On february 6th, i submitted a complaint about a charge of $128.52 on my credit card which i did not ask for or authorize. I have heard absolutely nothing in response to this complaint as of today, february 20th. I am getting exceedingly irritated at your lack of communication in this matter. I am giving you another 5 days for some kind of response and then i will be going to go to the next level to file a formal complaint against your company. I do not believe my request is too much to ask. I will not forget or drop this matter as i am sure that is what you are hoping for. Your cooperation and professional consideration on this matter would be much appreciated

    I have ordered a Selfie q424 Selfie Stick with AUX Wire for All Smartphone (Metalic) on 12.02.2019 for rupees 99.00 with free shipping and the estimated date was between 1 march to 3 march 2019. On 19.02.2019 when contacted your customer care executive he told he as contacted the the seller and would try to delivery it as soon as possible.
    On 20.02.2019 at 12.30 am received a message that the product as been cancelled without intimating the customer. when contacting your customer care executive at 7.30 am he told he that the product is cancelled by the seller and he told me to order it again but now the cost has been increased plus additional shipping charges. when you giving any offers the customer will always try to avail the offers and now you say that my product is cancelled after so many dates. what is use of giving such offers and after few days cancelling it and telling it cancelled by seller. i am not concerned with the seller i had booked it amazon and want them send the product as soon as possible.

      I have ordered Electric blanket . and after checking it was not work as expected . So I have raise return request. And they have accept it and giving me below details.
      Pickup Tracking id : [protected].
      Return time : 5th Jan 2019, between 15:00 to 18:00.
      NO one is coming for pickup . I have contact them 2 -3 times in customer care. but still they are not pickup my order . Now they said window is expired and you need to courier it.
      Why should I courier it ? They need to pickup and refund my money .
      They have approved my return request .

        I ordered a samsung galaxy m20 phone on 12th feb 19 from amazon in flash sale after waiting for 40 mins on the app i got it. The delivery date estimated was showing 15th feb. The nest day on 13th feb my old phone got stolen and i had no choice but to wait till i recieve my new one. I did numerous calls to amazon customer care and told them about my problem still they just told me to wait and wait. I waited till 19th feb and still my phone did not arrive. 19th morning i called the customer care and talked to mr. Rahul senior escalations exec and he just simply says we couldnt deliver as it was misplaces or lost in transit we will refund you your payment. What i am a fool waiting for it for more than a week when i dont have a backup phone also with me and they just simply do this. This is how u treat a loyal amazon customer as well a prime member. Since 15th i am contacting them and also telling them that i can even voluntarily pick it just tell me the place or even give me a phone number. But it was my need so i think that is why i suffered amazon has many customer so if 1 is frustated then no worries right. Then you people use our money also for this much time and just cant even reply or give proper information. I want a compensation for this. If this is amazon's so called customer service that people are fond of then i need to tell them that theyre wrong and dont force a customer to go the wrong way and force u into things. Just respond and treat then rightly. I expect a urgent solution to this.

          I place my order on 6 feb 2019 the estimated delivery date is 12 feb to 16 feb but i never received my order till 19 feb 19, i contact amazon customer care frequently with my question about my order but everytime they are extend the time 24 hrs, my issues are never resolved till now so anyone can help me to get out from this.

            I ordered a watch on line : geonaute w 500 for the total cost of 2, 200 rupees. I received instead a kalenji watch which it costs 1200 rupees. I complaint and i was told that an investigation would have been carried out and i would have known the result. Meanwhile i have initiated the refund procedure which i hope will put and end to this dreadful experience. My main complaint is this : i still don't know what went wrong with my order. Will the seller be responsible for the mistake? Will he had to apologize and let me know about the mistake about the wrong watch and the surcharge of 1000 rupees? Could you please share with me the outcome of your investigation and apologize about my dreadful experience with you as i had to invest a lot of time and energy!

              Today morning I got one SMS from your end informing about the delivery status i.e., "Arriving early: Kayos Botanicals Antifungal Soap with Tea Tree Oil & Neem - Body Wash Foot Soak for.. will be delivered today. Track: http://amzn.in/d/3TcBVpc.
              I haven't received SMS which furnishes agent mobile no. As well as PIN.
              None of your staff member has not been called me. More over it's showing that product is delivered and signed by me which has not been done. Where is my ordered product ? Where is the PIN and agent no.? I need confirmation and revert for this mail on top priority.

              I ordered a ucb slippers frm amazon on 1st December but size was small so i refunded it on 6th December they are saying that the refund has been initiated on 9th December and completed by 15th December but i still haven't received my money back they constantly keep on saying ask your bank but bank says they haven't received my refund amount

                I have purchase table drill from amazon by making payment of 4950 through indian bank dabit card. I have cancell the item and amazon initiated refund an my account on 18/02/19. Refund reference number of[protected] they even shared transaction i'd on my request. I visited branch for solution and they contacted bill desk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank branch. So l have an solution. Please helf refund my balance.

