I have bought jeans from amazon.in. I returned the product because of the large size. The courier partner who came here for pick-up, checked all the things of the item with the amazon rules, checked with the image from his phone. Finally, amazon sends me the email that the item i have sent back that is old and not correct. If the item was like that, the courier partner should not pick up from here. Amazon keep my item and money both now, and keep saying that they will not refund the amount instead of resolving my issue. They are also denying to provide me the contact number or buyer-returns team.
Might be it was the fault of their courier partner. Kindly take the appropriate action on this.

    The above mentioned subject order still not received and the amount is already paid, if the ordered subject if not received with in two days or the amount as to be repaid, if there is any delay or no reply, will be proceed through legally by my side. I think that's why people maximum go for COD (Cash on delivery), not only this the other product on same order No (Memory Card 8GB & 16 GB) have been received but no signature have taken from us for the delivery no proof for the delivered product.       I had ordered 2 products worth Rs.1, 348 from Amazon India on 23rd August 2018 and I had requested return so I was instructed to do self-return as shown in the attached picture of the package with clear return label to Seller Douge Couture by Blue Dart via Palande Courier as shown in the attached picture of courier receipt and waybill also on 8th September 2018 but I have paid 1, 100/- for courier fee. I had emailed Amazon customer care with all attached pictures and documents as they required but none is responded till now. I m told same and same that Amazon representatives asked for proof of delivery... I made lot of efforts and time to complain to amazon but no help from it to process my refund worth Rs. 1348 + 1100/- = 2, 448/-. I am tired of waiting. I hope this site would help me to sort out this issue.

        Hi. I bought an iphone x from amazon.in on 27th oct 2018 and got it delivered on 29th. Within few days o[censored]sage i noticed small patch on the screen and took the phone to apple service center. They offered me to replace the screen but since the device was just few days old i refused it and contacted amazon regarding this. They told me that they will arrange for a technician visit and after checking they told the technician is only available on 11th of november. I was fine with it but the customer care told me that the return period will end on 8th of november so 11th will be too late and asked me to call them after 24 hrs. I called them after 23.5 hrs but they said i should call them after 24 hrs only. Don’t know whats going to change but that’s ok. The next time when i called they asked me for several photos. I mailed them instantly as per all requirements but the call got cut in between. I expected a call back but to my disappointment i didn’t receive one. So i called them again to repeat the same process. This person told me that the service report which i have mailed them isn’t a valid one. I have forwarded the email which i received from ample icare to avoid all this confusion and still they said this thing. That’s like they already decided not to help me but still waste my time asking for ridiculous things. I told them i don’t have time for this and asked them to sent a technician to my place instead of me running around wasting my time. So he told me that a person is already arranged by the previous associate for november 11th. Since i didn’t get any email or message regarding that i asked him for a confirmation mail. Not a surprise but i didn’t receive it. I contacted the ceo and a person responded to me on his behalf but he also didn’t help. I bought this product for 75k and they are doing this. Please take some action against them. Thank you

          I ordered a titan edge analog white dial men's watch-nk1296bm02a from amazon on 18th november 2018. The order id is #[protected]. The watch arrived on 19th november. The outer packaging looked intact. However, type seal of the box provided by titan was normal. I have open the box and seen watch is not available in the box only manual and warranty card available the box then i immediately call customer support team and return request citing missing complain. He told me before 29th november my issue is resolve and also received email regarding complain. After that, 19 november 2018 evening (Same day) received email you have consistently requested refunds for a large number of your orders. But this is my first order and i have only one amazon account then how that possible to consistently requested refunds for a large number of your orders. So, i am requesting to you please resolve my issue and sharply recheck all information.

          The company has made a offer that will give the phone for rupees 2000 and had not sent till now. And told that share this product a lot that they will send the mobile online. And they had not sent till now and

            3rd class amazon and received my money and send email to confirm the order order #[protected] and after 10 days order cancelled automatically i have contacted the amazon and told me to create a new order after creating new order order #[protected] this one also auto cancelled and i have spoke with the amazon supervisor she told me to we will delivery before 24 nov 2018 other wise we will pay for penalty of 50, 000/- rs now amazon did't given the penalty amazon will miss used my money 5460/- now not giving the penalty.

