My order was cancelled tracking id[protected]. It was cancelled without a delivery attempt, delivery boy has called only one and i called him back after 1 min, he didn't picked up the call and rejecting the call. Is this how amazon services are? Worst service ever.
You people should try atleast 1 delivery attempt then you should cancel the products.

    I have been charged $13.91 on my credit card for a few months not knowing what it is for. The information on the charge says for books, magazines, and newspaper. I have not ordered any of these things and am not receiving anything like this. I want to stop this charge and be reimbursed. Please contact me regarding this. I would like to talk to them directly but have no phone number.

      Summary of the incidents is as mentioned below:

      1. I ordered mobile from amazon.in and on website displayed guaranteed delivery by tomorrow 23rd dec, 2018. Hence, i paid for amount 100/- extra for delivery so that it reaches to me on sunday 23rd dec. As soon i paid i got message but it was for delivery on 24th dec, 2018.

      2. When i checked status on 23rd dec, 2018 midnight on app then it showed arriving today, it meant will arrive on 23rd only.

      3. I called customer care and after discussions with 2 executives got response will definitely get my package on 24th dec.

      4. Today on 24th dec, i got message around 8:30am with details of delivery executive. I called him around 8:40am and got revert that his bike got faulty so would not be able to deliver in day time and will get it delivered in evening. I told him that i need it today only.

      5. Later to confirm, i tried calling many times but everytime ivr had not accepted pin delivered to me on message, and got error message to dial correct pin.

      6. Luckily around 12:46pm amazon's ivr accepted same pin and call got connected to delivery agent, wherein he said his duty hours got completed and he has returned the package to ats, and said that will get my package through another agent by evening.

      7. Later at 2:16pm, i got a message that we could not deliver your product... As we could not contact you on the phone. Reattempt on next working day. Though they did not called me even once and i called them.

      8. I called customer care to know, some male executive answered, i dont remember name (Very unprofessional he was, and said kal mil jayega apko courier.)

      9. Then i called again and made executive to escalate call to tl, then call transferred to tl (Both were assuring for delivery by tomorrow morning and can try for delivery today, i even said that i myself can go and pick from your transport services, but no one supported to give address or to guide, executive directly said google it you will get the address.

      10. Later tm came on call and he too first saying will deliver today and then in mid came on that will be delivered tomorrow, then again switched when i stretched that day has not passed so it will be done today, managers have access to escalation mails so i am mailing your concern, but no reference number was provided.

      All in all, failure to fulfill brand promise.

      11. Then same day at 8:37 pm, got courier from delivery agent and i was happy that at last amazon fulfilled promise and delivered. But, i forgot that here too blunder can be done, now amazon shifted focus to delivery only but not at correct product delivery.

      I got some mobile company named kechaoda rather my ordered product vivo v11 pro supernova red.

      I called customer care again and executive transferred my call to specialist team and talked to executive, now he gave more shock that wait for 5 business days then will get revert from delivery team and will deliever you correct product, told me to wait till 1st jan, 2019, even on saying to cancel this he declined request. May be he has done as protocols of your company but here where is customers fault??? Is this my fault that i trusted amazon brand and ordered mobile from their site.

      Mailed to nodal and grievance officers too, but they too have response tat of 3 days.

      Its a total harassment.

        I ordered a laptop battery which i received after 3-4 days, after unpacking i found it unsuitable and incompatible so immediately i raised a return request. I was informed the correct product is on hold till wrongful supply is collected. I argued why it is not dispatched and delivered while earlier is being collected. But i was told that, the policy is against it so i requested to escalate my complaint so i was connected to higher supervisory officer who in conversation accepted the request and promised to release the held up replacement & asked to return the product through amazon agent. But after two days i found no movement on replacement. It is a fraudulent behaviour and clear cut harassment to customers who have no in front access. Amazon.in is exploiting the customer.

