Hey,
I am having a complaint against bob that.. On 19 dec 2018 amazon india has refunded my amount for the damged product. But till now the amount has not been reflected in my account???
Amazon is saying that they have intiated or credited the amount on 19 dec2018 but till now i have not got my money in my account. The refrence no. Of the product is.[protected].
I want tht as soon as posible bob solve this problem... Other wise i have to go to the legal department!

    I have a order which have to be delivered today. But i was not at home my mother picked up the call of the delivery boy and told the proper location. There was may be some miscommunication with them and the delivery boy didnt find my home easily. After some time he came infront my house and misbehaved with my old mom. Also refused to handover the parcel though its payment was already cleared with netbanking. He marked the item as rejected by me which is not true. Very disappointed with amazon

      Had purchased a marks and spencers trench coat and another cotton jacket during the winter sale period. Because the sizes were too large, i had requested for return (Smaller sizes were not available). After the product was taken by the courier guy, i got an email saying that the returned product is either old or a different product. For this i have emailed repeatedly and even called repeatedly saying that the returned item is original and have returned the same product. But they are not listening to me. When i asked them to return the same item which they received to see what is the problem with the product, they have refused to do that!! This is complete harassment and i have been cheated by amazon with my money!

      Amazon has initiated refund on 16th dec itself ...but corporation bank has not yet added it to the account .
      It was sqid to be initiated by 21st dec but not recieved yet...i got all these details from amazon customer service ...and i want it to be resolved soon...
      I ordered a 3combo men shoes but i could get that prodect i get a another shoes i give money to the delivary boy but the prodect was changed i lost my money what can i do. I want my money and They pickup the product from me
      I have ordered a product and received damage item have returned that and wanted refund for that but in my Amazon order list shown that they are delivered that product details are below

        I had ordered 2 sarees for 800 on 29th january 2018 with 2 day delivery (Prime customer), with delivery on 30th january 2018. I had ordered it for my friend to present the saree to near by temple on midnight of december 31. I gave her the surety on trusting amazon as a prime customer.

        On 30 january by 2 pm i got a message "out for delivery", i am satisfied and continued my works.

        But by 5pm, i got a message that customer cant be reached, will be delivered in next attempt. When i try to contact delivery agent number it gets auto disconnect on first ring.

        I called 3 times for customer care to get in touch for my product, each said they cant get in touch with person but assured product will be delivered on next day.

        No attempt had been made on next day and on jan 01 morning 10:30 am the agent called me to get my location. I just returned the product which is of no use now.

        All i got was a bad reputation from my friend and her family for trusting amazon. From amazon i get an apology by stating it wont happen again.

        Every courier carrers have their own customer care number to contact the respective hub. But for amazon there is no way to contact the hub or any of its representatives in any emergency.

        Amazon made this new year start with a big disappointment and bed reputation.

        Never trust amazon in emergency delivery needs

        I have placed order on 6 Nov and still not received it. It is such a bad experience with Amazon. Let me know where is my product or refund my money ASAP.

            I have order amount of 518 but automatically cancelled than i call on amazon call center they response me your account has been hold jo any information.
            Sir my issue is than account has hold why order placed and debit amount. And no any intimation to me related account hold.
            Sir want to refund amount and response to amazon why without intimation hold my account and account hold so why debit amount

            I ordered macbook from amazon and it is supposed to derived 27 Dec 2018 . My order is not delivered yet and neither got any notification regarding my order. I did communicated with your supporting team, they told me that it is going to derived today . but not delivered yet.
            This is very disappointing.

              Hi i have ordered 3480 on dec 10th 2018 received product on 13th.

              I received a wrong product and immediately i have connected to customer care and they promised for a replacement or return.

              Nothing happened as of today and when i called customer care they are telling me to invest money on bluedart and return to the same place where it has come.

              Customer care says there is no option to retrun now.

              Hopeless situation

                I had ordered artesia decorative black abd white wall shelf set of 6 on 5th nov, 2018/order no:[protected]. The return had been intitiated within the stipulated period of time, although the vendor came to pick up the return and he even clicked the photo of the same but till now the refund has not been intitiated. I am extremely helpless to share my blunder experience with amazon customer service as n number of calls and e-mails made by me. Moreover this is so shameful when i recieved a call from customer service, a guy from customer service brutually told me "ki madam aap padh kr return ni dete" and i told him that this is not the first order i am placing, then in the evening only i got a call from a girl name shallu who work in the warehouse saharanpur requested me to take back the complaint and she will compensate by her side as she accepted that it was her mistake, then i communicated the same to amazon customer service via vaishnavi in the next morning and she promised me to initiate the refund within 2 weeks. This is extremely awful experience that i got a mail from amazon that they cannot refund the mail. I want my refund to be intiated as it is a breach of trust by amazon customer service.

This order was prepaid and i have paid this with punjab national bank debit card atm... And i have returned it on 25th december and it more than 5 days.. As amazon says they will refund the amount in maxum of 5 days... And still i haven't received my refund... And i called amazon customer care they are saying they have initiated and still i haven't received... So kidly please help me out with this... Please... Thank you.

                      I have purchased a t-shirt from amazon.in in the month of october 2018. But i received a wrong product and requested a return. They pick up the product but refund was not processed from their side. So i call the customer care and finally they processed the refund manually and as per their email the refund should be processed by 15th november 2018 but it didn't happen till december 2018. Again i contacted their customer care and they suggested me to call bank customer care. I called the bank but bank is telling refund not processed from amazon. How can they tell a lie to customer. Bank is asking me to contact amazon customer care but amazon customer care is telling to contact bank. I am really in a messed up situation. Please help me with this problem

                                I ordered a ps4 game on sale through amazon it was supposed to come before 2nd january. On 1st january i got the message that the game will deliver today at 8: 48 a. M. But at 9:54 i got a mail that i rejected rejected the product but the truth is the delivery boy neither called me nor he came to my house. Now the product is being returned to seller, it was a gift for my cousin who is going back on 7th january and he was really excited to get this game and i am really disappointed on the service of amazon because when i reached them with my problem they said the delivery boy has return the package to the seller it is hard to get it now you may have to order it again.

                                  Unexpected things happened to me regarding my last two orders.
                                  1. Order #[protected]
                                  It showing delivered on delivery date but not reached to me (Prepaid order).
                                  Not only this, same day i apply return and refund, next day, i get sms that your
                                  Order pickup is successful.
                                  2. Order #[protected]
                                  After appling the refund on my first order, i order again, but this time it decided
                                  To pay though cash on delivery. On the delivery day parsal boys card machine
                                  Not work. He told me to pay though pay net faculty. I did but it shows failed (But
                                  Detected form my account). Then he sends me sms and requests me to pay through
                                  Link provided in sms. That successful.

                                  Now i am waiting for two refund (Order-1 and 2).
                                  These two order became headache for me.
                                  Consume lot of time to get understand my problem to customer care.

                                    I will order zoomons leggings from amazon on 27 december, 2018 and it's delivery date was estimated by 31 december, 2018. But i couldn't receive my order in that day. And after 2 days i contacted to customer care and the worker of amazon said that it should be delivered within 7 days but next day i saw that my order was cancelled.
                                    I never get my order delivered in time i have to contact customer care every time i ordered on amazon
