AMAZON INDIA HAS TRANSFERRED/ ISSUED AMOUNT OF ₹18, 500 on 24th Jan 2022 with their (Refund Reference Number) RRN: HSBCN[protected] to my CLOSED SBI ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected] for one of the products which I purchased from them which is APPLE AIRPODS 3 which I returned back to them !! I had paid via Cash while receiving the product but opted for BANK TRANSFER while returning! They have quoted 2 RRN of which I don't know which...

On 02/09/2022 I had placed an order for 13 books totaling Rs.10, 381.23. Amazon had split this into 8 different orders. However, I had to cancel this order on 03/09/2022 and from 04/09/2022 onwards I have been receiving refunds not only for these 13 books, but for other six items as well. But, so far I have received only around Rs.4, 974.54 by way of nine refund orders. Major amount has not been refunded even after 15 days of order cancellation....

I am regular customer of amazon but now a day whenever i order any product they take order and give expected delivery date but 1 day before delivery. order automatic cancel
I have order 7 to 8 product recently but before the delivery date all my order product cancalled..why this happen to me...

It was ordered on 15th September and showing shipped on 16th September.

Amazon page says product available and delivery EOD, after calling around 9.30 pm, at that time they say product isnt available and some says not shipped. They only doesnt hv clarity on the product whether it is there or not. if I ask for resolution they say, cancel and order....

Actually i bought a dell laptop from amazon...but what i recived it is the defective one...so when i spoke with the dell team they said they will replace the laptop but they asking serial number in the invoice...but from the amazon i recived the incomplete invoice and also without any warrenty and p-slip...so for that i raised the complaint on 31 Aug..

My product was to be delivered at 9.15pm in 10/09/2022, but the delivery agent came earlier in 1 pm on the same day, due to unavailability at home at that time I couldn't receive my product.But it is showing as delivered in the delivery status in the portal.I want my product back....