But now they are not picking my call.in the website column i have mentioned the email address of that hr department. Nearly i have paid 6.5k for the recruitment process.             I have purchase sh12 wireless bluetooth headphone from amazon online on 6th december 2018 order id #[protected] — 7615519 seller was funny store which is fraud based in rajkot gujrat for amount of rs 499
            I received the product on 10th of december 2018 which was faulty and in bad condition i immediately raised return request and asked for refund however after 4 to 5 days no one came to pick the product than i call up amazon i have recording adviser said he has again raised request to return and the person will be coming to pick the product in few days i waited for 3days no1 came i call up again adviser said you need to send the product back by your self and courier charges will be reversed by seller however i have also took printout of the return barcode which cost me rs 20 i have done the packing and send the product back to seller name funny store at rajkot gujrat by shree maruti courier on 16 of december at 11am i have checked the tracking # on website and it was delivered to seller on 19th december i have again call up amazon but nothing has been return to my a/c i have also send all the proof to amazon with photo copy i am helpless and so frustrated... Please help me to get my refund back

              This is to inform you with a fact that iv mr sridevi resident of hyderabad have faced an online money fraud in the name of amazon india on date 24/12/2018. Around 11:36 pm i received a call from mobile no saying, "we are pleased to inform you that since you our daily customer of online shopping we the amazon india company would like to give you a free gift hamper since you are our daily online shopping customer." they asked me to do a shopping of min. 5, 000 to get this gift and as of hearing all the cases of online fraud i denied with that but somehow they convinced me by giving all the details of mine which is saved on amazon, they gave me full record of on which date i purchased what with order id. They gave me their name and employment code with saying that this call is recorded on government portal and asked me to record their voice if i want too so by this i somehow convinced with their words. Keeping in mind that i have to buy some products of my use i agreed purchase of 5, 000 products and paying by tez google paya app of amount 5463 with upi ref. To amazon account even though if i didn’t get my gift i still have the products later when i asked my receipt or invoice detail they told they mail me that particular product link which i ordered so, after that they asked me for the free gift i have to pay 11, 999 as a gst tax of the product which is refundable on spot as they require gst and invoice no for custom clearance which is paid on the same account by tez app with upi no after which they said due to bank transaction charges of 10rs the system is unable to proceed the refund gst tax refund and under certain policy they can’t refund my money back so to further getting the same amount back i need to do another transaction including that 10rs i. E. 12, 009 so that the system can approve my refund they also send me the screenshot from whatsapp of that error from mobile no. I declained to pay again.. And obviously after some time all numbers are switched off.
              So, in and all while all this i lost 17462/ — and it’s a case of online money fraud by using amazon’s company name and data breaching using amazon’s company server. So the company amazon india is also liable to have a poor security server that unsecure its customers information. They have all the information of mine including all my orders and my numerous delivery address where i use to deliver my products.
              I’m enclosing the bank account details of the recipient:

              I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and also the necessary actions have to be taken upon those online fraud people and also the amazon company for not having a secure information data base.

              Since several months my amazon pay account Was locked and they also do not give any proper reason for that. My registered Email id is — dheerajsharma.[protected]@gmail. com I had raised several requests and they say everytime that it will be resolved in 24 hours...

              Amazon says that I have two accounts
              How will my problem be solved??
              I have booked two power banks and one power bank has cancelled but did not get refund.

                I ordered 2 watches from amazon on 15/12/18 but i cancelled that order on same date. Refund is transferred into my account on 21/12/18 but it is not shown on my bank account. Transaction id is 784426. I had contacted to bank customer care they said refund is not transferred into your account. I also contacted to amazon customer care service but they said that refund is transferred into your account on 21/12/18.

                  Amazon service team hold my account last 2 months. Regularly i contact them for help i think i call them 150 times mail them around 45 time but no responce. What is my fault for conecting amazon and be a regular coustomer. If it possible unhold my account other wish refund full amount of prime nembership. Seller doing mistake but i am suffering lot of trouble. Its xmas newyear, i want to lot of shopping from amazon but its nit possible.

                  I have purchased a Redmi 4 3GB Black phone by my SBI Debit card on 16 December 2018…as per SBI December offer I suppose to get 10% instant discount OR 10% cashback, , but I haven’t got the cash back or discount as of now… By what time it will come…???

                    I was order hp laptop by amazon online shopping app. I was paid by hdfc debot card, but again i was canceeled my order and i was recived sms from amazon your amount has been refunded to your bank account. And i was recived sms from hdfc bank also amzon has been revised your amount 19990 rs, the amount ill be credited in your account but still the amount didnt credit in my account, almost 4 days has been done but still this amount didnt credit to my account. I m already file the complaint 3 times but still i didnt get any reply from customer service side.

