And two orders whose last digits 5950 fast track specs blue and brown colour you have taken back and said to refund still not gave and secondly 0701 i didnt get courier charges yet. What the hell is this. Kindly help me in this reagrding

    I have placed an order for samsung m20 on 11-feb-2019. I am facing issue like hanging on scrolling, sensitivity issue so i use return policy for that reason. I also compare my phone with other m20 it will work good than my phone. Amazon supervisor said there is no problem and give rudely answer and before coming he call me and ask me to i will come or not that's not question and he is teach me how to use phone. I am also technical person i also know what's problem in my phone. And supervisor said that you can go samsung care. If i am available to go samsung care so why should i by anything from you site???
    Please give me proper solution for my phone.

          I purchased mobil super 3000 5w40 from amazon.in. Paid extra charges for speedy delivery, as service was due. Product delivered in time. But when i checked the packed date after unboxing the package, i found that printed date on label was not matching with that printed on the bottom of bottle. Thats means the packing is not a genuine one. I complained to amazon on 10 feb itself but no resolution of complaint from their end. I then mailed to the manufacturer exxonmobil lubricants private limited, (4th floor, building 10-c, dlf cyber city, dlf phase 2, sector 24, gurugram, haryana 122002) at

One person called you deposit rs. 1650 for uniform.

              Madam/ sir,

              I, aditya madhab mohanty, working in indian overseas bank as manager, received a call yesterday (21.02.2019) at 1.55 pm from an unknown no.in truecaller app, the no. Was showing as amazon.

              After receiving the call, the caller informed me that he is mr. Raj sinha from amazon and in amazon ecommerce site, my name has been shortlisted among 5 other customers for a gift scheme, in which i have to buy 5000 rs. Of product from amazon to get the gift. I denied saying that i know it is a fraud call and i am disconnecting. Then the caller told me, that i belong to amazon and this is not a fraud call. To confirm that, he told me my registered mail id, my registered mobile no., my registered address in amazon along with all purchases i have made in last 1 month.

              Surprisingly, when today (22.02.2019) i called on the first mobile no. I. E. [protected], a lady picked up the call saying welcome to amazon. How may i help you.

              It means their fraud operation is still on and many other people may become victim. But what is more scary is our important information is not safe with amazon and is being leaked to fraudsters. Yesterday, after receiving the fraud call, when i called amazon customer care and informed them the same, they denied to take any responsibility and told it is not possible.

              Below is the details of the fraudster account, which he gave to transfer money to claim the gift.

                Hi i am a prime customer since 2015, recently did kyc for amazom pay emi and it's been activated after the kyc is verified, on 20th feb i purchased a laptop in amazon using amazon pay emi and the amount is debited, i received sms also that order placed successfully and email too i received.

                After few minutes i received an email from amazon [protected]@amazon.in below is the email which i got.

                I don't understand as i was purchasing the items from past 4 years i never faced this thing, when first time i used the payment method as amazon pay emi, which amazon's payment only, what billing address will be there for this, and on what basis they can hold my account.

                I made call to the customer people around 5 times, spoken with the escalation team, the same day on feb 20th, i had sent my bank statement and my adhaar, pan card scan copy which are used for amazon pay emi kyc.

                I was told that i will get a call back or an email but till today i haven't received any mail at least it's minimum commonsense to reply an email saying that they received my documents as acknowledgement, nothing i haven't received, when i even make call to the customer care the same story they are saying we don't have any details they need to reply, how days they will take to reply.

                Just they are wasting my time and messing me up, without any reason.
                I sent an email to cis of amazon also no reply, i thought company had some standard values, but by this i hope it is worst than ever not giving minimum value to a customer who is prime member from past 4 yrs.

                I want someone to resolve it immediately.

                          It was a hell of experience ordering on amazon.in.

                          Yesterday, i had ordered grocery products thru amazon.in, and paid 1507rs thru credit card..

                          And today, they delivered single order in 3 shipments which is quiet funny.

                          Order #[protected]

                          And what terrible part is, they delivered damaged products and extremely old products.

