I HAVE ORDER TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS ON DIFFERENT DATES FROM www.amazon.in.

1ST ORDER DATED 22 January 2019 Redmi Y2 (Black, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage)

As I give all details of two orders that made on different dates and both orders no’s also different
One order was COD and One Order was paid by Credit Card
As mention, I expected that two different orders should be treated as two separate orders. And should not have any connection or any dependency of orders on each other. But due to some personal reason, I want to receive only paid order and want to cancel my cash on delivery wala order. (you can cancel cash on delivery wala order at time of delivery also without any charged)
But while delivery Amazon.in send me both orders in the same shipment. That not issue.
The main issue comes here that Amazon.in merged my both orders as one order and send me in single shipment box and said that "you have to take both orders from us, you cannot get separate items", as my orders was both separate, on different dates,
And "if you cancel one order then automatically second order will cancel by the system" .
For that purpose I have called customer service desk but no resolution. They said clearly that "we cannot do anything from here". They accept that the issue is in system but they cannot help me out for that.
I said them "if order two different orders on a different date and I have not order as bulk quantity, That was the single quantity in single order then why amazon.in guys merged my both orders and made as one order. And trying to force me to sell both order, as I don’t want CASH ON DELIVERY order, I want only order that I have paid for you".
But they said "I cannot help you in this, either you have to take both orders or if you cancels one, the 2nd order will get cancel automatically". repeatedly saying this
My clear question is that. "If I have ordered separately then why amazon.in merged my both orders as one and why I should forcefully take both orders, not a single order" .
That’s the harassment from amazon.in to me
Customer care also not supportive they are repeatedly telling that we cannot do anything from our side.
In this case clearly showing that amzon.in faulty and they cannot force me to take both orders or forcefully cancel my both orders, as both are separate orders should treat as separate not as a single order.
I need my paid order separately not a money.
Kindly help me out for that. Thanks.

THEY SEND ME ONLY SINGLE PACKAGE WHICH CONTAINS 2 ORDERS, IF I DENY 1 ORDER THEN BOTH ORDER WILL CANCELL. trying to forcefully sell or cancell both orderes in this way.

      Sir i booked order no.[protected] date 21.01.2019
      According your website product delivered 24.01.2019

      But my parcel not received yet. So deliver my parcel as soon as possible the delivery agent is not responding.
      I call delivery agent for delivery of parcel, he misguiding me and not delivered parcel. He delivered my parcel other place and update that parcel is delivered.

        I'm Amit and placed the two ordered dated 15/01/2019. Order id's[protected] &[protected]. According to my choice order received the items differs or colour change. Actually some undergarments ordered according to my choice of colour but received the colour are differ and mostly every product offer Pack of two pieces but physically received one piece. So two faults for every products. I have contacted to Amazon specialist team and he ask start to the some investigation and sort out the issue. Now again i call to team member and he ask no refund or replacement items due to products are always correct. No any mistakes from my side confidently. I need to the replacement or refund the amount at the earliest. Pls. take a action and sort out the issues.

          Hello
          I have cancelled order from amazon on 12th january 2019. I didn't get my refund amount still. Amazon customer service given refundreference number as[protected]. Suggested to contact indian bank customers service with reference number but bank people informed like there is no such facilities. Then how can i get refund amount. Please take an action immediately. The refund amount should be rs 551.

            I have cancelled an order of tied ribbons for Bhaia and Bhabhi on 17 January of rupees 548 but I have not received my money back in my account so therefore I request you to solve my problem and refound my money in my account I have tried so many times but didn't get my money . I have asked about to amazon help line and they said to me that I will get my money back when I will fill this form and they also said to me that they have refunded my money on 17 but due to some problem money has been not transferred in my account.

              Complaining about false Charge on my Credit Card FOR $13.96 On Jan 19/ 2019.
              I have ordered nothing from AMZN.Com of late.
              If I let this go because of the small amt.
              Next time it will be more. and for what.
              I thought the charge was for Prime Video.
              I did research and Prime Video said I am not a member. U people want 350 got dam characters to resolve this. I will be reimbursed by my bank. Mother ###ers.

                  I placed an order with amazon (Order id in subject line)

                  I was shown "guaranteed delivery" for my pincode 700019. The product happened to be a birthday gift. And the "guaranteed delivery" + "great india sale" lured me to purchase the product thats worth rs 18500.

                  Now to my surprise, the product is being returned to seller. Reason: area undeliverable.

                  My questions are:

                  1. Why was i shown guaranteed delivery?
                  2. Why wasnt i given a call before cancellation? I could have gone to the courier facility to pick the product. No one called me up even.

                  Then i tried contacting amazon customer support and requested them to keep the product on hold so that i cn collect the product from courier facility, but they said its not possible.

                  The product is bought on emi and my bank would anyway charge me for interest of firat installment.

                  Why should i bear these hassles?
                  This order from amazon interferred with my personal life negatively.

