O mesmo esquema das demais ocorrência.Eles agem de forma profissional, para nos convencer de que aquilo é um real trabalho.Investi pouco dinheiro.Uma intuição me fez questionar o mentor que estava em contato nessa semana comigo no segundo depósito achei estranho e muito relutante disse que queria sacar a tal da comissão e que se fosse golpe iria na delegacia denuncia-los.Imediatamente, ele mandou uma mensagem automática, porém veio nesse texto uns erros ortográficos, aí a casa caiu! Saquei que era estrangeiros.quando se trata de julgar a terceira pessoa.por exemplo: cumpra sua tarefa ou caso contrário não receberá a comissão"no seu Conta".
Que prendam esses vigarista!!! Boa sorte pra quem mais caiu

    This side pooja chavan from (Kalyan). who purchase one plus nord smart watch from Amazon on 20th feb and also return it on 3rd march because I don’t like the watch as much I also done payment though upi but yet not received the return amount from Amazon after aims number of calls and massages to Amazon . Amazon team said they received old Watch from me how can say this how someone can give old Watch as Return to Amazon...

    On 20th March 2023, I placed order on Amazon for Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, Silver (8GB, 128GB Storage) mobile device. It was delivered on 22nd March. However, two days later, the touch screen stops functioning. So we lodge a complaint with Amazon Customer Care Service centre over their phone and they say they will schedule a technician visit on 27th March who will ascertain whether to repair or replace the mobile device. On 27th March however, the technician refuses to visit us and says that we should share the job pin so that he would arrange for refund of the mobile device. Since Amazon had specifically forbidden us from sharing the PIN over phone, without having the technician visit us, we refused. After few hours, another technician called us and once again tried to coerce us in sharing the PIN over phone without having him visit us for inspecting the phone, saying that he will arrange refund. We refused and escalated the matter to a new Amazon Customer Care Centre executive, who assured that the matter will be resolved without any delay and scheduled another technician visit on 31st March. Our worst fears came true when this technician also asked for the job PIN over phone to process refund without visiting us to check the phone.. We again refused and escalated to another Amazon Customer Service executive, who this time assured us that the replacement is being processed. We requested for refund, however, the executive gave an ambiguous answer and said that we shall receive our replacement on 2nd April. Today on 2nd April, as I wait for the replaced mobile device, the Amazon delivery person calls me and asks me if the mobile is formatted to which I say No since the mobile device touch screen is hanged. Then he mutters something and cuts the phone. Now there is no delivery of the replacement mobile device, nor any call from the delivery person, nor Amazon is bothered to call back & understand if the customer has received a resolution. I now have to again call up the Amazon Customer Care centre, talk to a new faceless executive every time, go through this entire traumatic process again of having to repeat the whole story to a new Amazon executive every time, despite they having a full view of the flow of the entire activity, answer same set of questions, put on hold for a long time, get the same response for replacement which turns out unsuccessful and an ambiguous response when asked for refund. This is causing me mental trauma and no one is able to give me a concrete resolution to the matter. I keep calling amazon and wasting my time without getting any resolution - either refund or replacement of the defective mobile device. There is no complaint email address mentioned to where I can write down my complaint. Please help since I am tired of the follow up despite having paid for the mobile and Amazon is not at all bothered to service its customers..

          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 74332743074307352222854 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

              Amazon said they have initiated my refund and says go to your SBI Bank. I went there thereafter i raised complaint but from Amazon side they Replied they have provided me goods and services but neither i got Product nor refund. Amazon declined my Charge back request also from bank side.

                I have purchased Amazon prime membership from Amazon India which is a paid service. They cancelled my membership and I am not able to order anything from Amazon since November 20, 2022.
                I tried to resolve it through customer care of Amazon but they didn't responded well and All efforts made by calls and emails were fruitless. I am suffering till date . Please take strict action against them. I demand restoration of my services and compensation for the loss they made to me and mental harrassment I faced.

                    I ordered green soul venue study table from amazon on 18/03/2023 order number is[protected] price is Rs 6640 order delivered on 21/03/2023 but due to part missing in table Had made a return request which was returned on 25/03/2023, I upi 6640 was paid through payment, my goods have been returned but till now my refund has not been given, while normally refund is given on return of goods, please give my refund otherwise I will have to go to district counsumer court.

                            Dear sir,
                            I purchased an online refrigerator through Amazon India. my order no. #[protected]. I will receive the product in a damaged condition when the whirlpool service engineer unboxed the product. I will see the box is in broken condition at the time of delivery but I was not open the box because whirlpool will not provide a warranty which will not open in front of their service engineer. so I have to wait for the service engineer when he comes and opened the box and found the refrigerator are in damaged condition. after that, he told me that you will return the product and he will note the same in his job sheet and both are duly signed the job. Amazon representative says they were sent an email on the same day in the morning at 7.40 am which is not seen by me. Due above they (Amazone) say they are not able to return the damaged piece & whirlpool service engineer says if there is a problem with the compressor they will not give any warranty for this damage.
                            in the above conditions, I feel myself fool s after paying the full amount for the product to amazon India.
                            My complaint is amazon India provided in the damaged piece and now he is not ready to replace it.
                            My request is to please replace my product on an urgent basis otherwise refund my full purchase amount to me.
                            You are requested kindly do the needful for the above at earliest.
                            Hoping consumer count resolved my problem.

                                I have raised the return request on March 20. On March 22 product is picked up by Amazon Executive still he is not submitted to Amazon seller/Warehouse. When i asked customer care where the seller's location is they told me it is Bangalore. Both source and destination are in Bangalore. Till now product showing In Transit. from March 22. When i ask for money, they say we cannot refund. I am expecting the item to be lost by Amazon Delivery executive or he may theft it. Everyday showing same status in Amazon app it is not updating and no return date mentioned when it reaches to seller.

                                  I didnt receive Super Economical Type Digital Storge Oscilloscope item (order no.[protected]
                                  )not yet. Status is shown as delivered on[protected]evening). Three orders are shown in a pack as delivered but we received only two items, but the third item Super Economical Type Digital Storge Oscilloscope order no.[protected] is missing . The package was found open when delivered by the delivery person. The entire package is shown as delivered please address this issue as early as possible

                                      I had received a product on FEB 27, 2023. After following the instructions attached from the sender, the product which was a smart watch did not even turn ON. I contacted on seller's whatsapp number and messaged them that it is not working. They did not respond. So I contacted to Amazon chat support and they placed order for return pick up for REFUND. The order was supposed to be picked on MAR 3rd which did not happen. So again on Mar 4th, I chatted with Amazon rep and they placed second order for return pick up for MAR 7th. It was not picked up. So I contacted on MAR 8th and Amazon representative placed 3rd time order for return pick up. It was supposed to be picked up on MAR 13th. It was not picked up so I contacted to Amazon on MAR 14th and asked them to issue advance refund since they have been failed thrice time to pick up the reverse order and they simply denied for advance refund. Then I closed my Amazon account due to the poor service and was under impression that someone will pick up the order for return. 10 days passed so on MAR 25th, I contacted them through chat, they advised to contact them over phone. Spoke with them over the phone and they advised to send an email to [protected]@amazon.in. Have already sent the email and has not received any auto acknowledgement email.
