I ordered a dslr camera from one of the suppliers from amazon on 13th dec but never got the camera. Only when i contacted amazon india md did i get a response saying supplier couldn't fulfill order and hence my payment was refunded. Amazon refused to compensate me for the error and delay which i find very annoying.

An interesting aspect in all this is that the suppliers from which i ordered the camera have done the same thing with multiple consumers. Based on what i have seen, amazon has many fraud suppliers registered and doubt amazon has a supplier qualification process. How can any supplier/provider quote an incorrect price for a camera (Was 25000 but actual market price was between[protected] for so many days?

Also why should the supplier have the right to unilaterally cancel the order and consumer doesn't once the product is brought or sold or ordered?

If you search for vasu & sons and french_electronics suppliers, they have vanished now from amazon supplier listing for some reason

    Sir above order mention product is real me 1 (Powered by oppo) certified refurbished by amazon on line marketing. I perches 19/12/2018 and cash paid by online through bank of india account. This phone delivered by amazon 22/12/2018 by courier service at my home address which is mention by me at amazon account. After in boxing this phone i got this above product with cash invoice and charger with phone guaranty card. I found this phone is already used and some software problems in built. I inform amazon. By phone and online messages. Than amazon arranged technical person visit. Today 29/12/2018 after that he made report that issue not solved. I request to amazon please take back this phone and refund my amount as per paid invoice bill.. Still waiting replay

      I am using amazon for about 10 yrs. Its indeed a very good experience. But right now i have a small concern. Recently redeemed vouchers from zest money into pay balance. I would like to have all my remaining balance from my account into bank account. Already enquired to customer care but seems there is difference in opinion. Please take necessary steps to transfer the money.

        I cancel a itemorder #

        [protected]and of 575 and 525 paid byvdebit card they says i refuded you sucessfull on 19 dec wait for 2-4days tody but now they not provide any or refund refrence no by which i can complain and they says your account in hold no way to get refund. They says that i sucessfully refunded but they not provide any proof transiction id and says i have no way because your accont on hold and we cannot provide you refrence no because it is not avilable for us so how ibblv that they refunded. And why refund not came in my card

              I prebooked oneplus 6t on amazon (By purchasing gift card) and ordered the phone using same. I received a cashback of 1000 inr but no coupon code to avail thode type c earphones which were meant to be free with a prebooked oneplus 6t. After numerous complaints to both amazon as well as oneplus my issue is not resolved. And now they have even stopped reverting to me. I am highly disappointed by this. Please look into this matter.

                I ordered the product on 4 the November cancelled it on 5 the November still waiting for refund. Customer care replied that they have to ask the seller to initiated the refund. Sometime they say we have initiated the refund Moreover they ask to go claim your bank and file charge dispute.

                  I ordered ( #[protected] Ace-Pad B101 Android Tablet ₹11999 from amazon on 21/12/2018 and payed full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same date due to late service. Amazon had said that refund has been processed successfully and the amount should reflect in your account by 28/12/2018. They provided the Authorization code #172221.

                  But I amount is not reflect in my account today. Then I have called amazon executive officer says plz call your bank customer care. So, I called Punjab National Bank customer customer care says me... their is no transaction from amazon to your a/c . When I said that i have refund reference code, she said that we don't check the transaction id. Then I have contact amazon customer care. Her super visor says me that we have credit in your a/c plz contact you bank customer care.

                  Don't know what to do...

                    I have ordered a package from Amazon. It is being rescheduled with the reason saying that delivery person could not contact the customer. But actually, delivery guy is not attempting deliver the package door step.

                    Even after complaining, they are doing the same thing.

                    It was a new year gift and I am missing that gift. They charge so much for delivery and they do pathetic service on delivery. Once in a while this happens from amazon delivery service.

                    They should fix the issue and have to bare some complementary benefit. We have maid exes money for early delivery but they do normal delivery by giving these kind of excuse and keep rescheduling the package delivery.

