I ordered a SanDisk pendrive and got it on 12 January 2018. On 19/11/18, I went to SanDisk showroom in Elante Mall Chandigarh and staff of SanDisk informed that the pen drive delivered to me was not original product and in this regard they also sent me an email .

On 23/11/2018, I sent an email to amazon about my problem with original bill and email of SanDisk also attached. I got an email that my problem will be resolved in within 3 to 5 days but no one contacted me by any means of communication, that is showing how much Amazon customer service team is working.
On 7/12/2018, I again send an reminder email but still no one contacted and no action has been taken to resolve my problem.

On dated 15/12/2018, I sent any email again & I contacted amazon through phone regarding my querry. I requested many times that to customer care representative that I want to talk with senior official and the call attendant convey this message to his senior many times but his senior was so arrogant, he rejected all his requests.
This behavior of senior officials of amazon are showing that how much they are concerned about the customers. They are so egoistic, arrogant and they do not value their customers. I waited for 35 minutes to just want to talk with senior official regarding my problem but still he denied to talk.
I am highly disappointed by amazon and if I do not get my refund or original pen drive, I will file a case for delivering fake products. Further never shop on this site and will not recommend to anyone. Such pathetic services are not acceptable from such brand.

And pay the amount 5k its aha refundable process for ur salary account opening process.. And then I will deposit.. After deposit I will cal my hr executive number he did not pick up... ([protected]).And still now I did not get my amount 5k..AND then JOB DETAILS AND COURIER DETAILS... I didn't get.. . Still now I call he did not attend.. His name pragadeshwarn... Stil now I call he did not atten my call.. I vl attach my application letter and senior account details and packing details... Kindly help and reply to mail

      I purchased “Walls and Murals white Board” on[protected] from Amazon. I have done the payment by PNB debit (Master Card) but later on i have cancelled my order on the same date[protected]. My refund should get to me by[protected] but it is not initiated to my bank so far. Amazon customer care agent provide me a refrence no. and ask me to call up to my bank customer care and ask to done charge dispute but the bank customer care told me that they can provide me the details related to my bank account only but there is no charge dispute policy can be done towards them. Same answer i got from my bank branch’s manager. I’m stuck what to do?

        This is regarding mi band 3. I didnot receive the fitness tracker in the box. The pictures were sent to amazon via mail. Following this, i reported the incident to amazon. They replied to me asking to return all the items which i have received. I returned the box, charging cable and the band which i received. Then after 5 days, i received the mail saying the refund has been declined as the customer sent empty box to them.
        Amazon transportation is the one who delivered the product and they are the one who picked it up. This is total harrassment. Kindly provide me a resolution.

          The amount of $61.30 was charged to my credit card.
          This amount was not authorized by me. Please credit my credit card. How this unauthorized amount of $61.30 was charged, i have no idea. When i placed an order with amazon for christmas, this was not the card i used. I hope this will be resolved in a timely manner. I will be contacting the credit card company also. Mevu

          I ordered a wireless mouse on 14-10-18...On 2-11-18, Amazon sent me a SMS that they cancelled my order without any reason...Till now, they didn't sent the product to me...

I contacted bank customer service as well as amazon but it is getting delayed and delayed.. 27/112018 I made a complaint against amazon at National consumer helpline... Amazon India is not providing me with utr number for the refund transaction whereas the bank is asking for utr number to track the refund amount..               Hi,
              I have ordered for a smartphone through amazon
              As the phone seems defective, I wanted to return the product and initiate a 'Refund'.
              However, the company website is not at all allowing for a refund. When I called their customer care, I was informed that, they have only an option of 'Replacement' but not a refund.
              I am unhappy with such policy which is forcing me to experiment with my 32, 000 rupees for a defective phone.
              Kindly, take care that the refund process is initiated.

                One of the amount that have to be credited by 30-nov-18 from amazon to my p.n.b bank but that has been updated till today. i send a lot if email to amazon team as well as to pnb team also but that wasnt helpful

                  I have ordered a studds helmet fron amazon. And i have received order#[protected] this product was a size is big and price is more then other sellers. I have returned this order 10 oct. 18 also send receiving and sending (India post) parsal receipt to amazon customer care service. I have also send e-mails to seller and amazon. After many day no refund of my returned orders.

