I had ordered below product from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered on 17th November 2022.

Carrier picked up the package.

But again, all of sudden received the message that you have CANCELLED YOUR ORDER. without even receiving a call or message I don't know how I cancelled my order. What a shame on delivery team who is lazy to execute it. without even informing what's the issue for not delivering.

    Camera quality not good show in picture...mobile get hanged, after restarting it's took more time to turn on...some time flash light turned on automatically, started blinking / flickering. that time flash light touch not working..
    #NOTE informed to Amazon customer care executives​ they fixed technical visit on 17/11/22. But there is no one else. Contact information is not working. I try to get those numbers no use.

              I have purchased, smart watch from Amazon site which was purchased on 26th October. On the same day I connected with Amazon Customer support regarding the product color is different, then they asked for replacement and I asked the if possible refund it. Then they said it was possible and it was Initated. And the picked the product from me. Now they are saying we can't issue the refund and the product which you purchased was disposed and the disconnect the call.
              Product price is Rs.2799

                On October 13, 2022, I ordered a ZEBRONICS Zeb Sonic BAR 100 in a great Indian sale. 20.10.2022, was delivered as done. That day I was not at home, so my mom accepted the Purcell. When I came home at that time, I saw in the box the same brand but a different model I had received from Amazon.
                And I'm contacting the Amazon support team, and they are transferring my call to the specialist team and telling me that we are investigating your issue from our end, so please provide an image with the account holder's name and today's date. I followed the instructions and sent an image, and they raised an investigation and told me to contact them after five days.
                After 5 days, I contacted customer care, which checked the investigation status and told me we have the option for replacement or return; I chose replacement because I want the product. And they are creating a replacement for me.
                02/11/2022 delivery A boy came to my house, and he said, "We are picking up only the same thing as what we are giving you now."
                On the spot, I called customer service, and they told me our specialist team would investigate your issue and determine that you received the wrong item, so verification was removed from our end, and I gave the phone to the delivery boy for talking purposes; the delivery boy refused to make the delivery. And in our call, the customer service executive told me, "I cancel your replacement and create a return request for you." You return the item to us, and we provide a refund.
                04/11/2022 I return the item and also make a video when I hand over the item to Curiar Boy as a proof.
                There are mentions that after we receive your item to warehouse, we initiate a refund. After 10 days, they are still not initiating my refund, and they are just making false promises for a refund.
                And one day, one sir filed a complaint for refund, and after three days, when I contacted them for a refund, they told me we received junk shipping boxes, so we can't provide you with a replacement or refund. And they have discontinued the chat and have completely ignored me.
                They have not given me anything but my money, which is Rs 4, 999, which I lost.
                I humbly request that you please help me so that I get my refund.
                In this process, Amazon gave me hassle, and I lost my money.
                This is not fair treatment from Amazon. I mentioned all the proof I have.

                When the product was delivered to me and I complained about the different product they sent to me, the specialist team launched an investigation for three days, which was approved, and they accepted that they delivered the wrong item. Now they don't want to accept that I sent it when I already sent the same product that was received on delivery day, and today they closed my account. This is not fair treatment from Amazon.

                They promised to issue my refund after my return, but till now they have not issued my refund, closed my account, and also taken the wrong product they sent from me.

                Amazon has done a big faurd with me. I want to impose a heavy fine on Amazon for this issue, and please provide me with a refund.

                  I have ordered a Samsung phone on 11th Nov and the delivery date was 14th Nov. Today 16th Nov and the product has not yet delivered. Even they are not updating the tracking details. It shows "Out for delivery". Delivery agent also says he is not able to find the package.

                      I had purchased a RAM stick which is a
                      16GB DDR4 3200MHz SODIMM PC4-25600 CL22 2Rx8 1.2V 260-Pin SO-DIMM Laptop Notebook RAM Memory Module M471A2K43DB1-CWE

                      It has failed and stopped working. Samsung RAM has 3 years warranty and your Product page claims LIFE TIME WARRANTY as well. I already contacted the Manufacturer Samsung and they have asked me to get back to Amazon who in turn asked me to get a Service Denial Letter . I got the SERVICE DENIAL LETTER but amazon keeps delaying the issue with reasons like your photo was not clear and so on. I have called every 2 days for the past 3 weeks to no avail.

                        . I have ordered one laptop to my office address, and the delivery agent who called me was told that he won’t be delivering it to the address I ordered . He has told no service to my ordered area. Even he has told me to come and collect the parcel from an area there he is available. Then I asked him regards his misbehaviour, he told if you are not coming and taking it from here you cancel it and second option he was given to me that he will give that parcel to nearby some shop that he is knowing and am not. Later he cancelled the order by himself . So I strongly requesting you to take action against him and resend my parcel to the address where I ordered. If not I will be moving legally, as it is a fault from your side.

