Dear sir

A refund of 1979 rupees was successfully processed on 23November 2018 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of India customer service and also the state bank of India branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    Hi,
    I had ordered a product on amazon and the product was received in a damaged condition. I had requested for refund on 28th nov, but the seller has been lethargic and not responding properly. Had raised a claim in dec 5, but even that is not resolved till date. The seller says he is arranging for the pickup, but has not taken any action till now. The amazon representatives also go in hand with the seller and put the customer in trouble. My hard earned money is now stuck in the hands of the seller.

      Hi there,

      I made an order in amazon, order no:[protected] which should be delivered on 19/11/2018. I received a message on 19th from amazon that says my order is delivered but it's not delivered yet and courier people are not answering for my calls. Few times they responded and courier boy told me to remind him later to deliver my order but he just left the town with the parcel. People trust amazon very much but they are bluffing the customers before they deliver and they are very careless with customer parcels and amazon must be careful with client parcel. Amazon must have professional courier people and amazon must send accurate product tracking information. They must make sure whether product is delivered or not before they sending messaged to the customers.

      I did not get my refund amount.amazon told me that your refund amount has been initiated even they provide me a reference No. for that. But PNB bank say there is no any amount like that is pending. help me out of it.

        The product[protected] purchased on faster 16 dec 2018, tentively be delivered on 20 dec 2018 as it is shown in application.in its application, status of delivery shown "delivered" on 20 dec 18 at 11:13 am but it was not received by me. I had called customer care and delivery agent both but they'r not picking calls. I had not expected that. Need refund.

          I ordered a krisons polo 5.1 multimedia speaker (Ordered id[protected] on 16/12/2018 with cash back offer from amazon.in and payment already paid. They accepted my order and schedule that for delivery. Delivery promise date 18/12/2018 to 21/12/2018 but on 19/12/2018 they updated my order with this message that it might be delay but surely deliver. But when i checked my order status in evening i found that status "undeliverable as the address is outside the courier service area and product returning to seller" i contacted to customer care and asked about my order, they replied same as message. They replied that my product will return to seller. I asked to customer care that i had bought this product with cash back offer and some cash back received. And i also offer option that i will be picked my self my product near courier hub in my area but they rejected mu option and also my cash back. Again i give an option that i did not need my product and also money, i want to donate my money to amazon for improving services so that nobody frustrated by them in future. They forcefully cancel my order and stolen my cashback.

            I am utterly disappointed with the service and trust me out of words on my frustration. Amazon has set extremely incorrect expectations on delivery and continue to do so! I wrote earlier on a fake product issue and only resolution i got was a refund.. What about other customers that are getting impacted by this. Anyways this time i ordered a hoodie and the delivery was guaranteed one day delivery.. It said gurantee delivery on the date.. It has yet to come and says on its way.. This is utter crap and infuriating from a customer service perspective.. I am also an amazon prime customer and i will definitely not be renewing my subscription!!

              I ordered a product through Amazon on 1 October 2018 worth rs 6199 and cancelled the order on 4 October 2018. The amount was paid by bank of India debit card. Till today I haven't received refund.
              I have contacted amazon costumer care so many time, they said that Amazon initiated the refund amount already on 4 October 2018 and I have received e-mail from Amazon that refund has been processed successfully with transaction reference no. But still the amount is not credited in my bank of India account

                We have ordered mi laptop GE 73 model. They have raised invoice for GE 73 model also. But they delivery happened for GE 63 model and also USED one on 11.12.2018. We have sent complaint mail to customer care and they informed to wait up to 19.12.2018. To-day we called the customer care executive simply informed that they have made investigation in their despatch section and confirmed they have delivered the correct product. No body visited at our place for investigation to confirm the complaint.

                    I purchased one mobile named gerna kurta which cost 1882inr on immediately i cancelled one kurta on 10thdecember 2018 from amazon.in, i paid 1882 for cancellations they should return rs548 as my order id is[[protected]]
                    I request amazon to either replace or refund according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 19december but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support and personally visit more than 10 times to bank even i already talked to bank manager also but nothing works for me, bank told me until n unless amazon don't provide the refund how can they will credit into my account, amazon provide me one reference number which is (Refund ref no[protected] and i already show this thing to bank but still same situation, i tried to call amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions, i also send some mails to amazon regarding this issue but same answer all the time. Me they want the now i am fed up with amazon response so i am sending the proof some emails sarojini s [protected]

