Receipt of broken pieces of old mobile phone instead of new oneplus 6t
128gb+6gb - my order no.[protected].

Sir, i am taking up my grievances against amazon india after they failed to revolve it despite repeated requests. I feel cheated by the company & have suffered a loss of rs.37999/- besides mental harassment. Now i am approaching you with a hope that you will take-up my grievances with amazon management & get my issue revolved. I submit my grievances as under :-

I got above mentioned mobile phone i. E. Oneplus 6t 128gb+6gb financed through bajaj finserv at a total cost of rs.37, 999/- and ordered online with amazon india however, the packet received by me on 03.12.18 was mutilated & some pieces of broken old mobile phone were found in the packet. I also made video while unpacking the packet & made a complaint to you. I was given assurance that the matter is being investigated & your representative will contact me latest by 11.12.2018.

However, i was really shocked to receive company’s reply on 09.12.18 to my complaint. You have written that as per your investigation correct product has been delivered to me. This is absolutely wrong. As aleady informed to you that i have received broken pieces of some old mobile phone in the packet received by me on 03.12.2018 instead of oneplus 6t mobile phone (128+6 gb) ordered by me for which i paid rs.37999/- through bajaj finserv.

In fact after opening the packing cover, i observed that the the box delivered was of apple company & though i order for oneplus 6t. The box was in a mutilated condition. There was a black amazon tape on the box which indicated that that the box had already been opened by someone in transit, somebody had already stolen the actual box containing oneplus 6t & replaced it with the old apple box containing some broken pieces of old mobile phone.in view of these observations, i made a complaint through amazon mobile app & as per their telephonic instructions i made a video of opening the box & send the pics of broken pieces of old mobile phone to your email id [protected]@amazon.in.

On 08.12.18, i talked to your customer service executive by making request on amazon app & enquired about the fate of my complaint. He informed that investigation has been completed & refund has been initiated & will be made to me within 48 hours. Then, i mailed to you to confirm the same & today i am really shocked to read your above mentioned reply.

Sir, it is a total a case of cheating by such a renowned company. Small consumer like us buy online through your reputed site believing that quality/assured product would be delivered at reasonable price & we do not expect to meet such a incidence of cheating from a company of your repute.

I also attach herewith the video o[censored]npacking of the box received by me.

Sir, finally i am approaching your channel & request you to take-up my grievances with amazon india & help in refund my hard earned money paid to them without getting the product for which i paid.

    I was buying lots of product from amazon india cash on delivery. Once i placed an order on my credit card from usa. They closed my account even for cash on delivery. Asked me to ask my bank in us to fax my address in us. I asked my bank and they told me that they do not do that. I explained to amazon they keep sending me same request. I do not know what to do my email is [protected]@gmail.com please respond

      Its been a very horrible experience using amazon app. Till yesterday, ive known 75rs cashback, and today its all change all of a sudden..

      Paid 1280 rs electricity bill payment, and received only 15rs cashback.

      Order id[protected]

      Wasted all my time paying thru amazon

      For 15rs, i'm not going to use it again, any of your chep services which mislead customer to dark.

      Simple, if you can't give even 75rs, then make sure, customer will surely boycott amazon for sure..

      Unhappy, horrible, and mislead experience so far.

      From today, from now onwards, i'll not use amazon again

      Thanks for offering 15rs cashback for paying 1280 rs bill. Instead of this, i would rather pay in cash to tata power ddl.

        Today, i've paid my electricity bill of 1330 rs with order id[protected] and got only 10 rs cashback like i'm a begger. My registered no. Is [protected]

        As i'm an old customer of amazon from past few months, and been using it on regular interval of time.

        I had checked even yesterday, that amazon offering 10% cb upto 75 rs, and today i paid it eventually.

        But company like this, is of no trust and should loose customer for sure.

        I'm not begger, and i'm not going to use amazon again as they totally deceive me.

        Horrible experience

          I want my refund as soon as possible

          My refund was issued by amazon india in 20th of december. But it's been too long a refund
          My refund was supposed to be credited on 26th of december
          But i didn't received any refund yet

            I had placed an order for a product a month back & haven't received yet. Absolutely difficult to get hold of a customer service & chat service is rubbish. Looks like Amazon's seller is abscobding taking people's money... whenever you try contacting page unavailable, absolutely no response from seller. As a prime member I don't deserve such a pathetic service from Amazon. It's been a month & no resolution. Need my full refund asap. Would like to tell all the ppl out there... please be careful these are fraud vendors on Amazon.

              I ordered a product "monte carlo maroon wool blend solid cardigan" with order no. #[protected] on 7/12/18 through amazon online shopping, due to poor quality of product i am trying to return it but there is not positive response provided by the amazon cc executive. They made many false commitment about refunding the amount but yet not done

                I m supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 27/12 but it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is 338745. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 5930. Amount is ₹395.40. I did this transaction on 12/12/18. They initiated n processed it on 19/12.