                    To customer service,
                    I recieved a broken watch from amazon which i placed for replacement. The watch was picked up but it never showed tracking. The pick up agent did a fraud i guess. After complaining about it multiples times, firm never took any action. When i asked for my money they blocked my number. How bad this site is. They send broken product and take the money. And after picking up the product they never replace the product nor they give people their money back. That's how they earn. Worst website ever. Very bad staff with neglible knowledge about grievance handling.

                      It should be next day delivery. Until 7pm i dint get any udpate from amazon, when i contacted customer support, first said it will get deliverd. Again contacted support, said issue with courier. No one have clue where is my order? They give the same update what i see in portal, no one have access to contact logistic team.
                      Why do we take prime, when you guys want to deliver whenwver u want. Playing with my order moving to all places?
                      Before two time my order cancelled without notice. No action was taken.
                      I want someone to take action on this.

                        Purchased three time as order id mentioned below:
                        Order id[protected] dated 10 dec.2018, order id[protected] dated 15 dec.2018 and order id[protected].
                        Paid in advance for the same and contact customer service representative after automatic cancellation of my order and received fake promises only. They could not resolve the issue of automatic cancellation of my order. Now question is how amazon kept money of customer for 10 to15 days. Please take necessary actions to justify the customer welfare.

                          Hello team,

                          I have cancelled order #

                          [protected] in amazon but i still did not get my money back.

                          Further more when i have logged in to see the loan details in hdfc credit card i saw that there is 13% emi being slashed however when i was trying to buy the product i opted for 6 months no cost emi.

                          Somewhere there is cheating going on.

                            My order was cancelled tracking id[protected]. It was cancelled without a delivery attempt, delivery boy has called only one and i called him back after 1 min, he didn't picked up the call and rejecting the call. Is this how amazon services are? Worst service ever.
                            You people should try atleast 1 delivery attempt then you should cancel the products.

                              I have been charged $13.91 on my credit card for a few months not knowing what it is for. The information on the charge says for books, magazines, and newspaper. I have not ordered any of these things and am not receiving anything like this. I want to stop this charge and be reimbursed. Please contact me regarding this.                                 Summary of the incidents is as mentioned below:

                                1. I ordered mobile from amazon.in and on website displayed guaranteed delivery by tomorrow 23rd dec, 2018. Hence, i paid for amount 100/- extra for delivery so that it reaches to me on sunday 23rd dec. As soon i paid i got message but it was for delivery on 24th dec, 2018.

                                2. When i checked status on 23rd dec, 2018 midnight on app then it showed arriving today, it meant will arrive on 23rd only.

                                3. I called customer care and after discussions with 2 executives got response will definitely get my package on 24th dec.

                                4. Today on 24th dec, i got message around 8:30am with details of delivery executive. I called him around 8:40am and got revert that his bike got faulty so would not be able to deliver in day time and will get it delivered in evening. I told him that i need it today only.

                                5. Later to confirm, i tried calling many times but everytime ivr had not accepted pin delivered to me on message, and got error message to dial correct pin.

                                6. Luckily around 12:46pm amazon's ivr accepted same pin and call got connected to delivery agent, wherein he said his duty hours got completed and he has returned the package to ats, and said that will get my package through another agent by evening.

                                7. Later at 2:16pm, i got a message that we could not deliver your product... As we could not contact you on the phone. Reattempt on next working day. Though they did not called me even once and i called them.

                                8. I called customer care to know, some male executive answered, i dont remember name (Very unprofessional he was, and said kal mil jayega apko courier.)

                                9. Then i called again and made executive to escalate call to tl, then call transferred to tl (Both were assuring for delivery by tomorrow morning and can try for delivery today, i even said that i myself can go and pick from your transport services, but no one supported to give address or to guide, executive directly said google it you will get the address.

                                10. Later tm came on call and he too first saying will deliver today and then in mid came on that will be delivered tomorrow, then again switched when i stretched that day has not passed so it will be done today, managers have access to escalation mails so i am mailing your concern, but no reference number was provided.

                                All in all, failure to fulfill brand promise.

                                11. Then same day at 8:37 pm, got courier from delivery agent and i was happy that at last amazon fulfilled promise and delivered. But, i forgot that here too blunder can be done, now amazon shifted focus to delivery only but not at correct product delivery.

