I wish to complain about online shopping web amazon india (Rest of balance not refund to my account bcoz told company rules and regulation ac. No. Icici pay later[protected], [protected] - icic0000930) that i purchased on 31/12/2018 to up to date

I am complaining because company said not refund balance as per our rules and regulation to resolve this problem i would like you to i ' m middle class person so please help us this kind of company who money heker.

When i first learned of this problem, i contacted customer care companain department but said same also lots of mail but no response at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because you are consumer protection and justice to consumer i would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I hope and wish to please justice

      Worst services. I Ordered wonderchef item on Jan - 6, and the item was delivered on 7 Jan that was defected. I raised a concern on 7th, and your team will raise a concern and process the replacement item. However, on 8th jan delivery agent came at my friend home and said he need to authority for customer care regarding the delivery of this product and replace older one. But, this item is purchased for someone like as my friend. So that i am not able to connect the call to customer care. After, i tried a conference call, but delivery agent not picked my call and not change the product and gone. So, my concern is that if i already raised a concern for replacement, why delivery agent ask for authorization from customer care, and not delivery the new product. I paid the amount online. So, the product is undelivered and not replaced. Please tell me where i raise this concern. Give me escalate email Id or phone no. so that i will complaint for the same. [protected]

        Sir, This is Kartheek I have ordered Sanyo 49inch TV through Amazon on 31st December 2018 Order No.[protected]. On the same day I have cancelled my order, but till date they haven't forwarded the request for cancellation and are not ready to refund my amount which is of RS.43000. Everyday iam speaking with their customer service representatives and they are saying we have initiated the request for cancellation. But on 8th January 2019 one of the customer service representative said there is no request for cancellation on my order. Please forward my request and take necessary actions. I want my refund back.

          I am Tripti Soni lives in Jaipur.Around 12:36 pm i received a call from mobile no: [protected] saying, "we are pleased to inform you that since you our daily customer of online shopping we the amazon india company would like to give you a free gift hamper since you are our daily online shopping customer." they asked me to do a shopping of min. 5, 000 to get this gift and said that i will get 50% of 5000 back and as of hearing all the cases of online fraud i denied with that but somehow they convinced me by giving all the details of mine which is saved on amazon, they gave me full record of on which date i purchased what with order id. They gave me their name and employment code with saying that this call is recorded on government portal and asked me to record their voice if i want too so by this i somehow convinced with their words. Keeping in mind that i have to buy some products of my use i agreed purchase of 5, 000 products and paying by Google Pay app of amount 5000 with upi ref. No[protected] to Google pay account no: [protected] even though if i didn’t get my gift i still have the products later when i asked my receipt or invoice detail they mail me that particular product link which i ordered in the name of amazon offer from email id [protected]@gmail.com when i asked that its not from amazon.in they said it’s a daily basis offer only. So, after that they asked me for the free gift i have to pay 11, 999 as a gst tax of the product which is refundable with 2500 cashback of my order on spot as they require gst and invoice no for custom clearance which is paid on the same account by Google pay app after which they said due to bank transaction charges of 10rs the system is unable to proceed the refund gst tax refund and under certain policy they can’t refund my money back so to further getting the same amount back i need to do another transaction including that 10rs i. E. 14, 499 so that the system can approve my refund they also send me the screenshot from whatsapp of that error from mobile no : [protected]
          So while doing the third payment its declining again and again they asked me to do a Google Pay transition in the name of Amazon inn of mobile no :[protected] and i did it unfortunately after that they said they are sharing the invoice to my email id and refund to my bank account but i didn’t get anything. And obviously after some time all numbers are switched off.
          So, in and all while all this i lost 29, 260/- and it’s a case of online money fraud by using amazon’s company name and data breaching using amazon’s company server. So the company amazon india is also liable to have a poor security server that unsecure its customers information. They have all the information of mine including all my orders and my numerous delivery address where i use to deliver my products.
          I’m enclosing the bank account details of the recipient:

          Hi Tripti, i faced the same fraud call 2 days back and with same amounts infact more than that. I lost 42, 000/- amount :( i wanted to know if you got any solution to this? Was your amount refunded?

