    I had purchased a book from amazon which has been either delivered to wrong address or had not been delivered. The same day i asked amazon to see the matter but they were saying wait for 2-4 days. After that they said they can't do anything as it's not amazon fulfilled order and hence seller also denying the claim. Now i want refund.

      I ordered an iphone x on amazon on feb 21st and got it delivered on feb 23, 2019, the phone was dead out of the box and wasn't turning on, upon calling, they kept asking me to charge phone for 3-4 hours and then call back, after charging they told me to visit apple service centre and show it to them and get a report. I went and took report and mailed it to amazon, then they told me to book an service agent from amazon as well, who will visit only after 48 hours. Now they are making excuses and saying this is apple policy and we can't help etc.
      I have been cheated by amazon as the phone looks old and is intentionally given at cheaper rate to harass customers with dead phone and then make them cry for help.

        Today i. E 24/02/2019 received chicco baby body lotion from amazon. I didn't notice shipping label was torn and package was already opened and closed with white cello tape when i am taking delivey. After noticing immediately called customer care about the same, no proper response. They are saying product is not returnable so we can't help here. How can amazon be so irresponsibility about consumer. I have doubt that which i have received is a duplicate product. Can you please help me to get item replaced or refund?

        They are asking me to prove that product is fake / duplicate, how can i prove?

        I forwarded same image to amazon, they said i am not able to view where amazon prime tape is torn.

          I placed an order for my mother and ever since she have been charged 13.90 per mo. She is on a fixed income. Please stop these withdrawals.
          It started on 8-23-18/ 9-23-18/ /10/23-18/12-24-18/and 1-23-19.
          I need to be refunded the full amount 69.50 + any more withdrawals and theses charges stopped.
          I ordered a thermostat cover. It was to large and had to return it to amazon with the return slip. I reordered another one and that is when the charges started.
          I could use your help. Thanks

I have recurring payment that have showed up on my statement for the last two months i need to know what it is for, can you give me some information oh how i can fine out what it's for.               Hello this is vinoda gunnam i'm the customer of andhra bank i had pending refunds that are supposed to be credited into my account by now but not happened. You are misleading customers by giving reference number to the merchant sites and not processing them to customers account something fishy is happening with andhra bank.

                In early january i registered my kindle and amazon offered prime for a free 30 day trial period, i am not interested and deleted the email but no reminders were sent before they started taking money for a service i don't want and would like the amount of $14.22 refunded back to my checking account. It was taken out on the 31st of february and i just became aware of it.

                    I buy a Bluetooth earphone of Rs.469 and after it is damaged and not useful I replace it. And after again amazon replace a earphone but this is also not useful. And after I decided to returned request of this package 10feb, 2019. Amazon pick it on 15 feb, 2019. But the amzon did not my refund till now.

                      My daughter jyoti bansal working as deputy branch manager in bank (Shipping address). On dated 21/02/2019 when she received delivery in bank and opened the box in front of her staff, she found multiple boxes within main box but laptop was missing. Myself (Dharm brat bansal) working as manager in ntpc. I have purchased this laptop for official purpose. After official declaration laptop will be ntpc asset. Ihave requested to amazon if you have any doubt from my side please follow following steps.
                      1:please send investigation team in bank (Shipping address) and take a statement from bank staff (Witness) also because box was opened in front of staff. I have also suggested yesterday.
                      2:first amazon should conform from our side. If they are satisfied then they should refund the amount or delivered same product.
                      3:for amazon system loopholes customer should not be suffered.
                      4:i hope, in last they will not tell that it is customer responsibilities.

