I have attached all the photos to my previous email. The pantry order i received this time did not have a box. All the items were just put in a plastic bag.
At the time of order it was never stated that no box.
This time i thought of switching the phenyl i use to Prsto as I have great faith in Amazon in house brands but imagine my dismay when the entire order as delvered with Prsto phenyl spilt all over the products.
Even the edible products have phenyl on them. The presto bottle was damaged and has leaked all over my order.
I tried for a resolution through your chat but person there is asking pics of phenyl spilt product, please understand that phenyl is transparent, when it spills on product you can’t see it in pic. I’m ready to return the products and your return executive can check that the products are sticky and smelling of the leaked phenyl.
Please don’t cheat customers like this and treat us like we are lying to get a refund of 2900 rs. I am deeply disappointed by the attitude of customer service on the chat. I tried explaining many times that the pics will look ok as the spilt phenyl cannot be clicked due to it being transparent and the stickiness in other products can’t be shown in photo.
How am i supposed to use any products that are covered with phenyl. Does amazon expect customers to eat unsafe products which has phenyl all over the outer packing.
I spent 2900 rs on this and this is my monthly grocery.
I need a complete refund. I am a regular amazon customer and i'm deeply disappointed with this service.

Really disappointing. Kindly find a resolution for a prime customer. I will never want to order anything from pantry again. I really regret at having ordered the amazon brand Presto, has I stuck to my previous brand all my groceries would be intact.
I am not even able to return this order. I have to post here to get a resolution because after many mails and chats to customer care my issue has not been solved. I cannot eat or use products on which phenyl has been spilt.
The chat agent said that it is waterproof packing, if it is so kindly send me validation and barrier properties of that packing material which states it protects the items inside it from phenyl spillage and my good items are safe to eat.
