A smartphone (I KALL Z5 (3GB, 16GB)) was ordered on 30-Jul-2022 from amazon.in whose Order #[protected] which was supposed to deliver by 17-Aug-2022.Till now i.e 24-Sep-2022 this product is not delivered and after multiple time speaking with customer executive they are not promising any delivery date nor refund.

This is to let you know that I placed an order for household items with Amazon under Amazon Fresh on which was delivered on 30th August. I had ordered for around 14 items and it was delivered on 30th August 2022.
