This is for the 2nd time, Amazon cheated me.
I didn't even got any call from delivery agent and it's showing as delivered.
I have contacted thrice to their customer care. Everytime they only requested me to wait for next few days and they promise that they will call back, but they will never call. and next time when I called them again other representative was available to take the call and she again started regretting for me...

Sir i didn't got my refund of gardiono purse. When i complained to your customers so their telling they got different product whereas i return my product because the purse was too small that was my reason than, how come u people got something else. I was buying lots of product from amazon india cash on delivery. Once i placed an order on my credit card from usa. They closed my account even for cash on delivery.