              I am an army officer and bought this product through amazon.

              I was out of town due to my service committments. On return on 14 nov 2018, i checked that the product was not working.

              We gave 2 calls to amazon and they promised to pick the product up for return.

              After 5 days they said on 20 nov that they cannot return the product after giving false hopes.

              Refund was processed from their end on 30th August and was to be credited on 7th September but still no amount is being credited to my account.
              The bank members are not helping me in any way.

                I purchased a mobile costs 11k on 7-nov and cancelled the same day. Amazon consumer service provider told me that it is going to take 3-5 days to refund the amount. I called them twice and they told me that the refund was initiated on same day, that is, 7-nov & will reflect by 15-nov. On my request they sent me an email attached below which contained a reference number & they told me to talk to the bank authorities. Now, my amount is stuck and the amazon india is like, we have done our part and from here you have to do it yourself. I am really disappointed with the attitude of the amazon authorities. They are not even eager to help. I dont know what to do.

                    I recently purchased a book from amazon, the mrp on the website was shown as rs. 602 and after discount i received it for rs. 397/- inclusive of all taxes and free delivery also. When i received the book the mrp mentioned on the back of it was rs. 399/-. On discussing this issue with they asked me to return the book and full refund of the same will be done. This is highly unethical on their part to display fake mrp on their site so customers will purchase the item thinking they are getting so much discount. They said i've paid less than the mrp so they have not charged me more than the mrp. I want the refund from them for the same discount on the actual mrp of the book. I also requested them to send me the chat but they haven't till now. My order id is #[protected]

                    amazon has refused to do anything in this matter and they've put it all on the seller saying its the sellers choice to put up what price on the website, it has nothing to do with amazon and amazon do not have the right to influence on the prices decided by the seller. So they are not going to discuss this with the seller, there isn't going to be any changes made and everything is going to go as it is going and customers are going to get fooled over and over again

                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online & mail order

                      The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered a samsung washing machine. I received the product on 2018 october 31. Next day the samsung service engineer comes to install the washing machine and they unbox the package and they identify that the bottom of the washing machine is damaged. And i register a complaint to amazon for replace the product they apporve the replacement. I still wait 15 days for the replacement and i didn't receive any updation, in the period of 15 days i called several times for the replacement purpose. But still i don't get any replacement and didn't receive any call for pic up. After the 15 days i called amazon onece again and i said that i dont want replacement i only want refund my money. At the time amazon said that with in four days u will get the pic up call and also said that with in four days the pic is done or not done they will refund the money. The four days over today i didn't receive any call for pic up. Today i called again amazon and today they said they need few days to pic up and only after the pic up they can refund. I totely unsatisfied with u.

                      I want my money back immediately i wait for 20 days didn't get any positive response. I cant wait for more days. I want buy another product. I want the refund.

                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                        I have bought ncert books from Amazon which cost around 3000 Rs. But the books i received were xeroxed booklets with ticks and underlines. Some of them are like mini xerox very difficult to read. Printing is very bad. Books are also not latest seems older than 2006.My order no is[protected].                               Refund for two items done by amazon with below reference numbers:

                              1) date 19th october, amount 373, transaction number:[protected]

                              But the amount is not credited into my bank account. I already had many calls with amazon customer care, they always comes up with new solution and they given only one reply "from our side we cant do anything, file charge dispute with bank of baroda". I also provided them with account statement and in written from bank that amount is not received at there end.
                              I visited bank of baroda two time and called there customer care also, they dont know anything about charge dispute. They are telling that amount is not received at there end, checked this with branch manager also.
                              I last call with amazon they asked me to file a complain with rbi, i did that also but still no reply from them.
                              Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue?

                                Got package with missing item in the product package. Contacted with the amazon with the issue that i got the delivery with the missing item in it. But they are denying to provide the solution after many contacts viz. Via chat, call, and social media support i. E twitter support.
                                But got nothing other than response as we are investing on your issue. But still no solution.
                                Neither got replacement, nor reimbursement of the missing item or else. They are only manipulating.
                                Told to callback from any superior personal. Neither any senior person in the department attended me where the lower personal do the manipulation in this regard with false information and always asking to wait, but it is more than a month in this issue but no reply from any senior officials in this regard or haven't solved the issue.
                                Kindly help me out in this issue.

