Amazon k intazar m hmm local market say purchase nhi kiye.. or delivery boy say mera khud baat huaa delivery boy mera ghr k address pucha or bola sir 7 bjy thk delivery mile jaega or pher cancel krdiya... O kal mera event hai ise karn say mera nuksan huaa uska bhapai kon krega... I need action for Amazon nd delivery boy..

    I have purchased Laptop from Amazon on 29th Oct and after few days when i started using it i found it to be faulty and raised complaint with amazon for same.

    amazon has sent engineer to verify the fault and they confirmed its faulty and asked me to raise a return request.

    after that i have raise 7 request for return and every time its failed have called amazon several times but they are not providing any resolution so i have now decided to reach consumer forum for the resolution .

      I placed a multi item order on 22 November 2022. I am an overseas resident and here for a wedding. Before going away for the wedding, I placed the order. My elderly parents were home to receive the orders on my behalf. The wedding was on the 4th of December, 2022 and I returned home on 6 December 2022. Upon return, I opened the package delivered on 24 November 2022.
      There was one item (a pair of 7KG dumbbells) missing and all the other items were delivered. I call Amazon Customer Service and spoke with a Vivek and Raj from Super Senior Escalation Desk and explained the whole situation. This item cost me Rs. 2400.00. They were the least helpful and kept on repeating one lien - "It is outside the return window and hence they cant issue a refund or send a replacement item". To this I told them, I dont need a refund, just send me the item that I had ordered. They both kept on repeating that they cant resolve this and that there will be no replacement ordered and refund issued. It is very wrong and unfair and poor customer service and experience to be dealing with such people who cant even understand the customer's situation.
      I feel I have been robbed and that Amazon is running a cheating business here. It is so different from what I experience in Australia.
      Can I please request that this matter be looked into and the appropriate action be taken.

          I did not get my refund of Noise ColourFit Pulse watch order no.[protected] the amount of this article is 2, 099 plz help me i have called amazon customer support many times they are not helping me. Please help me. Their agents are saying I have given an incorrect article to their delivery boy but their delivery boy has been checking the article before collecting it from me to see whether the article is correct or not. Please help Amazon not initiate my refund. They are saying that they have received an old and different article but i have returned the same article which is given by amazon to me. I have not done any fraud. Please help me.

            I ordered a 4tb Hdd but received a 2tb Hdd in a 4tb box. I spoke to customer support & they said they'll let me know in 5 days. 5 days later telling me we decided we couldn't help it more.

            I had ordered a 4TB External HDD (order ID:403-1297540-141471) from Amazon.in on 29th Nov 2022 and was delivered the package on 2nd Dec 2022. On opening the package in front of the delivery boy I noticed that it contained a 2TB Internal HDD instead of what I had ordered which was half the priceSince it was ordered online, I immediately contacted customer care to return the product. Upon return, I was told to wait for 5 days and then informed on 7th Dec that there would be nothing Amazon could do in this matter. I have lost ₹7749 and have ended up with a damaged non functional Internal HDD. I would request you to kindly refund my money immediately.

                  I ordered a laptop from Amazon India on 21st Nov. Amazon India showed me a delivery date of 25th-29th Nov However on 23rd Nov when I tracked the product it showed delivered on some strange address. I have been calling Amazon India from 23rd of Nov until today on daily basis, They haven't provided me any resolution nor any refund

                  The product was under Amazon A-z Gurantee so they have the responsibility that they should delivered the product on time nor did they delivered my product .They are not providing any refund

                  I have been complaining Amazon India from 23rd Nov That I think the seller which is Praveen corporation is fraud they didn't do anything and I saw some feedback that was same as mine
                  Product delivered but on wrong Address

                  I have attached an Invoice of the seller
                  Please take strict action on both Amazon India and Praveen Corporation for not providing my refund

                    My name is Rajeev Kumar and i have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s EDGE TO EDGE tempered screen glass for my redmi note 10s mobile with Order number[protected] through amazon. But amazon sent me a different product and when i asked amazon customer care to take it back then they refused and said its "third party seller" item and its "Non Returnable" product.