                      I have purchased redmi y2 phone from amazon under my exchange phone. Redmi y2 price is 10999. Exchange ph. Value rs. 3751. After rs. 724 bank discount i have paid rs. 6523. Due to defective piece i returned my phone & refund provided by amazon only rs. 5523 on 27 nov 2018 after adjusting cashback rs. 1000. I called-chat approx 70 times with amazon regarding my partial refund of exchange ph. Value rs. 3751. Every time from 28 nov 2018 given time limit of 24-48 hours but not credited in amazon pay bal. Too much time taking & every time told that ticket raised but no solution given. Excuse given that technical problems, inspection pending, but they are not proceedings my refund. Kindly help for refund my partial refund of my exchange ph. Value rs. 3751.

                        I had placed an order (ORDER NO[protected] )to buy a titan neo analog watch on[protected] for an amount of Rs 3996. And also received that order but somehow i dont like that watch and choosed to return.

                        On 05/11/2018 the courier boy of AMAZON had taken that watch from my house for that they also given a acknowledgement receipt. But after sometime they had not refunded my amount. I also communicated customer care number several times, every time they told that till they had not received the product.

                        And today also i have called customer care and they told that i had sent a fraudulent product, what nonsense this is, it is simply called cheating and taking our money. their courier boy taken that watch, he had checked the product and after that he gave the acknowledgement receipt. then how its possible.

                        simply i cannot throw my hard earned money.

In case we do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalised banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the refund reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.                             I ordered Honor7X smartphone (Costing Rs.9999) for my Dad on 10th Oct 2018 from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered at Hinganghat. However, Amazon delivered a wrong Phone (Redmi6A) consisting the Invoice of Redmi6A with 3rd person’s name on it. I followed the traditional way of replacing the product. I also talked to Customer care mentioning my grievance, they said the phone must have got replaced and the problem should be resolved soon.
                            When Amazon found out that the phone was actually replaced, they agreed to send the courier service to return back the wrong phone (Redmi6A). Since Hinganghat does not have Amazon’s Hub, delivery and the return is carried out by a local courier service. However, Courier service would not accept the return since Amazon didn’t send ‘reason for replacement’ to that courier service. This happened multiple times.
                            Post which Amazon’s Customer care asked me to carry out self-return. I followed the procedure and completed the self-return through another courier service named ‘First Flight’. I also mailed Tracking ID of the courier (Redmi6A) to Amazon. However, post stipulated time when I followed Amazon’s care back they said the product cannot be tracked and to ask respective courier service to send the valid Tracking ID.
                            On getting back the courier service (First Flight), they tracked the product which said, Product was rejected by Amazon. It’s been over 1 month now that the courier is not returned to me. When I get back to Amazon’s Customer Care they always reply that the product is not reached to our hub and it cannot be tracked. So Finally I end up having neither any of the 2 Phones nor my money (Rs. 9999).
                            You can see how reckless Amazon is to provide service. Customer care personals are Robots who states the same thing and assures to resolve the problem which they never do. It’s been over 2 months from the day of order placement and you can see a lot of effort and time was spend for nothing.
                            Finally, I desire to get the refund of my money (i.e. Rs. 9999) from Amazon.

                              Ordered sandisk 32gb class 10 micro sdhc memory card with adapter... 13 december, which was expected to be delivered at 16th december and the same was promised by the delivery agent on the same date through phone. After that i they didnt contact me and returned it to the sender without any intimation. When i contacted them today the delivery agent gave me some lame excuses that my address is far for delivery etc etc, though my address is exactly at the town where they normally deliver. The delivery agents have no knowledge regarding the places and the addresses. Such a waste of time for the customers, really disappointed with the experience.

                                I had ordered a samsung mobile phone on 15th october and i found a problem with that one. So that i have returned the product and claimed for the refund on 2 nd november. The returned product has been received by them on 10 th november. But till now i don't get my money back. Whenever i have contacted them they are convincing me with i have to wait for again seven more days.

                                  I have ordered s product order id[protected] on 26th november 2018 from my amazon account they said that the product will be delivered with in 10th-13th december 2018. I have done the payment and i eagerly waited till 13th december but when i contacted to the amazon customer support they are saying that the product is cancelled and the refund will be initiated soon. Without any intimation they have cancelled my product. But i want that product. I have wasted my time waiting for the product. Even i want that product. I have requested them lot of times and they are not solving my problem.
                                  So want to give a complaint on amazon. Please help me to get that product as soon as possible
