I have purchased a bookmyshow voucher of 500 from amazon pay on dec 08 2018... The next day when i'm trying to redeem that voucher, it was showing that "sorry. The offer you trying to avail does not exist or expired" when i had a discussion with the customer service guy. He told me sorry for the inconvenience sir, we will send you the different voucher on your mail. But instead of sending the different voucher, he sent me the same voucher about which i was complaining him. Then i write a mail to the amazon service team with the screenshot shot of the failure while redeeming the voucher on dec 9, they told me they will resolve the problem with in 48 hours which they didn't.
Then again i called them on 12th dec. The service guy told me sir we will refund you i
Your amount in your amazon pay wallet within 2 hours but he sent me again the same old voucher which and still not received any sort of return from them.

    Hello sir, i have ordered[protected]) laptop online (https://www.amazon.in) on 9th dec with same day delivery option, this means i will get guaranty product on same day. But they didn't delivered the product on 9th, i tried to contact courier team multiple time but no response. Later i spoke with call center (6 pm) they promised me to deliver product on 9th before 9.30 pm. But they never came and delivered the product. Next day when i spoke with customer care, again they promised i will get product on 10th dec before 9.00 pm, but failed again with no response. Later i tried to escalate with their management and spoke with their mangers and leaders, even they promised me to get product on 11th dec. But didn't got.

    Later did follow-up, they said product is returning to warehouse, as they was unable to contact me, and later they will replace the order and i will get it by 14th dec.

    On 14th i didn't received any product and call.

    Again tried to call care center on 15th, now they are saying product had issue so we cancelled it and refund has been initiated. I told i don't want refund please reorder it, and then they are saying they won't able to order its need to done by myself again. But when i am checking online the product price got increased with 5000, to order i need to pay more money and care can't help me in this.

    I am really tired talking to them and need your help in this so they should not cheat any other peoples. They are keep on saying lie and making wrong promises.

    Even i said will raise consumer complaint for this, they are not worried of this and saying yes please go and do it.

      My account is on hold from 1+ hold because my nephew filled some fake credit card details to my account. I have 1000+rupees in my amazon account.
      I contacted them about 30+ times byt every time they are sending same mail that we are not able to confirm your billing details affiliated card with 9501 but as i already said that that card isn't mine. I said i am ready to provide my any details and documents but same reply every time they are not listening to me i said atleast give me my money back because i am very poor. That money is very worthy for me
      But they aren't listening

        Dear all i have order a kevin led smart tv on 8 december which i received on 10 december but the box was empty and only thermocoal and remote was inside when i call to customer care they said we need 3 days to investigate it then i receive a call from one person to enquire about product. He said that he will send someone to check my home i said no issue you can send after that he didn't send anyone and today on 16 december when i call they said we can't refund the money we have delivered led to you this is your headache whether the box was empty or not. Please help me out i have taken that led by collectin g money of one year please help me out order id # 405 [protected]

          I purchased a product from amazon order id[protected] samsung on5 pro.
          I received a damaged project. I complaint about it and a amazon technician come and check that product is damaged when received. Amazon accept its return but they pick this product i complaint them many times but they told that they pick tomorrow after 1 month they told to self return this product i tried and finally after many problems i returned the product by dtdc caurrier to the seller's address mentioned in bill. But seller refused to take the product. They don't do anything for it. So please help me.

            I ordered dymatize whey protein from amazon. The delivery boy handed me the protein cartoon. When i opened the box it was filled with foam. At the same time i complaint this issue to amazon customer care serice. They assured me that the box will be taken back by our executive very soon and our investigation team will look about this problem. And they also assure me that they will either refund my money or replace the box. I also book my refund and replacement on amazon app. But on pick up day msg from amazon came for the pick up of product but they themself cancelled the pick up. And when i called the courier boy he said to talk to the senior authorities and when i called them they said that mail will come to us from amazon for pickup then only we will take your product
            And on the date of 7 december which is given by them for problem resolution they said we can’t refund or replace this product
            So we want that our money should be refunded or replace the empty product with the filled product which i ordered.

              I wanted to order a book today. While placing the order, it asked if i would like to place order under prime category. It did not mention the charges for the prime membership.
              I chose prime category and wanted to make payment against the book through netbanking. As soon as i authorised my bank to make the payment for the book, i was surprised that the debit included rs. 999 for the prime membership.
              I feel cheated and do not wish to take the prime membership. Please refund my money immediately.

              We book a order of books dated 07.11.18. Of rs 540 inclusive bookes delivered at wrong place we did not gate delivery.but amazon is shown delivered dated 10.11.18 tracking id no[protected]

              If i not find solution make comolain to consumer court. It is a fraud done by delivery staff.

                Orders ordered through amazon are not delivered to address to given address instead amazin delivery agent has called me and told me collect the parcel which is 25kms away from delivery address. And mentioning as am refused the order. Even after several complaints registered in amazon customer care no actions are taken.

                  I ordered this laptop but the seller sent me inspiron 3000 instead. When i asked amazon to pickup the product, amazon told me to courier it myself and the seller called me to tell me that he will not refund the product. The seller forced me to keep the product and amazon supported by not picking the product. Don't know why is amazon helping this seller or maybe this is another way to earn money, they have to keep jeff bezos as the richest. Cheating customer is a new product that they are building.