                    Then on 15 Nov 2022, i asked for refund, Amazon employee said we are going to raise an equiry against the seller and you need to wait for 72 hours, if seller does not reply then we will file A to Z claim and process your refund. Now, seller replied and said i had sent the "universal product" for your device. I replied to seller with problems which i am facing :-

                    (A) The size of glass is small not fittin or reaching upto edge.
                    (B) camera Sensor cut is not there.
                    (C) No black border lines are there.

                    The product is not matching from anywhere when it is compared with images shown in advertisement of product on Amazon.

                    In other words, The product i have received is totally different from the one, i have ordered. After this seller replied with words - my product is "universal".

                    After 72 hours i contacted Amazon through call, Now this time they said this third party seller is not resolving your issue, we are going to file A to Z claim. I said Go-Ahead. After this Amazon employee said you will receive refund confirmation email withing 2 working days.

                    Then i waited for two days when i didn`t got any confirmation of refund i contacted amazon customer care. This time one of there employee said, your refund is not in our hand because its a third party seller item. I said ok and asked him to transfer my call to your Leadership team. Krishna from leadership team picked my call and asked the whole matter. After checking all details he said, i am filling a enquiry against seller and make sure you dont make a reply to him or text anything and just wait for 72 hours. I aksed him, what if after 72 hours your seller didnt resolved my issue? He replied amazon will process your refund if seller does not resolve ypur issue. We will issue refund as per amazon policy (Non-Returnable: Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses

                    However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.)
                    I said ok.

                    After 72 hours on 06 Dec 2022 i again contacted amazon and they said, sorry we are unable to process your refund as seller has not provided the right resolution. I said transfer my call to Amazon leadership team, at first he said i cant. Then i asked him the reason, he said leadership team memebers are not there. I said ok, i ll hold my call and wait. He said i cant transfer but i will arrange a return call back. I replied then send me this thing in written " no body from leadership team is there to deal customers and a call back will be arranged"
                    He said i cant and i am not authorised to do so. I disconnected the call. Till now jo one from Amazon called me and i knew that amazon repersentative was lying otherwise there was no issue to send same thing in written.

                    MOST IMPORTANT :- During conversation amazon emoyees were telling me the fact that
                    We are raising a enquiry and
                    if the seller doesn't respond to our query within these 72 hours then they can file a claim or in other words after 72 hours an option of filing A to Z claim will be available at there end. But if seller replies with any answer of his choice amazon dont have option to file A to Z claim. so again amazon representative will ask you to send enquiry and wait for 72hrs and this will continue so on...

                    See, how clever is this seller he is making Unlogical reply every time, so that Amazon will not be able to file A to Z claim. But he is not solving my issue. He is escaping.

                    I know only two things :-

                    1) I have ordered the product through Amazon ( i dont know and why should i know, what is this third party seller, and what are the rules of refund framed by Amazon on non returnable items provided by third party seller).

                    I have gone through Amazon returns and refund policy on non-returnable item, Nothing has been mentioned about third party seller.

                    2) i have paid money to amazon not that bloody third party seller. So its amazon responsibilty to refund it if customer is cheated.

                    And last thing
                    When i have contacted this third party seller on Amazon to issue refund deny letter, (i know its not my job, but still i did it). He is silent.

                    I want my issue to be resolved and my refund alongwith delivery charges be issued at the earliest otherwise i will file a court case.

So, we need to contact him again and again you have to wait for 72 hours. At same time when i asked them to transfer my call to your leadership team he said our leadership team member is presently not there and if you want me to arrange a call from them i will arrange it for you. I said send your same answer to me in written through email " your leadership team is not there to handle customer", i will answer it. He said sorry sir i cant.
                      I have all the recordings of amazon customer care since 15 nov 22.

