I had returned the product with order Id[protected] on 11th December .
On 14 December I receive the cheque with incomplete name so I request a cancellation on the very day it’s 20th jan and till now nada .
Everytime I call up every executive asks for 4-5 days and again when the days are up they ask for more 4-5 days .
I have messages from the executive confirming the same .

    Damaged Product Refund Issue

    1. I ordered the Syska SSK-EBU-0302 ABS 3 Way Power Strip (White and Grey) on the 4th of January.
    2. I received a defective product and applied for a replacement
    3. Amazon did not deliver the replacement, and the customer service agent asked me to cancel and rebook the same product at the same price

    This is the worst company in India for e-commerce. ATS has destroyed the Amazon brand, 3 more products I ordered on Amazon have been indefinitely delayed without any notification, I had to contact them to figure out it was delayed. There is no hope for Amazon changing its behavior.

      Firstly I have one feedback for your customer support team that they are seriously very disgusting because I m telling my issue over the call and 2 times they disconnected my call because they don't have any answer of my questions. Now listen, I don't want to waste my time and yours also. I have received my order on 05th Jan ( Safari Ray Polycarbonate combo set of small medium and large ) my order I'dis[protected]. And I have registered my complaint on 06th that have not received my complete set and also registered a complaint on your customer support department. After that your investigation team told me that we have to investigate and i will took around 3-4 days I agreed and after your investigation my return was scheduled for 10th and with a proper box and the item which I had received returned by me to your delivery partner and also your delivery partner scan the code after that one your customer support agent told me that your refund will be received in 3-5 days..on 13th I again called your customer support team that I have not received my refund they told me that your items is not received by the warehouse team yet..but on 14th I again called your team and on 14th item is successfully received in your warehouse and customer support team told me that refund Will be initiated in 2-3 days but now yesterday I called them and they are saying that the item you return was wrong? How could your say that? Is this is a joke? Your pickup partner successfully scan the code and also checked the box and now you are saying that I have return wrong item? I have already shared photos with your when I received wrong item. Please don't take it easy otherwise I have to take legal action.

      I completed denied your email and I want my refund asap. Got it. And I want call back from your side ( Account team) because I have already wasted my lot of time. You can check my order history. How much business I have given you. I am also working in MNC and we are using amazing business account so please don't create blunder and refund my amount asap

        I placed order for 13 items in my cart, which included shampoo satchets of 2 different companies. After providing my card CVV and clicking pay the site sayd "These items cannot be delivered to your present address. Now hos do I find out where theyn will deliver. They have not asked for increasing quantities nor have they given an option of paying more the delivery. Unfortunately Amazon customer relationship is very bad. They have specified subjects to complain about, but all complaints do not match their their choices offered. They do not provide any email where we can cpmplain about other matters. How to reach them is not known. If they do not want to interact with their customers why do they sell the stuff. I am 72 and not very computer savvy. I do not know any devious method of reaching them. Please help. [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

                I had placed an order for HUL pureit copper water purifier from Amazon and made payment of Rs.21490 via credit card.
                14 jan 2023
                Got the parcel delivered. But insted of HUL pureit copper water purifier they delivered wired earphones with the bill of water purifier. Contacted Amazon customer care they asked for 2 hours time to look into the matter but didn't got any call from Amazon regarding the same.

                Contacted Amazon customer service again after listening to the issue return of the product was initiated and return was scheduled for 17 Jan.

                A pickup person came to pickup the order and refused to pickup the parcel saying my app says it's the return pickup for water purifier i can't take the wrong item back and suggested to contact customer care again.
                I contacted the customer care again and told them the issue they asked for 3 days time for investigation.

                Amazon cancelled the return request stating customer refused to return the product on their app. And the help portal is closed for me. Trying connecting to customer support they are saying that product is successfully delivered and return was cancelled from the customers end so we can't help it.

                  I had placed and order for pureit copper water purifier from Amazon. Got delivered wrong item. Instead of water purifier they sent me wired earphones. Raised a complaint on Amazon they initiated return but the pickup person refused the pickup of wrong product and cancelled the return request stating buyer refused to return the right product. Now Amazon is not taking the wrong item back and not providing me refund.

                      I ordered Axor Alberto from Amazon India by seller ETRADE MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, when I received the product I found it's model was different from what I ordered. So I applied for refund and the Amazon delivery boy checked the item and picked up, after couple of days I received a call from Amazon India that I would not get any refund and the product is thrown in the dustbin.

                      In the app showing product is on the way but They're saying the product reached to them and they thrown it in the dustbin.

                      I have call recording of Amazon India agent, they said they will not refund the money and the product is thrown in dustbin.

                      Now I feel so heartbroken,
                      I'm helpless, I've been robbed.

