I have online recharged which is unsuccessful i have paid 95rs. For recharge transaction on date 19 february 2019 through my mastercard i got notification from the bank punjab national bank but my recharge transaction not successful it is shown in amazon pay after this i called amazon services through the amazon application the he told me your transaction is refunded it will 4-5 days after this period your transaction money will be reflect on your account so i kindly request to you solve my this problem as soon as possible

At first I buy this device from amazon and after I return this but amazon did not refunded my balance of 469 Rs. I wants amazon refunded me this immediately

    I placed a pre-paid order on amazon on 18th feb and supposed to receive my order by 22nd feb.
    On 21st they updated tracking for out for delivery but never delivered the product and such instances occurs repeatedly.
    Since then after following up they assure to get it delivered in 24-48 hours but those hours never ends.
    Now they are not ready to provide replacement for order and i refuses to took refund after 10 days.
    I wish to have my products or double amount of my order so that they should get penalized and should not repeat the same mistake with others.

I call customer care and next day agent pick up my order (25.02.2019) and after two days my money is not refund in account then i call customer care and executive is telling me your refund is denny by amazon agent so please clearly the issue and refund my money.

        Today depivery boy called at 950 and i was driving i didnt pick up the call i called him back at 10:05 and he is shouting like i canceled ur order and u have to buk it again ... Whom should i deliver it to i[censored] didn't pick up the call.. the language is too rude ...plz take care of that kind of behaviour .. he is not having patience at all ...

          Please do not reply. Totally fraud company. Your investigation team not even contact at shipping address and taken unilaterally dicision. Your company have cheated rs 61500/- from me. Mr amit (Ceo) should resign if he is not able to plug loopholes in delivery system. You know billeniours facing insolvency due to looting innocent customer. You know each and every thing but unable to tell right things. Thousands of missing complaint can not fake.
          Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Please revers my monthly charge bac to me. I was charged three times since I ordered from Amazon. So I want my money back $12.99 for February, $12.99 for January and $12.99 for December 2018.

            Dear mr. Jeff and amit ji.
            My daughter jyoti bansal working as deputy branch manager in icici bank (Shipping address). On dated 21.02.2019, when she received delivery in bank and opened the box in front of her staff, she found multiple boxes within main box but laptop was missing. Myself (Dharm brat bansal) working as manager in ntpc. I have purchased this laptop for official purpose. After official declaration laptop will be ntpc asset. If you have any doubt from my side you may follow following steps.
            1:your investigation team may inquire in bank (Shipping address) and can take a statement from bank staff (Witness) because box was opened in front of staff.
            2:for your system loopholes customer should not be suffered.

            But sir, after 6 days, your investigation team did not contact at shipping address and refuse for any refund. What is the meaning of your organisation without ethics. I have lost rs 61500/- in your company. If possible please help me.
            Just for your information :

            There is no meaning to be worlds richest person without moral value of your company. Thanks and regard. If possible please help. Your investigation process is totally eye washed. Both of you should face legal action.

            By notified, you are improving your image.totally froud company.i have lost rs 61500/- in amazon.in.by innocent customer looting it's founder/ceo making worlds richest person.no moral value in company.
            I've ordered and cancelled Samsung M20 mobile in Amazon through Indian Bank on[protected] with Rs.9929.60. My money is not yet refunded. So let me know when it will be refunded as soon as possible.

              I, abhishek saha booked one order to m/s amazon india (Order no[protected] dated[protected] making full payment of rs.689. I made the payment using visa card ending *0001 (Tran id [protected] in towards amazon pay on[protected]. According to m/s amazon india to product was to be delivered within[protected]. But i received one popup message from m/s amazon india on 14th february 2019 that the "product may be delivered delay due to external factor". Now on 15th february i came to know from the tracking id[protected]Provided only till 16th february 2019) that "the product was lost by courier". I call the m/s amazon india from my registered mobile no.[protected] several times and send complain from my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com. Each and every customer care person misguided every time and told to wait another 7-10 working days. They are trying their level best to deliver the product, otherwise the paid amount against my product will be refunded. I asked them to give the reply by email registered to m/s amazon india account. They told that they could not give the reply via email but it was a verbal promise that they are still trying their level best as on 26th february 2019 at 11.30pm while i made last call to customer care.

              Why my product was not delivered in time and if not so why there was not a single email or any message about the reason of delay of the delivery. Apart from that the customer care executives harassed me making false promise.
              Now i demand my product intact and the compensation of delay and my harassment made by m/s amazon india several times.
              Here i attached my product purchase details and the tracking record provided by m/s amazon india.

              My name is Bhupesh, I order ordered Samsung Galaxy M 30 S mobile and the expected date of delivery was 04 Oct but still not received the product.

              1. Day 1 : Courier guy came to my place and he was not aware of scanning the product and take back the mobile.

              2. Day 2: Amazon app shows out for delivery then later false status the delivery attempted, when call to Amazon call center they mentioned - wrongly out that status.

