Dear Sir,
I have to Inform you that I have purchase a Laptop dated[protected] from Amazon company online with the debit card of our Indian Bank, whose number- [protected] by paying Acer Aspire 3 NXGN VS.I.I.I. 005 Laptop 18165 Order No.[protected] and canceled the order. In this regard, Amazon released Money Refund Reference Number 7550372 9 [protected] on 3 January 2019 And asked to contact the Indian Bank's Customer Care, whose complaint was filed by the petitioner on[protected], whose number-IBE022020 is the completion of the complaint process when the applicant approached the Indian Bank's e-banking care. Told and the money refunds have not been received by Amazon in the account of the applicant till date[protected], so the urgent resolution of the complaint of the applicant needs to be resolved. Necessary to engage independent evidence.

    I have ordered for two products on the same day from amazon india as a gift for my friend at chennai being at vietnam. One product had been delivered on time with few items missing. Another product delivered with one week delay and product was damaged. I had raised a query on that to amazon customer care and they were very casual in reverting for that query.

    Written so many mails across and asked for a replacement and in all the mails, i have only got feedback that they will improve on their quality. But that is not the right answer. I needed a proper explanation and they ignored to do it so.

    After few follow up's, there were no reply at all and they didnt acept my request.

    So i would like to file a complaint on them and need your support to take severe action for this incident. Thought from them is since it is a very less amount no action is required.

      Couple analogue watch (Jainx - jc424) was ordered dated 24th feb 2019 at amazon.in. I have received order on 01/03/2019. Received product was of different brand and different design.
      On the same return request was made and requested for said jainx - jc424 brand and ordered design. They have accepted request and return item was picked up on 03/03/2019. On again receiving revised ordered, they had sent me different brand and different design.
      Customer service representative is also rude while conversation.

      It was not expected from amazon to make repetitive mistakes several times and they have not been action.

        I have purchased two kurtas pyazamas from amazon vide
        Order id #[protected]th march 2019.
        I was guaranteed delivery by 7th march 2019. At morning when i checked tracking status message "item not deliverable returning to seller" appeared on the screen. I have not been even contacted, if need be i would have mentioned nearest address.
        I haven't got any response from customer care team, despite raising the issue twice with customers care team. Either
        Customer team forcing me to cancel order and switch to other competitors like flipkart or what else i don't know. During
        Jan 19 and march 19 i had made purchase of rs.80000/- plus.

        Sir, i am a amazon prime member and have deep trust in services of
        Amazon. I want punitive action against person responsible and request you to make delivery of product at the earliest. Hoping needful will be
        Done by you.
        It will be very disheartening for me.

I ordered on[protected]. Amazon package was delivered on 5-3-2019. When amazon package was deliverd ti opened it i got only empty box mean to ring i did not got i got only product pick or detail. I got ring box is empty i called to costomer care in amazon i told my problem that i got this type product in this i got empty box. Amazon costomer care told me pls call after 10 days. My product returnable days in 10 or amount returns days in 10. Amazon costomer care also told me email i will sent you plu wait. I did wait. Yesterday on 6-3-2019 i got one email that your amazon account is permanent closed
          I did not do anything from my site. Amazon your ofm team yesterday block my account. I am regular coustomer.in amazon. I am very upsad from your site.               We bought three sarees in amazon. They had sent us wrong sarees that's why we have asking for refund amount. But they told that refund process has been done successfully.               i am not sure whether amazon is going to reply you/solve your query here as their customer satisfaction rate is pretty low in this site.

              The best thing you can do is to call the AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER and inform them directly/ask them your query .
              Am pretty sure they'll resolve your issue within 48 hours. Good luck!

Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                        After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                        I have put wrong card name due to which after completing payment and balance cut from my account my account get blocked on amazon.in. I tried various channel to unhold my account but no resolution received. My order value is 3.5 lacs approx. And no solution received from amazon. Please unhold my account.                         i am a very old customer of amazon and did shopping many times but last year my account was hacked and unable to access my account after resetting password many times even sending a complaint many times i was unable to regain access to my account.

                        1. my amazon upi is working fine
                        2. my amazon merchant account is working and setup fine
                        3. I have also valid amazon pay icici credit card linked with this account.
                        4. When I use my credit card issued by amazon i am also getting cash back in the same account.
                        5. but i am always getting a message my account is temporarily on hold pls contact customer care.

                        i have done kyc provide all my legal and genuine proofs i still don't know why my account is on hold and i really fed up keep on calling your company didn't get any resolution of that whether u will continue block my amazon account but it is my right to use cashback of my credit card which i am getting in same account whether i will not use this account for shopping but my amazon pay should work like recharge and pay bills which cashback i am getting in this account that is my problem.i currently have 1159 rs in pay account. my mobile number [protected] whether u can visit to home or office or verify anything i am genuine person and never breach and kind of law but its really makes me upset that my account u put on hold without any reason whether u check location of last one year where my account has been used u will come to know about truth. for your reference i am sending u screen shots of my account as well as my id proofs so that u will help me to get this problem resolved as soon as possible whatever things or verification or documents u want i can provide but dont harras me without any fault of reason by putting my name or number on google you can check my record online also what type of person i am .

                              I update Passbook Today. But no amount will be credited.
                              Amazon has processed a refund of Rs1288.32 on[protected] but it is not showing in my account statement.they have provide the authorisation code (refund reference number) for the transaction which is[protected].please process the refund of this amount

                                    I have ordered a levi's sneakers on 28/2/2019. The offer price is 989 rs. I have paid online. I got a delivery date 3rd march 2019. Before buy i checked my area delivery options by pin code. That time it show me the package is available in my pin code area but on the delivery time it say that my area is not available for delivery and my order is returned. I want compensation for mental harassment or send my order free of cost.

                                      I have bought alexly tf3 neckband from amazon on 12 dec 2018. It had a warranty period of 1 year. Sadly it stopped working from 2 days.. Only one side is working.. Please resolve my issue and help me with the warranty.. I have been continuously contacting.. But the number is not reachable.. And they are not responding on whatsapp also

                                        I purchased a dream palace leather gym hand gloves on 23/02/2019vide order no[protected]. The item was delivered on01/03/2019 but the item is inaccurate displayed in website. I wanted to return on next day. But when all steps are filled in last column continue is not activated. So how can i return. If it is continued then i will leave from this company.
