I have purchased item from amazon as a birthday gift to someone on 7th november, birthday was on 12th november, till date i haven't received the item. I am really upset now that i couldn't present the gift to someone i care, amazon was assured that it will be delivered on 11th of november. It caused mental stress to me as i couldn't purchase it from other means as i was expecting this will get delivered from amazon...

Amazone commiting no cost on emi on their side & due to same offer i was purchased 2 mobiles by my credit card & now i am getting EMI with Bank interest & GST. so i want refund of money paid for interest with GST.