                  I have sent many mails and also made a few phone calls to amazon without any productive response from their side. I had ordered some baby clothes and has size issue so returned on the next day itself but till now i have not received any refund it’s been 4 months now. They promised to refund the payment but i have not received.

                    I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] and amount is 285. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 10 of april but still i have not received it.

                      सर जी मैंने अमेजॉन से प्रोडक्ट ऑर्डर किया था जिसको मैंने कैंसिल किया कैंसिल करने पर मेरा रिफाइंड पीएनबी अकाउंट में आना था जो कि पीएनबी अकाउंट से ही कटा था बैलेंस और उसे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट होना था क्रेडिट हुआ नहीं अमेज़न वाले बोल रहे हैं मैंने आपके अकाउंट में क्रेडिट कर दिया है और पीएनबी बैंक वाले बोल रहे हैं कि उन्होंने किया नहीं जब के अमेजॉन रिफरेंस नंबर भी दिया है इस संबंधित में मेरी समस्या को हल किया जाए

                        My name is dr. Aswath raj pandian.
                        My amazon account has been blocked since about 1st november 2018.
                        I have sent many mails to amazon.in and also made a few phone calls to amazon without any productive response from their side.
                        I have been subscribed to amazon.in since many years with userid aswath. [protected]@gmail.com.
                        Since the account has been blocked without any valid reason since 2 months i would like that the amazon team takes prompt action to unblock my account and extend my prime membership for the duration of the blocked period!
                        Inspite of the many emails and calls there has been no escalation of the issue and they have trapped me in a constant "loop" of calls and emails without any progress towards the resolution or even at the bare minimum of escalating the issue.
                        It has been a deeply frustrating task to deal with amazon and out of this irritation and desperation has forced me to post a complaint on this consumer complaints forum.

                          I ordered a memory card from amazon india on 25 december 2018 but it got lost by the courier partner of amazon india at the final delivery station.. They don't tell me about the loss of memory card and their initiated the refund for the same... I came to know about that after two days of lossing my product... What the hell is going with the amazon india??

                            We ordered a ps4 and the delivery was expected on saturday. There was no missed call from the deluvery man. But when we saw the deluvery failed message we contacted him and he said he will bring back the product and he was near to our location. Later we got a message will be delivered on sunday thtat is today. We called hom and he assured delivery in half an hour. We are still waiting at the delivery point almosr one hour.                               I placed a order on may 10th 2018 and the order is[protected] of 3 air conditionings and was charged rs 86997/- eighty six thousand nine hundred and ninety seven thousand
                              I am being harassed order not arrived nor it’s getting cancelled my money is stuck not refunded i called a million times still no action
                              I request. U to cancel my order and refund my money in my added bank account as the card i paid trough is not...

                              I ordered a dslr camera from one of the suppliers from amazon on 13th dec but never got the camera. Only when i contacted amazon india md did i get a response saying supplier couldn't fulfill order and hence my payment was refunded. Amazon refused to compensate me for the error and delay which i find very annoying.

                              An interesting aspect in all this is that the suppliers from which i ordered the camera have done the same thing with multiple consumers. Based on what i have seen, amazon has many fraud suppliers registered and doubt amazon has a supplier qualification process. How can any supplier/provider quote an incorrect price for a camera (Was 25000 but actual market price was between[protected] for so many days?

                              Also why should the supplier have the right to unilaterally cancel the order and consumer doesn't once the product is brought or sold or ordered?

                              If you search for vasu & sons and french_electronics suppliers, they have vanished now from amazon supplier listing for some reason

                                Sir above order mention product is real me 1 (Powered by oppo) certified refurbished by amazon on line marketing. I perches 19/12/2018 and cash paid by online through bank of india account. This phone delivered by amazon 22/12/2018 by courier service at my home address which is mention by me at amazon account. After in boxing this phone i got this above product with cash invoice and charger with phone guaranty card. I found this phone is already used and some software problems in built. I inform amazon. By phone and online messages. Than amazon arranged technical person visit. Today 29/12/2018 after that he made report that issue not solved. I request to amazon please take back this phone and refund my amount as per paid invoice bill.. Still waiting replay

                                  I am using amazon for about 10 yrs. Its indeed a very good experience. But right now i have a small concern. Recently redeemed vouchers from zest money into pay balance. I would like to have all my remaining balance from my account into bank account. Already enquired to customer care but seems there is difference in opinion. Please take necessary steps to transfer the money.

                                    [protected]and of 575 and 525 paid byvdebit card they says i refuded you sucessfull on 19 dec wait for 2-4days tody but now they not provide any or refund refrence no by which i can complain and they says your account in hold no way to get refund. They says that i sucessfully refunded but they not provide any proof transiction id and says i have no way because your accont on hold and we cannot provide you refrence no because it is not avilable for us so how ibblv that they refunded. And why refund not came in my card

                                      I had purchases jlb earphone on 14 october 2018 payment give through canara bank debit card but first time my payment failed but my amount deducted rs.549/- and my second payment was successful. So my first deduct amount not received. My canara bank and amazon customer care not support me. So you can help received my deduct amount. I give statement proof of my amount given.
