I'm a victim of the above mentioned company. I was asked to recharge a certain amount and I did. I was initially paid at my first investment/top-up. but, the subsequent task I was not able to complete it. Please, I need a refund of my money.

    My order dated 24 October 2022 your ref ORDER #[protected]. I received the item by end October 2022.
    The product is Bose Portable Smart Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with Alexa Voice Control Built-in, Wi-Fi Connectivity, 360° Sound, Powerful Bass (Black) costing Rs. 33065/-
    I returned this item after talking to Amazon official. I was informed that it is okay for Amazon if I return the item and your person duly picked up the item.
    I did not receive the refund nor any communication from Amazon about the refund.
    I spoke to customer support number and they informed that my refund request has been rejected. No reason was given and for this he asked me to write to ‘[protected]@amazon.in’. I wrote to this email several times and there is no response.

    When I go to my order page, the status is that the material is picked and that refund will be issued within 3-5 working days. It is now pending for more than nearly 50 days.

      I spoke to the executive before placing an order and told her that the order delivery date is showing on 28th dec 22 but i want the order to be delivered on 26th dec 22 and this laptop that i am shipping is for office use

      The customer care representative informed me stating that you can place the order and call us we will make the changes

      After placing the order i called the customer care number and informed that i have placed the order and as spoke to the representative earlier can you please make the changes now the representative is saying that we cannot make the changes and order will be delivered to the concerned person on the 28th dec 22

      This is clear cut pitcure of a fraud and wrong information provided to the customer just to make sales

      Now i am asking can you please cancel the order she is saying i cannot cancel the order it is in advance shipment stage and you will need to cancel the order from your end i informed the same that i have cancelled it from my end and would like to place another order please can you credit me with the amount of 19, 965.00 in my wallet she is saying it will take 48 hours

      We request amazon to please look into this as this order was for my office use and it could get me fired out of my current job

        Order ID- #[protected]-I have returned this product on NOV 27, even after 25 days since the return the refund is not yet credited to my account. Approached their customer support and they are unable to provide any support on the issue (Support team common answer Ticket is raised--Due to technical issue unable to get the refund reference number).

            I have received an unordered product from Amazon to my address last night. That was something i did not order, nor any of my family or friends did. I made a payment for the product assuming some of my family member had ordered it. But later, i get to know that none has ordered it. This is 'Brushing' which i have read through Amazon's marketplace. This is a security breach and i would not expect this to happen again. Please take a quick action. I would request you to please help me with the return of the product and refund the money.

                My name is Kashish Raj and I had ordered 2 Crompton Arno Neo 10-L 5 Star Rated Storage Water Heater with Advanced 3 Level Safety (White) of INR 9478.0 in Amazon on 23 october 2022, order id :[protected], among the two water heater i returned one of them as it was defective item on 11 Novemeber 2022 . And on 23 November 2022 Amazon initiated refund of amount INR 4739 to my card but I still didn't get the money. On enquiry i got to know RRN number is not getting generated, it 's been a over month but not getting my refund . So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I just renewed my annual Prime subscription with Amazon and I used my card for payment. However, after payment, I receive a message from my Bank that an eMandate has been activated for Amazon Prime for my next renewal. I never gave an explicit Permission for emandate, and yet Amazon has processed my eMandate for 5 years until 2027.

                  I called up customer care and they have no idea how it happened. I asked them to raise a complaint and they refused !

                  Imagine, if my Bank had failed to intimate me of the eMandate that was activated in stealth mode by Amazon, they would be silently charging me and they also don't have a refund policy

                    Order #[protected] not recieved order, shows delivered, customer care contacting says that i should be careful and track the product, didnt receive OTp for delivery, absolute fraud company, ordering with them is like losing valuable money

                      The order was placed on 3/12, received on 5/12 but found defective and reported on 6/12. Amazon decided for its replacement latest by 13/12 but at the website, the window was closed on 12/12 but no replacement done. When complained, the new date of replacement was given as 24./12. Since the Supplier is from Goregaon and the initial supply was made within two days of order placement, I fear that delay tactics are being adopted by the seller in connivance with your staff and the date fixed now (24/12) will also met with the same fate as stated above.
                      Amazon is requested to look into the case as I am being harassed for a petty item for over a fortnight. Such delaying tactics, which mar the image of the famous Amazon, never happened in any earlier supplies.