                                I got some mobile company named kechaoda rather my ordered product vivo v11 pro supernova red.

                                I called customer care again and executive transferred my call to specialist team and talked to executive, now he gave more shock that wait for 5 business days then will get revert from delivery team and will deliever you correct product, told me to wait till 1st jan, 2019, even on saying to cancel this he declined request. May be he has done as protocols of your company but here where is customers fault??? Is this my fault that i trusted amazon brand and ordered mobile from their site.

                                Mailed to nodal and grievance officers too, but they too have response tat of 3 days.

                                Its a total harassment.

                                  I ordered a laptop battery which i received after 3-4 days, after unpacking i found it unsuitable and incompatible so immediately i raised a return request. I was informed the correct product is on hold till wrongful supply is collected. I argued why it is not dispatched and delivered while earlier is being collected. But i was told that, the policy is against it so i requested to escalate my complaint so i was connected to higher supervisory officer who in conversation accepted the request and promised to release the held up replacement & asked to return the product through amazon agent. But after two days i found no movement on replacement. It is a fraudulent behaviour and clear cut harassment to customers who have no in front access. Amazon.in is exploiting the customer.

                                    I received a call that they are calling from amazon and ask me to send me the details of my graduation. I provided the details and some money for courier charges. But now they are not picking my call.in the website column i have mentioned the email address of that hr department. Nearly i have paid 6.5k for the recruitment process.                                       I have purchase sh12 wireless bluetooth headphone from amazon online on 6th december 2018 order id #[protected] — 7615519 seller was funny store which is fraud based in rajkot gujrat for amount of rs 499
                                      I received the product on 10th of december 2018 which was faulty and in bad condition i immediately raised return request and asked for refund however after 4 to 5 days no one came to pick the product than i call up amazon i have recording adviser said he has again raised request to return and the person will be coming to pick the product in few days i waited for 3days no1 came i call up again adviser said you need to send the product back by your self and courier charges will be reversed by seller however i have also took printout of the return barcode which cost me rs 20 i have done the packing and send the product back to seller name funny store at rajkot gujrat by shree maruti courier on 16 of december at 11am i have checked the tracking # on website and it was delivered to seller on 19th december i have again call up amazon but nothing has been return to my a/c i have also send all the proof to amazon with photo copy i am helpless and so frustrated... Please help me to get my refund back

                                        This is to inform you with a fact that iv mr sridevi resident of hyderabad have faced an online money fraud in the name of amazon india on date 24/12/2018. Around 11:36 pm i received a call from mobile no saying, "we are pleased to inform you that since you our daily customer of online shopping we the amazon india company would like to give you a free gift hamper since you are our daily online shopping customer." they asked me to do a shopping of min. 5, 000 to get this gift and as of hearing all the cases of online fraud i denied with that but somehow they convinced me by giving all the details of mine which is saved on amazon, they gave me full record of on which date i purchased what with order id. They gave me their name and employment code with saying that this call is recorded on government portal and asked me to record their voice if i want too so by this i somehow convinced with their words. Keeping in mind that i have to buy some products of my use i agreed purchase of 5, 000 products and paying by tez google paya app of amount 5463 with upi ref. To amazon account even though if i didn’t get my gift i still have the products later when i asked my receipt or invoice detail they told they mail me that particular product link which i ordered so, after that they asked me for the free gift i have to pay 11, 999 as a gst tax of the product which is refundable on spot as they require gst and invoice no for custom clearance which is paid on the same account by tez app with upi no after which they said due to bank transaction charges of 10rs the system is unable to proceed the refund gst tax refund and under certain policy they can’t refund my money back so to further getting the same amount back i need to do another transaction including that 10rs i. E. 12, 009 so that the system can approve my refund they also send me the screenshot from whatsapp of that error from mobile no. I declained to pay again.. And obviously after some time all numbers are switched off.
                                        So, in and all while all this i lost 17462/ — and it’s a case of online money fraud by using amazon’s company name and data breaching using amazon’s company server. So the company amazon india is also liable to have a poor security server that unsecure its customers information. They have all the information of mine including all my orders and my numerous delivery address where i use to deliver my products.
