This order was cancelled as the package was damaged, mentioned by the Carrier.
Additional issues are there too. Please note that the delivery address was in Pune. But on tracking the order, I found that the order has been taken from Maharashtra to Hyderabad, which means to a different location of mine. Then mentioned that package was damaged.
Moreover, the delivery date was 23rd Oct, but the refund has been initiated today...

I had ordered a replacement for the item on 23rd October and the return was scheduled to be picked up on 24th October, but it hasn't been picked up yet and I haven't been contacted by the seller. The status of the return is "return pickup verification failed"

I am very much disappointed by amazon customer care and its services. They have kept my account on hold and not resolving the issue. They are not replying to my emails also.