                        I ordered Dr. Ortho knee cap and instead of it they sent me a toy in the box of knee cap i tried to exchange it but i didn't recieved the order and they are showing order delivered.. what type of fraud you guys are trying to do i am so pissed atleast have some humanity i ordered this for my grandma.

                          I am a loyal customer of Amazon
                          I have ordered new phone but i received refurbished one Mi Poco M2 Pro from Amazon
                          I need a refund or replacement of my mobile phone as it is not working properly i have complaint several times to amazon customer care but they are asking for deny letter from mi service centre but the service centre said they dont give any such kind of letter. Pls resolve this issue asap i have ordered this phone on 18th of October 2022 but i have the service invoice of 24 june 2021 which i got from service centre.It has been repaired in delhi.
                          It is the valid proof of refurbished mobile.
                          Pls do the needful asap...

                            I am a loyal customer of Amazon India i have ordered Mi Poco M2 Pro from amazon on 18th of october which i received on 19th of october i ordered fresh new one but i received refurbished one after using few days i got speaker problem for which i went to mi service centre but they deny for the service as the warranty was already expired a year back so i complaint to amazon they said to get a deny letter from mi service centre so i went again to the mi service centre they said they dont give any kind of letter they were not ready neither for the service nor deny letter.This mobile is already has been repaired in Delhi on 24th june 2021 but i ordered this on 18th of October 2022 i have the invoice of that service as well which i got from the mi service centre i have attached it below.

                                I ordered a bought laptop from the amazon India for Rs.53000/- and the delivery date was set for 14/12/2022 but the product wasn’t delivered on that date and when we contacted customer service they said it will reach within next 24hrs just like that even though we have been charged for fast delivery. But even after 24hrs nothing happened that is on 15/12/2022 then When I contacted the customer service on 15/12/2022 again they said same thing without any guilt of charging people extra for fast delivery but not delivering the product on time and holding the sum of 53k for more 2days and just giving lame excuses. again I contacted them back on 15/12/2022 again they didn’t give any information on the reason for the delay and kept repeating the same things it will be delivered within next 24 hrs that’s by 16/12/2022. But even on 16/12/2022 that is today even till this moment the product is not delivered they have hold of my money of rs.53k and not delivered the product even after charging for fast delivery separately and when I asked them reason for the delay there was no proper answer and when I asked about the compensation for delay in delivery they said there is no such thing then now they said that they can give 150/- back with Shame or guilt of holding 53k for nearly four days and not delivering the product and not even being responsible to give proper reason for the delay. If they can’t deliver the product within the given time why they are charging separately for fast delivery and also nagging the delivery and holding our money and make us wait unnecessarily, if they can’t do then they shouldn’t have that option they why would we opt for it. It’s seems like a trap they make us order then they make us wait and hold our money without saying any proper reason. They charge 120/- for fast delivery but hold our product and money and when we ask for compensation for delay they said they will give 150/- which is not worthy compensation for holding 53k for four days. This is pure cheating I must say.i want you to take strict action against them and I want refund for the delay. They are not ready to pay for their fault. I want you to be hard on them so that they understand the consequences if they don't do their job properly.

                                  I m the prime member and buyer of amazon since from 2014, blocked my account since from 14 days. I called 30 times to customer care they never bothered on my problems & they were committed with wrong and fake statements on re activating my account, every day I called their standard default commitment is 24 to 48 hrs, even after 500 hrs. they are not activated my account, due to account block i am unable to access my purchased product invoice for warranty claim.

                                  Their mails are also not realistic and most fake, they were foolishing the customers. Attached their mail confirmation for your reference.

                                  Amazon is totally Fake, Irresponsible, fake customer service and fraud.

                                  I am not all interested to proceed with this amazon, I need my prime member ship refund.

                                  Immediately i need my prime member ship money back.

At the first paid out but as you continue you have adding until eventually you have nothing left and aren't able to finish this task your account then get frozen there's nothing else you can do. I conducted the company through the phone number in the advert .I lost my money rs 86000

                                      Delivery of the mouse was made but on checking it was found to be defective. On operating its switch, the red neon light was flickering once and then extinguishing on repeated attempts. On line complaint was made the very next day and your office decided to replace it through courier who will deliver the new one and pick up the old one in its original packing. The replacement date was initially shown as 8th or 9th Dec. ( I don't exactly remember). However, I noticed that the exchange date was revised to 13th of Dec. Yesterday, I waited for whole day but none arrived.
                                      Today on checking your website, I find that the above data has been deleted without making any replacement.
                                      Please check up and get the defective mouse replaced at the earliest.