                      On 23rd of october i ordered a nikon d3400 dslr from amazon prime sale. It was sold by mamidi narayan murthy. it was supposed to be delivered on 31st of october. I was tracking the order on hunty.in. It showed that the order had reached delhi on 30th of october and was out for delivery on the same day but the order wasn't delivered. On 31st the tracker id was showing the same message of out for delivery bit not delivered on that day too. Then for 3 days the website showed no updates. The order was supposed to be delivered till 2nd of november so i tried to contact the seller through emails. I also contacted customer care service of amazon, they said that the seller would contact me in 24hrs but there was no sign of him. On 3rd of november the site was updated and it said the order is out for delivery again. But it didn't reach me. On 5th of november the seller initiated a return of the money, till then i kept writing mails to him but there was still no sign of him. So i contacted amazon on 5th of november, they further contacted to seller and i got to know that my package was lost and they didn't inform me about that. I asked amazon to convey the seller that i don't want refund, i want want my package since i waited 2 weeks and wasted my time on tracking it and on customer service. They told me that the seller will contact me in 24 hours but there is no sign of him till now. Then i get a mail from amazon that the reason for refund is customer return, i mean how can you blame a customer for this even when he didn't ask for refund. There is still no sign of seller, and the tracking service's website is not working. You just used my money for festive season and then they return it, this is the service we get through amazon. i made the payment through credit card so the money will be reflected on credit, that means i have to use that money on credit, otherwise it's blocked. I am very disappointed by amazon's service and hence i am going to file a case in consumer court against amazon. every day i wasted at least an hour i making calls, writing mails. Amazon service has no solution for a replacement of my product so i don't have any option left but to file a case against you and reach out media for not using amazon anymore. This isn't the first time it has happened. On 15th of september i ordered a temp. Sensor, it was lost too. I had to order it again. It wasted a lot my time.

While checking the parcel only one volume part 2 has found and there is no part 1 volume. The full payment has been made on that day. You are requested to deliver the part i at the earliest. Considering the urgency of school education subject, kindly do the needful. '

                            Where amazon shows me its in dhule and delivery courier updated that its in kannad which is my city why this misleading??

                              I ordered iphone 6 s (Rose gold, 32gbrom) on 10th dec 2018 with order id[protected] and also tracking id[protected] with courier partner delivery courier its lastly updated my mobile is in dhule on 13th dec 2018 and from dhule my town is just 2-3 hrs distance, even its not arrives at me, so i think its kind of fraud.

                              Where is my mobile?? I need an explanation?? The flipkart is more flexible than amazon bcoz its updates continuously bt this is worst experience with amazon??

                              I need an explanation else i files complaints against amazon india?? I not going to be tolerate this anymore??

                              Amazon have to understand my need?? Whats they think im fool to order this??
                              Its completely insane??

                              I need answer?? This is the main reason i can't order anything from amazon it always loss my patience?? #

                                I've recently purchased prime service and while using the app suddenly stopped and i am unable ro login and i have also given by bank details. I am really tensed that my details remains confidential and there will be no further transactions before reminding me. Please contact me soon i am really worried about it and also not able to login prime also.

                                  There is a charge on my most recent statement from bank of america. The only indicia supplied to justify this charge are: transaction date and posting date both 12/06; reference number 8507; amount $119.00; and a column entry reading
                                  "amazon prime amzn.com/billwa" with capitalization and spelling as shown but the space between "prime" and "amzm" o[censored]nknown exact length.

                                  I do not believe that i ordered or otherwise purchased any merchandise or service from amazon prime during the billing period of this statement and therefore request that you issue a credit for $119 to my boa account ending in 2821 or remind me of any purchase you believe i made.
                                  I wish to cancel Amazon prime. A charge of 13.77 per month.

                                    Hi, i alka gajbhiye. I have ordered one kurti as "queen women's a-line kurta (A046-yellow cut button _yellow_small". On 4th dec 2018. Till date i didn't get it but side has shown following order status

                                    "delivered 07-dec-2018
                                    Package was handed directly to the customer.

                                    Track package"

                                    The delivery boy named 'akash shinde - mob. No. - [protected]" was unable to find my place on 7th dec. So i went to take it directly from his office that time he was not there and he told us on phone that he will deliver the order tomorrow that is on 8th dec 2018 but till date i didn't get it.
                                    I request you to kindly take corrective action on this issue.
                                    Otherwise i won't prefer amazon for any product and don't suggest to other also. Hope you understand.

                                        My canara bank account number is[protected]. I purchased realme u1 ambitious black on 5th dec, and paid with rs 6018 with amazon pay & rs 5979.5 from canara bank visa card. Then i cancelled my order within 2hrs of order. I got my amazon pay refund within 2hrs on 5th dec. And got the message that visa card amount of canara bank had been processed & will reflect by 11th dec. Today the 8th business day as per norms. Still i haven't got my refund.
                                        I got stuck within canara bank customer service & amazon india customer service. Both are saying the fault is of other parties. Amazon says refund processed, canara bank says didn't got that credit.
                                        My reference number of refund is with photo below.

                                        I am still not aware who will refund my money. Is it amazon who is saying refund processesd & maybe got stucked in payment gateway or Is it Canara Bank. Today I visited my bank's branch, they told that they forwarded my complain to Canara Bank headquarters & nothing is on Bank Branch Hand.
                                        Help me to resolve this
