Dear team.
I have ordered the redmi note 6 pro (Red, 64gb (6gb ram) in exchange of my old red mi note 5 pro, ordered on 25th jan 2019 and i have received the wrong part on 29th jan 2019, i returned the wrong shipped part which was sent from amazon, i also, waited for the new part delivery but the replacement was not intiated may be of out of stock, so i finally cancelled the order because of amazon mistake why customer has to suffer, till today my refund is not intiated and i am fed up with following up with customer care. @ present i am not having my old smart phone nor new ordered phone nor funds to buy another phone. Totally frustrated with amazon prime.