                      Now, most important Amazon is telling me the fact that if the seller doesn't respond to our query within these 72 hours then they can file a claim or in other words after 72 hours an option of filing A to Z claim will be available at there end. But if he replied logically or unlogically then dont have option to file A to Z claim. Now, see how clever is this seller he is making reply every time(15 nov 22 - universal size, 30 nov - delivery details), so that Amazon will not be able to file A to Z claim and indirectly he is not solving my issue and not giving required answer.

                      I know only one thing

                        We had transferred to Amazon Business account an amount of ₹1, 47, 750.00, which due to order cancellation we requested a refund of. The amount was paid on 11 October, 2022 and Refund request was made on 12 October, 2022.

                        Multiple Trouble Tickets were raised by Amazon team. They have been unable to provide any time of refund and are unable to process refund, while blaming internal teams.

                            I joined this platform in the name of getting an online part time job. At first it paid out, but as you continue you have to keep up adding until eventually you have nothing left and aren't able to finish the task. Your account then gets frozen and there's nothing else you can do.I contacted the company through the phone number on the advert.
                            It was a WhatsApp chat. She said she was Laru Raj, my part-time mentor.They make you pay small amount and lure you into get into big amount and until we finish the order they will not return the Money if you do not have money they will not give settlement .
                            Well I was stupid to get into the same and they say they cannot help you at least they should return the money that was given.I have lost approximately Rupees 5 lakhs. Kindly let me refund my money back.

                              I am an Amazon prime member and had returned a product under order #[protected]. It was picked up for return on 15th November 2022 but till now refund has not been issued. On raising a complaint with Amazon they are saying that the product was never picked up and we won’t be able to provide any more help. I even have cctv recording of the employee inspecting and picking up the product and taking it away. But Amazon is not even ready to see this, I wonder how can they be so casual about this.

                                Amazon don't allow me to withdraw from their brebateshop bank account after I completed my task given to me on their work at home program and I used all my money to trade the task given to me after completing the task fist second and the last level, the person that train me is not responding on the telegram and the merchant tell me the withdrawal record pending my money later off the site which I can not login again

                                  I had ordered a Belkin HDMI cable from Amazon(amazon.in).
                                  Fynxther(Seller name) has sent fake product, it was some local brand HDMI cable and no branding nothing was mention on product. Even MRP was not present on packaging of that product. I raised a request for replacement
                                  but seller denied by saying that it's same but image is different displayed on Amazon page and they have requested team to change image and all. I have attached screenshot of chat with seller team.
                                  Seller has tried bluffing me saying it's original and works same as what product I have ordered but no where its same.

Please note that this is the newer packaging of belkin hdmi cabel and might slightly be different in the appearance but the product does the same function as mentioned in the description. This is orginal Belkin 8K hdmi cable and we have asked the amazon team to update the latest images and it is in the progress. I request to please cancel the replacement as it is not a different product. Please let me know of you face any issues while using the product and we will replace it but the reason for which you are replacing the product right now is incorrect.                                   Hey Rishi, I understand how frustrating it would be as you received a different product and not the one which is showing in the image. Be rest assured, this is original belkin 8k hdmi cable, we have asked the Amazon team to update the images to the latest. You can verify by checking online, all the belkins cables are made in China and recently they updated their packaging and the product design and haven't updated the latest images on Flipkart, amazon and due to that we are getting this issues.                                       Hi. I purchased a laptop from Amazon with order number[protected] on 24th Oct under Return policy and returned the product on 7th Nov 2022 (PFA). Delivery boy pick laptop and he confirmed the product while taking in his custody. Message received (PFA) that refund is initiated and will get refund soon. But now they are saying that while returning I had returned wrong product. How can it be possible when the delivery guy has check properly and than taken under his custody. When spoke to customer care they are not giving proper response and blaming me itself. This is a fraud Amazon is doing with me. Please help.
