

                                    On October 13, 2022, I ordered a ZEBRONICS Zeb Sonic BAR 100 in a great Indian sale. 20.10.2022, was delivered as done. That day I was not at home, so my mom accepted the Purcell. When I came home at that time, I saw in the box the same brand but a different model I had received from Amazon.
                                    And I'm contacting the Amazon support team, and they are transferring my call to the specialist team and telling me that we are investigating your issue from our end, so please provide an image with the account holder's name and today's date. I followed the instructions and sent an image, and they raised an investigation and told me to contact them after five days.
                                    After 5 days, I contacted customer care, which checked the investigation status and told me we have the option for replacement or return; I chose replacement because I want the product. And they are creating a replacement for me.
                                    02/11/2022 delivery A boy came to my house, and he said, "We are picking up only the same thing as what we are giving you now."
                                    On the spot, I called customer service, and they told me our specialist team would investigate your issue and determine that you received the wrong item, so verification was removed from our end, and I gave the phone to the delivery boy for talking purposes; the delivery boy refused to make the delivery. And in our call, the customer service executive told me, "I cancel your replacement and create a return request for you." You return the item to us, and we provide a refund.
                                    04/11/2022 I return the item and also make a video when I hand over the item to Curiar Boy as a proof.
                                    There are mentions that after we receive your item to warehouse, we initiate a refund. After 10 days, they are still not initiating my refund, and they are just making false promises for a refund.
                                    And one day, one sir filed a complaint for refund, and after three days, when I contacted them for a refund, they told me we received junk shipping boxes, so we can't provide you with a replacement or refund. And they have discontinued the chat and have completely ignored me.

                                    23 November they CLOSED my account. This is not fair treatment from Amazon.
                                    They have not given me anything but my money, which is Rs 4, 999, which I lost.

                                    In this process, Amazon gave me hassle, and I lost my money.
                                    This is not fair treatment from Amazon. I mentioned all the proof I have.
                                    Amazon has done a big faurd with me. I want to impose a heavy fine on Amazon for this issue, and please provide me with a refund.