                        Hi everyone,

                        I need to address few information to all the users who is using amazon to purchase items.
                        Amazon is one of the biggest fraud i recently purchased 2 oneplus 6t both are manufactured directive, basically amazon is just getting all defective or rejected products from vendors and fooling the customers.
                        When i asked the team to help me transfer my 9k amazon pay balance to bank account they mentioned there is no option, amazon has put the money in pay balance and now it's like a scam.
                        Customer support agents kept on lying that there is no other options or even bother to help.

                          Lenovo 310-20iap 19.5-inch all-in-one desktop (Celeron j3355/4gb/1tb/dos/integrated graphics), black

                          I'm writing this after using 5 month of the product but the problem is my order place on date 16/07/2018 & as per warranty status shows start date 01/06/2018 of this product. Why it is happening only amazone knows. The main things is there is no sl no mention on invoice. I'm continuing rises issue about that from august 2018 but no one can solved it (Amazon customer service) till today.

                          I have ordered Bluetooth earphone that had a warranty of 6 months. It worked for just 2 months I asked Amazon to get it replaced but they said it is seller's deal so it has not yet been replaced.

                            On 12/18/18 you billed my debit card for $12.99 as a recurring payment. I do not have an amazon account so therefore i should not have a charge. The transaction #s[protected]. This is the first time this has shown on my account that i know of. But, since you 350 words to process or notice this complaint, here i am typing wasted information, my time, and your time just so the program will take this complaint. So, my second complaint is that you all need a user friendly was to make complaints after all this is a high tech world. So if that was not enough words i load this sentence so that there is no hold up. Do you have my attention now!
                            On December 27, 2018 Amazon Prime took $12.99 from my account without my permission. I didn't order any thing from Amazon. The last time I order from Amazon was after the week of Black friday. I don't understand why Amazon would to this. me

                              This is the second time that this has happened, so i think people should know about this.
                              When you make pre-payment for any product on amazon, the delivery guy still tells you that payment needs to be done.in case the person receiving the product is unaware of the pre-payment, they usually make another payment for the same product for which payment has already been done.
                              Amazon has already done it once in the past, and even though i did register a complaint with them, still no action has been taken till date.
                              Even today, when someone in my family was receiving the product for which i have already made a payment, the delivery guy again asked for payment. Thankfully they called me to clarify. And when they asked the delivery person to take the product back to amazon out of disgust, only then he said that he was confused and accepted that the payment has already been done.
                              There are no checks and balances these days, this is how amazon is growing their business nowadays.

                                Ten days ago, was order 2 products and after then i got a message from amazon (I. E... Pay now: pay rs 439.00 for your order mi orig... Through paylink. Get flat rs. 50 back. Valid once per user. Click to pay: http://amzn.in/4rcksOz).

                                And, if i make payment using amazon link then 50 rs will be credited in my amazon pay balance as a cashback. But today is 22 december and still i am waiting for 50 rs cashback on each product. And, i already asked help for amazon associate through chat they are just escalating complaint but at the end result is nothing... Today again amazon associates told me that i have to wait for 5 working days for cashback.. Please help me regarding this..

                                    It has been observed in darjeeling (Kurseong) and complained by several of the amazon customers that-the goods ordered are never being delivered to the homes like it is done at other places. They quote 'shortage of staff' and make people come to their shops or else delivery cancelled. This is normal behaviour of these people taking people for granted.

                                      I, mr. K. Narasinga rao am a customer of andhra bank, budhawarpet branch, kurnool. My sb a/c no-[protected] and ifsc code-andb0000053. I am a subscriber to amazon india online shopping app. I sent rs.500 to amazon.in ([protected]@apl) through andhra bank netbanking on[protected] as requested by them through sms. Netbanking transaction id-ib/citrus/[protected]. The transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my andhra bank account. But the amount is not credited into my beneficiary:s account. Hence i complained about this matter to amazon india through email. I received the reply email stating that my refund of rs.500 has been processed successfully on[protected] and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is [protected]. I request you to kindly process the same and credit the amount back into my andhra bank account at the earliest.

                                        I already taken loan of 15k from zest money to purchase anything from u... I used just 13k for purchasing of realme1 mobile.. I already paid emi to zestmoney for 15k loan amount... My thought is remain bal is 2k in my amazon pay balance wallet... And also i upload of 3k to that same wallet for further purchase.. Now i checked in my amazon pay balance, is zero... Wht is this... I can't understand. I used loan amount for only 13k... Bit i pay emi for 15k... And more than my own money of 3k, whr it's going... Totally i am confused. Please give me the exact &clear reason asap...
