    The item was sent back by me thru express courier approx. 10 days back but still no response or refund received.
    The packing was very-very poor & the item was found broken from top & bottom. The pack from outside was intact.
    Pl. Do the needful at earliest so that my confidence with amazon regains & i can continue to shop..

      I placed an order with amazon. However the price of the product increased by rs. 3k after my order was placed. They are now cancelling my order and asking me to place a fresh one. Cheaters and looters. Should be banned in india. I have raised a complaint in consumer forum and is now planning to escalate it further. Malpractices of e-marketing companies to fool customers.

        This is been a very bad experience so far i faced with amazon.

        There is an offer where if customer place an order and opt for pod then customer will be eligible to get 1k if customer loads money at the time of pod.

        So i did the same, but before that, i've called 3 times to amazon customer care support regarding cash load,

        All 3 time, they said you won't get any trouble while loading whether you're a kyc user or not.

        And today, when order is out for delivery, once again i called customer care, she said you won't get any trouble. And also i informed delivery boy regarding this. He said i'll load your money..

        But when delivery boy came, he unable to money load, then i called customer care again, she said you are not a kyc user thats why delivery boy not getting cashload option in his device.

        So i personally asked customer care, if do mini kyc now, then would cashload works.

        She said it will work. But unfortunate all of their information till now was falsified. All they wanted kyc user without giving them benefits. So they successfully accomplished in this..

        Because today is last date to load at doorstep. And i kyced my account only for this.

        Also there is no option for customer to de link his kyc if customer don't want to give them details.

        In short, amazon took all they wanted.

        Amazon took another step towards how to mislead customer.

        Thanks amazon for giving me worst experience and wasted all my time. Because i've been waiting for last 5 days since ive ordered and they suddenly changed their terms and conditions.

        Well played amazon. Very well played.

        (Also i had placed 9 orders, and all of them were cancelled by you deliberately)

        (Also i wanted to exchange 9 size for shoes, but you didn gave me an option)

        (Not recommended again, fake amazon)

          I received a charge on my credit card for $13.77 on 12/26 for amazon prime membership fee. I'm not sure what it's for & i may have hit the wrong button without realizing it. I'm not interested in this. Please cancel & refund the charge.

            But i need the product or want refund with interest.
            Amazon has wasted my valuable time many times as i have contacted the customer service representative more and more times.

                  I have ordered shoes from amazon.in on 1st september 2018, and returned them on 7th september 2018. I got the confirmation that the product was picked up successfully. I am calling the amazon customer care executives from the past 5 months. Every time i call them they give me a # reason. Now they say that they haven't received the product yet. I even got the confirmation message from amazon that the product was picked up successfully. Every time i call them they raise a new complain and tell me to wait for 3-5 or 7 business days and finally the won't give me the resolution. Its finally 5 months i have been waiting for the refund. So if you care for your customers respond quickly asap. Higher authorities involve and resolve the issue.

                    Hello team,

                    I am an amazon prime member. I have paid for 1 year of subscription.in december, i got to know that my account was locked for security reasons. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to provide details of the card i never used and said it was used for transaction which i am not aware of. They are not willing to give me a resolution even after multiple calls and multiple email exchanges in the last 1 month. I even reached out to their twitter handle and found no solution. They should at least refund my prime membership amount and close my account as i am afraid that someone might have tried doing fraud and can do it in future as well. Also, this is not the kind of customer service i should be getting being a prime member for which i pay an extra amount. There should be set customer service guidelines for such companies.

                      I ordered hanumax light from amazon with order no[protected] paying 100 rupees extra for one day delivery. It is already two days but the item didn't get delivered, if i call customer care they are telling it will get delivered in one 24 hours but not committing time of delivery. So my question why would amazon take extra money from customer they arr not able to deliver the product on time as assured. Amazon is grabbing money from customer and later telling customer that they arr sorrh not able to deliver and refund

                        I’ve ordered a sweatshirt initially and i received a pair of headphones instead which i had ordered earlier and already received, i got the headphones again!
                        And now i’ve not refunded my money yet and past this week amazon isn’t replying to my mails. First they asked me to attach my bank account details which i did and the refund failed! And now they’re not replying and nothing regarding my money!!

                          I ordered my product on 4th january 2019, it was an oppo a3s mobile handset and the product was supposed to be delivered to me on 10th january but it's 18th today and the product is still not delivered. They charged me extra amount for fast delivery. I called the customer care a lot of times and everytime they tell me to wait for say 2 business days and the next time i call they say that they fail to contact the seller. Like after 3 to 4 days the seller responded and asked for two more days for the product to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered today (18th january), but it hasn't arrived today. So i called the amazon customer care and they said that they could not contact the seller, so i had no other option but to ask for the refund. But when i asked them about when would i get my refund they didn't provide me with that information and said they are not in authority to say. So i am confused to what i should do now. I am facing a lot of problems since my product wasn't delivered to me on time and now i couldn't even know when will i get my refund. Please look into the matter and sort out the problem as soon as possible.

                            A refund of 1595 rupees was successfully processed on 6-1-2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my pnb account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the pnb customer service main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

They said we issue refund on 31 dec 2018 but still i am not recd in my hdfc bank account. When i call the amazon customer service they said we initiated your refund so please contact your hdfc bank customer care they also gave reference i'd to me. But when i contact my hdfc customer service they said this is reference i'd please provide us transaction i'd. So i totally confuse when i call amazon they said we gave transaction i'd but our hdfc bank said in this id no transaction happen so what i do. Please look my matter i want my money back.

                                2. I contacted customer care services nine times by calls, wrote e-mails, messaged seller on amazon page but not farting my issue resolved. Customer representative of amazon is just avoiding to return my money as the product is getting sales by third party and they are not accountable.
                                3. An customer is paying in advance for product because of brand value of amazon. And seller is saying on amazon only because amazon has authorised him. I want product or money along with compensation for holding my money.

                                  I have made an payment to a bus booking merchant through amazon pay balance by loading the amount from my credit card. Unfortunately, this transaction has failed and the amount has been refunded to the amazon pay balance within an hour. I have contacted the amazon customer care and asked, is it possible to transact back to my credit card and the person checked from their end and said there is an option for transfer back the amount to credit card account. As per that person's assurance, i have done another transaction directly from my credit card to book my ticket otherwise i will be using the amazon pay balance. Now, due to the amazon's wrong assurance, i have been pushed to pay my credit card bill for which i have no any requirement.

                                        My concern regard to refund. I had ordered two w d external hard drive in first week month of december. On which both product not delivered to me till expected time i didn't get product so refund initiated by amazon on one product which is received by me on 1 month later and other one initiated on according to mail on 6 of jan but didn't received in my account yet. Here too many times i called customer care but didn't get any appropriate solution for same. For this regard i also contacted with my bank they said issues in amazon side. And amazon customer care always insist to wait. Highly dissatisfied with services of amazon
