I had returned 'eureka forbes super clean' costing rs 2499
But as per amazon they have refunded the amount in bank account on 24.01.2019 under rrn no.[protected] which is not reflected/credited in my bank account.
Repeatedly called to amazon customer care provided me with same answer that refund has been done check with your bank. And while checking with bank they says that they have not received any refund related to it.
Kindly help me and provide me ways to get my refund.

      Order #[protected] havells jio 1000-watt dry iron (Blue).

      I was unavailable at home when the package arrived.
      Delivery person marked the product as delivered. When i asked the amazon customer care, they said trouble ticket was launched to locate the product. Then they said investigation has been raised for the same.

      After almost 8-10 days, now they are saying that investigation has been closed. They see my signature on the invoice copy.

      Now what?

      Background case -
      I did some investigation from myself. I got the mobile number and vehicle number from watchman's register. I called the number, that delivery boy said -
      "sir, aapke iron ka box missing hai aur thode se scratches hai. Chalenga kya? Aap return ke liye request daal do."

      I said - "deliver me the product. If i don't have the product then what shall i return back?"

      He said yes and done nothing.

        I have bought one plus six mobile from amazon on 12th october 2018 with acko screen protection insurance plan.
        In december the mobile screen got damaged as it was under warranty i checked for the invoice (As you know amazon provides the invoice online) from my order details. I took the printed invoice to the service center and there i got to know that the imei number mentioned in the invoice is not matching with the product.

        Then right away i have raised a complaint with the service center and then the story continues as it is

        I have initiated this request on 10-dec-2018 by calling customer care.
        They asked me to provide the correct imei details and i have replied in the mail.
        Later i got an email mentioning to contact the seller directly for invoice.
        So i did follow the process and contacted the seller on 11-dec-2018
        Seller replied on 19-dec-2018 saying they cant provide a revised invoice only amazon can provide that.
        20-dec-18, amazon customer care confirmed they will provide the revised invoice as the order was amazon fulfilled.
        On 22-dec-18 again i have been told i have to wait for 4 more working days
        I called on 26-dec-18 asked to wait for 24 hours
        Called again on 2-jan-2019, asked to wait for 24 - 48 hours.
        4-jan-19, asked to wait for 4 days over
        10-jan-19, they accepted their fault and i received hand written invoice from amazon and i informed to approach insurance company. Acko insurance company informed that they didn't receive such information from amazon. Please ask amazon to inform us.
        Again i insist to amazon to inform acko for invoice revision.
        And they asked to wait for 24 hours
        13-jan-19, called, he told to wait for 24 hours (Harshad) and he will definitely help me.
        When i contacted on 18th january, i was being told complaint has been raised for this issue and wait (Spoke with abhishek)
        Called again on 24th january, they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
        Contacted again on 26nd january (Spoke with aruna) she told they have escalated it to the higher level.
        Contacted on 29th january they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
        Contacted again on 31st january they told they have escalated it to the higher level and still today no response from amazon.

        This is how the service from a global organization which advertises everyday in social network and tv claiming they are the best customer service provider.

          I purchased one plus 6t mobile phone ₹37999 from amazon on 24/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 25/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute case with order no.[protected] but customer service and is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
          Same behaviour by branch also.
          Please help me

            Actually i purchased a product namely nexoms electric water tape costing rs 2699 from amazon after receiving the product it didn't function and in the mean time i returned the product to the hub. After receiving the product they are not willing to pay the amount back. Now i request ur kindself to do the need full and act on it because they didn't behave well and didn't respond properly as its the accuse to customer behaviour.

              I have ordered yamaha trbx174 trbx electric guitar which cost me rs 14919.19
              But i have recieved a non electric guitar. Amazon is cheating with their customers. I called customer service, they are saying we cannot replace the product we can give you refund.. My question is how can they be so irresponsible why can't they stop taking services from this seller.. They should suspend this seller. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.. Amazon guys are deleting my reviews against the product and they are not responding for my mails or any other communications aswell. This is like a mafia who is looting their customers bravely. I have initiated my refund for this product. I want compensation and i want this seller to be suspended for selling fake products.

                My name is kalpana i order a tshirt on amazon but it is too big in size... I requested to return it.. I called many times on amazon but my return package has not been picked up till now... Pick up executive refused to come to my location.
                He want me to come to his location.. He did not attempt to pick up my return at all.. I called many times on amazon but my problem is not resolved yet. Even after 18 days my return is not picked up..

                  I have three problem which has been not solved you.
                  1) there are two orders which i am not able to return, as account is uphold because of otp generated and i pressed wrong button so return these products, wanna pick up by you soon. Order last digits are

                    I ordered photron p10 wireless bluetooth speaker on 19 th jan 2019. Than i found a better deal on amazon so i cancelled this one. I suppose to receive my refund back in 2-5 business days. But i haven't received my money yet. I am continuously trying to contact to them but i haven't get any convencing answer from them. I also contect to bank they also just saying that they haven't received any refund. Please try to help me and please help me to get out of these. Order amount is rs 649.