                    I asked him to come to the exact address but he refused to come and cancelled the delivery.
                    How can they lie so easily, there is no easy way in amazon to track such issues.
                    When I am paying delivery charges why should I leave my work and go to him by walking for more than 15 mins.
                    If that was the case I can pick it up from store.
                    Delivery guys come at random time and call and force us to come to there place.
                    I have been placing prepaid orders so that they can deliver the product at exact address even if I am not there.
                    This happened so many times but no action has been taken yet
                    So pathetic service.

                    How can we consider Amazon to be reliable if the delivery getting cancelled through lies.
                    phone number is given to contact the customer in case if the he is not available at delivery location. But your delivery service is miss using it by calling them to where ever they are instead of visiting the deliver location.

                      Dear amazon team,

                      I purchased 2 mouse logitech m330 and logitech m557 on 12th oct 2018. I received both mouse at morning on 13th oct 2013 but product not match with quality and as mentioned in product description on amazon.com so i requested for replacement both mouse same day.

                      At evening an amazon agent asked me for mouse and i return both mouse to that agent he confirmed me both mouse will be delivered soon.
                      Again 15th oct 2018 another amazon agent ask me for same mouse.
                      How can i return both mouse 2 times??
                      Is amazon team had some thief agent??
                      Still i did't get any mouse and not even any refund.
                      Please resolve my problem asap.

                        I had placed an order on amazon.in on 5th dec with order id order #[protected] for an amount of rs 5000.89, it has been 22 days still i have not received the shipment. I have been following up with them on a regular basis, but they say it is sellers issue. Yesterday after the conversation i was shocked to see that refund has been initiated without my consent, i have been waiting for the book, no response from them and no solution. Very disappointed and it has caused me a lot of stress. Very bad customer service
                        Require a compensation from them in fair terms.

                          Hi team,

                          I have ordered "johnston & murphy" shoes from amazon app on 21-dec-2018 using account with my mobile number [protected], however amazon send me wrong product.
                          When i called the customer care they are requested to link my email address to my account on 21-dec-2018.
                          After two days i got email to upload my id proof and now on 28-dec-2018 they are asking my banking details.
                          I dont understand, i need to call the customer care every time and followup for the correct product and no updates are provided from the amazon. Every time i call amazon they say we are investigating and request some or more details for investigation. No really sure why they need all these details when payment is made correct and wrong product received.

                          Request you to please help me with this case.

                            A refund of 510 rupees was successfully processed on 05 dec 18 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been debited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                              I had purchased this purifier from amazon india with 10 days return policy. After receiving the above product, very next day i requested for return and refund. Till today the product is not collected despite making several calls.

                              Every time i call amazon india representatives will ask for 72 hours. There is no way i can file complaint with amazon india. I was also told that as there is no return tab on this product so they need to update the software!

                                  My regular payment of $14.22 was charged on 12/10/2018 from one bank account of mine and an additional charge of $14.22 from my other account on 12/27/2018. My second account is not authorized to be used for amazon prime, i should have been notarized of any addition fees before now. I added a device to my amazon prime account. I wasn’t aware of any added charges to add a device.

                                    Dont buy it from Amazon. They change their policy for every product and hide it behind terms and conditions. No transparency at all. I wanted to return this phone and they told me that this item is not returnable. I asked them why so as it is not mentioned anywhere and i did return another item a few days back then they told me that it is “clearly mentioned” two pages away from the actual product page - somewhere in help pages. What a ### excuse. Have lost my trust and completely embarrassed by such policies.

                                      I have ordered one plus 6t but it was having having defective accessories and the Amazon engineer has approved this and submitted the report, I asked for replacement of the product at my different address because I won't be available at my Shipping address, now the Amazon executive are telling me that it is not possible, all 5 customer care are telling different different reasons, such a cheat I have ur recording also

                                        I have contacted amazon many times informing that my amazon account has been blocked(i don't know why), every time they collected same information from me and said that there executive will assist(call) me in resolving my problem but nobody had contacted me yet.After complaining for many times they had even blocked my number.whenever I login I entered my email id or phone and when it ask for the password I entered the password it says that your email address and password is incorrect and when I choose login using otp in my phone after this step it ask about the new password and when I entered the new password and when I login again it says your password is incorrect. This is the problem that I face many times. Please! Please! Fixed this bug in your app and website.
