They had put items for sales in the website on 22nd jan at midnight so i got hold of an order for rs 10/-. The order was confirmed and at 11:00 am i get a message saying order has been cancelled automatically. When i call them they say pricing issue thats why vendor cancelled the order. They are trying to play around with customers by saying great india sale. Order number is all this great india sale is crap i order an item for 10/- and 8 hours later it was auto cancelled order #[protected]

I have been charged $13.17 on my Visa charge card for the past 3 months from Amazon Prime Amzn.com/billWA. I have never ordered anything from Amazon ! I do not know if this charge was from India.Please check into this for me.

    I ordered a smart tv from amazon and got it delivered on the 20th jan and to my surprise the product screen was broken. I called and spoke to amazon india call center people who were extremely rude 👿. I then sent an email to jeff and someone from the executive desk called me and assured they she has returned and replace my tv will get my replaced product guaranteed delivered by the 23rd jan. However to my surprise i saw that the product will be delivered on the 24th jan and no one informed it to me. I work and i cannot skip one of my work because of amazon failure. I work from 11am till 9 pm and i am unable to receive product on thursday. I was promised the date of 23rd jan. The amount of mental stress that i have gone through is insane. A company that talks about being the most customer centric in the world is mentally and emotionally harassing customers. This has not happened with me for the first time with amazon. There has been multiple instances in the past where i amazon has created a mess for me. I have been a very long time amazon customer and spent lot of money on amazon. The kind of treatment that the call center people offer to the customer is insane. Amazon treats their customer as animals. Amazon has disrespected me and hurted me mentally. I have been given a sick treatment. Last time when amazon made a mess they assured me that it won't happen again. This has happened again. I think i must contact the consumer court and i must file a case. Please assist me to get my product any how on the23rd jan and i also demand a good amount if compensation because of the mental stress i have gone through. So far no help is being offered. I demand my product to be delivered on the 23rd jan and i also demand very good compensation because of the mental, physical and emotional stress i have been going through as i am writing this email. Very very very very very disappointed and mentally stressed. 🤢😢😢😢😢

    I received a call from you executives desk and the person whom I spoke to wasn't helping me through. The man has all the excuses in the world. But he never tried to help me. I was never informed of delivery date change. As I already informed that I have work boundations I cannot take a work off on Thursday. The man on the phone hangged up on me with giving proper resolution. It was Amazon job to inform me of delivery date being changed. It has really been a very sorry state of affair that an organization who claims to be the earths most customer centric company is disconnecting the call on customer face. I have been talking to you guys since two days and my throat is damaged. I seriously consider filing a case against Amazon India. As I have informed that your people from the executive desk assured me that I will receiblvey stuff by Wednesday, if the date is changed due to any operational issue why would I care. I have paid money to you. I expect timely deliver. Why would I skip one day of my work because of your operational failure. As told in the earlier emails I cannot skip my work on Thursday. You must live up to your words. I have no doubt in saying that your service is pathetic. Your treat your customers as of they are animals. When you take money from your customers you consider the customer as God when it comes to service the customer becomes a dog. As I have already informed to you that this is not the first time Amazon has created mess. This is the third time in the row. I was promised last time that I will never face issues on the future, yet it happened. Every customer deserves respect. However, the man who called today was sounding like a robot as if he was reading a script. Jeff you are the richest man on the planet, may I ask you to answer why did this happened third time in a row. Your people are offering me a compensation of 250 INR as if I am a bigger. It really hurts when a long time customer has to face problems because of your operational failure. Jeff remember you being the richest man but you are not God. Time changes and it will change for you as well. I was expecting that the stuff will be sent to me by the promised date and I have recorded that call as well. But it seems you and amit agarwal have sold your souls against money. What if I spit on your face jeff and amit and say sorry. Will sorry cover up for that? You and your employees are shameless creatures. All you want is money, but you don't want to provide service to the customer. I have damaged my throat explaining things to your employees. Nobody wants to listen. They all have similar answers. No one wants to think out of the box to help an affected customer. You take money in one minute but takes your inefficient staff ages to sort out issues.

    Jeff and amit you both have became blind after you got money. I curse you both die badly. No one absolutely no one in your company wants to take time and think going extra miles to assist the customer. All you need is money.

    I am highly disappointed by the service which is being given to me in the last one year.

        Yesterday, i bought grocery products on amazon.in, in which i had ordered tata tea agni worth rs 109 as what mentioned in website.

        Today i received, shocking news is, mrp is only 100rs, and they charged me extra 18rs, as i had bought 2 quantity of it.

        Inform them to get my refund at earliest.

          I have ordered jeans and returned that but i haven't got refund so after 20 days i called customer care and come to know that they have not received same item.
          I have returned same item to currier boy and he cross checked properly. He said ok. And even amazon didn't informed me about this.
          I dont know where it is changed, please help to get my refund.