                      I want my money back!

                        I ordered a dining table set on 7th November 22, waited for almost 15 days, not received hence had cancel the request n ask for the refund - they are saying we initiated your refund on 30th of Nov but till date I have not rec'd my money, 15799 RS. Called them so many times they says they need to generate a Refund reference number but it's more then a month no number has been generated. Calling them every second day, asking begging cried for my money but no response. Checked with my bank also but no money has been refunded. This order was placed with a friend's help as they are a prime member. We have sent emails, chat so many calls but they are not refunding my money back. Please advice. The Supplier has also refunded the money.

                          I plaiced order on 12th jan paying in advance (prepaid)But too many items showed tremendous issues like long delayed productmissing item and wrong item sent when tried to report this on amazon site thru my account the site wont register the pics and complaint draft when emailed on amazon customer care email-id [protected]@amazon.inthey are giving excuses and not addressing the fraudulent practises of the sellers on their site ORDER #  [protected] IMC Oilordered on 12th jan because it was showing one day delivery!promised delivery by 9pm on 13th janI waited and requested to cancel this item on 14th night 9pm but amazon is forcing this item on me by not cancelling this far delayed shipment.

                          ORDER # [protected] Ved Tattva ordered on 12th jan in tablet form but received a packet of powder.Written email to amazon they dodged my email. not resolving this issue

                          This order is for two bottles ans charged for two. But sent only onetries to report on site. But site would not process it further. So I wrote email with pictures to CS-reply id but again they ignored it and had no interest in resolving this issue.
                          Sir please help point out scam by amazon selling faulty product / late services / mismanaged dispatch then disappearing leaving customers harassed.

                          My only request was to refund or send correct items to me.

                            I ordered two sweatshirt (one from brand Amazon symbol and other one by brand Fort Collins) sold by Cocoblu Retail Limited from Amazon and the product was delivered to me but i returned the products and after verifying they told me they initiated the refund amount of Rs 554.77/- and Rs 469/- they told me to wait 3-4days and the amount will reflect in my bank account but even after 4 days I didn't get my money back so even after countless complaints they are not providing me Refund Reference Number and I also visited the bank branch but they said without the RRN number they are unable to do anything and even after 3months they always tell me to wait no real resolution and they are saying they have already refunded the money but if that's the truth then they should provide the RRN number.

                              I am calling every day to call center
                              They lack ethics to talk to customer
                              They are not talking to me properly and when i am telling them to transfer the call to manager their colleagues is taking the call acting like they are manager. Regarding the resolution they are telling that it will be delivered tomorrow by 10 th jan but there tomorrow never comes.
                              its been 15 days sine these guys are holding my money also when i am calling these guys they are telling me to cancel the product and order new one so that this
                              Topic they can put under rug.

                              also one of there customer care executives told me to cancel prime if i want as it is my money and they are not instrested to talk to further

                              Also courier company Delhivery is playing with product from varanasi to kerakat but not delivering my product to my house is which is near to kerakat like half and hour.

                              Also they are scamming me that they have raised complaints but i caught them on call they have not also the team play manager manager if customer want to talk to manager they Handover the call to next team member as manager

                              Also the chat support team telling me it will take more 5 days that means 20days

                                  I purchased Thermador Gas stove from Amazon India website true their vendor RetailEZ Private Limited. My order details are attached. The stove came with missing pan support handles. Amazon India asked me to reach out to the vendor directly but provided no phone number or email address, other than few physical addresses identified in warranty and invoice slips (one in Bengaluru, Gurgaon and Kolkata). Amazon India does not sell the parts in their website and there is no Thermador service technician in India. I wanted to avail the 1-year warranty but Amazon India provided only a physical address to the vendor and asked to write to them.

                                  I checked in Thermador website and found that they don't have any dealership in India. I found another consumer complaint in this website which also stated that Thermador does not sell in India and the product Amazon is selling is likely a fake. I have had similar defective and damaged products sent from Amazon India thru the vendor RetailEZ Private Limited.

                                    I had to pay the security amount of 1550 rs and this women gave me time for 1week and I submitted on time. They don't know English properly to be Frank ..because they highlighted my mistakes ..but when I searched the spellings it was correct. They are giving silly reason so they can eat up CUSTOMERs money and make profit . I asked them to give my salary . Fraud people trying to snatch people's money .money minded ###

They are asking money for withdrawing it by paying more 85000 for withdrawal of my money but then they start ignoring my message.
                                      Then freezed my 25000/- money by name of online earing by Amazon.
                                      Please help me to get my money back. I invested all my investment i don't have any money now .I also borrowed from my friend to get back my own money..but no, I lost everything. Now they are forcing me to give their money back. I have no work. Please me to get my money back. I am just like beggar now, please help me.