                          And when i informed them about my concern, they did nothing except taken care of feedback of mine and wasted my time too over a phone call..

                          They actually cant do anything unless someone filed a case against them..

                          I asked them to refund my money, they said products is non returnable. We won't refund you back..

                          Amazon is not a trustable company at all, and not a user friendly too.

                          As i've lost 1507rs just because of their pantry fraudness...

                          Because they delivered me more than 2 months old packet of fortune atta which has an expiry period of 3 months only, aashirwad atta packets were completely torn, and last fortune soyabean packets ruin my entire order due to their horrible packaging.

                          Before that, i personally sent an email regarding fresh products, but in return you can see here..

                          I'm attaching all screenshot of it below.

                          Before that order, i had faced a lots of trouble earlier where they assured me about order 5 times, and finally ended up cancelling my order.. Also they assured me that we are only selling upto date products.. But in reality, they are fooling us completely by giving old product with overpriced rates..

                          Request you to take an action against such fraudster company where they have been selling damaged and old product, and refusal to refund money...

                            I had ordered 3 nos. of books at the cost of Rs.910.00 against Amazon order id[protected]. But I have been delivered only 1 out of 3 books only. I asked for delivery of the remaining books. They stated the return of the item can only be initiated from their end and the amt. of Rs.910 will be refunded.
                            Till now I have been contacting the customer service but only assurance is being provided for collection of the item to be returned. But, no one has appeared for collection even though necessary details have been mailed to the concerned agency by me in response to the query raised by them.
                            The collection of the item was scheduled to be on 18.02.2019 but no one has appeared till now.

                                On february 6th, i submitted a complaint about a charge of $128.52 on my credit card which i did not ask for or authorize. I have heard absolutely nothing in response to this complaint as of today, february 20th. I am getting exceedingly irritated at your lack of communication in this matter. I am giving you another 5 days for some kind of response and then i will be going to go to the next level to file a formal complaint against your company. I do not believe my request is too much to ask. I will not forget or drop this matter as i am sure that is what you are hoping for.                                   I have ordered a Selfie q424 Selfie Stick with AUX Wire for All Smartphone (Metalic) on 12.02.2019 for rupees 99.00 with free shipping and the estimated date was between 1 march to 3 march 2019. On 19.02.2019 when contacted your customer care executive he told he as contacted the the seller and would try to delivery it as soon as possible.
                                  On 20.02.2019 at 12.30 am received a message that the product as been cancelled without intimating the customer. when contacting your customer care executive at 7.30 am he told he that the product is cancelled by the seller and he told me to order it again but now the cost has been increased plus additional shipping charges. when you giving any offers the customer will always try to avail the offers and now you say that my product is cancelled after so many dates. what is use of giving such offers and after few days cancelling it and telling it cancelled by seller. i am not concerned with the seller i had booked it amazon and want them send the product as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered a samsung galaxy m20 phone on 12th feb 19 from amazon in flash sale after waiting for 40 mins on the app i got it. The delivery date estimated was showing 15th feb. The nest day on 13th feb my old phone got stolen and i had no choice but to wait till i recieve my new one. I did numerous calls to amazon customer care and told them about my problem still they just told me to wait and wait. I waited till 19th feb and still my phone did not arrive. 19th morning i called the customer care and talked to mr. Rahul senior escalations exec and he just simply says we couldnt deliver as it was misplaces or lost in transit we will refund you your payment. What i am a fool waiting for it for more than a week when i dont have a backup phone also with me and they just simply do this. This is how u treat a loyal amazon customer as well a prime member. Since 15th i am contacting them and also telling them that i can even voluntarily pick it just tell me the place or even give me a phone number. But it was my need so i think that is why i suffered amazon has many customer so if 1 is frustated then no worries right. Then you people use our money also for this much time and just cant even reply or give proper information. I want a compensation for this. If this is amazon's so called customer service that people are fond of then i need to tell them that theyre wrong and dont force a customer to go the wrong way and force u into things. Just respond and treat then rightly. I expect a urgent solution to this.
