I got 8 gorilla fans by seeing reviews, they told me i would save 1500 every year, the fan was sold to me at 3400 rs each, this is the cost of 2 ceiling fans now after running these fans the power saving factor is hardly 15 - 20% there are other account power fans available at half the cost in the market, these people are making public fools in the name of bldc technology and selling their fans for high price in india

    I have ordered a product on amazon. They have intiated refund for that but i still didn't get my refund. They said it will be refunded on[protected]. But i still didn't get my refund. They have given me a reference number. And they said that if i didn't receive your amount please contact bank customer care, you must not need to go to bank branch. But i still didn't get my amount though i have contacted indian bank customer care.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I was orrderd hp laptop by amazon as for rupees 19990, but i was cancelled my orderd and i got messege from hdfc bank your amount has been reversed from amazon your amount has been credited inyour account but still the amount didnt credited in my account

      Sir i paid 1400 rupees on amazon pay via billdesk for tata sky recharge on 16 january 2019, the amount was deducted from my amazon pay account but it was not updated/imbursed on my tata sky account kindly provide my refund, , , , , , , the transaction id is #P[protected] sir i have complained to tata sky about it, last time it took 5 minutes to update balance from amazon pay to tata sky but this time there was no sign of adding balance on my tata sky account, kindly look into the matter, i am sending apic of the transaction with this request, i will be highly obliged for this act of kindness of yours

        I ordered an item and recieved a message informing that it will be arriving on a particular day but in vain. Now itz past the delivery date and when i enquired about it i was told that it will be arriving on a particular day but it hasn't. Then again i enquired about the same and was informed that it will be arriving on another day. I have already paid for the item and this is the result! Atleat be kind enough to notify the whereabouts, which to be honest you are not doing. Kindly find me a solution for this. Its the 2nd time i am facing this. I have yet another item ordered will this be the situation then also?

        P. S - please don't dissapoint your customers or else you will be losing many customers soon.

          I was placed an online order from Amazon.in and Order Number[protected] dated 24th of December 2018.
          I supposed to receive Redmi 6A Gold Mobile handset. But instead of that I have received one plastic water bottle only which was order number[protected] dated 22nd of December 2018 and it's belongs to someone else .
          Above the box it is mentioned my order number[protected] and my address. But inside the box I received one plastic water bottle along with one invoice copy which is mentioned Aishik Paul, Invoice Number DEL58310639, order date 22.12.2018 and order number 404-[protected], amount 325.00 and address: Sripur badamtala, NORTH 24 PARGANAS, WEST BENGAL, 700130, IN.
          I tried to contact Amazon support team many times, first they said I will get an call from investigation team within 5th of January 2019. But I have not received any call. Then After 5th of January I called them to check what is the status, then they said I will get a call from investigation team within 11th of January 2019. But not received any call from investigation team nor Amazon team. After that I call them to check the current status, again they said I need to wait till 16th of January as investigation team still working on it and I will get a call from them.
          But today 16th of January 2019 I called them to check why I have not received any call from Amazon investigation team and what is the current status, they said that investigation has completed now and that mobile handset was packed properly and successfully delivered to me.

          It is cheating with me by Amazon.in and don't know how to get my money back or my mobile handset which was paid through online.

          I have downloaded my paid invoice from Amazon Portal as attached. and also please find attached wrong items images and wrong invoice copy which was received inside the box.

          Please help me on this topic.

            Indian bank account no..[protected]
            on 7th January, 2019, i made a payment of cesc through amajon pay, of rs 360(three hundred sixty)only .that transaction was failed but amount was not credited to my account.so i asked amazon about it. then amazon replied the mail and amazon have issued refund reference no:[protected]
            so i request to solve the problem as early as possible.

              This worst quality product and want return the same.
              Sound quality is very bad after 2 to 3 months later. Other side people will not getting your voice clearly.
              So please don't purchase the product.