                                    This product was paid in advance with the hope to get an early delivery for my patient. My app is showing "product delivered physically" to me on last friday, although neither the agency send me any message or they physically delivered it to my address. The customer care people could not provide me the contact number of the delivery boy or concerned agency. This is a very poor show from amazon. I am totally frustated. I shall think thrice before putting any order here.

                                      I have ordered on the 10th october 2018, two double pack of crompton aura fans. But i am delivered on 18th october 2018, two single pack of crompton aura fans, when i was not available in the house. Their delivery agent has neither phoned to me nor got the acknowledgement from the inmates of the house. Their delivery agent simply placed the items near the door of my house and went. When i complained against the wrong item delivered on 20th october 2018, i am told that the investing team will investigate and inform me on the 30th october 2018. But their investing team has not sofar sent to me their investigating reports. When i phoned to the customer service on my own to-day, i was told that correct quantity is delivered and the issue is over. I have paid rs. 6838.20 but i am delivered only two single fans worth rs.3400/- then what is the way out for me to get back my hard earned money. I am a customer of them since 2014. I request them to go through the history of my orders. I have not encountered so far such a problem with m/s amazon like this. This is the first time i am encountering a bad experience form m/s amazon. Please help me in coming out of this problem.

                                      I require their investigating team's reports on the following.
                                      1. The order is placed with the seller m/s home and kitchen gallery but is executed by sajm online, raj laxmi complex building no aj, gali no 45 kalher villagem bhiwandi, dist. Thane, maharashtra - 421302, in.
                                      2. How much quantity is given to the courier by your seller and get me a copy of the acknowledgement given by courier to the seller.
                                      3. The courier agent at bangalore is telling that he has delivered only what m/s amazon has entrusted to him. He require m/s amazon to initiate a delivery investigation against him.
                                      4. Why the delivery agent has not phoned to me before delivery and got my signature for the correct delivery of the items.
                                      5. I request to reopen the investigationn with the courier once again and give me justice.
                                      6. I require all reports from purchase order, packing stage, deliver to courier and deliver by courier to me.
                                      7. I am frustrated with m/s amazon for the first time. I thought m/s amazon will support me in getting the correct quantity and solve my problem smoothly. But their customer service team is not giving me any information about delivery, courier and not rendering any help to me in solving my problem. I do not know where the fault has occurred. After ten days of investigation, they have not provided to me any investigation report. They told over the period that they are investigating and at the end they simply close the issue neither solving my problem nor giving any report.

I attach the printed invoice at the time of the order. But your company subsequently changed the seller and ordered with m/s sajm online, raj laxmi complex building no aj, gali no 45, kalher village, bhiwandi, dist. Thane, maharastra-421302. The photo copy of the invoice which i received is attached. Why you ordered with a unknown seller other than one shown in your web site?

                                      2) why you delivery boy has not obtained the pin number sent by you sms or signature of inmates of my residence as acknowledgement for correct, intact delivery.

                                      3) i request you to send me the photo and diamensions of the consignment at the time of leaving your fulfillment centre/delivery centre on the 10th october 2018. Why you are deputing your investigating officer and the delivery boy with all evidence of correct delivery to my residence for a 'on the spot investigation'?.

                                      4) what is the guarantee that you delivery mechanism is functioning properly? It is evident from the noida incident reported on 2nd november 2018 by times of india how your delivery team is functioning?

                                      5) what is the guarantee that a noida like fraud is not happened in my case?.

                                      They are not replying my queries and theysimply email the same stero type ready made reply to all my emails. I request them to apply their mind and find a remedy for my grievance.

                                      If they are not in a position to answer all my questions or not in a position to solve my case amicably, i ask their customer serivice department to escalate my case to their higher decision making authority. I request you to take up the matter with m/s amazon and ask them to make the good the loss to me or deliver the consignment as ordered.
