I ordered elite 25e from amazon on 8th jan but they really delivered a blank box. I compliant regarding this on app and on [protected]@amazon.in but they directly say we deliver box with headphones so we unble refund. But no one check on my front. How they say i delivered with products. My 3699 re total lost. What i do next.
On my credit card I was billed 52.54 dated dec.17 2018. I did not order anything from amazon.and If I signed up I immediately terminated what ever it was. Please look into this matter and credit back to my card..Thank you.

    I have ordered product - security mens hooded sweatshirt pullover pleated sleeves hip hop shirts solid tops black m, order no[protected]), seller - securityindu but i request to return because of bad quality on 10/01/2019. But no one is coming for pickup and top of that amazon seller keep sending me unnecessary offers through emails like - you keep the product and we'll give you 1200 or 1500. I want my full money back and you take your product, simple. But no. Every time i reject their offer they send another mail like that.
    I asked them to send me their office address if you are not coming, at least tell me that, so i'll post the product at your office but they are avoiding to answer anything about the return and keep offering me money and wasting days. If its your part of your plan to force costumer to keep their product that really unfair and unprofessional, i never expected such service from amazon.
    I want you to send someone to pickup the product or send me the address of the office if i suppose to send the product through post and return my full money back as soon as you can.
    I am sending you the seller address given in the website.

      Then my order was confirmed, it said you'll receive a confirmation email, but i didn't get any email.

After many followup but seller central has not able to resolve this case last 4 month. I got the very bad experience with amazon seller central team. Here attache my case log.

          My order no is[protected]..I ordered it on 10/10/18 with sbi debit card..same day the order was cancelled but the refund has not been credited yet to my bank account.. I contacted bank customer service as well as amazon but it is getting delayed and delayed.. 27/112018 I made a complaint against amazon at National consumer helpline... Amazon India is not providing me with utr number for the refund transaction whereas the bank is asking for utr number to track the refund amount.. My mobile no is [protected]..name :Deepak Kumar from Patna bihar.. Registered mobile number with account is [protected]..kindly resolve my issue.. Neither amazon nor Sbi is resolving my issue..

            I have not received my order but the status of my order shows that it is delivered to me. I even got sms that it is delivered on saturday at my address. I have uploaded my work address as delivery address. There was holiday on saturday. So, to whom it is delivered. Also, there was my other order which they say was refused at the time of delivery. But i did not refused it. Infact the delivery man never showed up. So why it was returned. Worst service i have ever seen.

                Good day,

                I had complained against a delivery agent (Mr. Suraj mali) for his unprofessional behavior and harassment. I requested amazon to not send the same delivery agent to my address to which they acknowledged and confirmed that the same agent would not be sent to my residence as it was a security issue. I made it very clear that i do not feel safe with the particular agent because earlier he tried to enter my premises even after me telling him i am not at home. I had to ask my guards to stop him.
                The very next day the same agent comes with another package of mine.
                On calling customer care they did not provide with a proper solution. They just kept saying the matter has been escalated and investigation from back office will be done.
                I receive rude phone calls from the courier team (Mrs. Anu sangole). She talks to me as if i am a criminal. Does not identify herself and is very uncourteous.
                I want an explanation and want to amazon to guarantee/ take responsibility that the courier facility/team/ department does not hold a grudge against me for above complaints filed and all my future products are protected against tampering.
                Mrs. Anu sangole needs to be coached on how to talk to a customer and the need for identifying her self.

                  My order was delivered to other and also i didn't any updates regarding the order after its confirmation. My order was a book named a guide to ayurvedic clinical practice from cbd, varanasi. I ordered it on 11 nov 2018 but didn't receive after a month also neither any update about its shipping or delivery so i requested for return. Again i was nt responded and then i called to customer care n they convinced me that they will be getting the refund bu contacting the seller and even said if i want i can order another one while they will be working with previous one. I did so i ordered same item. Same thing again happened no updates. Since i had to leave city and didn't get any updates so i requested for return.
                  Today (11/01/19) i got those item from my hostel office. My complaint is that why i wasnt informed or updates with my order status. Neither delivery man called me during my item delivery nor i got any updates from amazon
                  Now i don't need these item. I want to return both of them and want my refund. Hope u reply this time and work on it.

I have not received my product which was scheduled for 20th dec 2018 so i waited for the extension time. I also tried contacting the seller but in vain no response. My request for refund is not being answered. Please suggest what i should do next.

                      Got a message from watsap forward saying about 99% sale offer for one day n i ordered a vivo 9pro cell phone worth rupees of ₹24000 @ ₹1899 only n a lg tv of 32 inches worth ₹23000 @ ₹1099 only i want to complaint about fake schmes i want the order now as it shown on the app... I hve the order num n registered email address also n told it will b delivered soon n check the mail for details...

                        This agent denied delivery at my location. But amzone told me doorstep delivere.. I talk with this agent 3 time. But this agent input wrong entry couldn't connect with me. When i complained 5 times amazon customer service representative they support his agent.. Customer not valuable for them. When i told them with conference call customer service and agent, i want my product today... Till now i not get any response from customer service representative or delivery agent.. Today my product delivery date.. Till now i not get my product. And the agent doing bad behavior with me. Amzon india not says his agent this matter.
                        This is disgusting service

                                Shipped on dt 16/12/18 and there is no more tracking information after the product is shipped. I had done my payment through visa debit card. Even after enquiring the seller through email. Many times not even a single message is reply.
                                I want the product to be delivered if not i want refund..

                                  My amazon india account is on hold from past 4 months. I have called the amazon customer care number[protected] atleast 5-6 times and raised the concern but they give a standard reply that “your billing address is not updated. Our account team will get back to you in next 24 hours by email.”

                                      I had purchased a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker from amazon india on 26th dec, 2018, but later returned it on quality issues. According to amazon, they say a refund amount of 5244.30 inr was credited to my account on 4th of january, 2019, but i still haven't yet got my refund in my bank account. Upon enquiring their customer service, they provided me with a refund reference number and told me to call the bank's customer care. I did that too, and mailed bank of india at pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in with all the necessary details as advised by the bank's customer service rep. But i have still not been provided with the refund in my bank account. This is so frustrating..