                      They delivered wrong product, and quality and performance is very bad & not return the product and given seller no but seller not responding, and again providing wrong number of drumstone number. So please refund my money back ASAP and taken action against this wrong product. And also this product is not of drumstone no any where written drumstone on this product they selling wrong or fake product.

                            Today i received one parcel of amazone through ecom express and i'm really disappointed with the arongant, rude behavior of delivery person. I want you to take strict action on that person. As it was really difficult to control delivery boy as he was continuously arguing with me and my parents. Such a worst service given by ecom express by hiring unprofessional people. They don't even bother by any complaints. As delivery boy said put a mail and "ukhad jo ukhdana hai" they talk like this.

                              I have made the payment of rs. 399/- to amezon for mobile recharge, but the recharge was not successful, so amezon has returned the amount to my canara bank account vide following ref number
                              The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is [protected].

                              As per amezon the payment should credit within 21.01.2019, but while speaking with bank customer care they are telling it will take 45 days.

                                I purchase a band 3 from amazon, but some parts are missing from packet when i receive the courier.
                                Instantly i contact amazon for return, and very next day ie[protected] item was returned.
                                I contacted many time to customer care, and every time they assured me that refund will issued earlier.
                                Lastly on 18th they reply that item has received at our warehouse, and refund will issued within 3 days approx.
                                But on 23rd when i call they reply that i have to write a mail on [protected]@amazon.in for issuing refund.
                                I mail my issue to them, and i found reply that refund request denied.
                                Please help me.

                                I Return a order on amazon but I didn, t get my refund in my SBI account for Amazon refund. I get only refund reference number from Amazon l- 153844. My total amount is 5047 rs.

                                  I had placed an order for converse unisex navy sneakers on 22nd december 2018. Since the product was a size larger, we scheduled a return. The return was scheduled on 1st january 2019. On the same day, a mynta return for a jacket was scheduled. Owing to some confusion the jacket from myntra was picked up by the amazon person instead of the shoes.. As soon as i learned about the fiasco i contacted the delivery person, he told us that he would return it back to us tomorrow. The next day he did not show up. On 2nd of january we contacted the customer care about the fiasco. We did not receive any positive feedback about the fiasco. Even after constant calls from 2nd jan, our complaint was registered on 6th of jan. The customer service guy knew about the wrong pick up and told us everything about the jacket. He was aware about the cost, the brand and even that it was at the bhiwandi warehouse of amazon. But they told us that the jacket cannot be returned to me as there is no such policy. The amazon pick up guy was at fault since he did not even once check the product. I believe there is a stark difference between jacket and shoes.
                                  I even offered to get it collected from the bhiwandi warehouse. Still they aren't ready. I fail to understand that despite knowing the exact details of the jacket, why can't it be returned. I have been a consistent customer of amazon but their failure of solving this issue has left me utterly disappointed.
                                  Amazon is trying to dump the entire fiasco on my head and isn't ready to accept that the pickup person was equally at fault for not checking the product. The call customer service person even told us that the pickup person isn't aware of the product they are supposed to pick up.
                                  Amazon is a big brand and the lack of this basic step in their logistics process tells me a different story.
                                  I have returned many products before, the pickup guy checks the product and then leaves. Also, he is aware of what is to be picked up.
                                  The customer service people have given up on the issue and this is my last resort. The jacket costs me 2367 rs and i have to return it to myntra. I am providing the details:
                                  Order number :[protected]

                                  Details of the jacket: brand - here and now
                                  Product-navy blue solid parka jacket
                                  Cost - 2367.65 rs

                                  Also the funny part, the customer service team has offered me a refund of 250 rs against the jacket which costs me rs 2367.
                                  I can collect it from the bhiwandi warehouse if the return is not in your policies

                                    Hi, my name is manju. I am raising a complaint about the online shopping site amazon. I have purchased a product from the site on 26th dec and raised a return due to quality issue. But the amazon agent mistakenly took a wrong product from my office which has to be couriered to another person. I tried followingup with them multiple times and they didnot shown any heed to my request to return the item and got a mail from them that my product which was wongly shipped has been discarded. Kindly help me out in resolving this issue. As the item which was wrongly taken by amazon agent is a product worth rs 1000, i request you to kindly take necessary action on this issue.

                                      Since 05 months my amazon.in account has been kept disabled by the company due to some payment mismatch reason. I've called them several times but every time i was given the same solution... Just to upload my latest billing statement and fax my billing address with billing statement. I've repeated these processes many times but till date the problem has not solved. The company person not even bothered to call me once. I've rs. 9000.00 in my amazon pay balance, which is about to expire. Please help me.

                                        As i have ordered a product in (Sky mate shoe) payment method is card debited in 379/_in date 21_dec_2018 that product is some problem i return the item date 27_dec_2018 product there was refund initiated date 07_jan_2019 and reference number is[protected] and they said amount in 3_5 business days... But amount is not refund back.. But i contact customer service.. They said that money is refund back to your bank and they also given reference number for that transation your reference number is[protected] for your amazon order and also please contact your bank customer service to intiate the refund and please refund is resolved please...