                            Order Number:[protected] i order boat airdopes 441 pro (blue edition) on27/9.I have received the defected product so that I return this product on 2/10, but pick up is delay then finally its picked up on 5/10 . then Amazon give me excuses about refund for not receiving correct product, but i have retuns correct product that i received but where's the actual problem is not told by customer care so i told them to reinvestigate for my refund, they further denied for it, this is not customer right, if customer return the correct product but problem in the amazon side shipment so customer is not responsible for it, and amazon told me to you are denied for refund, so what going on about my rights!!!

                              I have been purchased t OSEASAQUA Electric Prime Dolphin R O+ACTIVE COPPER Alkaline Technology Pure Water Mineral Booster Water Purifier and order id is[protected] on dated 07/02/2022 and installed on 10/02/2022. Since last 20, Oct-2022 the RO is not working so i call to supplier for warranty they told me we will send engineer but you pay 500 for visiting charge. if the product is in warranty period so why they demand for charge. for this i complain Amazon for many time but they also not provide solution till date. Kindly help me in this matter

                                I ordered elgato hd60 on 22 of September and it’s came 24th September then elgato was not working that’s why I return on 25th of sep then @AmazonHelp said they send me cheque they also told me to wait 10 days for cheque, and i wait 15days cheque not came when i went to post office of our area they said cheque already returned with no reason, then i call @AmazonHelp on 11th of October to cancel that cheque and the guy said (ok it will cancel and money will in your bank account in 7 to 10 days) money not came in 10 days then i call again @AmazonHelp on 21st of October to ask what’s going on then @AmazonHelp said please wait till 27 of October, i call again in 26 then they again said please wait 5 to 7 working days and also @AmazonHelp promise me to return money on 3 November it’s more then 1 month and when i call today guess what they told me please wait 5 to 7 working day

                                      I bought a ladder from Amazon amd it was delivered on the 17th October 2022. I made a return request on the 20th and no pick up was made. I got a msg from them on the 22nd that the pick up wud be done today..I got calls from pick up agent asking is it a big product and when I told them they said van will come to pick but no one came. But it was not done. On 23rd the same thing happened and pick up was not made. I called the customer care 31/10/22 at 5.45 pm and I was told that it is under verification. I asked her and she said that your prod doesnt match, but I told her that when no one came how can anyone put it under verification. she said she is removing it from verification and it will b picked upr by 7 pm today. But it was not picked up.
                                      I got a pick up msg on the 3rd but no one came. Then I called the cutomer care again on 4/11/22 at 5.14 pm, 5/11/22 at 2.31 and on 10/11/22 at 2.10 pm and everyone told me tehy are removing the verification and it will b done. I got the pick up msgs on 8/11/22, 9/11/22 and 11/11/22 but no pick up has been done. This is ridiculous they are fooling around. Amazon has bunch of irresponsible agents who are not happy to help. They have harrassed me so much. Some has to be home to get the pick up done and nobody comes for it. They have mentally harrased me by everytime giving me false details. And creating a wrong verification huddle for my pick up. I have cctv at my place and can show that no1 from amazon came to pick up so how come it got pending for verification. I have all the call recordings and also the msgs that I have recvd from Amazon. Their customer service is a harrassment

                                      Its been almost a month that I raised a return request and the product has yet not been picked up. I get msgs randomly about pick up but no pick up is done. Worst customer service. I guess it is better to buy from local vendors. Amazon has the worst customer service executives who have no interest in helping customers.

                                      I have made so many complaints now but still customer care people are fooling around that it would be picked up in 3 days but they dont..Each cutomer care executive keeps on fooling. Sadda, Arham none of them are helpful. I have all the recordings that how amazon cheats the customers and how they lack in customer service. They dont want to refund my amount thats very clear

                                        Recieve correct item by amazon delivery but the watch is not connecting with my mobile so i contact the customer care for replacement but there was the product is out of stock so they provide return for the order. Then the delivery agent tried to pick up the product but i am not available that time so i request again to the customer care for arranging another pick up and the product was successfully picked up by the amazon agent with all mandatory packaging and product you can also contact with the pick up agent for this. Then the app started showing that the product is on the way and i waited for the refund till today and now you are saying that the product was not same. Sir i send the original product from my side now I don't have the product as well you are not giving my refund.
