I have placed an order for lg semi automatic washing machine with exchange on 31st dec 2018. Declared delivery date was 2nd jan 2019.
On 2nd jan new product was delivered to me, but with defect and the exchange was taken from me. So i raised complain and they initiated return and replacement for this.
Return was taken on very next day 3rd jan but the replacement product is scheduled for delivery only on 10th jan which is already a long delay because i ll be left out without washing machine for hardly 8 days.
Then after a long wait the replacement product reached my home on 10th jan but was not delivered to me. The delivery guy said its with exchange (My exchange was already done on 2nd jan...) and we couldnt deliver without that. Order status is changed to returned as exchange failed.
I wanted to call customer support for clarification but the delivery guy is not ready to wait. Then i called customer support once the delivery guy left and support team said they ll take care of it its their fault and make it reach me within 24 hrs. But this process is getting repeated daily for past 3 days after so many calls also i m getting the same response of giving me 24 hrs timeline. And its 12th january today even now i called them and same response again... This is going as a never ending process... I sent a detailed mail explaining my issue to ceo on 11th jan but no response from him aswell. I m left out helpless without even knowing the status of my order where it is when will it reach me exactly its not updated in my order too... So worst experience still helpless without even knowibg how and to whom to escalate it.
So i m registering a complain here with hope of getting some solution as early as possible.

I received call from amazon representative, to address my issue. Finally my order is returned to the seller and refund is initiated.
But if I purchase a new product the cost varies so I have to pay 1100 extra for it. So amazon agreed to pay me difference amount.

    Even i not received any item yesterday it is showing delivered yesterday. I already told at home today may amazon agent come but this time nobody came and also not got any messages for any amazon agent even before this type of problem not faced, disgusting by amazon. Pastly this type problem not faced. If it will resolve please refund my amount paid for the product as soon as possible.

      In sept 2018 i had charges for prime video so i called amazon to tell them their mistake. I was told that they had no record of making the charges. I was refunded however when i made a dispute with visa. I then started looking at my old statements starting in 2015. Then in 2016 the fraud charges started slowly until they were charging $44.23 for 3 years. How can they charge my visa if they have no record of their charge? Dispute support says they can't go to old charges. Amazon will have to refund it all. Prime is not worth $44.23 a month.

        I have been purchased nokia 8.1 on 29 december 2018 from amazon but due to delay i returned my order. Till now i didn't get my refund. They told that they initiate my refund on 2nd january 2019 and reference no. Is 167395 but what should i do when i didn't get my refund. I don't know whose fault is this. Sbi customer care said that they can't help with reference no. Please solve my problem immediately.

            Hi team,

            I have ordered a trouser with order number order #[protected] for which i have paid 599 inr from amazon pay wallet. Later on when i read the reviews of this product i have cancelled the delivery of this order on 9th january 2019. I am waiting for my money return for this order as now i am not buying it but already paid the money for this order, but till yet no refund is generated against this order in my account.

            Kindly confirm on this part that when will i get my money back for this cancelled order number order #[protected].

              I ordered a philips viva collection hd4938 induction cooktop from amazon on 24 december 2018 & recieved the package on 26 december 2018. After receiving the package i opened the external amazon box after that i opened the philips induction cooktop box which was not sealed after opening that i found multiple number of polythene airbags and among them there was a white colored polythene bag inside it i found a piece marble stone and a brick inside it. Just after that i contacted to amazon customer service that said please wait for five days we will provide you resolution after waiting for five days i again contacted them they said to me that we are unable to provide you replacement or refund. I contacted them multiple times everytime their response was same.

                Dear sir

                I had ordered fossil dean chronograph watch on 26th dec 2018. But i have received a damaged fossil dean chronograph watch on next day which i had returned requesting for replacement. But unfortunately i got a different model of the same brand next day. This time it is really unacceptable, hence i had requested for refund.

                Amazon courier guy took the product next day., that was on 30th dec'18. Since then i have not received any update on my refund. I have paid rs 8, 995 for this product but still waiting for refund from last 20 days.

                I have called up amazon customer service department several times and all the times i have been given rude answers.

                I am desperate and very upset losing my hard earned money and product.

                Need help in getting my refund back

For that i contacted to amazon service and they told me that due to some delivery problem you can't have that product and your money will be refunded. Then it was returned and the refunds was under process till now since december 20th. I am loosing faith now on amazon

                    I call at amzaon customer service they told me that ur issue ia all ready escalate from.our end..
                    We cant take ur re-inveaticate issue..
                    And sir they are just close my case coz i am not pick there calls coz evry calls i get from amazon as +44 strat number i thought that was other companys calls like bank and credir cards they are all ways call me so..
                    And now i am requesting them plz reinvestigate my issue but they didnt help me i hade a call records also sir..
                    Plz take a complit legal action against them plz sir its my ₹37999 i pay them via BAJAJ EMI CARD and my emi schedule also start so plz help me hear and get me my mobile phon or my ₹37999 back to me..

                      I bought Think value wifi camera on 11th november, 2018, it was worked for 20days, later it has a complaint, i tried to make call to the seller but not received calls, it has 1 year warranty. so that i tried to contact amazon but amazon representatives cleared that they are not responsible for seller issues. I paid/bought through amazon only, then whom should i blame/ask/complaint?

