I ordered 11 items from Amazon and the product was delivered to me 10-12 November 2022 but i received a different sizes and defective products I returned it to Amazon.and they told me to wait 3-4days and the amount will reflect in my bank account but even after 4 days I didn't get my money back so even after countless complaints they are not providing me Refund Reference Number and I also visited the bank branch but they said without the RRN number they are unable to do anything and even after 1.5 months they always tell me to wait no real resolution and they are saying they have already refunded the money but if that's the truth then they should provide the RRN number.

    While 'toor dal'needed to be shipped 'chana dal'was sent. When tried to get it reolaced/return the system didn't respond and wasn't able to lodge my complaint/request.
    No way is left to get the product which was ordered.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have used this Amazon pay later account From Axio for one Purchase of Rs. 984 for which the 1 month time period with no extra cost was not over when bill was received. But the pay later account was showing Rs. 1070 as overdue which was wrong. I have ordered some other item after the above order using pay later option. But this order was cancelled. The account is showing that the extra Rs. 86 is coming from this cancelled order. Although there was no usage fee for this pay later service as per webpage. But when I contacted both Amazon customer service and Axio support for correcting the same, no help was given.
      Ultimately money was debited without my consent from my SBI account on 05/01/2022. Although the amount was small, these people must be cheating crores of people in similar ways. Please take necessary action to stop these frauds!

        Based on above chat, though consumer fake return product received and portal not working or not accepting my SAFE-T claim Amazon says that safe t policy is 15 days and cannot give. Before the above chat communication request, I put 2 more case log but the same message repeated. Wait for product to come. Though already received at my end. This seems fradulent by Amazon.

        I sent a hair straightener and in return received 100gm cloth in 2 packets.
        My order reports tab for past 365 days is empty, could not get invoice. Case was raised last dec 2022 not resolved. It seems like a plan to avoid refund.

            I ordered a product worth 500 from Amazon in August and the order was prepaid. Even today, i am not given a clear solution for my problem.
            I feel that they are saying to me to let go Amazon from buying something from them and buy it from elsewhere, i have no option left other than to waste my time in consumer court and then only they will give my refund.

              I had purchased Zee5 1 Year Premium Subscription Gift Card from Amazon in August'22. When I tried to purchase the subscription on Zee5 website and App, I did not get any option to pay through the Gift Card. I contacted Zee5 and discussed the issue with them for several days. However, they were not able to provide any solution. I approached Amazon customer care and explained the situation to the agent. The agent informed me that full refund will be processed. However when I checked my credit card details in Jan'23, I did not see any refund from Amazon for this order. I called Amazon customer care on 3rd Jan but they told me that since I am calling after 6 months they cannot process any refund!
              They could not answer why the refund was delayed from Amazon or why I needed to follow up when Amazon had already confirmed to me that refund will be processed?

                It has been more than a month and I have not received my refund in my Kotak Mahindra bank account even after so many calls and mails. The Amazon customer care is of no help at all. The bank needs Refund Reference Number from the company(Amazon India), but they are just giving me dates to receiving refund reference number of the product and not giving me my money.

                    On 05.12.2022 and 07.12.2022 I have ordered for front load surf Excel detergent (4+2) Kg and Arnika shampoo 1liter respectively. After some offered discounts I pay Rs1005 and Rs 404.62 respectively from my ICICI bank debit card.

                          I have returned the product approximately 10 to 12 days ago for which refund was expected within 6 hours. While they are denying to refund my money by giving me false reason that I have returned the wrong product where in their delivery person has already verified it at my doorstep.                                 The product has malfunctioned and return window is over. upon checking the product for authenticity i've found that the product is a fake.

                                Upon contacting Amazon and informing that the product i've received is a fake one amazon has refused to replace or refund.

                                  Thn tell to ragistrater with 200ru for online task in mall app.after it shows u got 400 ru thn they say 1000 ru recharge I did also but after tht it shows need more recharge so I asked telegram menter (a96077 Akshat)who was guiding but he says do payments do I said if again task show more recharge thn so he shows only certificate of Amazon it's seems fake investment, still on telegram Amazon pro task center working nicely so why telegram n Cyber police aren't taking action it's request to Cyber cell plz do something .as well thr is another mall also which orated by surya surya 123888)name on telegram n those menter says only do payments then your frozen amount u get

                                    Amazon pro task center on telegram, they text ppls by phone, they told recharge of, 200n after task u will get 400 thn again they says recharge 1000 even i did but again while doing online task it's shows do more recharge so I asked mall tutor on telegram but he just says do payment n complete task n thn u will get fund but my point is after recharge again if thr any more recharge so he kept quiet
                                    Till 2800 I paid n amount frozen I need my refund n atlast cyber security should see in this Matter cause Amazon pro task center working in telegram so rather thn seeing peoples complains I request to Cyber cell plz do something

                                      Note: I check my bank refund amount didn't receive. Bank side said amount will be reverted to merchant or if refund is processed please share the UTR and trxn number.

                                      I ordered a laptop on amazon on the 11th nov 2022. The next day i cancelled but still i didn't receive my refund amount to my bank. Amazon gives only refund reference id and tracker id. But Bank is asking if refund is processed mean share the utr and trxn number from amazon. Amazon said the refund is processed on 26th nov 2022. But still i didn't receive my refund amount RS.56, 500. 8 times i raised complaints in amazon. Bank is asking if refund is processed mean share the utr and trxn number, i asked to amazon the same, But no response from amazon side almost 45days is done but still i didn't receive amount, amazon asking time only amazon not give a solution.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I ordered a refrigerator on Amazon online website on 13th December paying the full amount via Phonepe with Order number as[protected] and Tracking Shipment as [protected] which was promised to be delivered on 17th December 2022, which is still the same- several call and emails has been exchanged but no positive response from the team and yet it is undelivered. They list products and take the money upfront as there as no option to chose pay on delivery for the said product and no response later.

                                        The order was place in the State of Telangana, Narayanpet Dist as a gift to mother on House warming ceremony dated 18th December 2022, it's insulting in every aspect.

                                        Hoping your prompt action.
