Good day,

I had complained against a delivery agent (Mr. Suraj mali) for his unprofessional behavior and harassment. I requested amazon to not send the same delivery agent to my address to which they acknowledged and confirmed that the same agent would not be sent to my residence as it was a security issue. I made it very clear that i do not feel safe with the particular agent because earlier he tried to enter my premises even after me telling him i am not at home. I had to ask my guards to stop him.
The very next day the same agent comes with another package of mine.
On calling customer care they did not provide with a proper solution. They just kept saying the matter has been escalated and investigation from back office will be done.
I receive rude phone calls from the courier team (Mrs. Anu sangole). She talks to me as if i am a criminal. Does not identify herself and is very uncourteous.
I want an explanation and want to amazon to guarantee/ take responsibility that the courier facility/team/ department does not hold a grudge against me for above complaints filed and all my future products are protected against tampering.
Mrs. Anu sangole needs to be coached on how to talk to a customer and the need for identifying her self.

    My order was delivered to other and also i didn't any updates regarding the order after its confirmation. My order was a book named a guide to ayurvedic clinical practice from cbd, varanasi. I ordered it on 11 nov 2018 but didn't receive after a month also neither any update about its shipping or delivery so i requested for return. Again i was nt responded and then i called to customer care n they convinced me that they will be getting the refund bu contacting the seller and even said if i want i can order another one while they will be working with previous one. I did so i ordered same item. Same thing again happened no updates. Since i had to leave city and didn't get any updates so i requested for return.
    Today (11/01/19) i got those item from my hostel office. My complaint is that why i wasnt informed or updates with my order status. Neither delivery man called me during my item delivery nor i got any updates from amazon
    Now i don't need these item. I want to return both of them and want my refund. Hope u reply this time and work on it.

      My complain is about a product (Genting mgr109 universal coil spring order number[protected]. I have not received my product which was scheduled for 20th dec 2018 so i waited for the extension time. I also tried contacting the seller but in vain no response. My request for refund is not being answered. Please suggest what i should do next.

        Got a message from watsap forward saying about 99% sale offer for one day n i ordered a vivo 9pro cell phone worth rupees of ₹24000 @ ₹1899 only n a lg tv of 32 inches worth ₹23000 @ ₹1099 only i want to complaint about fake schmes i want the order now as it shown on the app... I hve the order num n registered email address also n told it will b delivered soon n check the mail for details...

          This agent denied delivery at my location. But amzone told me doorstep delivere.. I talk with this agent 3 time. But this agent input wrong entry couldn't connect with me. When i complained 5 times amazon customer service representative they support his agent.. Customer not valuable for them. When i told them with conference call customer service and agent, i want my product today... Till now i not get any response from customer service representative or delivery agent.. Today my product delivery date.. Till now i not get my product. And the agent doing bad behavior with me. Amzon india not says his agent this matter.
          This is disgusting service

                  Shipped on dt 16/12/18 and there is no more tracking information after the product is shipped. I had done my payment through visa debit card. Even after enquiring the seller through email. Many times not even a single message is reply.

                    My amazon india account is on hold from past 4 months. I have called the amazon customer care number[protected] atleast 5-6 times and raised the concern but they give a standard reply that “your billing address is not updated. Our account team will get back to you in next 24 hours by email.”
                    My registered email with amazon is govalkar. [protected]@gmail.com

                    I have never defaulted in any of my credit card dues and I have all the statements to prove that I have used my credit card for online shopping and have paid all my dues on time.

                      But i didn't get any call from your team or delivery boys regarding this delivery. This is not my first order from your site, so i need this delivery to my destination or return my money to back my account.

                        I had purchased a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker from amazon india on 26th dec, 2018, but later returned it on quality issues. According to amazon, they say a refund amount of 5244.30 inr was credited to my account on 4th of january, 2019, but i still haven't yet got my refund in my bank account. Upon enquiring their customer service, they provided me with a refund reference number and told me to call the bank's customer care. I did that too, and mailed bank of india at pos. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in with all the necessary details as advised by the bank's customer service rep. But i have still not been provided with the refund in my bank account. This is so frustrating..

                            I have placed an order for lg semi automatic washing machine with exchange on 31st dec 2018. Declared delivery date was 2nd jan 2019.
                            On 2nd jan new product was delivered to me, but with defect and the exchange was taken from me. So i raised complain and they initiated return and replacement for this.
                            Return was taken on very next day 3rd jan but the replacement product is scheduled for delivery only on 10th jan which is already a long delay because i ll be left out without washing machine for hardly 8 days.
                            Then after a long wait the replacement product reached my home on 10th jan but was not delivered to me. The delivery guy said its with exchange (My exchange was already done on 2nd jan...) and we couldnt deliver without that. Order status is changed to returned as exchange failed.
                            I wanted to call customer support for clarification but the delivery guy is not ready to wait. Then i called customer support once the delivery guy left and support team said they ll take care of it its their fault and make it reach me within 24 hrs. But this process is getting repeated daily for past 3 days after so many calls also i m getting the same response of giving me 24 hrs timeline. And its 12th january today even now i called them and same response again... This is going as a never ending process... I sent a detailed mail explaining my issue to ceo on 11th jan but no response from him aswell. I m left out helpless without even knowing the status of my order where it is when will it reach me exactly its not updated in my order too... So worst experience still helpless without even knowibg how and to whom to escalate it.
                            So i m registering a complain here with hope of getting some solution as early as possible.

                            I received call from amazon representative, to address my issue. Finally my order is returned to the seller and refund is initiated.
                            But if I purchase a new product the cost varies so I have to pay 1100 extra for it. So amazon agreed to pay me difference amount.

                              Even i not received any item yesterday it is showing delivered yesterday. I already told at home today may amazon agent come but this time nobody came and also not got any messages for any amazon agent even before this type of problem not faced, disgusting by amazon. Pastly this type problem not faced. If it will resolve please refund my amount paid for the product as soon as possible.

                                In sept 2018 i had charges for prime video so i called amazon to tell them their mistake. I was told that they had no record of making the charges. I was refunded however when i made a dispute with visa. I then started looking at my old statements starting in 2015. Then in 2016 the fraud charges started slowly until they were charging $44.23 for 3 years. How can they charge my visa if they have no record of their charge? Dispute support says they can't go to old charges. Amazon will have to refund it all. Prime is not worth $44.23 a month.

                                  I have been purchased nokia 8.1 on 29 december 2018 from amazon but due to delay i returned my order. Till now i didn't get my refund. They told that they initiate my refund on 2nd january 2019 and reference no. Is 167395 but what should i do when i didn't get my refund. I don't know whose fault is this. Sbi customer care said that they can't help with reference no. Please solve my problem immediately.

                                      I have ordered a trouser with order number order #[protected] for which i have paid 599 inr from amazon pay wallet. Later on when i read the reviews of this product i have cancelled the delivery of this order on 9th january 2019. I am waiting for my money return for this order as now i am not buying it but already paid the money for this order, but till yet no refund is generated against this order in my account.

                                        I ordered a philips viva collection hd4938 induction cooktop from amazon on 24 december 2018 & recieved the package on 26 december 2018. After receiving the package i opened the external amazon box after that i opened the philips induction cooktop box which was not sealed after opening that i found multiple number of polythene airbags and among them there was a white colored polythene bag inside it i found a piece marble stone and a brick inside it. Just after that i contacted to amazon customer service that said please wait for five days we will provide you resolution after waiting for five days i again contacted them they said to me that we are unable to provide you replacement or refund. I contacted them multiple times everytime their response was same.