                        I am facing issue with amazon service. Without bothering they provide me fake information about product delivery.

                        I have order sweater from amazon and which supposed to be delivered on 7th jan 2019. On 7th jan i have received messages that order is out for delivery and evenings time i have received email that product successfully delivered and in amazon application order status has been changed to delivered.

                        I have raised complaints against them in consumer cout complaint number is 1082391.

                        This is very frustrating experience and mental harassment from amazon

                          Purchased sports hd sh 12 wireless bluetooth headphone from amazon services with order id:[protected]-23337955 dated 13 january costing rs. 489 which is still not delivered and when i asked for a refund they said to wait for 2 weeks. They created so much of mental tension for me.

                          My product is under amazon guarantee and they are responding properly creating harassment for me

                          I wanted to put a legal case against them with claim so that they don't do this against any other person

                          Contacted seller many times but no response from him. Amazon is not taking responsibility and mentioning that its a sellers product he will give claim.

                            fraud transactions on amazon, amazon pay is not secure

                            Fraud transactions and orders placed on amazon.

                            Amount deducted from amazonpay without any authorisation from me.
                            Amazonpay is not secure at all.

                            It happened on jan 7 for rs 1500,
                            Croma gift certificate issued to [protected]@gmail.com

                            Second on 9 jan for rs 250, book my show gift voucher to [protected]@gmail.com.

                            Customer care is clueless and says refund or cancellation...

I believe that this response is unfair because you are consumer protection and justice to consumer i would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                                  Worst services. I Ordered wonderchef item on Jan - 6, and the item was delivered on 7 Jan that was defected. I raised a concern on 7th, and your team will raise a concern and process the replacement item. However, on 8th jan delivery agent came at my friend home and said he need to authority for customer care regarding the delivery of this product and replace older one. But, this item is purchased for someone like as my friend. So that i am not able to connect the call to customer care. After, i tried a conference call, but delivery agent not picked my call and not change the product and gone. So, my concern is that if i already raised a concern for replacement, why delivery agent ask for authorization from customer care, and not delivery the new product. I paid the amount online. So, the product is undelivered and not replaced. Please tell me where i raise this concern. Give me escalate email Id or phone no. so that i will complaint for the same. [protected]

                                    Sir, This is Kartheek I have ordered Sanyo 49inch TV through Amazon on 31st December 2018 Order No.[protected]. On the same day I have cancelled my order, but till date they haven't forwarded the request for cancellation and are not ready to refund my amount which is of RS.43000. Everyday iam speaking with their customer service representatives and they are saying we have initiated the request for cancellation. But on 8th January 2019 one of the customer service representative said there is no request for cancellation on my order. Please forward my request and take necessary actions. I want my refund back.

                                      I am Tripti Soni lives in Jaipur.Around 12:36 pm i received a call from mobile no: [protected] saying, "we are pleased to inform you that since you our daily customer of online shopping we the amazon india company would like to give you a free gift hamper since you are our daily online shopping customer." they asked me to do a shopping of min. 5, 000 to get this gift and said that i will get 50% of 5000 back and as of hearing all the cases of online fraud i denied with that but somehow they convinced me by giving all the details of mine which is saved on amazon, they gave me full record of on which date i purchased what with order id. They gave me their name and employment code with saying that this call is recorded on government portal and asked me to record their voice if i want too so by this i somehow convinced with their words. Keeping in mind that i have to buy some products of my use i agreed purchase of 5, 000 products and paying by Google Pay app of amount 5000 with upi ref. No[protected] to Google pay account no: [protected] even though if i didn’t get my gift i still have the products later when i asked my receipt or invoice detail they mail me that particular product link which i ordered in the name of amazon offer from email id [protected]@gmail.com when i asked that its not from amazon.in they said it’s a daily basis offer only. So, after that they asked me for the free gift i have to pay 11, 999 as a gst tax of the product which is refundable with 2500 cashback of my order on spot as they require gst and invoice no for custom clearance which is paid on the same account by Google pay app after which they said due to bank transaction charges of 10rs the system is unable to proceed the refund gst tax refund and under certain policy they can’t refund my money back so to further getting the same amount back i need to do another transaction including that 10rs i. E. 14, 499 so that the system can approve my refund they also send me the screenshot from whatsapp of that error from mobile no : [protected]
                                      So while doing the third payment its declining again and again they asked me to do a Google Pay transition in the name of Amazon inn of mobile no :[protected] and i did it unfortunately after that they said they are sharing the invoice to my email id and refund to my bank account but i didn’t get anything. And obviously after some time all numbers are switched off.
                                      So, in and all while all this i lost 29, 260/- and it’s a case of online money fraud by using amazon’s company name and data breaching using amazon’s company server. So the company amazon india is also liable to have a poor security server that unsecure its customers information. They have all the information of mine including all my orders and my numerous delivery address where i use to deliver my products.

                                      Hi Tripti, i faced the same fraud call 2 days back and with same amounts infact more than that. I lost 42, 000/- amount :( i wanted to know if you got any solution to this? Was your amount refunded?

                                      No... I didn't get my money...and even Amazon is also not taking any strict action against this...