                      Just for your information :
                      1i have launch complaint in your customer care (They are very good person) and in consumer forum (Gravance no:1171057 https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/user/manage-complaints.php)
                      2 spreading awareness in social media so consumed can be protected.
                      3they blocked my number so now we can not communicate

                          And two orders whose last digits 5950 fast track specs blue and brown colour you have taken back and said to refund still not gave and secondly 0701 i didnt get courier charges yet. What the hell is this. Kindly help me in this reagrding

                            I have placed an order for samsung m20 on 11-feb-2019. I am facing issue like hanging on scrolling, sensitivity issue so i use return policy for that reason. I also compare my phone with other m20 it will work good than my phone. Amazon supervisor said there is no problem and give rudely answer and before coming he call me and ask me to i will come or not that's not question and he is teach me how to use phone. I am also technical person i also know what's problem in my phone. And supervisor said that you can go samsung care. If i am available to go samsung care so why should i by anything from you site???
                            Please give me proper solution for my phone.

                                  I purchased mobil super 3000 5w40 from amazon.in. Paid extra charges for speedy delivery, as service was due. Product delivered in time. But when i checked the packed date after unboxing the package, i found that printed date on label was not matching with that printed on the bottom of bottle. Thats means the packing is not a genuine one. I complained to amazon on 10 feb itself but no resolution of complaint from their end. I then mailed to the manufacturer exxonmobil lubricants private limited, (4th floor, building 10-c, dlf cyber city, dlf phase 2, sector 24, gurugram, haryana 122002) at

I applied supervisor post and i was sent soft copy of resume, photo, i'd proof, educational and experience documents, on 22nd feb.2019. I got a confirmation letter and one resource processing form amazon jobs from message and mail. I filled that form and replied that ([protected]@hiringamazon.in) mail. One person called you deposit rs. 1650 for uniform.

                                      Madam/ sir,

                                      I, aditya madhab mohanty, working in indian overseas bank as manager, received a call yesterday (21.02.2019) at 1.55 pm from an unknown no.in truecaller app, the no. Was showing as amazon.

                                      After receiving the call, the caller informed me that he is mr. Raj sinha from amazon and in amazon ecommerce site, my name has been shortlisted among 5 other customers for a gift scheme, in which i have to buy 5000 rs. Of product from amazon to get the gift. I denied saying that i know it is a fraud call and i am disconnecting. Then the caller told me, that i belong to amazon and this is not a fraud call. To confirm that, he told me my registered mail id, my registered mobile no., my registered address in amazon along with all purchases i have made in last 1 month.

                                      Surprisingly, when today (22.02.2019) i called on the first mobile no. I. E. [protected], a lady picked up the call saying welcome to amazon. How may i help you.

                                      It means their fraud operation is still on and many other people may become victim. But what is more scary is our important information is not safe with amazon and is being leaked to fraudsters. Yesterday, after receiving the fraud call, when i called amazon customer care and informed them the same, they denied to take any responsibility and told it is not possible.

                                      Below is the details of the fraudster account, which he gave to transfer money to claim the gift.

                                        Hi i am a prime customer since 2015, recently did kyc for amazom pay emi and it's been activated after the kyc is verified, on 20th feb i purchased a laptop in amazon using amazon pay emi and the amount is debited, i received sms also that order placed successfully and email too i received.

                                        After few minutes i received an email from amazon [protected]@amazon.in below is the email which i got.

                                        I don't understand as i was purchasing the items from past 4 years i never faced this thing, when first time i used the payment method as amazon pay emi, which amazon's payment only, what billing address will be there for this, and on what basis they can hold my account.

                                        I made call to the customer people around 5 times, spoken with the escalation team, the same day on feb 20th, i had sent my bank statement and my adhaar, pan card scan copy which are used for amazon pay emi kyc.

                                        I was told that i will get a call back or an email but till today i haven't received any mail at least it's minimum commonsense to reply an email saying that they received my documents as acknowledgement, nothing i haven't received, when i even make call to the customer care the same story they are saying we don't have any details they need to reply, how days they will take to reply.

                                        Just they are wasting my time and messing me up, without any reason.
                                        I sent an email to cis of amazon also no reply, i thought company had some standard values, but by this i hope it is worst than ever not giving minimum value to a customer who is prime member from past 4 yrs.

                                        I want someone to resolve it immediately.