                I ordered the product on 11th january, 2018. The arrival day was 15th january, 2018. They called us on 15th evening and said that they could not deliver it on that day itself but 16th they will deliver within 12 pm. It's 12.10 pm now. They also asked for the permission whether they could mark it delivered. We clearly told them no they could not until it is really delivered to the customer. But still they violated it and marked it delivered. And we still did not receive it. All my money is paid and it's gone! Is that a service you're providing?!

                    Amazon keeps digestive advantage, order #[protected] on 12/29/18. This was not requested and was sent to my to address which i am not at during winter months. Can't find a customer representative to speak to. Cannot stop recurring delivery/charge through on line web. This seems to be a recurring issue with amazon a d it needs to stop.                       My transaction date is 30/11/2018 of rs.9999 via sbi debit card. I haven't received my refund till date. My order is cancelled as amazon delivery person was not agree to exchange the old tv for new tv which was already decided earlier before booking the tv. I have complained to sbi customer care but they are helpless too to help me. I don't know why it take so long to get my money back.

                        Hi have bought the product (Converse unisex red sneakers - 4 uk/india (36.5 eu) from amazon.in and the size of the product is small i have requested for exchange the product and return is initiated on 29 dec 2108 after that as of now non of them came to pick the return product and also as of now it is initiated 4 times without our knowledge they are cancel the return pick and not refund the product or money. Every time if i chat with customer executive they have the standard dialogue that us please confirm the slot that we need to come pick the product.

                          I have tried to cancel this magazine. I don't want it any more. Cancel and refund my money. I have tried many times to correct this but the person I am talking to does not speak good English and it just doesn't work. Please cancel the $13.77 in my credit account and cancel all and every transactions I have every had with them. I feel they take advantage of honest people and should not be allowed to do this. cancel, cancel, cancel.

                            I was ordered redmi 6a mobile on 11 Nov 2018 and It was delivered on 16 Nov 2018 but I got this mobile on dead condition so I was returned to amazon via INDIAPOST with tracking number EU[protected]IN. And this returned order reached on 08 Dec 2018 and as amazon.in asked me on 12/12/2018 for PROOF OF DELIVERY so I was shared on same day but Still I did not get refund for it. Whenever I contacted him they only told me wait for more 24-48 hrs. And amazon.in also blocked my account due to asking refund. Now one and half month has over to stuck my money. Order details is given below.

                              I purchased asus vivobook x507uf-ej092t of ₹37000 from amazon.in on 31/12/2018 and done full payment by debit card but on 2 january 2019 i had cancelled my order. Amazon provided me refund reference number[protected] dated 6-january-2019 but i have not received any amount, now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank, so contact customer service of pnb and file charge dispute form.
                              But customer service of punjab national bank is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by punjab national home branch also.
                              Amazon is not taking any responsibility. Its amazon responsibility to refund the money safely to my account.
                              Please file my complaint against amazon and try to resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased 2 kodak extra 32gb class 10 microsd card from amazon on ordered on 26 october 2018 order#[protected]. After few days one of the microsd card failed working. So i contacted amazon to give the customer care of kodak as their is 1 year warranty on the microsd card. Upon contacting the kodak thorough email and phone they keep telling gits wrong department and refuse to give the concern department for the microsd card replacement. I think they are cheating the general pubic.
                                I have attached a copy of the email i got from them a month back still no help from either amazon nor kodak

                                  The rianz thermal insulation stainless steel baby feeding bottle sold by amazon is faulty product. Despite of many complaints they are not taking it back. They also did not provide the invoice of the order. The product is leaking while feeding. It is not at all usable. They asked me for my contact details to address my issue but never called me up.

                                      I have purchased a wall clock on 14.05.2018. But from last 1 months it is not working. I have changed power cell as well but still it is not working. As this product is under warranty. So i tried to claim warranty. I wrote multiple email to customer care and also had call also. Each times i got response that wait for 5-6 days.

                                        I have bought nokia 7 plus mobile on 14/05/2018 from amazon. There is a cashback 2500rs which will get credited after august 2018. But i didn't get that cashback still. I was calling amazon customer care from september 2018 to till date. But i didn't get my cashback. I have enclosed the screenshot of the mail which was sent from amazon, stating about the cashback and the complaint number.
