Having by account number [protected] regarding not initiate my refund related to online shopping on date 19-12-18 for rs27299. Amazon, s customer representative gave me the refund reference number 114742 for the item but till now the amount was not credited to my account.
Please do resolve my problem assoon as possible...

I have purchased xiomi redmi 6 pro on emi of 990 rs per month on icici debit cards and its of 12 emi's. And first emi was autodebit from icici account of 1222 rs.
I want to know why this is extra charges are applied??
If this kind of emi is there then it will be around 4-5k extra charged to my handset. Which is quite expensive to me.