            Tracking ID[protected]purched from Amazon.in on 18 Dec 2018 was sent through Gati Kwe. The item reached Guwahati on 27 December. But the agency failed for delivery of the item even today. After my repeated e.mail one lady of the agency misbehaved calling to my mobile number too.

                However i have tried so many times to customer care for complain but they are only giving next and next dates always.
                I have talked to rakesh, one of the customer support executive, he told me your money will be refunded after 4 days but never these 4 days are being finished.

                  It was deducted from my amazon pay balance which i never authorised or ordered.
                  When i complained amazon through email and call, they locked my account.
                  Now its been 2days my account is still locked i am unable to access it nor they are doing anything to get my money back.
                  On call customer care say they can't help me out and told me to contact the concerned team through email, through email they are not responding or replying back.
                  Amazon india stole my money and now running away with it.

                  its more than 2 weeks an still i have not got my 1500/- in my amazon pay balance though last week they unlocked my account. but still1500/- is not an small amount.

                  Till date i didn't got my 1500/- nor did the Amazon resolved the issue.
                  Same issue with me.
                  Amount deducted from AmazonPay without any authorisation from me.
                  Amazonpay is not secure at all.

                  It happened on Jan 7 for Rs 1500,
                  Croma Gift certificate issued to [protected]@gmail.com

                  Second on 9 Jan for rs 250, book my show gift voucher to [protected]@gmail.com.

                  Customer care is clueless and says refund or cancellation of order is not possible as these vouchers are sent online to ids. But these are fake email id's that do not exist.

                  I had to call up customer care thrice as the call got disconnected. There is no option in the app to add feedback or report fraud transactions on the order. I still have no clue if the complaint was taken and when I will receive the refund.

                    I ordered philips 1000 air purified from your website and it shows that product will deliver by 14th dec 2018. On 14th late night it marked that product has delivered, however i have never received it. Next day morning i chat with support team they mentioned that wait for 24 hrs sometime agent mark it. After 24 hrs i again reached the agent mentioned that there is some issue on courier side as the agent mentioned delivered without otp. He will raise a case for this and within 5 working days either money will refund or prduct will deliver.

                    After 5-7 days nobody reached me so that i called again to know the status the agent said we have closed the case as the product is delivered and we can't do anything.
                    I have stopped to use and buy any further from amazon as i am helpless to get me money from amazon.

                      I have a account with amazon. Which is blocked now. I am unable to unlock it and i have forget the security question. Now there is no customer care support available to unlock it. Please help me in resolving it. I will share my further details on email. Amazon team please share your valid email id here only.

                      I have tried several times by calling on customer care but actually customer care takes care about order concerns only and doesn't take other problems. Kindly help me in unlocking my account. Since I had amazon pay and prime membership in it.

                        Today around 4:40 pm ist as on 7th december 2019 someone used my amazon pay balance and purchase some product from mi site, when i ringed amazon india (Several times) they are saying they asked me to contact xiaomi india and when contacted them they are saying they can do anything about it and amazon is saying they also cant do anything about it as it was done from your account.

                        I am not sure what to do in this matter as i never made any transaction and amazon is not clear what was ordered and mi is not ready to tell me what was order with my money, i am not clear who to reach out to and get my money back.

                          I have brought fast track watch from amazon, due to some problem i have returned it, pick up guy came to my home and checked the item and taken it with him. But i didn't get refund, so i called and mailed to amazon they are saying i have returned empty package. I don't know what to do now.                             I bought a laptop worth rs 1, 08, 500 from amazon india on 24th dec, 2018. This was a defective item so i returned it back to them on 27th dec, 2018. Its been so many days since but there is no update from their side about the return and refund. I have been calling them every working day about the refund and i get to hear the same thing everyday that your refund is processed and you will get within 2-3 working days.

                            I have waited for so many days and still when i call them they say you will get in 3 working days. No body cares and working on this issue. Please help.