                      As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 23 jan 2019 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                        I added money rs. 1139 and rs. 1258 through my credit card account to amazon pay to purchase online.
                        1) i ordered item of rs. 1139.00, which was not in stock with amazon, and they didn't supply. I was cancelled this order due to non availability of stock.

                        2) i ordered item of rs. 1259.00, received and return to amazon, due to not as expectation.

                        Both amount credited by amazon in my account on 15th and 16th january 2019 respectively.

                        I was requested to amazon to reverse amount to my card account, from which i paid. They agreed for that.

                        I phoned many time to amazon to reverse, they given false commitments that, money will be reverse in 7 days, then says money will be reverse in 15 days, again ther says it will take more 5 days, but money not reverse / refund to my credit card account.

                        Today 01/02/2019 i again call to amazon and they revert call back and says that they are unable to return / refund. Call was attended by ankita. I insist to record call for future communication.

                        Now i want my money back. Amazon force to me to use money to buy product form them.

                          I am not able to re open my account of amazon while i had to return two products also other refund has not been done yet. While they cheated with me many times still i cooperated in half money of two coats and they said within 24 hours i will get solution and my account get open but still no result. I am fed uo bev of their cheat. Olz help me and because by mistake otp problem was there on my phone again and again so i was uphold by amazon but they said not to worry you will get it on soon but nothing done

                            I have ordered three items(powerbank, headset, memory card) on 20th Jan 2019.order I'd[protected].on the very nextday[protected]I order was cancelled by me because of lag of time.in the above said products, payment of memorycard was refunded.refund of headset was issued on 22th jan and powerbank issued by 30th Jan.but I didn't get refund.when called amazon customer care they replied that it was refunded.they have also send that, if it was not refunded properly contact with bank.bank officials(sbi) said that any transaction were happened.
                            I have a fruitful relationship with amazon app.I through the regular customership.but these kind of insufficiency in your service.will make problems to your customers.hence kindly may refund the payment of the products orderd by me.

                                  I purchased sky bag rupee=1758/- from amazon on 20 jan 2019 and done full payment by debit card but order misplace/any reasons on 21 jan 2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank.                                     I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] and amount is 259. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 29 of jan abut still i have not received it.

                                    Recurring charge of 13.09 on credit card. Do not know what this charge is for. Please delete as this is unauthorized.' Ordered from Amazon for first time in 2018. Was not aware of any recurring charges. Would like explanation and charges terminated. items ordered were received as ordered. Please refund to card and terminate any charges scheduled.

                                      Its been 2 months still you are not solving the issue...

                                      Are you trying to cheat customers are do you think customers are fool...

                                      please use little brain before you reply(do not reply standard format)

                                      For the low IQ executives of Amazon or those who are trying to cheat I am giving detail explanation

                                      there are no offers currently for oneplus 6t which cost is 41999

                                      If i choose total down payment through card I need to pay 41999(see attachments amz14)..if i return i need to get same amount refund

                                      As there is no cost EMI available which mean you are not charging interest which i can pay for 6 months i have opted for that (see attachments amz13)

                                      The 41999/6 which will make in to 6999.83 this does not mean that you are not giving any discount to me...

                                      I am paying the same amount to you through card in 6 months

                                      Similarly see attachments amz5 amz6 amz7 where i have paid 39950 towards phone but you have paid me 38000 so remain interest 950 you need to pay me as i have returned the phone...

                                      If the interest which was applied need to bear by me then also you need to give me 1000 rs as on that day i got 1000 amazon pay balance which you have deducted ...as you need to apply both promotions

                                      Or i will as HDFC to reverse the transaction or i will pay 38000 which i returned send me the phone

                                      do not try to cheat customers with your trics

                                        Financial frauds dept & consumer court of India,

                                        subject: Amazon is not giving complaint number so we can't go through judiciary system & they are making big financial frauds using small amounts.

                                        Resp Sir/madam,
                                        I ordered product of 2443.80₹ on 30dec 2018. After that seller gave me fake tracking id & amazon accepted it in our further conversations. Amazon also declined my request of providing complaint number, so that as per indian law i can file for case after 60 days. they denied help even i narrated them the law. after many calls later at 25 jan 2019 they told me my money is refunded but stuck in sbi server.. they just gave me 6 digit reference number.. now not SBI nor Amazon is helping me..

                                        again when i cancelled 2nd order which i ordered on 22jan, i pleaded them to transfer my refund amount in amazon wallet but they refused with very arrogantly and gave me one more 6 digit code claiming that transaction is stuck in sbi server... now once again not SBI nor Amazon is helping me.. & Amazon refused to give formal complaint number...

                                        Please help me get my money back as well as give hard lesson so that amazon can't underestimate "Consumer Law Of INDIA"