              3. Day 3 : Again the guy is out for delivery, still waiting for delivery.

              Multipl call has been made to Amazon call center - same reply - we have filled the escalation form and sad part is mobile already factory reset - no much option as of now.

                  I ordered watch and made the full payment in advance, however product is showing delivered to me and signed by me. I never received the product and after complaint they told me to wait and i waited for 11 days and now they are saying they cannot do anything it is delivered to me. I asked them the proof however they do not have answer for that. I have posted the same incident on the facebook page, very unfortunate, nobody even responded that.

                    A refund of 357 rupees was successfully process on to my account

                    This a money should have been credited my sbi account by now but i have not received the refund til now

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also and dailed the state bank of main branch all the details many times including the unige transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved to problem no action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully process the refund.

                    Kaindly go through the charge dispute email.

                    Locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment process to locate the refund.

                      Sir i has applied for job in online they did call for me and told to pay security amount i paid then they send application form throw gmail told to fill and send scanned. I sended next they called told to pay amount for salary account opening in icici bank for 6000/- i paid next they told to pay for courier charges till now i paid of 30000/- now they called and send money for police verification to pay 3000/- they did not telling any details please tell sir this is fake job or true.

                        I have ordered a laptop from aws app and placed 3 order of the same laptop.
                        Out of then 2 orders were not placed successful due to payment issue and last order was successful placed..
                        After that i have directly call to customer service to ensure 3 rd order placed and i get laptop without any issue. The guy from aws also agreed that it was placed and the order will be delivered by xx day.

                        As of sudden when i was checking order in app, the order was not showing and when i called to aws, they asked your order cancelled..

                        How is it possible when app was showing everything till 2 days and as of sudden it's cancelled..

                        After taking follow-up 5 times, i am not getting any useful responce from aws team and even few days teaching me wrong things.

                        This is really not acceptable from aws because i have placed order with the trust and that time i was getting the laptop from other apps as well and not i have lost my extra money as well.

                        Really wrost experience i have ever got...

                          I have ordered 4 items of amount rs. 3000 /- which already paid from amazon on february 1, 2019.
                          1 out of 4 is received but 3 out of 4 are not received. But in my amazon account shows all items are delivered but i did not received any orders and no body call me to receive these orders.

                          When i called to customer service and raised a complain against it they told me that investigation will take time and in between you will be contacted for the updates and your issue will be resolved till 20 february.

                          After long time waiting when i called to customer care the said "investigation is done and we can not do anything else, either refund or return". This was very disappointing what experienced first time.

                          I also asked if orders are delivered please let me know my signature or any proof but they (Shivani one of the representative, she is very rude)

                          Please review and try to resolve and teach them a lesson if it is happening with me, probably others might be treated same which is not good.

                            $13.93 charges to checking with authorization for this service. Please return all $13.93 charges back to checking account 011334. Each month this amount is taken from my checking account. I did not buy the amazon prime. I am asking for refund of all amounts not used for a purchase. This has happened in the past and i did receive a refund very promptly and appreciate that.

                                  I have a random charge of $12.99 on my card which i did not authorize. It lists amazon prime, and then has amzn.com/bill wa underneath. I ordered a shirt, and some books, but nothing for $12.99. This is quite frustrating, and i would like this charge removed, and an explanation as to why it is there in the first place. I have never had any issues before, and always speak very highly of amazon, which is why i am very surprised at this charge. Please contact me, so that this issue can be resolved.

                                    I had booked the subject order with 2 products a wallet and a bottle. I just got the bottle and the package was mishandled it clearly shows on the picture the paper package was tampered and invoice was torn on it attached are images and the paper package was further covered on a plastic cover. I had called the delivery guy who said may be wallet will come under separate package but after opening the package I found both products invoice inside the same moment I called their call centre and raised a complaint they have been denying the claim as per attached email please take urgent action. As after raising the complaint I already booked the order again for the wallet need the original refund asap

                                      On line I ordered for 8 pieces of Duracell AA chargeable batteries and paid by credit card. On 15/02/19 I had SMS as if I have been delivered with my ordered consignment. I have not received it.. My order no was[protected] dated 12/02/2019 at Amazon India The tracking I’d was[protected] the anticipated time of delivery as per their mail was 22/02/2019 At the Amazon web site I could not find out the Mail I’d to make a consumer complaints and hence here with you for favour needful being done at your earliest convenience Thank you sir

                                        On 24/2/19 my amazon buyer account was blocked stating that my use of the payment card supplied was not authorized by the cardholder. Which is not possible. I am the card holder. I don't know who they are talking to. Incidentally my old debit card was blocked as the bank automatically issued a new debit card. Now I think because of this action from the bank my previous registered debit card caused the problem. Having communicated the problem to the amazon social media team, consumer team and account specialist, there has been no adequate response from the team. There has been a misunderstanding from the amazon team and they are not helping me to resolve the issue. I am a member of amazon prime, with audible subscription and kindle purchases. Despite being an ethical loyal customer, i have been treated with willing negligence.