                              Sir, my elder brother mr. Sohit tiwari ordered this product on date 26/11/2018, the order number of product is "[protected]". He received product on date 03/12/2018 and when he opened the box, he found 8 different parts in box but that parts are not complete set of product, some parts was still missing. He complaint about this to amazon's customer care executive, he told him that return service is not available on that address so he can return product on "self" expenses by any courier agency and amazon india will pay that expenses amount in amazon pay balance. So my brother return that product on 17/12/2018 by "trackon couriers pvt. Limited". They reached at address (Which was mailed by amazon's customer care executive) for return purpose, but "seller denied to accept the product without giving any clear information".
                              After that again i call to customer care and he told me that "barcode on slip" was not scanned properly that's why seller is not accepting that product, paste another copy of that slip on packet and dispatch it to seller again. Then i contact to courier agency and told him full story but this they were not ready to dispatch product on same address and said to me that they can deliver that product any of the address in delhi or gurgaon. So i again call to customer care and told him this story and he said me that i can courier that product from delhi to gurgaon by any courier service. After that i tell him that i had already paid 2500/- rs amount to reach that product on seller address and when i contact some courier agency to transfer they were telling much amount for that. The customer care executive said to me, that i confirm him about the amount of courier agency before dispatching the product from delhi to gurgaon and when i call customer care and told her that dtdc is agree to dispatch product on price[protected]/- rs then she denied to pay that amount to me and said that company can only pay 2500/- rs. I argued her that i have talked so many times to customer care executives but no one tell me the actual payable amount, now how can i pay this amount from my side and no one told me that barcode will be scanned on seller store so please care about that and also i said to her that you can pick that packet from your own side from delhi and pay me 2500/- rs for courier then she said that they pick that product then 2500/- rs will not be refundable.
                              Sir i am in very much trouble due to this product. I need my money back and i will not buy any product at my home address due to poor service of amazon india.
                              I will wait for your response, please reply me as soon as possible.

                                I recharged my prepaid mobile no. On amazon on 28th december 2018 o[censored]sing my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 29th december 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]

                                  We were said that our product will get delivered of 2nd jan - 4th jan and we got a message that product got delivered on 4th jan. My husband immediately called amazon and informed that we have not received the product. They said it might get delived by end of the day. We didnt received the product so we called them at night go check the status. They didnt had any clue where the product was and this product costed 4.5k we couldnt afford to get it misplaced. To top it all the amazon executives were very rude to talk to and not at all responsive. They asked to wait for more 24 hours, we informed that we have already waited so much just let us know where is the product, again they had no answers. Today is 6th jan sunday and we still have not received our product and we are since morning in call with amazon team they still have no clue. We can not even cancel our order as apparently it is delivered.

                                  We have complaint to amazon constantly they are still not up to the mark. We just need our product.

                                    I booked coffee powder to my residential address. Courier boy could not delivered and returned the same with complaint refused by me.
                                    When i contracted he says he returned i have book again. When i booked again amazon has not provided me discount and charged extra (Rs.480/-) but second time also the same courier returned with same objection.

                                    They are ridicules giving wrong traking information about product ..after calling costumer care they give totally fake and wrong misleading information it's my third bad service experience regarding..Amazon
                                    They are terrible..Never ever believed on it ...
                                    I placed one order but still i have not receive my order, as i have mentioned order should et within 10 :00 PM to 5:00 PM, so please deliver my order before 5:00 PM

                                      Hello,
                                      I have purchased xiomi redmi 6 pro on emi of 990 rs per month on icici debit cards and its of 12 emi's. And first emi was autodebit from icici account of 1222 rs.
                                      I want to know why this is extra charges are applied??
                                      If this kind of emi is there then it will be around 4-5k extra charged to my handset. Which is quite expensive to me.
                                      Please help me out.

                                        M order gym product on amazon website, i paied 3084 rupees in my sb account. Product delivered in after one month delayed. And quality is very poor. So returning by my self. Returning charge 600rupees. After that i m contact amazon customercare they are told sent a pod and invoice to [protected]@amazon.co.in.. I m submit all the document. They are told a same answer "process going on" but still now no more improvement.. Can you please take a action for my "refund amount"..