            As I have been ordered a product from amazon and have cancelled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 13/1/2019at 11.10pm and the reference no is 75503729014026192102462 .but amount has not been credited in my a/c till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

              I order 2 (Two) numbers of sports shoe on 11/1/2019 by pay on delivery vide order no.[protected] dated 11/01/2019 from amazon.in but during the time of delivery i open the box in front of delivery boy and found only one number in the packet. I also ask the delivery boy for returning the packet but he could not return the same. I already paid the amount to the delivery boy. Please look into the mater and solve the problem as early as possible from your end.

                I purchase product from amazon. on 31 dec 18. i pay through card and amount is deduct from my bank account but payment get failed. then i pay cash and i request to amazon customer care but still its my money not refund by amazon.
                Please refund my money which is 289 rs... As soon as possible... I reported to team amazon but they did not do anything till now... I am very disappointed to this rubbish services... Do something ☹️

                  I have valid emails from the customer service center regarding discount on mobile because it was their fault for not delivering the product when i had paid the entire amount for the phone.

                  Now, when i am placing the order, the customer service people are bluntly refusing to give discount stating it was a mistake from their side.

                  All email exchanges are sent from their team stating provision will be made for discount at the time of purchase. But, none of them are accepting it now.

                    Guys, the amazon has dedicted rs.699, which is supposed to be paid against my order, but the order is not placed/ comfirmed.

                    And the amazon service representative says that we dont not have any details for this deduction.

                    I made a payment for a 64gb pendrive during amazon sale, but the order not placed, and the balance got deducted. And when i called them they say that you have made this payment on 3rd party merchant..

                      I bought a smarttv from amazon and i received the product on the 20th jan 2019. I found that thetv screen is broken. Amazon is now not helping me at all.

                        I purchased ddr3 ram and when i recieved the item it was not working and i returned it back after one day. My amazon account showed refund would be sent on 3 to 5 working days.
                        It shows in my account that refund was sent to my jammu and kashmir bank account on 12 jan but till yet i didnt get my refund back. I have provided every detail in the photos.

                        I got a call after the complaint and they aksed me about order details and asked for pin and i got money deducted 1500Rs instead of credit.

                        I have not login into my account since yesterday. Yesterday I ordered a switshirt online but it is cancelled although I have paid full amount of this using BHIM UPI and and Amazon pay. I worried that it's refunded or not.

                          Not got cash back because of wrong information provided by customercare service of amazon. The cash back was already confirmed by the customer care executive via telecom and after placing the order the same was not received in full. For this i also communicated with customers care amazon again for my balance cash back but they just saying sorry about their mistake but didn't transfered my balance cash back amount.

                            I ordered a motherboard (Order id:[protected] and i waited and paid for it only to receive a different product. When i reached out to amazon regarding the same, they said i will have to wait for a week. This is a fault of the seller and they are forcing the customer to waste their valuable time and not take any action or even get a refund. The customer care is not willing to help one bit and when asked to forward the call to the concerned department. They are saying, there is no one in the entire amazon customer service who can help you with your issue. If amazon has to carry on with investigation as to where the product went or what happened to it, that is their course of action, why does the customer have to waste their precious time? The customer care also quoted that they have no compensation for time wasted. I have waited for the stipulated delivery date and paid the correct amount for my product. Then why am i at the receiving end of this mess. This is amazon's fault. I do not care where the package went whatsoever. I just want the product which i ordered and paid for. If amazon has delivered the wrong item, they should be on the receiving end. Last month i lost a lot of time due to amazon. I had ordered a motherboard (Order id:[protected] and paid for it. Waited two weeks and then amazon told me that the product was not in stock. They have no regard for customer's time whatsoever. They should at least compensate for the valuable time and money that they have wasted.

                            The same thing is happening with me now! They are so rude! I mean u are sitting with my money and you are giving us attitude!! My 4 days are in any case wasted and they still have no answer to their so called investigation!

                              I have ordered a gift pack but due to wrong shipping address i cancelled it as the payment was done i claimed for refund after 15 days customer care executive said the refund will be initiated within a week but was no done when the next time after one month i cantacted them they mis lead me with some wrong bank code and i equired about it nd complaint for the next time they promissed to refund tge money 2 months passed and the money is not refunded it seems that amzaon is lacking in its service and cheating their customer

                                    18 days over bt won't get refund money.. Many times called mailed bt
                                    No response. Today customer service told me u mailed our investigation dpt
                                    Cz they told u return another item.
                                    If product problem or another product gave their courier boy then delivery boy not kept that means not returned it cz their rule if there r any wrong item show then courier boy said to customer.. U call
                                    Our amazon customer care service
                                    Then how could they say this type of liar thing returned wrong item.. I returned same product cz size issue.
                                    Investigation dpt said u sent wrong another item and they not refunding money
                                    So plz check it and slove this problem

                                      I am amit kumarand i have a account in syndicate bank, branch - main branch patna, patna (Bihar) account number [protected]

                                      I have ordered a product online from amazon on 4 jan 2019. But due to certain reason order cancelled. Amazon returned my money on 11jan 2019 but it is not cerdited to my account.
                                      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected] amount of rupees 1950 deducted from my account. I am paid money in upi id number[protected]@paytm and add my own bank account

                                      Still mount is not credit in my account...
