I ordered the product on 11th january, 2018. The arrival day was 15th january, 2018. They called us on 15th evening and said that they could not deliver it on that day itself but 16th they will deliver within 12 pm. It's 12.10 pm now. They also asked for the permission whether they could mark it delivered. We clearly told them no they could not until it is really delivered to the customer. But still they violated it and marked it delivered. And we still did not receive it. All my money is paid and it's gone! Is that a service you're providing?!