                  I have ordered a coat, from amazon, and the name of the seller was indeals, which was a chinese seller, due to delay in the delivery i cancelled the order on 27th of january, but today its 19 of feb, and there is no response from amazon or the seller end. I called so many times, but there is not a satisfactory response from the amazon customer support representative, please take an action on it, you guys cant make fool to people, or stop taking items from the sellers, that you cant handle. Improve your service, this was not expected from amazon.in. Kindly do the needful.

                    The app says that they delivered the package with order no[protected] but i haven't received any package yet. The package was apparently delivered on 10th february but i didn't receive any call or message from the delivery man that day. It's been 8 days. I tried registering a complaint in the app but i couldn't do it. I hope you take a action and refund the amount soon.

                        On 22.12.2017 i have refunded one item ahich was purchsed from amazon and after receivng back the said item amazon has refunded the amount in amazon pay balance.

                        That thereafter on 22.12.2018 suddenly amazon has forfeited the balance amount of rs. 150.48 stating that the amount so refunded is a gift.

                        Now the question is that i have spent certain amount for purchasing a product and after that due to some bonafide reason i have returned the said product and after returning the said product can the seller say that the refund amount is a gift from the seller and can forfeit the said amount after certain time?

                          I ordered Targert Jipmer Book by arun babu Book (A set of volume 2&3) The total amount is Rs.1410. I paid amount of Rs. 1260 through Indian bank Debit card and remaining Rs.150 Through amazon pay balance. I ordered it on Feb 1 and Cancelled the order on Feb 3. Refund was initiated on feb6.                               Hello team,
                              It regards my cashback for the product which i purchased in august month, as per amazon terms and conditions i should receive cashback on or before 31st december but it didn't happen.

                              I approached customer service for multiple times, for every instance they will say different strange reasons to escape for that moment but i never got proper response and never had accurate information.

                              Soon after filing complaint with amazon service asked me to wait for week days of time, post week they said it has been refunded, if it is refunded it should reflect in statement, i cross checked and called back to them they asked me to share bank statements for that particular duration, i did which am not supposed to share confidential information, they asked me to call back after 48 hours, approached back after 2 days this time they conveying that the product which i purchased is not falling in the list of cash back offer, but it's false i had a proof, screenshot of products/cashback terms and conditions, once i shared that screenshot, they come up with one more lame reason to escape - they are throwing ball in icici banks court.. From amazon end they refunded but icici didn't credited to my account, i asked for reference or transaction id for this cash back which they are claiming that it's sent from amazon to icici, they denied and refused for saying transaction id cause they do not have it.

                              I have recordings too when i spoke with customer care of amazon. I need help for the above issue.

                              It's not only about cashback, but it's all about trust and hipe which they created towards customers to sell their products, don't they have trust on customers, everytime they were asking for screenshots or proofs, i did and i shared what ever they asked me to do, still i never had proper response.

                              I need my amount back which they are promised to pay me back and it's been more than 45 days still am following up with them but never ever i received a call or message or mail from amazon about this case. It shows how much they are interested to resolve customers issue.

                              I was charged two times for amazon Prime . the $12.99 is the charge for the month and it was charged on 1/20 and also on1/23. would you please rectify this by a refund.. Reference number for 1/20 was 8656 and for 1/23 was 5159.

                                Amazon has billed me for a item, i didn't order, and they have no records, on this date of jan 22, 2019 of the charge of $13.88. They give me the records on what i have ordered, in jan. And all is correct but the jan 22, 2019 they have no records on this, but still have charged me for something.. I pay my bills, and am willing to listen to them about this but i can't even get to first base, with them to get help if they won't help me with this, then i have no other option, but to quit using amazon..                                   This is regarding my last order, the person who came for delivery was extremely extremely rude. When the parcel came home, no one was there at home except my domestic help who didn’t have enough money to pay for the parcel. Neither i was in position to do online payment so requested the guy to come again later. This guy was extremely rude to me over the phone as well as created a scene at my house causing lots of commotion here.
                                  I want strict action taken against him and expect you to keep me posted about the same. Unfortunately i do not have his no with me but his phone no is -‭+[protected]‬.

                                        I have ordered an item from amazon order no.-
                                        [protected], and product is-"ekam musical - harmonium - 3 1/4 octave, double bellow, 39 keys, 7 stopper, bass - male reed with cover", when i received the order it was totally different and also defective and has many issues. Then i contacted customer care of amazon they told me that they gonna investigate the matter, but after investigation they came to a conclusion that the product can not be returned and told me to contact seller and require an email from seller that he accepts the return then only they can make the return request but after showing them required mail proof they refused to accept it and finally they are not returning the product. The seller is ready to take the return but amazon is not doing anything. I need return of the product please take legal action against amazon.
