Hi,
I bought a product with order no[protected] which I found to be defective . I called 8 times, after that they shamelessly told to do self return .that also I did, but they refused to take it back, and at the height of it, they are telling me to send it back again . its going on for 3 months now . I am not able to get my money back

I bought a product
' Gkidz Infants Full Sleeve Hooded Embroidered Red SweatShirt(WWG-004-RED-0-6M_Red_0-6 Months) ' with order no Order #[protected]. As soon as I opened the product, I found it was not fitting to my kid, so, I requested for a refund as the product was defective . They told that they will pick up the product and once it reaches their warehouse, they will issue the refund . They used to reschedule the pick up and then cancel it again and again continuously for 8-9 days . Out of frustration, I cancelled the return of product . Again I raised a return request within the valid time of returning the product . This time again, they scheduled and cancelled the pickup of product . I called the customer care 8 times, yes, 8 times, everytime, they told the pick up will happen but it never happened . 8th time when I called the customer care, they shamelessly told me that they will not be able to pick up the product and I will have to do a self return . I agreed for that and I sent the product by courier to the address mentioned by them, but, the product was returned/refused and it came back to me . I informed them about this but they are not bothered . So, please help me get my money back. I feel AMAZON WILL LEAVE INDIA VERY SOON because of the fraudulent attitude they are showing with customers .I fell the customer care team is totally useless .
